Starting a new career can be a challenge. In many instances, we have the opportunity to learn from a mentor or manager who can guide us in the right direction. And while I serve as a mentor for financial coaches, few have actually experienced or witnessed a financial coaching session. So I was thrilled when a member of our online community agreed to allow me to record a coaching session as I coached her around a financial decision she was trying to make. See, she had asked for input from our online community but received so many different responses she was actually further from a decision than before.I hope you'll tune in to this bonus episode and hear how we walk through Lydia's decision. I share a bit of what pre-work I did before the session and why I approached the session like I did. Please pardon the audio quality; this is the first of what I hope to be a number of examples of what a coaching session looks like in real time.Links & Resources:Ultimate Growth GuideJoin the Facebook groupKey Takeaways:The clarity required to make a confident financial decision comes not from avoiding the worst-case scenario, but from being fully prepared for it.When facing a major financial choice, ask yourself: Am I making this decision from a place of fear or from a place of purpose-driven growth?True financial courage isn't eliminating all risk—it's understanding exactly what you're risking and deciding it's worth the potential gain.Your relationship with money reveals itself most clearly when you articulate what you believe you'll gain from spending it.Indecision is exhausting; a clear “no” is often more empowering than a perpetual “maybe.”Financial coaching isn't about telling someone what's mathematically optimal; it's about guiding them to clarity through their own values and circumstances. The next time you're stuck in financial uncertainty, remember: The decision isn't the point. The process is the point.

They walked away. But somehow, they still feel in control. That ends now. In this video, I'm going to walk you through how to take your ex's power away. Not by playing games, but by showing them—subtly and clearly—that they don't hold emotional control over you anymore. Get Coach Lee's $7 Reunion Blueprint to get your ex back! See ReunionBlueprint.com! So many people give their ex power without realizing it. Every little reaction… every attempt to show them what they're missing… even just overthinking what they post. It all gives them more influence. You don't want that. You don't need that. I'll cover exactly how to flip the script. You'll learn how to stop feeding their ego, how silence speaks louder than any “closure” conversation, and how to mentally take them off the pedestal. This isn't about pretending you're fine—it's about getting to the point where you actually are. Because once you stop chasing and start standing still with strength, it changes everything. You'll be surprised how quickly that power dynamic starts to shift. If you're serious about getting your ex back, or if you just want to stop hurting and feel like yourself again, this video will help.

Hey hey, Product Bosses! In this week's coaching session, I sit down with Ashley Terrell, founder of the children's pajama brand Saints & Ivy, who's navigating the early stages of her product launch. Like many of you, Ashley launched a beautiful product with heart and purpose—but found herself stuck when sales didn't follow. She came to me with questions like: “Why isn't anyone buying?” and “What should I post on social media?”Together, we uncover that this isn't a product or price problem—it's an awareness problem. So many small businesses struggle with this exact hurdle. Ashley and I work through a visibility strategy, starting with defining her ideal customer and then using the ABCs of content (Attract, Bond, Convert) to build a rhythm for her brand on social media. It's not about posting more, it's about posting with purpose.Ashley's mission to bring culturally inclusive, representation-rich pajamas to the market is powerful—and what she needed most was for people to see it. In this episode, I help her connect the dots between product, brand voice, and customer identity. Get ready for some serious light bulb moments in this episode as I share a live coaching session from one of our MACROS 101 calls with Anna. If tracking your food has ever felt overwhelming, frustrating, or like a constant test of perfection, you're going to relate to this one. Anna came into our conversation feeling stuck—swinging between obsessively tracking every gram and giving up altogether when she couldn't be perfect. Together, we unpacked her resistance and reframed tracking as a tool for learning, not a test to pass or fail. You'll hear the exact questions I asked that helped shift her mindset and reveal how powerful a simple perspective change can be. Tracking isn't about control—it's about understanding. And when you approach it with curiosity instead of judgment, that's where the real freedom begins. Have you ever left a coaching session feeling defeated, like you did all the talking while your client barely moved the needle? As coaches, our entire business rests on our ability to create transformational results for our clients. When clients experience genuine breakthroughs, they renew their packages and eagerly refer others - creating the most valuable leads you'll ever get! I dive deep into the crucial difference between coaching and consulting, explaining why telling clients what to do creates dependency rather than transformation. True coaching empowers clients to discover their truth, building self-autonomy, trust, and intuition. I share my four-element framework for asking powerful questions that unlock your clients' wisdom: Start with a clear session goal - always begin by asking what they want to walk away with Ask open-ended questions that encourage expansive discussion Be a blank canvas - approach each session with genuine curiosity Align with their values - connect questions to what matters most to them Plus, I reveal three dangerous question traps to avoid and the silent technique that creates massive breakthroughs (hint: it's about what you DON'T say). Hey hey, Product Bosses! In this episode, I'm coaching Asli Wade of Boutique Butterlu—one of my incredible Inner Circle Masterminders. Asli is an Etsy veteran who built a nearly million-dollar business selling personalized picture frames and custom gifts. But after Etsy's algorithm shifted and her sales started slowing, she found herself wondering: Should I start selling on Amazon? As we explored that together, it became clear that what Asli really needed wasn't just another platform—it was direction, clarity, and a reconnection to the joy in her business. During our session, we talked about how getting face-to-face with customers at a recent in-person market gave her powerful feedback on what people actually want. We looked at how she can use that feedback to evolve her brand and find better-fit markets for her new, joy-filled designs. This episode is for all my multi-passionate creatives who are asking, “Where do I go from here?” If you're in the messy middle—between what used to work and what's next—you're going to love this one. Let's shift from burnout to alignment, from guessing to growing… all with more joy.Resources:Learn more about Boutique Butterlu here.Follow Asli Wade on Instagram by clicking here.Head over to www.theproductboss.com/wholesalescripts to download two FREE scripts that will help guide on your wholesale journey or DM me the word “wholesale” on Instagram and I'll send you the link.Consistent content is key to getting more people to see and buy your products. In this episode, I unpack a quote I stumbled across: “What is yours will find you.” It hit me in a tender, grounding way—like a deep breath I didn't know I needed. It brought up some honest questions about control, striving, and self-preservation. Am I holding on too tightly? Trying to force things in my own strength? This quote offered me a kind of assurance—that maybe I can trust the timing of my life, that there are good things with my name on them. But it also brought up a tension: Do we just sit back and wait for life to happen? Or do we chase down our dreams, fight for opportunities, and knock on doors until they open? How do we know when to rest, and when to rise up?I also explore how true opportunities can't really find us when we're masked up in people-pleasing or performing for acceptance. The real you—the one under the roles and expectations—is the one meant to be found. Also, small disclaimer: I have no idea who originally said this quote! If you do, please send me a message—I love giving credit where it's due.Follow me on Instagram: @ella.hooper__Book a 1:1 Coaching Session: www.ella-hooper.com/life-coaching
