What happens inside the mind of an abuser or a controlling person when you stop responding to them? In this video, Lee Hammock exposes the psychological panic that occurs when you ignore a toxic individual. You'll learn how silence starves their ego, why a complete lack of reaction strips an abusive person of their perceived power, and why your indifference is treated as an existential threat to their identity. We dive deep into the mechanics of why they would rather have you scream at them than ignore them, how your silence forces them to face their own internal emptiness, and what to expect when they launch a chaotic "extinction burst" to force you back into the ring. If you are ready to use the most powerful boundary in existence, this breakdown will give you the psychological leverage to hold your ground and protect your sanity.Book a Coaching Session: [https://link.me/mentalhealness]
Why do you stay with someone who treats you terribly, while simultaneously believing they are your soulmate? In this video, Lee Hammock breaks down the exhausting psychological reality of cognitive dissonance in toxic relationships.Cognitive dissonance occurs when your brain is forced to hold two completely conflicting beliefs at the exact same time: "they love me" versus "they hurt me."We expose how an abuser or controlling person intentionally manufactures this mental fog through a calculated push-pull dynamic of intense love bombing followed by sudden cruelty. This isn't an accident—it's a design. We walk through the mechanics of the intermittent reinforcement cycle, the strongest form of behavioral conditioning known to psychology and explain the neurological basis of why you can't just walk away. Unpredictable dopamine hits from the rare "good moments" keep your brain chemically hooked, forcing you to hold onto a fantasy version of the abuser rather than the reality of who they are.Doubting your own memory and constantly questioning your reality.Justifying their toxic behavior to your friends, family, and yourself.Constant apologizing for things you didn't even do just to keep the peace.Total paralysis in decision-making because you no longer trust your own judgment. This intense mental friction traps you in a loop that literally makes you feel like you are going crazy. If you are ready to pull back the curtain on this emotional manipulation, stop the self-doubt, and reclaim your mental health, this deep dive is for you. Remember: naming it is your first step toward breaking it.Common Signs You Are Experiencing Cognitive Dissonance:Book a Coaching Session: [https://link.me/mentalhealness]
Every narcissist quietly asks themselves one core question before they do anything for you: “How does this benefit me?” In this episode, clinically diagnosed narcissist Lee Hammock breaks down the selfish, calculated mindset behind narcissistic behavior, emotional abuse, hoovering, and why everything seems to come back to supply. You'll learn how a narcissist's lack of genuine empathy gets replaced with cold calculation, why both their “kindness” and their cruelty often have hidden motives, and how this shows up in real‑life relationships. Lee also shares practical scripts for communicating with a narcissist, framing requests so they see a benefit, and protecting your energy so you don't get stuck trying to “understand” them into changing. If you're dealing with a toxic partner and wondering why they do what they do, this video will help you see the pattern clearly and stop taking their behavior so personallyBook a Coaching Session: [https://link.me/mentalhealness]

Trying to force your creativity to happen? There may be another way. As artists, we often feel pressure to know exactly where we're going. We want the finished vision, the clear plan, the perfect idea — and when we don't have those things, we may assume we're stuck. But the creative process doesn't always unfold in a straight line. Sometimes the work is in the unknown. In this episode, I'm exploring what it means to stop forcing an outcome and start trusting the creative process — allowing space for exploration, discovery, curiosity, and transformation. I'll share reflections from my own creative season of not knowing what my next project will be, and how I'm learning to embrace the adventure of creating rather than rushing toward the destination. We'll talk about: outcome-driven creativity vs. process-oriented creativity becoming comfortable with uncertainty why the unknown is part of the artistic journey how curiosity and exploration lead to meaningful work trusting yourself when the path isn't clear yet If you've been waiting for clarity before you begin, this episode is an invitation to stay engaged with your creativity and let the process reveal what comes next.
What actually happens inside a narcissistic or toxic person when they realize they can't control you anymore? In this video, from the perspective of a diagnosed narcissist, I break down the moment their manipulation and gaslighting stop working, how they react when you stop responding the way you used to, and what that means for you as a survivor or thriver. We'll talk about the first red flags that their control is slipping, the internal “ego death” and narcissistic injury they experience, why they briefly question themselves and then flip it back on you with blame, accusations, and new tactics, and how you can stay safe and grounded as you stand up for yourself, stop reacting, and break out of the cycle of abuse. If you're dealing with a narcissistic, toxic, or emotionally abusive partner, this video will help you understand their mindset when they lose control and why your new boundaries matter.Book a Coaching Session: [https://link.me/mentalhealness]
What does your silence really do to a toxic person? In this video, we break down what happens inside a narcissistic or toxic person when you stop reacting, stop explaining, and go silent through no contact or low contact. We'll talk about why your silence feels like a loss of control to them, how it can trigger rage, smear campaigns, hoovering and love bombing, and why staying quiet can be a powerful step in breaking trauma bonds and reclaiming your peace. You'll learn the difference between abusive silent treatment they use to punish you vs. protective silence you use to heal, what to expect when you go no contact with a narcissist or toxic ex, and how to handle the anxiety, cravings, and guilt that come up when you stop responding. If you're recovering from emotional abuse, coercive control, or narcissistic abuse, this video will help you understand why your silence is not weakness it's often the beginning of your freedom.Book a Coaching Session: [https://link.me/mentalhealness]
In this video, I open up about why I chose to use my narcissistic personality disorder diagnosis to help people instead of hiding it. I talk about suffering in silence with my own mental health, how I went from a covert, emotionally abusive narcissist to sitting in therapy for years, and why I decided to start speaking publicly about narcissism on social media.Book a Coaching Session: [https://link.me/mentalhealness]

And until you understand the difference, you'll keep going back to the same people who destroy you.In this video, I break down the psychology behind why you can't seem to move on from a narcissist or abusive ex, and the neurological reality that explains everything.
Episode 10: Why You Feel Stuck in the Same RealityYour reality is a reflection of who you've been being. Here's how to change it.This episode is for you if:— You feel like you keep manifesting the same situations no matter what you try— You're making decisions based on what has happened before — not what you're choosing now— You wake up checking for signs that it's working - instead of checking in on who you're being— You've been trying to create a new reality while still consulting the old one— You're ready to understand why your thoughts, complaints, and stories are rehearsals - and what to do insteadIn this episode, we explore:— Why your reality is the effect, not the cause - and why most people have this backwards— How mentally living in the past keeps you locked in the same patterns— Why every thought, every complaint, and every repeated story is a rehearsal for your next reality— The difference between asking 'where is it?' and asking 'who am I being today?'— What it actually means to be embodied in the wrong identity - and how to recognise it— How to stop consulting old evidence when creating something newMost people treat reality as evidence. If it hasn't shown up yet, they take that as proof it isn't coming. If it didn't work before, they carry that forward as fact. But reality isn't the cause. It's the effect. It's simply reflecting who you've been being. In this episode, Karli breaks down the four reasons you keep getting the same reality - and none of them are bad luck, bad timing, or not working hard enough. They're all identity. And identity can change.Join the Manifestation Group Chat https://karli.podia.com/manifestation-group-chat
Have you ever felt disconnected from your singing voice—even though you still love to sing? In this episode, we're exploring a different way of thinking about singing. One that goes beyond practice, performance, technique, improvement, and achievement. I share reflections from my own creative life lately, including singing while doing dishes, gardening, playing with my children, and following little melodies as they appear throughout the day. These ordinary moments have reminded me that some of the most meaningful singing doesn't happen on stage or in a practice room—it happens in the midst of everyday life. We'll talk about: reconnecting with your singing voice the difference between the critical ear and the creative ear singing beyond practice and performance overcoming perfectionism and self-judgment finding more joy and play in singing everyday singing as a creative practice coming back to your "why" as a singer If you've been feeling out of practice, disconnected from your voice, or unsure how to get back into singing, this episode offers a gentle invitation to reconnect with singing in a way that feels natural, meaningful, and alive.

Have you ever had a great song idea disappear before you had the chance to develop it? In this episode, we're exploring an often-overlooked part of the songwriting process: capturing inspiration while it's still alive. Building on last week's conversation about The Work Before the Work, we're talking about what happens when the first spark of a song finally appears. How do songwriters capture ideas before they slip away? What role do voice memos, notebooks, and unfinished songs play in the creative process? I share reflections from revisiting old voice memos, rediscovering early versions of songs, and noticing how a single song idea can evolve over time—sometimes becoming something entirely different from where it began. We'll talk about: why songwriting inspiration is often fleeting how to capture song ideas before they're lost why unfinished songs still have value how revisiting old ideas can unlock new creative possibilities why song ideas evolve throughout the songwriting process If you've ever lost a lyric, melody, or song idea you wish you'd held onto, these simple practices can help you capture inspiration and give your songs a chance to grow.
We've all done this at some point: built our sense of safety, worth, even our identity around another person. And when that person is gone — whether through divorce, a breakup, or simply the slow unraveling of something that used to hold us — the question underneath emerges: who am I now? It's this question at the heart of our session today. And we're not just naming the pattern here — we're moving through it in real time. You get to witness what it looks like to go from grasping to releasing, from needing someone else to finding what you truly need from within. This is what my client discovered in our session today, that what she thought she needed from him — the safety, the stability, the love — was never really about him. It's about coming home to her own, sovereign self. If you've ever clung to a relationship past its expiration date, if you've ever found yourself organizing your identity around someone else, or if you're in the thick of your own attachment wounds right now — this one is medicine. Topics include: The freeze response — what it feels like in the body and how to move through it How childhood wounds around a parent's anger shape our adult attachment patterns Inner child work — meeting the part that never got to express her shock and anger Why unexpressed emotion stays stored in the body and how to begin releasing it The difference between grasping for love and being held in love Bringing in the inner masculine as a source of safety, stability, and support Letting go of an ex without hardening your heart Grounding into the earth and pussy as a feminine source of nourishment What becomes possible when we stop reaching outward and find the ground within LOVE THIS PODCAST? How do you find inspiration when you don't know what to create next? As singer-songwriters, we often assume we need a clear idea, a finished vision, or a specific project before we can begin creating. But what if inspiration doesn't come from thinking harder about what to make? What if it comes from paying attention? In this episode, we're exploring the work before the work — the often overlooked phase of the creative process where artists gather clues, follow curiosity, collect observations, and remain open to inspiration before a song, project, or creative vision fully reveals itself. I share some behind-the-scenes reflections from my own creative season of uncertainty, including revisiting unfinished songs, experimenting with new creative possibilities, and learning to trust the process before clarity arrives. We'll talk about: how to find inspiration as a singer-songwriter the creative season before clarity gathering creative clues and collecting ideas why inspiration often follows engagement, not the other way around living creatively with open eyes, open ears, and an open heart overcoming the pressure to have everything figured out trusting the creative process when you don't know what's next preparing the soil before the song emerges If you've been feeling stuck, uninspired, creatively restless, or unsure what project to pursue next, this episode offers a gentler approach: stay engaged, pay attention, and trust that something meaningful will emerge in its own time.

Are you who are ready to stop pushing through life and start living it with intention, energy, and ease? Then let's get started. I'm your host, Kellie Lupsha, a high-performance health coach, who is delighted to be your guide to vitality. In this episode of Wellness Wednesday, I sit down as a guest with Merilee Merisic to dive into one of the most important conversations in health today: why we are aging faster than we should and what is actually driving accelerated aging at the cellular level. We explore how modern life has changed the trajectory of human health where chronic stress, environmental toxins, processed foods, and constant mental overload are creating oxidative stress and mitochondrial dysfunction that silently speed up aging long before symptoms appear. Most importantly, we break down why true healing cannot start with symptoms, hormones, or supplements but must begin at the cellular foundation first. Once the cell is supported, everything else begins to work the way it was designed to.Key Highlights:➡️ Why people today are aging faster than previous generations ➡️ The difference between lifespan and healthspan—and why it matters now more than ever ➡️ How chronic stress, overwhelm, and environmental toxins accelerate cellular aging ➡️ Why aging begins at the cellular level long before wrinkles or hormone shifts appear ➡️ What oxidative stress really is and how it creates “rusting” inside the body ➡️ How oxidative stress impacts energy, metabolism, brain function, and disease risk ➡️ Why mitochondria are the “powerhouse” of the cell and control energy, recovery, and cognition ➡️ Why so many people feel stuck despite doing all the “healthy” things ➡️ Why foundational cellular function must come before any supplements or protocols ➡️ The concept of cellular activation and why genetic pathways matter for longevity ➡️ How gut health, collagen, and mitochondrial support all depend on cellular readinessKey Takeaways:“The body must be ready at a cellular level before anything else can land.” – Kellie Lupsha“We were born with everything we need to heal—but we must support the systems that allow it.” – Kellie Lupsha1️⃣ JOIN US IN THE WOMEN'S LONGEVITY & WELLNESS HUB!A Functional Medicine, Wellness, and Coaching Membership designed just for women over 50. I'm your host, Kellie Lupsha, a high-performance health coach, who is delighted to be your guide to vitality. In this episode, Dr. Heidi and I dive into the power of your first 60 minutes, and why that small window quietly shapes your cortisol rhythm, mental clarity, metabolism, and motivation for the entire day. We're not talking about perfection or forcing a 5 a.m. wake-up; we're talking about intentionally designing a morning ritual that actually fuels you, no matter what season of life you're in. From setting your mindset before your feet hit the floor, to simple, science-backed practices like morning light, cold exposure, breathwork, and strategic hydration, we break down how to create a routine that feels good, sticks long-term, and sets you up to win, without the overwhelm.Key Highlights:➡️ Why your first 60 minutes directly impact your cortisol, blood sugar, metabolism, and brain clarity.➡️ How the first few seconds after waking can influence your mindset for the entire day.➡️ How your brain defaults to habitual patterns and how to take control of it.➡️ Why even a few minutes of natural light (yes even on cloudy days) can reset your internal rhythm.➡️ A simple habit that can boost alertness and energy without relying on caffeine.➡️ Why your body needs gentle movement early in the day and it does not have to be a full workout.➡️ The overlooked habit that supports detoxification, metabolism, and overall function.➡️ Why your first meal should fuel your body and not spike and crash your energy.Key Takeaways:“Make yourself before you sit up. You've got to be able to say, this is my intention. This is what it is. This is who I am.” -Kellie Lupsha“Consistency is king... It's about building a habit. Send us Fan MailIf you lead others through uncertainty while privately wondering how to stay grounded yourself, this episode is the most honest conversation you'll see today. What happens when the person usually holding the space… becomes the one being held? This week, join us for a deeply personal episode of The UpLevel Podcast; the script is flipped. For the first time this season, our host Christie Mann fully steps into the client's seat and is coached live by her longtime mentor, dear friend, and master coach, Joni Mar.What unfolds is a raw, honest, and deeply human conversation about fear, leadership, uncertainty, and what it means to continue showing up in a rapidly changing environment. As Season 11 centers on stewardship, this episode offers a deeply human example of what it means to embody the work rather than simply discuss it.Together, Christie and Joni move beneath analysis and into embodiment—exploring anxiety around travel, leadership, safety, isolation, responsibility, and the emotional toll of living in a world that feels increasingly volatile. What emerges is a powerful reminder: Leadership isn't about having it all together. It's about staying human enough to remain connected—to ourselves, to others, and to the work we're here to do.In This Episode:What live coaching actually looks and feels likeThe emotional reality many leaders are carrying right nowHow fear and uncertainty show up in the bodyWhy grounding practices matter more than everThe paradox of creating safety while still answering the call to leadWhat it means to steward yourself while stewarding othersAbout Joni:Joni Mar, MCC, CPCC, CNTC, CTICFor more than two decades, Joni Mar has been helping leaders wrestle with a deceptively simple question: Who do I need to become to lead what's next?Known for her warmth, grounded presence, and ability to ask the question beneath the question, she helps leaders uncover the hidden patterns shaping how they think, decide, and lead. Joni believes the most powerful leadership shift is expanding a leader's awareness of who they are being while they lead because the hardest part of leadership isn't strategy, it's identity.A Master Certified Executive Leadership Coach and senior faculty member with the Co-Active Training Institute, Joni has been training coaches since 2003.An early contributor to the global expansion of coaching, Joni introduced Co-Active Coaching to the Hong Kong market and has spent more than a decade working between North America, Asia and Europe, bringing a deeply cross-cultural lens to leadership and human development.A long-time steward of the field, Joni now focuses on supporting the next generation of coaches and helping leaders bring greater wisdom, compassion, and courage into the systems they serve.https://www.linkedin.com/in/jonimar/https://www.instagram.com/joni.mar/

I'm your host, Kellie Lupsha, a high-performance health coach, who is delighted to be your guide to vitality. In this episode, I'm sharing a personal story that many women may relate to. For years, I felt confident in my health and fitness routine, but as I moved through my 40s and into my 50s, I started noticing changes that didn't seem to make sense. My weight wasn't changing much, yet my body felt different.I'm opening up about my own experience, the mindset shifts I had to make, and some of the lessons I've learned about metabolism, hormones, and overall metabolic health. If you've ever felt frustrated because what used to work no longer does, this conversation is for you.Key Highlights:➡️ Why the scale lied to me while my clothes told a completely different story.➡️ Why I finally had to let go of the outdated "calories in, calories out" mindset.➡️ The crucial breakfast nutrition shift that kickstarted my metabolic engine and helped balance my cortisol.➡️ The silent, frustrating physical shifts that happen during menopause. ➡️ Why managing your body at a cellular level is the true key to metabolic health.➡️ The essential daily habits I adopted to reduce inflammation and support natural, effective detoxification.➡️ My personal experience exploring low-dose hormone replacement therapy and metabolic support.Key Takeaways:"Calories in, calories out... it is the biggest myth that I need to help you get over." -Kellie Lupsha"Starting your metabolic engine in the morning is the most essential thing." -Kellie Lupsha1️⃣ JOIN US IN THE WOMEN'S LONGEVITY & WELLNESS HUB!A Functional Medicine, Wellness, and Coaching Membership designed just for women over 50. If you constantly overthink your decisions, struggle to trust yourself, or feel stuck trying to figure out what you really want… this episode is for you. In today's episode, I'm sharing a real, unfiltered coaching session with a client who felt exhausted by circling the same questions over and over: "What if I don't really know what I want?" "What if I make the wrong decision?" "What if success costs me my peace?" As we talked, something powerful became clear: she didn't actually lack clarity. Her brain had simply learned to associate purpose, growth, pressure, and success with overwhelm. This episode is a behind-the-scenes look at what real coaching can do that endless researching, journaling, overthinking, and consuming information often cannot: helping you recognize the subconscious patterns, nervous system responses, and thought loops keeping you stuck. Inside this coaching conversation, we talk about: overthinking and decision paralysis fear of success and business overwhelm purpose vs pressure nervous system responses and burnout why high-capacity women struggle to trust themselves how coaching helps you move forward learning to stop circling and start making decisions finding clarity without overanalyzing everything creating a business and life that align with your values how to stop talking yourself out of what you want If you've been feeling stuck between wanting more and fearing what it might cost you… I think this conversation is going to deeply encourage you. ✨ Stuck to Activated MASTERCLASS: If you're tired of overthinking and ready to finally move forward, join me for my upcoming masterclass: ✨ READY FOR COACHING? I'm your host, Kellie Lupsha, a high-performance health coach, who is delighted to be your guide to vitality. In this episode, Heidi and I are diving deep into a topic that might just be the missing link in your health and wellness journey. If you've been taking hormones or peptides but still aren't feeling the results you expect, we're here to tell you why. It's not about doing more or adding another item to your to-do list. Often, the real issue is a hidden driver that blocks everything else from working properly: cortisol. Join us as we explore how to shift from a stressful, go-go-go "checklist" mindset to a state of true cellular activation and presence. Key Highlights:➡️ Why elevated cortisol might be silently blocking your health, hormone, and wellness progress.➡️ Why simply ticking off wellness tasks isn't the same as achieving true nervous system regulation.➡️ How stress hormones hijack your body's natural messaging system.➡️ The intimate, disruptive connection between insulin spikes and cortisol surges.➡️ Why peptides and hormones are merely messengers that require the right internal environment to actually work.➡️ Simple, actionable ways to become an observer of your thoughts rather than a reactive stressor.➡️ How predictable meal timing and truly savoring your food can transform your metabolic calm.➡️ Why consistent sleep routines and circadian rhythm alignment are non-negotiable for cellular cleanup and repair.Key Takeaways:"When we're just in a state of being and not doing... that's when we get the biggest downloads." -Kellie Lupsha"All those receptors, producers, hormones, neurotransmitters... it's a beautiful symphony and orchestrated by design system." -Dr. Heidi1️⃣ JOIN US IN THE WOMEN'S LONGEVITY & WELLNESS HUB!A Functional Medicine, Wellness, and Coaching Membership designed just for women over 50. Feeling stuck creatively? Struggling with songwriter's block, creative burnout, or feeling disconnected from your music? In this episode, we're talking about how to begin again creatively — not through pressure, perfectionism, or forcing inspiration, but through play, curiosity, experimentation, and reconnecting with the desire to create. I share some honest reflections about my own creative process lately, the idea of creating a tiny summer creative project, and why songwriter's block may not actually mean your creativity is gone. Maybe the flow is still there — just buried underneath fear, overthinking, comparison, burnout, or the pressure to make something “good.” We'll talk about: songwriter's block and creative burnout how to start writing songs again reconnecting with your songwriting practice overcoming perfectionism in creativity why play and experimentation matter creating without pressure tiny creative projects as a doorway back into flow how to rekindle your desire to create This episode is for singer-songwriters, musicians, artists, and creatives who want to reconnect with their artistic voice and begin creating again from a place that feels alive. Plus, I'll guide you through a reflective exercise to help you imagine your own small creative project for this summer.

I'm your host, Kellie Lupsha, a high-performance health coach, who is delighted to be your guide to vitality. In this episode, I get real about shiny object syndrome, that exhausting cycle so many of us midlife women fall into: chasing the next trend, program, or “must-do” thing, only to burn out, bail, and start over again. I share my own stacks of half-finished notebooks, the lessons I've learned the hard way, and the powerful shift that happens when you stop asking “What's working for her?” and start asking “What's calling me?” This is your invitation to ditch distraction, reclaim your focus, and finally build a life, your life that moves the needle forward.Key Highlights:➡️ How “shiny object syndrome” can keep us from living our best life.➡️ Why alignment with your values and purpose matters more than trends➡️ The importance of asking yourself, “Is this really for me?” before saying yes.➡️ How to prioritize long-term goals over short-term gratification.➡️ Why fun and joy are essential in creating a meaningful life.➡️ How social pressures and external influences can distract from your path.➡️ Ways to activate your health naturally and optimize your body in midlife.➡️ How community and support can accelerate your transformation journey.Key Takeaways:“The number one way to optimal health and wellness is to activate the body… You've got to activate our natural healing processes to heal the gut, to reduce inflammation, to heal your brain.”-Kellie Lupsha“If you're true in alignment with who you want to become, the life that you want to live… when other things come your way, you won't jump on the bandwagon.”-Kellie Lupsha1️⃣ JOIN US IN THE WOMEN'S LONGEVITY & WELLNESS HUB!A Functional Medicine, Wellness, and Coaching Membership designed just for women over 50. Are you who are ready to stop pushing through life and start living it with intention, energy, and ease? Then let's get started. I'm your host, Kellie Lupsha, a high-performance health coach, who is delighted to be your guide to vitality. In this episode, I'm reflecting on a life-changing return from Europe, where what started as a trip became something much deeper about time, family, health, and the way we choose to live our lives. I share what it was like traveling not just for myself, but with my mom in her 80s and my daughter abroad, and how that experience shifted the way I see “waiting” for the right time. This conversation is really about what happens when you stop postponing life and start actually living it.Key Highlights:➡️ Why my recent trip to Spain with my 81-year-old mom shifted my perspective on aging, health, and the legacy I want to leave behind. ➡️ Why we keep putting off our dream lives and how to stop waiting for the “perfect” moment to design your future. ➡️ Why the shared experiences with loved ones carry a value that no price tag can match. ➡️ How to notice when you have settled for “good enough” and the power of asking, Can I receive more? ➡️ The mindset shift that made me realize I did not have to trade all my time for income. ➡️ How a global shutdown forced me to rethink income, reclaim my time, and pivot into the online space. ➡️ Redefining a rich life as freedom, flexibility, and meaningful experiences, not just material spending. ➡️ A simple reflection exercise to see if you are actually enjoying your life and how to intentionally bring more fun into your week. Who or what gets your time?Someone shared with me that they once asked Coach Bear Bryant, "Coach, with all these national championships, is there anything you would've done differently?" He said, "Yeah, I missed my family."My friend said, "You mean you were so busy, you kind of missed them while you were working?" Coach Bryant answered, "No, I missed it." You know, this is one stage of your life between father and son. If you miss it, it's a one time event. Today I'm speaking both to you young men and both to your dads back and forth.God and your family are the things that are gonna last not only through your lifetime, but through generations. Consider doing these 2 things:1. Be honestly inconsistent. This means resist the temptation to blame or make excuses. Own your mistakes. Learn to trust the Lord and stop trying to control the world.2. Develop deep abiding relationships with each other. Profound friendships. Now this only happens through laying our life down for each other. You know, the thing about relationships is they can only be developed through shared history, and that takes time.Lay down your life for each other, and you will become best friends and mutual advisors. That's the dream and the goal to aspire to.May the Lord bless you and keep you.Jerry Leachman of Leachman Ministries is a favorite speaker at The Center's events. In this episode, I'm sharing an honest reflection on creativity, artistic growth, and what happens when your creative process starts feeling stale — even when you still love what you do. If you've been feeling disconnected from your creativity, stuck in a creative rut, creatively burned out, or unsure how to reconnect with making music again, this episode is for you. We'll talk about: creative burnout vs creative growth outgrowing the way you create reconnecting with your singing and songwriting process allowing your creativity to evolve making space for a new creative season This is an artist-to-artist conversation about creativity, songwriting, and learning to create from a place that feels alive again. In this episode, I sat down with filmmaker Derick Fischer of Fishbowl Media for a live, no-script coaching session. After getting laid off from his corporate TV gig last November, Derick is officially making the leap from side hustle to full-time business owner—and he was honest about the messy middle of that transition. We unpacked his pricing, the systems he's missing, and the specific tools he can plug in this week to start filling his pipeline. Key Takeaways Your hourly rate is probably a fantasy until you track every hour. Music searches, call sheets, revisions—those "little" tasks add up to thousands of dollars in unpaid time per project. Cold outreach still works, but it shouldn't be manual anymore. Tools like BotDog and Perplexity can build your prospect list and start conversations while you're focused on shoots and edits. Lead with a low-ticket offer, not a video package. Free virtual tours, paid workshops, or strategy sessions get clients in the door before you ever pitch the bigger project. A weekly sales block on your calendar is non-negotiable. Without it, you're back on the roller coaster the second a big project wraps. In This Episode [00:00] Welcome to the show! Have you ever felt like you're trying too hard when you sing — forcing your voice, chasing a certain sound, or overthinking every note? If so, you're not alone. In this episode, we talk about how to find your natural singing voice — not by shaping or controlling it, but by learning how to let it emerge. Because your voice isn't something you have to create. It's something that's already there. You'll learn: • why forcing your voice creates tension and disconnect • how imitation and perfectionism can block your natural sound • the connection between mental tension and vocal tension • what resonance actually feels like in the body • how to sing with more ease, freedom, and emotional honesty This episode is about trusting your voice, releasing control, and allowing your sound to become more natural over time. Because the goal isn't to sound perfect. It's to sound like you.

This is your trusted space to cut through the noise, ditch the overwhelm, and finally feel extraordinary in your body, mind, and life. Are you who are ready to stop pushing through life and start living it with intention, energy, and ease? Then let's get started. I'm your host, Kellie Lupsha, a high-performance health coach, who is delighted to be your guide to vitality. In this episode, I speak candidly and straight from the heart about something so many women over 40 are silently struggling with: postponing their lives. It's not about a lack of motivation or laziness. It's about losing touch with aliveness, that deep, purposeful energy that makes life feel rich, meaningful, and expansive. I share why waiting for the “right time” is quietly costing you your joy, confidence, and future self… and how one aligned decision can begin to reignite everything.Key Highlights:➡️ The real reason you feel stuck isn't laziness, it's disconnection from aliveness.➡️ “Later” is a slow leak draining your energy, joy, and confidence.➡️ Aliveness isn't the same as excitement, it's sustained engagement rooted in purpose.➡️ You don't need to feel ready. Readiness is a myth that keeps you waiting.➡️ Energy doesn't come before action. It follows movement and decision.➡️ Overthinking, people-pleasing, and normalized exhaustion quietly kill your dreams.➡️ One small, aligned step, even if it scares you, can shift your entire trajectory.➡️ Your comfort zone may feel safe, but it's where growth goes to sleep.➡️ High performers don't wait for motivation, they choose how they want to feel.➡️ Choosing aliveness now creates momentum in your confidence, clarity, health, and life expansion. Last week you listened to a real coaching session with Lauren, a financial coach working through competing goals, limited margin, and a jumbled mind full of priorities she couldn't rank. This week I want to give you something to do with what you heard.I'm pulling three takeaways from Lauren's session: one for newer coaches, one for coaches who've been at this a while, and one for experienced practitioners who want to sharpen how they see their own work. They look like three different skills. They're actually the same skill at three different stages: paying attention to what the client actually needs versus what you're tempted to give them.If you haven't listened to Part 1 and Part 2 of Lauren's session yet, I'd recommend starting there. We're diving into the real reason why certain metabolic supports and wellness protocols eventually seem to lose their spark, and why chasing a higher dose or a newer product often misses the bigger picture entirely. We're sharing exactly why the internal environment you build before you start matters more than the tool itself, and how small, daily shifts can completely change how your body responds. If you're ready to move past quick fixes and step into sustainable, long-term vitality, this conversation is for you.Key Highlights:➡️ Why your body might eventually put the brakes on popular peptide therapies➡️ How chronic stress and nervous system overload can quietly block your metabolic response➡️ Why gut regularity and receptor health must come before introducing any new supplement➡️ The exact daily foundations I always tell clients to master first for optimal absorption➡️ What really happens inside your body when constant “food noise” finally fades away➡️ How to strategically fuel yourself when your natural appetite shrinks➡️ Why I always recommend looking past the scale to track what actually matters for longevity➡️ The far-reaching benefits of GLP-1 support that go way past weight managementKey Takeaways:“If you're not preparing the terrain… reducing that chronic inflammation and supporting the gut… then we can't expect things to just work perfectly.” -Kellie Lupsha“If your microbiome is dysregulated… it can't make a GLP-1 and it can't process a peptide that you're giving.” -Dr. Heidi1️⃣ JOIN US IN THE WOMEN'S LONGEVITY & WELLNESS HUB!A Functional Medicine, Wellness, and Coaching Membership designed just for women over 50. Lauren is a financial coach. She knows exactly what she'd tell a client who was juggling competing financial goals with limited margin. She'd say: pick one. Prioritize. Stop trying to do everything at once. And yet, when it came to her own money (her IVF goal, her emergency fund, her coaching business, her serving job she was ready to leave) everything felt jumbled. In this Client Seat episode, I coach Lauren through what happens when you stop trying to figure out all the things and start choosing. Some sessions change you. Not because something new is introduced, but because something ancient is finally met, moved through, and reclaimed. This is one of those sessions. In this in-person coaching episode, I'm the one being guided by my coach and bestie, Cathy Walker. What starts as a simple inquiry into what it would feel like to live in wealth consciousness quickly drops into something so much deeper: a past life body memory of betrayal, a wound that has been running the show from the shadows for lifetimes, and a life-changing experience of total clarity. This session goes DEEP. We move through constellation work, parts work, past life healing, and the reclamation of power that was never actually lost — just given away. And what comes through on the other side is something I can only describe as a rebirth. I'm sharing this because I believe in the power of being witnessed in the deep work. Not just teaching it, but living it. Topics include: Wealth consciousness and what actually blocks it Constellation work — mapping the energetics of our closest relationships Hypervigilance and the cost of keeping an eye on everyone's moods Past life healing — betrayal and a wound that has run for lifetimes The inner masculine as the true source of safety and support Parts work — meeting the exhausted protector and the part that won't let go Reclaiming power from father, from husband, from the masculine What your soul was trying to learn — and what it means to finally claim it CREATRIX: Join us in the Pussy Centered Living Community for my *new* program Creatrix: Where fulfilling your deepest desires is both a path of personal actualization AND collective liberation Podcast listeners get a special invite: Join us for Creatrix Mentioned in this episode:Triggers as a Portal for Growth with Cathy Walker Connect with Cathy:Her Website If you're ready to have Jenny personally support you in reigniting your desire, reconnecting to your pleasure, and creating relationships that get more passionate over time, book your Desire Breakthrough Session now. This episode is a little different. Michael Bungay Stanier, author of The Coaching Habit, with over a million copies sold, reached out and offered to do something I didn't expect: a live coaching session, recorded, here on the podcast. The topic: my delegation issue. Not the tactics (I know the tactics). Something deeper has its foot on the brake. What unfolded was one of the most honest, vulnerable conversations I've had on this show. Michael walked me through the Immunity to Change framework, where we uncovered that I'm getting more out of the status quo than I realize. There are commitments I have to the way things are right now that I haven't even named. We named them. And then we ran small experiments to test whether the things I'm most afraid of would actually come true. If you've been struggling to find time for your creativity — or feeling stuck in an all-or-nothing cycle with your singing or songwriting — this episode will give you a simple, realistic way to stay consistent. Because creativity doesn't require hours of free time. It requires a way to stay connected. In this episode, I share a flexible 20-minute creative practice designed for singer-songwriters who want to build consistency without overwhelm — even in the middle of a full, busy life. We'll walk through: • why the all-or-nothing mindset keeps you stuck • a simple 20-minute structure for singing, songwriting, and creative flow • how to stay connected to your voice through small, everyday moments I also introduce a simple “sprinkle and pour” approach to creativity — a way of weaving your voice and your music into your daily life, instead of waiting for the perfect time. Because you don't need more time. You need a way to return.
I sit down with Josh to unpack the deep-rooted patterns driving his self-doubt and anxiety in a new relationship. What begins as uncertainty about love quickly reveals unresolved grief, childhood trauma, and a lingering sense of guilt around his mother's passing. Together, we explore how past experiences shape our ability to trust ourselves and make decisions. This is a powerful look at what it takes to move from rumination and fear toward self-trust and emotional freedom.SHOW HIGHLIGHTS00:00 - Opening The Conversation01:00 - New Relationship, Old Doubts02:00 - Marriage Breakdown And Mental Health05:00 - First Panic Attacks And Early Trauma10:00 - Losing His Mother18:00 - Grief Comes To The Surface23:00 - What He Misses Most29:00 - Guilt And Self-Blame33:00 - Can You Forgive Yourself?36:00 - Fear Of Making The Wrong Choice42:00 - Why Good Relationships Feel Unsafe44:30 - Rebuilding Trust In Yourself***Tired of feeling like you're never enough?
