It's Friday, July 11th, A.D. 2025. This is The Worldview in 5 Minutes heard on 140 radio stations and at www.TheWorldview.com.  I'm Adam McManus. (Adam@TheWorldview.com) By Adam McManus Nigerian Muslims gunned down pastor and Muslim convert to Christ During an evening worship service on Monday, July 7th, Islamic extremists gunned down a Baptist pastor and another worshipper and kidnapped a woman in Katsina State, northwest Nigeria, reports Morning Star News. About 15 to 20 gunmen with Fulani accents stormed Bege Baptist Church in Yaribori village, Kafur County, and shot the Rev. Emmanuel Auta and Gidan Taro, according to TruthNigeria. Church member Zakariya Jatau told Christian Daily International that the pastor was leading a worship service and Bible study when he was shot. He added, “Another member, a lady, was also kidnapped and taken away to an unknown place.” Congregation members said the slain Gidan Taro was a prominent convert from Islam, and that Pastor Auta had worked to reconcile the village's Muslim and Christian communities. Psalm 116:15 says, “Precious in the sight of the LORD is the death of His saints."  Mount Rainer is rattled by more than 300 earthquakes More than 300 earthquakes have erupted at Mount Rainier in Washington State this week, beginning on Tuesday, reports USA Today. It's the largest earthquake swarm at the volcano since 2009. The largest earthquake so far was recorded at a magnitude of 2.3 on the Richter Scale on Wednesday, July 9. The Cascades Volcano Observatory said scientists do not have any concerns about the earthquakes, However, the fear is that one of the most dangerous volcanos in the United States could be waking up. President Trump floats “amnesty for illegals” trial balloon On July 3rd, President Donald Trump announced he's working on mass amnesty for potentially millions of illegal aliens working in farm, hotel, and leisure businesses, reports InformationLiberation.com. He cited a comment made by Agriculture Secretary Brooke Rollins. TRUMP: “Brooke Rollins brought it up, and she said, ‘Uh. So, we have a little problem. The farmers are losing a lot of people.” That's when he proposed amnesty for illegals on the farms and in the hotel industry which he knows will alienate his base. TRUMP: “I got myself into a little trouble because I said, ‘I don't want to take people away from the farmers.'  We want all the criminals out. Everybody agrees. We're finding the criminals, the murderers, the drug dealers. “Some of the farmers, you know, they've had people working for them for years. We're going to, sort of, put the farmers in charge. If a farmer has been with one of these people that work so hard. They bend over all day. We don't have too many people can do that, and they know them very well. And some of the farmers are literally, you know, they cry. “If a farmer is willing to vouch for these people, in some way, [Homeland Security Secretary] Kristi [Noem], I think we're going to have to just say that's going to be good, right? Because we don't want to do it where we take all of the workers off the farms. We want the farms to do great, like they're doing right now. We're working on legislation right now. People that have hotels and leisure properties too “Serious, radical, right people, who I also happen to like a lot, they may not be quite as happy, but they'll understand, won't they? Do you think so?” Pediatrician suggested MAGA voters should die in Texas flood A Houston pediatrician has been fired over a vile post suggesting that the more than 119 killed in the horrific Texas floods — including dozens of kids from Camp Mystic — were President Trump supporters who got “what they voted for,” reports the New York Post. Dr. Christina Propst drew widespread scorn following the disparaging, since-deleted post under her old Facebook username, Chris Tina, according to Mediaite. In her now-deleted post, Dr. Probst wrote, “May all visitors, children, non-MAGA voters and pets be safe and dry. Kerr County MAGA voted to gut FEMA. They deny climate change. May they get what they voted for. Bless their hearts.” Ephesians 4:29 says, “Let no corrupting talk come out of your mouths, but only such as is good for building up, as fits the occasion.” The Facebook post quickly went viral after a screenshot was shared by Libs of TikTok. Propst's employer, Blue Fish Pediatrics, initially said they suspended her  — before announcing that “the individual is no longer employed” there. The company said, “We strongly condemn the comments that were made in that post. That post does not reflect the values, standards, or mission of Blue Fish Pediatrics.” Kerr County, home to around 50,000 people, overwhelmingly voted for President Trump in the November election, with more than 76% of the county's votes going to the Republican presidential candidate, according to county data. After she was fired, Dr. Probst issued an apology in which she said, “I understand my comment caused immense pain to those suffering indescribable grief and for that I am truly sorry.” The number of people missing from the floods has risen to 170, reports the San Antonio Express-News. New Superman movie is woke and anti-Trump And finally, … TV NARRATOR OF ADVENTURE OF SUPERMAN (TV SERIES): “Faster than a speeding bullet. More powerful than a locomotive. Able to leap tall buildings at a single bound.” MAN 1: “Look, up in the sky." MAN 2: "It's a bird." LADY: "It's a plane." MAN 3" "It's Superman." NARRATOR: “Yes, it's Superman, strange visitor from another planet who came to Earth with powers and abilities far beyond those of mortal men, Superman who can change the course of mighty rivers, bend steel in his bare hands, and who, disguised as Clark Kent, mild-mannered reporter for a great metropolitan newspaper, fights a never-ending battle for truth, justice and the American way.” Sadly, actor David Corenswet, who portrays the new Superman in the updated film debuting tonight on the silver screen nationwide told CBS News that he ditched the traditional “truth, justice and the American way” motto for something a bit more inclusive. This version of Superman will be about “truth, justice and all those good things.” One of those good things is certainly not honoring God since God's name is taken in vain nine separate times in the film. In addition, James Gunn, the writer-director of the new Superman has shoehorned his anti-Trump sub-plot into the film. He said, “Yes, Superman is an immigrant, and yes, the people that we support in this country are immigrants and if you don't like that, you're not American. We love our immigrants.” The film shows Superman being roughly treated when detained by the government and is told that, as an alien, he does not have human rights.  Christian talk show host Todd Starnes wrote, “Granted, but Superman is not an MS-13 gangbanger who's mooching off the American taxpayers. He spoke English and had a job – two jobs.” Besides, Starnes concluded, “MAGA supporters are not opposed to immigration. We celebrate those who want to come to this nation legally. We just have a problem with the drug cartels, human traffickers, and the terrorists who want to blow us to kingdom come. “It's not the first time that woke leftists have tried to destroy our beloved all-American superhero.” Close And that's The Worldview on this Friday, July 11th, in the year of our Lord 2025. Follow us on X or subscribe for free by Spotify, Amazon Music, or by iTunes or email to our unique Christian newscast at www.TheWorldview.com.  Plus, you can get the Generations app through Google Play or The App Store. The conversation explores whether this rhetoric contributed to recent attacks on ICE agents and why Democrat leaders like Hakeem Jeffries declined to clearly denounce such threats. The hosts argue that the left is pushing America toward violent confrontation, referencing funding links to foreign interests and facial recognition efforts to target federal agents.

In this intense commentary, the host examines a viral Axios article claiming House Democrats face mounting pressure from constituents demanding extreme measures—including risking violence—to resist Donald Trump's immigration policies. The segment alleges a pattern of coordinated attacks on ICE and Border Patrol agents, links to radical activism, and a larger strategy to overwhelm the system with mass illegal immigration. Featuring remarks from Stephen Miller and historical examples of arson and intimidation, the broadcast argues America is entering a “slow-rolling civil war,” driven by what the host sees as Democrats merging with criminal elements to secure power.

La ContraCrónica
Mamdani, el anti Trump

La ContraCrónica

Play Episode Listen Later Jul 1, 2025 57:11

Cabinet passes plan to develop central Taiwan smart manufacturing hub Premier Cho Jung-tai instructed the Ministry of Economic Affairs to work closely with local governments based on a draft plan to transform central Taiwan into a smart manufacturing hub. The premier issued the instruction during a weekly Cabinet meeting, at which a draft plan to turn central Taiwan into a global hub of smart manufacturing with existing industries and new businesses was approved. The Cabinet says machinery and precision manufacturing industries in Taichung will be transformed through the introduction of artificial intelligence to improve production efficiency and integration of the supply chain. A-I is also expected to also help the metal manufacturing business in Changhua to reduce production costs, improve energy efficiency (效率) and make operations more environmentally friendly. While technologies will be introduced in Nantou and Yunlin to improve efficiency in production and distribution of their respective agricultural and aquacultural products. Construction on Taichung MRT Blue Line begins Construction of the Taichung M-R-T's Blue Line has gotten underway at a groundbreaking ceremony. The city government has said the 24.7-kilometer line is scheduled for completion in 2034. Taichung Mayor Lu Shiow-yen says the 20 station Blue Line will run from the East District to the Port of Taichung, with future extensions planned to the Mountain Line and Coastal Line areas. The line will intersect the Green Line at City Hall, forming what Lu called a "golden cross" - a project she described (形容) as central Taiwan's most significant infrastructure development over the next decade. Ukraine Claims Russian Sumy Advance Halted Ukrainian forces claim to have stopped Russia's advance into the northern Sumy region, stabilizing the front line near the border. Ukraine's top military commander said on Thursday that this success (成功) has prevented Russia from redeploying 50,000 troops, including elite units, to other areas. Russian officials have not commented on the claim. Fighting continues along the 1,000-kilometer front line, with Ukraine relying on drones to counter Russia's slow but costly advances. In Donetsk, Russia claims to have captured two villages as part of its offensive. Both sides are also launching long-range drone strikes, causing injuries and damage across multiple regions. US Sec of Defense Berates Press as New Details on Iran Bombing Emerge US Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth berated the press as Anti-Trump during a briefing on Thursday, but offered no new details on the extent of the damage caused by US strikes on Iran's nuclear facilities. This comes after a classified preliminary assessment by US intelligence was leaked (洩漏) to the media - suggesting the damage may not amount to complete obliteration as the President claims. Toni Waterman has more from Washington. UK Steps Back from NAfrica Energy Project The United Kingdom is stepping back from funding a project to transmit power generated by North Africa's winds and sun via underwater cables and is pivoting instead to projects seen as less risky. The country's Energy Security Department said on Thursday it planned to step back from the $33 billion project due to a “high level of inherent risk, related to both delivery and security.” Xlinks said the project would provide an equivalent of 8% of Britain's current electricity needs, or roughly 7 million homes. British officials plan to focus on other wind and solar projects to meet their goal to generate (產生) all of the country's energy from renewable sources by 2030. That was the I.C.R.T. Anti-Trump protests have been escalating in Denver, especially as the president ratchets up his immigration crackdown. While no Waymos have been torched here in the Mile High, there is a still an open question about violence. Eighteen protesters were arrested last Tuesday after a confrontation with police, and one conservative talk show host was kicked. 710KNUS's Jeff Hunt has been attending protests in Denver all year, and he caught his alleged assault on video. So host Bree Davies spoke with Jeff about the kick, his self-described “gotcha”-style videos,” the question of violence, and why, through it all, he says he still loves Denver.  Check out Jeff Hunt's protest videos for yourself!  Here's the one from the conservative “March for Life” This one is from the Bernie/AOC rally in March This is the one he referenced featuring protesters warning others not to talk to him And here's the one where he gets kicked  For even more news from around the city, subscribe to our morning newsletter Hey Denver at denver.citycast.fm. Was Hunter really running the White House? He played Biden a few times. Here's why we don't believe it. Ron Klain was in charge of Ebola, the auto pen, plus he was chief of staff. Liz Warren is bigger than you think. Pay attention to the silence gaps. Anita Dunn was heavily involved, and has ties to Obot. So much money was made on the side. Big news coming from NATO. The old guard has been largely dismantled. Dims do it to themselves. Conspiracy theory cultists. Eco terrorism should be carefully watched by all. Congress is not doing what they are supposed to do. Desperation makes them pull out all the stops. Doing good for the country gets you destroyed. Now, we will see the concerning pockets of action. Hunter's is the fall guy. Anti Trump narrative is raging. People on the right are caught up in tax graft of all kinds. Trust now comes hard. J6 was an operation. There are just two reasons for proximity. Karen, Anita and Harry. All Dunn's. June is not going to be nice. Have faith. This has all been orchestrated. It's not looking good for a lot of people. Remember, it's above us to gloat, and always remain focused on pursuing the truth.
