Rarely is one of our shows as intricately fascinating and self-disclosing to our guest and ourselves that we cannot adequately describe all that we covered, all that we learned, and all that we began integrating anew into our knowledge as the interview evolved. Our guest, physician Juliette Engel, was a captive, slave, and experimental subject controlled by the CIA from early childhood until age sixteen. Acting on her own, she then escaped the CIA/MKUltra house of devil worship — a subject we will let her tell you about in the interview. She began her new life as a college student, and to manage her severe post-traumatic stress, she developed amnesia for her horrendous past. As a therapist and researcher, I know this happens, but it requires a powerful mind like Dr. Engel to accomplish it and ultimately to flourish. Dr. Engel is part of a growing number of people coming forth about their experiences as victims of CIA experiments, which in part were training her to become a part of what I have decided to call, “the global community of abusers without conscience,” a powerful aspect of the global predators and their unholy empires. Adding incredible background to her personal testimony, she sent us in advance a document released from the National Security Archive on December 23, 2024. The ominous title is “CIA Behavioral Control Experiments Focus of New Scholarly Collection.” The CIA documents confirm many of Dr. Engel's memories, which only began to unfold much later, after a life of medical reform work in Russia. Confirming Our Own Experiences with the Deep State and CIA One huge confirmation for me and Ginger is how much the CIA was indeed focused on defending and supporting the very kind or torturous and inhuman psychiatric treatments that I began openly opposing in the early 1970s, including lobotomy and other forms of psychosurgery and electroshock (ECT) which I have described as an electrical closed-head lobotomy. Another insight for me was the similarity between the CIA agents and collaborators, as described in the CIA documents, and the global predators we have described in our book, COVID-19 and the Global Predators: We Are the Prey. This is the same profile we continue to explore in our recent columns about America's four current empires: the Western Global Empire, the Eastern Global Chinese Communist Empire, the Russian Empire, and the Caliphate Muslim Empire. These predators, across a broad spectrum of activities, are primarily motivated by a lust for power over other human beings. They also desire wealth, but mostly as a tool for gaining power. What drives them is the desire to exert power over as many people as possible within their sphere, whether it is a political party, a criminal cabal or conspiracy, a government agency, a nation, an empire, or a global governance. If they did not lust for power, they would not succeed in their goal of dominating, controlling, exploiting, enslaving, or killing as many people as possible. They must also possess extreme cunning and shrewdness to be able to manipulate and exploit so many people and to compete for power among so many other violent, cunning people. Probably above all else, they must be masters of conspiracy, able to seduce or intimidate others into helping them pursue their evil aims. These predators must lack identification with the people within their own family, group, nation, or empire, because seizing and growing enormous power usually requires, as history demonstrates, killing competitors in their own families and their own inner circles of co-conspirators, as well as millions of their own people, as demonstrated by apex global predators from Alexander “the Great” to Hitler, Stalin, Mao, and the current leaders of Communist China. These predators must not allow themselves to genuinely love anyone, because such entanglements and feelings would check or inhibit the kind of evil conduct required for fulfilling their primary lust for power. Ultimately, they must not identify with anyone but themselves. The following excerpts are taken from the vastly important document that our guest, Juliette Engel, MD, first drew to our attention, “CIA Behavior Control Experiments Focus of New Scholarly Collection.” [The document lacks page numbers, but the excerpts can be located by means of searching the document:] Excerpt 1 from the CIA Documents Asked whether the CIA had tried to identify “techniques of producing retrograde amnesia,” Gottlieb said it was something that they “talked about,” but that he could not “remember any specific projects or specific research mounted in response to that question.” Asked if the CIA ever used “psychosurgery research projects,” Gottlieb said his “remembrance is that they did.” Excerpt 2 The elevation of Allen Dulles to deputy director of central intelligence in 1951 led to an expansion of BLUEBIRD programs under a new name, ARTICHOKE, and under the direction of Gottlieb at TSS. Rarely is one of our shows as intricately fascinating and self-disclosing to our guest and ourselves that we cannot adequately describe all that we covered, all that we learned, and all that we began integrating anew into our knowledge as the interview evolved. Our guest, physician Juliette Engel, was a captive, slave, and experimental subject controlled by the CIA from early childhood until age sixteen. Acting on her own, she then escaped the CIA/MKUltra house of devil worship — a subject we will let her tell you about in the interview. She began her new life as a college student, and to manage her severe post-traumatic stress, she developed amnesia for her horrendous past. As a therapist and researcher, I know this happens, but it requires a powerful mind like Dr. Engel to accomplish it and ultimately to flourish. Dr. Engel is part of a growing number of people coming forth about their experiences as victims of CIA experiments, which in part were training her to become a part of what I have decided to call, “the global community of abusers without conscience,” a powerful aspect of the global predators and their unholy empires. Adding incredible background to her personal testimony, she sent us in advance a document released from the National Security Archive on December 23, 2024. The ominous title is “CIA Behavioral Control Experiments Focus of New Scholarly Collection.” The CIA documents confirm many of Dr. Engel's memories, which only began to unfold much later, after a life of medical reform work in Russia. Confirming Our Own Experiences with the Deep State and CIA One huge confirmation for me and Ginger is how much the CIA was indeed focused on defending and supporting the very kind or torturous and inhuman psychiatric treatments that I began openly opposing in the early 1970s, including lobotomy and other forms of psychosurgery and electroshock (ECT) which I have described as an electrical closed-head lobotomy. Another insight for me was the similarity between the CIA agents and collaborators, as described in the CIA documents, and the global predators we have described in our book, COVID-19 and the Global Predators: We Are the Prey. This is the same profile we continue to explore in our recent columns about America's four current empires: the Western Global Empire, the Eastern Global Chinese Communist Empire, the Russian Empire, and the Caliphate Muslim Empire. These predators, across a broad spectrum of activities, are primarily motivated by a lust for power over other human beings. They also desire wealth, but mostly as a tool for gaining power. What drives them is the desire to exert power over as many people as possible within their sphere, whether it is a political party, a criminal cabal or conspiracy, a government agency, a nation, an empire, or a global governance. If they did not lust for power, they would not succeed in their goal of dominating, controlling, exploiting, enslaving, or killing as many people as possible. They must also possess extreme cunning and shrewdness to be able to manipulate and exploit so many people and to compete for power among so many other violent, cunning people. Probably above all else, they must be masters of conspiracy, able to seduce or intimidate others into helping them pursue their evil aims. These predators must lack identification with the people within their own family, group, nation, or empire, because seizing and growing enormous power usually requires, as history demonstrates, killing competitors in their own families and their own inner circles of co-conspirators, as well as millions of their own people, as demonstrated by apex global predators from Alexander “the Great” to Hitler, Stalin, Mao, and the current leaders of Communist China. These predators must not allow themselves to genuinely love anyone, because such entanglements and feelings would check or inhibit the kind of evil conduct required for fulfilling their primary lust for power. Ultimately, they must not identify with anyone but themselves. I am often asked what I think of Lee Greenwood's song “God Bless the USA” since he is mentioned in TRANCE Formation of America pgs.151-152 and again on p.170. Despite all that I experienced with Lee Greenwood, I still like aspects of “God Bless the USA” because I do love our country, its natural beauty, and the resiliency of We the People. Besides, I know a lot more about the origin of that song that I will share in a moment.When I see Lee Greenwood's presence at Trump rallies, I do wonder if he knows anything about Greenwood's past. Or if he simply enjoys the song like I do. I appreciate President Trump for all he has done to wake people up to the reality of the Wash DC swamp and its funding mechanism of drug and human trafficking across open borders, yet I do not agree with him on all things. Why should I? Human beings are all on their own learning path.Did Lee Greenwood learn something that restored his moral compass? Anyone with a soul has the capacity to grow and change, and therefore I focus my personal judgments on information rather than on people.President Ronald Reagan is a profound example. Reagan was deeply traumatized from the assassination attempt on him, and never regained control over himself or his Administration from that point on. George Bush and Dick Cheney ran his Administration and treated him horribly that I witnessed.In my 1995 testimony for Congress TRANCE Formation of America, National Security demands forbid me from asserting my perception of what went on behind the seen. The rest is history, and history in the making today. I've often wondered what Reagan would have done for our country had he been in control of his Administration. What free will choices would he have made? Having lost my free thought/free will to CIA MK Ultra mind control the first 30 years of my life, I have deep appreciation and gratitude for my freedom today. Whenever I would deliver a message to and from government leaders, I would deliver it verbatim, using the voice inflections of my programmers.As a CIA MK Ultra mind control slave working White House/Pentagon level operations, I was programmed on various military, NASA, and DARPA installations. Our brains photographically record events surrounding trauma as part of our innate defense mechanism. This photographic memory is how Manchurian Candidate presidents, for example, can deliver a speech perfectly despite being unable to articulately respond to spontaneous questioning (think George Bush, Jr.) Likewise, a lifetime of torture and conditioning rendered my photographic memory easily accessible and programmable. Therefore, I was used as a messenger in conjunction with Black Ops I was programmed to work.When I delivered messages, my voice photographically parroted my programmers. I used their inflections and could parrot messages in any programmed language with no capacity to interpret or understand. I could not think to answer any questions yet could receive photographically recorded response to take back and deliver to those who had the codes, keys, and triggers to access it.Consider how amazing our brains are to have such capability! Consider, too, how this parallels many reported voice-to-skull experiences.After Intelligence Insider Mark Phillips rescued me in 1988 and I began remembering my MK Ultra mind control experience, I remembered it in photographic detail. By writing out memory by hand, I was able to write out memory in photographic detail the way it had recorded in my brain.As I wrote, I could hear my programmer's voice in my head verbatim exactly as the MK Ultra programs were instilled. This photographic recording made it easier to accurately remember my tortured past through deprogramming the program first. This helped me see through deliberate scrambles and false implanted diversionary memory and access the reality of government secrets I was exposed to for decades.When photographic memory first surfaced and I heard voices of my programmers in my head, I did not understand what was going on. Had I sought help outside myself rather than go within to find my answers, I would likely have been misdiagnosed as schizophrenic. If I had gone online (which was not available to me in 1988) like many survivors do today seeking answers outside themselves while highly suggestible, I would have gravitated to reports of Voice to Skull programming.Fortunately, that was not the case for me. Mark Phillips reminded me my answers are within and to ask myself, “whose voice is that?” and write it out. “What is that voice saying?” Write it out. “How did you get there?” Write it out. “Where did you go after” Write it out.Since the act of moving a pen requires the logic part of the brain, repressed traumatic memory was switched over to critical analysis where it was then consciously viewed in front of me on paper. This allows for healing on many levels at once. Most importantly, it opens neuron pathways in the brain freeing up compartmentalized repressed memory. By opening those neuron pathways by writing rather than vocalizing, the information does not re-compartmentalize. Using a pen to write out memory is an amazing brain trick we all need to use to expand our thought. Typing does not do the same thing, leaving the programming vulnerable to triggering. I hear from many Targeted Individuals (TIs) who reclaim and retain self control and free thought through writing out what they hear. Voice to Skull programming can be a perceptual distortion of repressed memory. When reports of Voice to Skull abuse include repetitious phrases an abusive parent would use, for example “you are worthless and no good” “you can't do anything right” etc.

The Katherine Massey Book Club @ The C.O.W.S. hosts the 5th study session on Michael Meiers' Was Jonestown a CIA Medical Experiment. This infamous mass murder has countless parallels to our recent literary selections - Columbine, Michael Swango, and The Hart murder-suicide. The Rev. Jim Jones, a White man born in Indiana, took a thousand people from California to Guyana, South America. On November 18th, 1978, Jones killed nearly all 1,000 of his mostly black followers and Congressman Leo Ryan. A few were shot, but most were poisoned with cyanide, just like "Double-0 Swango." For nearly half a century, this event has been conventionally understood as a bunch of brainwashed black loons following a White charlatan to their demise in the jungle. Meiers' work suggests something far more nefarious. Last week, Meiers detailed the Federal Bureau of Investigations and the Central Intelligence Agencies Counter Intelligence Programs of the 1960's and 70's aimed at controlling and observing black and non-white people around the world.
