Pereira commented that there was a very positive atmosphere at the gathering, “where peace, calm, and the religiosity of the people reigned.” The devotion traces back to 1703 in Seville, Spain, when a Capuchin friar saw the Virgin Mary dressed as a shepherdess holding a shepherd's crook. https://www.catholicnewsagency.com/news/256549/divine-shepherdess-procession-in-venezuela-draws-27-million Finnish prosecutors are asking the country's Supreme Court to hear a “hate speech” case against a member of Parliament and Lutheran bishop for comments made about Christian teachings related to marriage and homosexuality. The charges brought against member of Finnish Parliament Päivi Räsänen and Bishop Juhana Pohjola for their speech were already dismissed twice — once by a lower district court and again by an appellate court. In the course of his remarkable and extraordinarily long life, Anthony would live to see the Emperor Constantine's establishment of Christianity as the official religion of the Roman empire. Anthony himself, however, would establish something more lasting – by becoming the spiritual father of the monastic communities that have existed throughout the subsequent history of the Church. https://www.catholicnewsagency.com/saint/st-anthony-of-egypt-119
The U.S. Justice Department has announced its intent to seek the death penalty for Payton Gendron, the individual responsible for a racially motivated shooting that claimed the lives of 10 people at a Tops Supermarket in Buffalo, New York, in May 2022. This decision marks a significant development in a case that has gripped the nation. Federal prosecutors filed a court document outlining their rationale for pursuing the death penalty, stating, "United States believes the circumstances in Counts 11-20 of the Indictment are such that, in the event of a conviction, a sentence of death is justified." Gendron had previously signaled a willingness to plead guilty to federal charges if the death penalty were off the table. The indictment against Gendron included 27 counts, with 14 violations of the Matthew Shepard and James Byrd Jr. Hate Crimes Prevention Act, encompassing hate crimes resulting in death, attempts to kill injured individuals, and attempted killings of additional Black individuals in and around the supermarket. In addition to these hate crime charges, Gendron faced 13 firearms offenses. The motivations behind the attack were deeply rooted in racist ideology, as Gendron subscribed to a far-right conspiracy known as replacement theory. His goal was to "inspire others to commit similar attacks," as stated in a criminal complaint. The rifle used in the shooting bore markings with phrases such as "here's your reparations" and "the great replacement." The decision to seek the death penalty by the Justice Department follows over a year of deliberations. Attorney General Merrick Garland had previously expressed concerns about the death penalty, and President Joe Biden had campaigned on abolishing it at the federal level. However, in the absence of a formal policy, the DOJ had engaged in discussions regarding a "worst-of-the-worst" threshold for cases involving extreme acts of hate-fueled violence. In response to the DOJ's announcement, the defense team expressed deep disappointment. Sonya Zoghlin, an assistant federal defender, conveyed their frustration, suggesting that the government's efforts could be better spent addressing the underlying issues that facilitated the crime, including easy access to deadly weapons and the failure of social media companies to moderate hateful rhetoric online. Gendron had previously faced sentencing on state charges, resulting in a life imprisonment without parole sentence in February 2023. During that sentencing hearing, Gendron briefly offered an apology, acknowledging his actions and the pain he caused. He pleaded guilty to 15 charges, including domestic terrorism motivated by hate, murder, and attempted murder. While the pursuit of the death penalty has been met with mixed reactions, some family members of the victims welcomed the decision. Mark Talley, the son of shooting victim Geraldine Talley, expressed his desire to see Gendron suffer and stated, "As long as I'm alive, I wanna be able to see him suffer." Others in the community echoed the sentiment that the death penalty should serve as a deterrent against such heinous crimes. Buffalo Mayor Byron Brown and New York Gov. Kathy Hochul also expressed support for the DOJ's decision, highlighting the gravity of the attack and its impact on the community. The next court date in the case is scheduled for February 2, where the legal proceedings will continue to unfold. Want to listen to ALL of our podcasts AD-FREE? It's Monday, May 15th, A.D. 2023. This is The Worldview in 5 Minutes heard at www.TheWorldview.com. I'm Adam McManus. (Adam@TheWorldview.com) By Adam McManus Muslims in Congo killed three Last Thursday, the Allied Democratic Forces, an Islamic rebel group, ambushed a key crossing point for people and goods in the Eastern Democratic Republic of the Congo, killing three people and burning cars and motorcycles, reports International Christian Concern. At Kambo, the Semuliki River crossing channel, the Muslim jihadists emerged from the shores and overpowered the security officers guarding the access point as travelers, vehicles, and motorbikes were disembarking the barge. Those killed in the terror attack were two sailors manning the barge and a soldier controlling access to the Semuliki River crossing channel, a key crossing point for people and goods between Kasindi and Butembo, in the Eastern region of Congo. Colossians 3:25 says, “For he who does wrong will receive the consequences of the wrong which he has done, and that without partiality.” The Worldview would add if not in this lifetime, the wicked will be held accountable in eternity. Texas mall shooter may have targeted “gun-free” zone Mauricio Garcia, the 33-year-old gunman who killed eight people on May 6th at Allen Premium Outlets mall, may have targeted the suburban Dallas shopping center because it was a gun-free zone according to the published rules of the mall. Thankfully, an unnamed police officer who had already responded to an unrelated call, heard the shooting in progress, and shot Garcia dead within four minutes of the beginning of the rampage. No doubt the body count would have been much higher in light of the fact that the mentally ill man had brought eight guns to the scene, according to The Associated Press. The assailant wore tactical gear and fired an AR-15-style weapon. According to the Crime Prevention Research Center, 94% of the mass shootings since 1950 have targeted “gun-free” zones. And, when analyzing the mass shootings since 1998, 84% of them have taken place in “gun-free” zones. Killers often openly talk about their desire to attack where no one is there with a gun to stop them. Justin Bourque, who shot to death three people in Canada, ridiculed gun-free zones on his Facebook page. James Holmes, the Batman movie theater killer in Colorado who killed 12 people and wounded 58 others, revealed in his diary that he targeted the theater because it had posted signs banning permitted concealed handguns. Payton Gendron, the Buffalo, New York shooter who killed 10 people in a supermarket last December, said, “Attacking in a weapons-restricted area may decrease the chance of civilian backlash. Schools, courts, or areas where Concealed Carry Weapons are outlawed or prohibited may be good areas of attack. Areas with strict gun laws are also great places of attack.” Former Vice President Joe Biden, a Democrat, introduced the Gun-Free School Zones Act to the U.S. Senate in 1990, and it was signed into law by then-President George H.W. Bush, a Republican. The law was clearly proposed with the intent to prevent mass shootings at schools. But, as the statistics reveal, it did not result in the desired outcome. Texas mall security guard a hero Garcia, the Texas gunman on May 6th, researched when the mall was busiest — Saturday afternoons — and posted photos on social media in mid-April of a store near where he ultimately began shooting people. Among those killed were two elementary school-age sisters, a couple and their 3-year-old son, and a 20-year-old Allied security guard named Christian LaCour, who evacuated one individual to safety, and was shot while courageously remaining to help others, reports FaithWire.com. More pastors promoting adoption, but fewer members are adopting Church leaders are increasingly promoting adoption and foster care for their members even as fewer members are involved in the processes, according to a new LifeWay Research report that surmises the drop may be attributed to the pandemic, reports Christian Headlines. The poll of churchgoers, released Thursday, found that church leaders are more likely than they were in 2017 to raise funds for and encourage their congregation to adopt. At the same time, churchgoers are less likely than in 2017 to say they know of a member who has adopted or provided foster care. The survey found that pastors were more likely in 2022 than they were in 2017 to raise funds for families who are adopting (18 percent in 2022; 8 percent in 2017), encourage families to provide foster care (17 percent to 12 percent), and encourage families to consider adoption (16 percent to 14 percent). Church members, though, are less likely to adopt than they were in 2017. The poll found that churchgoers say they were less likely in 2022 than in 2017 to say a member of their church provided foster care (25 percent in 2017 to 16 percent in 2022), adopted a new child from the United States (17 percent to 13 percent) and adopted a new child from another country (15 percent to 11 percent). James 1:27 says, “Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world.” Elisabeth Elliot honored in a Museum of the Bible display And finally, the story of Elisabeth Elliot, a Christian missionary who devoted two years of her life to ministering to a tribe in Ecuador that killed her husband, is featured in a new exhibit at the Museum of the Bible in Washington, D.C., reports The Christian Post. While traveling through the Ecuadorian jungle to connect with the people of the Auca/Waodani tribe, Elliot's husband, Jim, and four other missionaries were speared to death on January 8, 1956. Elizabeth Elliot returned to the Ecuadorian rainforest two years after her husband's death to live with the very tribe that had killed her husband. Her decision to forgive them helped the tribe begin a new path. In Matthew 5:43-45, Jesus said, “You have heard that it was said, ‘Love your neighbor and hate your enemy.' But I tell you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, that you may be children of your Father in Heaven.” The tribesmen had been afraid and uncertain about the group of outsiders, but later came to feel remorse for their actions. The tribesmen embraced Christianity quickly once it was explained to them. The exhibit, which explores the Christian missionary's life and career spanning six decades before her death in 2015, is located on the Impact of the Bible floor in an area designated as "Personal Stories." This section of the Museum of the Bible highlights individuals who have used God's Word to impact their communities and the broader world. The Museum of the Bible exhibit about Elliot's work opened on March 30, and it will run through Jan. 28, 2024. Watch the movie End of the Spear. This week we look at the arrest of David 'Guru' Graham and his ridiculous behaviour in court. He is such a silly billy. Payton Gendron, a mass murderer who killed 10 innocent black americans in a supermarket desperately tries to claw back some sympathy from the court. What a prick. In cooker update we have a long overdue go at Dave Oneegs - but that needs another episode in itself - and look at the cookers plan to protest The Alfred - a very busy and very important hospital in Melbourne. By now the protest will have happened - parents harassed on the way to see their children. Sick people being yelled at by idiots. All because they don't understand how transplant lists work. Pathetic. We have BPFW and in SovCits V The Man we see a fella fomally known as prince having a bit of a spat with the authorities over his repeated presence in a protected area. Pete is still a bigot. He doesn't read articles. Babet has started 'just asking questions' in question time and not only are they stupid, but when he gets owned in the chamber - he posts the video of it as a flex. He doesn't even realise he is getting owned because he is that stupid. Some very poor behaviour from the usual suspects this week. Enjoy!

Law Mandating Social Media 'Hateful Conduct' Policies A federal judge has blocked New York's new law that prohibits hate speech on social media, ruling the measure violates the Constitution's protection of free speech. U.S. District Judge Andrew L. Carter Jr. on Tuesday, in Volokh v. James, sided with the Volokh Conspiracy legal blog and Peter Thiel-backed video site Rumble Inc., which claimed the law will hurt online services and silence disfavored viewpoints. New York Democrat Gov. Kathy Hochul in June signed a legislative package that included new regulations governing how social media platforms police what the law calls "hateful conduct." The "Hateful Conduct Law" required that social media websites make it easy for users to report "incidents of hateful conduct," and to respond to complaints explaining how the matter is being handled. Carter began his ruling by citing the Supreme Court's 2017 Matal v. Tam decision in which the justices unanimously ruled that a federal law prohibiting trademark names that disparage others was unconstitutional because "speech may not be banned on the grounds that it expresses ideas that offend." After calling the law "well-intentioned," Carter explained his decision. "Yet, the First Amendment protects from state regulation speech that may be deemed 'hateful' and generally disfavors regulation of speech based on its content unless it is narrowly tailored to serve a compelling governmental interest," Carter wrote in his decision. "The Hateful Conduct Law both compels social media networks to speak about the contours of hate speech and chills the constitutionally protected speech of social media users, without articulating a compelling governmental interest or ensuring that the law is narrowly tailored to that goal. "In the face of our national commitment to the free expression of speech, even where that speech is offensive or repugnant, Plaintiffs' motion for preliminary injunction, prohibiting enforcement of the law, is GRANTED." Carter said the law overreached. "The Hateful Conduct Law does not merely require that a social media network provide its users with a mechanism to complain about instances of 'hateful conduct,'" Carter wrote. "The law also requires that a social media network must make a ‘policy’ available on its website which details how the network will respond to a complaint of hateful content. "In other words, the law requires that social media networks devise and implement a written policy — i.e., speech." https://www.breitbart.com/politics/2023/02/14/exclusive-secret-china-donations-to-university-of-delaware-soared-after-the-opening-of-the-biden-institute/ Secret China Donations to University of Delaware Soared After the Opening of the Biden Institute A second university has been found to have received more than $6.7 million in anonymous donations from China, including direct funding from the Chinese government, after Joe Biden set up a program there in his name, according to a Government Accountability Institute analysis. The revelation comes following reporting that anonymous China-linked funds flowing to the University of Pennsylvania almost tripled after the inauguration of the Penn-Biden Center, which illegally housed classified documents. On March 13, 2017, less than seven weeks after concluding his second term as vice president, Joe Biden announced the founding of the Biden Institute at his home state’s University of Delaware (UD). According to the announcement, part of Biden’s “vision for the institute is an annual conference at UD, similar to the World Economic Forum or the Aspen Institute.” At the time of Biden’s announcement at UD, multiple members of the Biden family were working on deals worth millions of dollars with foreign businessmen linked to the highest levels of Chinese intelligence. And Biden’s other university program at the University of Pennsylvania was apparently housing classified documents from the Obama-Biden administration in an improper way. Prior to hosting the Biden Institute, UD had never disclosed any funding from China. One year later (and just two months after the Penn Biden center opened its D.C. office), anonymous donations from China to UD skyrocketed. The first payment came in April 2018 in the amount of $3,204,070 from an anonymous donor in China. In December 2018, another anonymous donation from China arrived for $1,869,515. A third anonymous China-linked payment, for $624,904, arrived in December 2019. In 2020, the year that Biden was campaigning for president, anonymous Chinese state-linked entities sent three more payments totaling $1,005,761 to UD, the bulk of which arrived after Biden had been declared the president-elect. Three of these donations from China—with a combined total of $1,005,761—were reported as coming from a “Foreign Government Source,” according to the U.S. Department of Education (DOE) records assembled from information reported to the DOE by the University of Delaware. It should be noted that, according to the available records, none the donations from China to the University of Pennsylvania following the creation of the Penn Biden Center appear to have been reported to the DOE as coming from a “Foreign Government Source” — a fact which led at least one fact-checker to conclude that the Penn Biden Center was being unfairly labeled as “China-funded” because the influx of funding from China to UPenn following its establishment was not given this DOE identifier. However, three donations originating from China to the University of Delaware in the years following the launch of the Biden Institute clearly bear the “Foreign Government Source” identifier. The actual DOE record field for this identifier asks, “Is this funding from a government?” For these three donations, the answer supplied by the University of Delaware is “Yes,” as seen in the three images below taken from the DOE website (highlight added for emphasis). Neither the Biden Institute nor the UD have responded to requests to identify the Chinese donors or explain why the Chinese government decided to fund UD after the Biden Institute was created. Perhaps the most mysterious aspect of the Biden Institute is how it was conceived. The initial idea for Biden Institute at UD was apparently hatched by Joe’s son, Hunter Biden, while the elder Biden was still the vice president. In March 2016, Hunter Biden met with UD’s incoming president, Dr. Dennis Assanis, as Hunter and his business associates were making plans to create a “stage” to promote the “Biden brand,” emails from Hunter’s abandoned laptop show. Other emails on the laptop indicate that Hunter and his business associates were concerned about boosting Joe’s “future earnings potential,” while Joe was still the vice president. Kristi Noem signed legislation Monday banning both surgical and nonsurgical sex change procedures for minors. The “Help Not Harm” bill bars health care providers from prescribing minors puberty blockers or cross-sex hormones or performing cross-sex surgeries on minors. Doctors found violating the law will have their medical licenses revoked. The move comes amid a broader push from red states to crack down on the procedures. Patients harmed by violations of the new law have three years, or until they turn 25, to seek civil damages; whichever date is later, according to the bill. The legislation takes effect July 1, and health care professionals may keep patients on cross-sex drug regimens through the end of the year if they determine it’s necessary to gradually wean them off the drugs for the sake of their health. While cross-sex genital surgeries are rare for minors, numerous clinics and hospitals offer puberty blockers, hormones and mastectomies to minors as part of the gender transition process; the procedures are still legal at the federal level and in most states.

On Wednesday, February 15, 2023, the Hudson Mohawk Magazine Roaming Labor Correspondent Willie Terry was online for the sentencing of Buffalo mass shooter Payton Gendron who killed ten people on May 14, 2022, at Tops Market in Buffalo, New York. In this segment, Willie recorded exerpts of Judge Susan Eagan of Erie County Court's historical statement at the sentencing of Payton Gendron.

Gus T. Renegade gives his first report live from Buffalo, New York. "The Worthless Negro from Virginia" trekked across the continent to be in attendance for the sentencing of Payton S. Gendron who plead guilty to Racist domestic terrorism and the killing of 10 black people at an east side Top's Buffalo grocery store in May of 2022. The sentencing was a highly emotional, even traumatizing experience. Gendron killed 10 innocent black people - which is a disgustingly highly number of fatalities. But he also wounded others who survived. There were so many Victim's relatives in the court room, it was staggering to comprehend the personal impact of this terrorist attack. While some of the black victims did recite biblical verses and announced forgiveness for Gendron, many black people voiced unmitigated hatred for Gendron (and his absent White parents). In fact, several members attempted to beat down the 19-year-old convicted White Terrorist. The thick presence of armed sheriffs immediately ended the conflict, and Gendron was swiftly whisked to safety until the sentencing could resume. The teenage Race Soldier received a life sentence without the possibility of parole. He has a pending federal trial where he could face the death penalty. Judge Susan Eagan branded the White killer "ignorant." #LetsGoBuffalo #DamarHamlin #TheCOWS14Years INVEST in The COWS – http://paypal.me/TheCOWS Cash App: https://cash.app/$TheCOWS CALL IN NUMBER: 605.313.5164 CODE 564943#

The Katherine Massey Book Club hosts the 12th study session on Catherine Pelonero's 2017 publication, Absolute Madness: A True Story of a Serial Killer, Race, and a City Divided. While the most recent Race Soldier to slaughter blacks in Buffalo, Payton Gendron, awaits trial, WBFO reminded us that this Suspected Terrorist is only a teenager. His brain is not fully developed, which, apparently, "complicates" his criminal responsibility for mass murder of negroes. Last week in Pelonero's book, the White Supremacist code was flagrantly displayed. Madona Gorney testified about Joseph G. Christopher's presence at the killing of 14-year-old Glenn Dunn. This White Woman lost friends and was admonished by neighbors and relatives for testifying against a White Man accused of killing black people. During the protracted court proceedings, Joey delighted in taunting the mostly black inmates - saying he wished he'd killed more niggras. White prison officials punished black inmates with lockdown for responding to Joey's Racist insults. The White guards also vocalized their approval of the 22 Caliber Killings, telling the murder suspect he helped lower crime in Buffalo. #LetsGoBuffalo #PaytonGendron #22CaliberKiller #JoesphGChristopher #TheCOWS13 INVEST in The COWS – http://paypal.me/TheCOWS Cash App: https://cash.app/$TheCOWS CALL IN NUMBER: 720.716.7300 CODE: 564943#
The Katherine Massey Book Club hosts the 11th study session on Catherine Pelonero's 2017 publication, Absolute Madness: A True Story of a Serial Killer, Race, and a City Divided. Just this month, the east side Tops grocery store where Massey and 9 other black people were slaughtered has re-opened. Many black residents wanted the building destroyed. The Race Soldier, Payton Gendron, was federally charged with 27 counts of hate crime and weapons violations. He could face the death penalty if convicted. Last week, Pelonero detailed the accounts of some of Joey's other black co-workers. They described him as a "crazy" White boy who "popped pills" and joked around with the black employees. They did not think of him as a Racist. Pelonero continues to sympathize with this psychopathic serial killer, insisting that the media immediately castigated and convicted him as a Racist killer. She also finds fault with journalists reminding readers that Christopher dropped out of high school - something routinely done with black victims of violent crime. We continue to hear about White people not wanting to identify or testify against other Whites who commit crimes against black people. #NoSnitching is a big part of White Supremacy Culture. #LetsGoBuffalo #PaytonGendron #22CaliberKiller #JoesphGChristopher #TheCOWS13 INVEST in The COWS – http://paypal.me/TheCOWS Cash App: https://cash.app/$TheCOWS CALL IN NUMBER: 720.716.7300 CODE: 564943#
The Katherine Massey Book Club hosts the 10th study session on Catherine Pelonero's 2017 publication, Absolute Madness: A True Story of a Serial Killer, Race, and a City Divided. In the days since our last reading, the east side Tops grocery store where Massey and 9 other black people were slaughtered has re-opened. Many black residents wanted the building destroyed. The Race Soldier, Payton Gendron, was federally charged with 27 counts of hate crime and weapons violations. He could face the death penalty if convicted. Last week, Pelonero detailed the indicted and extradition procedure against "Joey." She suggested that the media spun a narrative of Christopher bragging and boasting about killing black people so that the public has an uncomplicated story about a lone, Racist killer. Pelonero continues to insist that this White man is "crazy," a pitiful dingbat. Ernie Smith, a black male and former co-worker of Christopher, was interviewed for the investigation. He said that he and "Joey" used to wrestle and "fool around" after work. In the proceeding paragraph, Smith says that sometimes he and Joey would "fool around" with "street girls" (sex workers), although Christopher would not have intercourse with the female workers. The homoeroticism of the text is boundless. Gus suspects "Joey" was sexually attracted to and perhaps involved with black males like Ernie Smith and maybe even Collin Cole, a transvestite who worked the streets as a prostitute named "Wilma." Cole was strangled (he survived) while on a hospital floor where he was the only black patient. #LetsGoBuffalo #PaytonGendron #22CaliberKiller #JoesphGChristopher #TheCOWS13 INVEST in The COWS – http://paypal.me/TheCOWS Cash App: https://cash.app/$TheCOWS CALL IN NUMBER: 720.716.7300 CODE: 564943#
The Context of White Supremacy welcomes Dr. Jason Knight. A professor in SUNY Buffalo State's Department of Geography and Planning, Dr. Knight's research interest focuses on the physical and social evolution of cities and their constituent neighborhoods, with a particular interest in policy and planning for distressed neighborhoods. A C.O.W.S. listener sent Gus his 2018 report: Walkable and resurgent for whom? The uneven geographies of walkability in Buffalo, NY. Dr. Knight documents how black Buffalo residents are stockpiled in parts of the city where few amenities can be reached on foot. This makes it harder for black people to access employment opportunities, enjoy the health benefits of walking to work or the supermarket, and makes for consistently inefficient travel. This type of refined White Supremacy is just as deadly as Payton Gendron, the teenage White Terrorist who killed 10 black people in an east Buffalo Tops grocery store. We'll get Dr. Knight's thoughts on last week's re-opening of the supermarket just weeks after the massacre. In addition to engaging in "Racial Showcasing Confusion - Dr. Knight blamed Buffalo's black mayor for championing "Neo-liberalism" and ignoring the black resident of the east side, he also accused Gus and callers of asking "slippery," "gotcha" questions. He specifically accused Gus of using a "double negative" in a question (a false charge). After approximately 90 minutes elapsed, Dr. Knight changed his answer to Gus's question about evidence of Whites discontinuing the practice of Racism. The White professor spoke proudly about being a west New York native. However, he knew few details about Joseph G. Christopher and the 22 Caliber Killings. In fact, Dr. Knight said his parents' house used to be on Genesee street on the east side. 14-year-old Glenn Dunn, the first Victim killed in the 1980 slayings, was shot to death outside of Tops grocery store on Genesee street. #DomesticWhiteTerrorism #TheCOWS13 # INVEST in The COWS – http://paypal.me/TheCOWS Cash App: https://cash.app/$TheCOWS CALL IN NUMBER: 720.716.7300 CODE: 564943#

Congresswoman Elise Stefanik has the “worst luck in American retail politics ever,” declares host Molly Jong-Fast on this episode of The New Abnormal. Stefanik's past “replacement theory” rhetoric has resurfaced after the “screed” of the Topps shooter Payton Gendron had been reported to contain the same kind of views. Somehow she thinks she's the victim—and Molly and Andy Levy dive into that on this episode. Plus! Democratic strategist Adrienne Elrod gives Molly the low-down on the Pennsylvania candidates running in Tuesday's election, including Dr. Oz and Kathy Barnette, who is “even too Trumpy for Trump.” And Shannon Watts, founder of anti-gun violence group Mom's Demand Action, explains the loophole that allowed the Topps shooter to get his gun, and how the NRA is linked to what drove him to kill.
