“You can have a grudge or you can have freedom—but you can't have both.” — Lora Cheadle   When betrayal detonates your life, “It's not fair” becomes the drumbeat in your head. In this intimate coaching session with “Jane,” we walk the real path from righteous anger and blame to sovereignty: naming what's actually happening (mental/physical exhaustion), discerning what you can control (boundaries, micro-choices), and choosing peace over the power of the grudge. If you've been holding the story together for your kids, your home, and everyone else—while seething at the unequal load—this conversation will meet you exactly where you are and offer a way through.
