Einen klaren Berufswunsch hatte sie nicht und wählt den pragmatischen Weg: Die TU ist direkt vor der Haustür und sie schreibt sich für BWL ein. Sie hatte nie einen Plan und ein Sommerjob führt sie in die Versicherungsbranche.Daraus werden 18 Jahre. Sie merkt, dass sie gut mit Menschen umgehen kann. Sie hat einen tollen Chef, ein sehr gutes Gehalt und einen Dienstwagen und denkt: „Ich habe doch alles." Über eine chronische Nasennebenhöhlenentzündung sendet ihr Körper ihr erste Zeichen, dass das nicht ihr Weg ist. Sie ist über sich hinweggegangen, fühlt sich nicht und funktioniert.Die nächste Krankheit ist Neurodermitis. Als die äußeren Medikamente nicht mehr helfen, sucht sie eine Heilpraktikerin auf. Diese stellt ihr Fragen nach ihrer Familie und sie denkt: „Was soll das denn?" Schritt für Schritt kommt sie den Ursachen der Symptome auf die Spur. Neurodermitis bleibt ihr Begleiter, den sie heute als kleine Warnglocke bezeichnet, die ihr zeigt, wenn ein neues Thema fällig ist.Sie beschließt, die Versicherung zu verlassen und sich als Heilpraktikerin ausbilden zu lassen.
