In this episode of the Leading for Children Podcast, Nichole Parks and Julia Connolly have an inspiring conversation with Kaylee Phillips, a dedicated Arkansas teacher of adolescents who leads with her values—modeling integrity and empowering her students to find their voices. From guiding young people to reflect on their choices to creating spaces where they feel fully seen, Kaylee is the kind of educator who makes a lasting impact.A quote to take away: Julia shared, "We share so many values. The way we talk about them might look different, but if you break them down to their very center, they're usually about love and care and relationships."
Dissero all'unisono. Each story is currently written and narrated in both Italian and English. The translation from Italian (the original language) to English and the reading of the stories are performed using Generative Artificial Intelligence — which perhaps has a touch of magic... La Mongolfiera Di VetroChe magnifica luna piena!Aprile inoltrato. All'improvviso, scintille brillarono. Vortici danzarono. Perché niente, ma proprio niente, può fermare chi osa sognare.-- Scritta da Marco Ciappelli Each story is currently written and narrated in both Italian and English. The translation from Italian (the original language) to English and the reading of the stories are performed using Generative Artificial Intelligence — which perhaps has a touch of magic... In this episode of The Leading for Children Podcast, we hear from father and son duo, Jonathan and Noah Fribley, as they share the tender, yet powerful story of their relationship—its beautiful and challenging evolution over its multi-decade course.Storytelling can be life-changing. As we express our truths and listen to those of others, we have a profound opportunity to be known, to know others more deeply, to expand our capacity for empathy, and to strengthen the foundation of wisdom that unites and activates us as a greater community.A Quote to Take Away: Noah Fribley shared, “ You can have grand theories about how society and family should structure themselves, but at the end of the day, it's small things that make that difference. It's neighbors helping each other or family members making meals when somebody has a baby. And I think that's something that you, in particular, really modeled. You don't have to have a lot to have a big impact, and that's stuck with me.”Thanks for listening! To learn more about Leading for Children, visit our website at leadingforchildren.org.
All'alba, con determinazione, si mise al lavoro.“No, no, aiuto! When this podcast ended, we promised that we would come back if we could land interviews with people associated with the show. Today we are keeping our promise and are back with a writer and producer: Richard Gurman! Richard was involved with Married with Children from its start with the Unaired Pilot in late 1986 through the end of Season 10. He also wrote the first episode of Season 11. If there is one person besides the show's creators who can tell the complete story of Married with Children, this is the guy! Mr. Gurman has a new book out on April 23, 2024 entitled Married… With Children vs. the World: The Inside Story of the Shock-Com that Launched FOX and Changed TV Comedy Forever. This book is the definitive inside story that you need to add to your Married with Children collection, and just like watching episodes of the show, you will want to read this book over and over again! This book has been reviewed and endorsed by Ed O'Neill, Katey Sagal, David Garrison, and Michael G. Moye! Richard worked in Hollywood for over thirty-five years writing, producing, and showrunning such popular TV shows as Happy Days, Laverne & Shirley, Mork & Mindy, Diff'rent Strokes, Facts of Life, Still Standing, and of course Married… With Children. In 2017, he produced the documentary film This Is Bob Hope for the PBS series American Masters, and in 2020, along with director John Scheinfeld, he executive produced the documentary The Happy Days of Garry Marshall for ABC. According to IMDB he has writing credits across 21 shows, producer credits on 15 shows, and has also been a creative consultant and story editor. Richard holds a bachelor's degree in sociology and a master's degree in journalism from the University of California at Berkeley. In this interview, Annabel talks to Richard about his Hollywood career, his days on Married with Children, and of course about his book! Topics include, a week in the life of a television writer on Married With Children, Barry Diller, Terry Rakolta, the global impact of the show and much MUCH more! So, let's dust off the chairs in the nudie bar, put the Girlie Girl beer back on ice, and listen in to Mr. Richard Gurman! This book is available where all books are sold. You should go out and BUY this TODAY if you haven't preordered it already!

Today, Hunter is joined by two fierce advocates for youth justice in the state of Tennessee. Chris Kleiser, a Knox County Public Defender, and Meribah Knight, a Senior Reporter for Special Projects with Nashville Public Radio, bring us a story of how one rouge judge illegally policed and caged young people in Rutherford County Tennessee. Many of you may have read the shocking reporting last year about Judge Donna Scott Davenport. Over more than two decades, she abused her position of power on the bench, and today's episode is designed to figure out what structural things in the Tennessee criminal legal system allow this to happen. I recently had a mom reach out to me with some thoughts and an excellent question that I think is important for us to take a few minutes to think through and then, as always, go to the scriptures for our direction. Susan Stevenson. Susan Cook. Susan Kendzia. Susan Lee. All of these names belong to the same woman. You'd never know by looking at this charming, gray-haired 62-year-old southern grandmother that she has spent decades leaving a trail of illness, abuse, and death in her wake. Even though the words “Munchausen syndrome by proxy” have hovered over Susan's head since the mid-1980s like a dark cloud, she has been permitted to continue committing countless alleged atrocities against children and others for over forty years with little to no consequence. Over the course of this miniseries, I will expose Susan's alleged misdeeds with the help of those who were fortunate enough to survive her, and I will speak out for those who weren't. In today's episode, I will tell you about two baby boys who were adopted into the Kendzia home nine months apart and who died under similarly suspicious circumstances, also nine months apart. In the unaired pilot episode of this widely successful, ribald sitcom, Al Bundy has a chance of getting front row seats to the basketball game, but Peggy makes him stay home and meet their new yuppie neighbors, Marcy and Steve Rhoades. Differences between the unaired pilot and the actual pilot include Bud Bundy being played by Hunter Carson and Kelly Bundy played by Tina Caspary. Ritch Shydner also had a starring role according to the opening credits. In this bonus episode review, The Married with Children Podcast's Annabel and Luigi go through the history of this episode along with the differences to the actual pilot and explore the "what might have been" scenarios. The Married with Children Podcast is absolutely thrilled to talk to Ed Bell this week, known professionally as E.E. Bell, who played Bob Rooney on Married with Children from Seasons 8 through 11. In fact, his character was NO MA'AM's treasurer! Ed was born in Norfolk, Virginia and moved around a lot as a child since his father was in the Navy. He eventually settled in the Chicago area before embarking on his acting career in California in 1983. IMDB lists around 100 acting credits, but the true list is much, much longer. There are also a few surprises! In addition to acting, Ed is member of a band named The Whooligans (https://thewhooligans.com/) where he plays tenor banjo and lead vocals. Annabel and Matt talk to him about his early life, how he was able to follow his comedy passion, his early career in Hollywood, his time on Married with Children, and of course his television and film career after Married with Children, along with much much more! You can learn more about Ed on his website at http://www.eebell.net/ and he is also on Facebook and Twitter. Ed is currently undergoing cancer treatment, so let's all send him our love and good wishes for a full and speedy recovery. He would really appreciate that! So attention all NO MA'AMers, take up your normal seats in the nudie bar, grab your beverage of choice, and listen in to the great and our beloved Ed Bell, aka Bob Rooney! You WILL NOT want to miss this interview!
This week, I am joined by my best friends, my business partners of Stand By Survivors LLC and co-hosts of the Save Our Children Podcast, Becky and Bridget! For those of you who are new here, Becky and Bridget are two badass mamas and child abuse activists who have their own podcast bringing awareness to learning how to parent our children and re-parent ourselves in a Red Pilled world. We like to say our podcasts are ‘sisters' as they both make sense together and were created to be compliments to one another. Where The Imagination covers the stories of survivors and whistleblowers, the Save Our Children Podcast dives deep into some of the questions not answered on this show. Many of their episodes are even kid-friendly and some even feature their own kiddos! Together, we believe we are helping to paint a fuller picture of what is happening and to whom in regard to child abuse of all levels and providing solutions on both ends to help listeners feel hopeful and guided to take responsibility in healing our own inner child within so we can break generational trauma cycles many of us have had to one degree or another within our family lineages. These girls are absolutely amazing and are so passionate about helping others - and they do it with full-time careers, as full-time mommy's and as devoted content creators. The Imagination podcast wouldn't be what it is without them as they were the ones who helped me kick this project off and believed in me while most everyone else was outcasting me. Becky and Bridget took a short hiatus on their podcast to get some much-deserved rest, recovery and family time and I knew we had to do a show when they were back and catch everyone up on what they've been doing and what is coming up! So, without further ado, I'm honored to introduce two of the most amazing women I know - two of my best friends and two of the most passionate people on the planet who devote every waking minute of free time they can squeeze out of their crazy days to BE the change they wish to see in the world - Becky and Bridget from the Save our Children Podcast!CONNECT WITH BECKY AND BRIDGET:Instagram:Save Our Children Podcast: @saveourchildrenpodcast -Becky & Bridget (@saveourchildrenpodcast) • Instagram photos and videosBecky: @becky_standbysurvivors - Becky - Stand By Survivors (@becky_standbysurvivors) • Instagram photos and videosBridget: @beautybyb____ - Bridge (@beautybyb____) • Instagram photos and videosLinkTree: @Saveourchildrenpodcast | LinktreeCONNECT WITH THE IMAGINATION:All links: Emma Pietrzak on Direct.meWebsite:Stand By Survivors - Everyone Has A Story...SXS Merch: https://my-store-c980d5.creator-spring.comSurvivor Store: Survivor Store (standbysurvivors.com) Support the show

RAISING CHILDREN | Love and Relationships: While it is not necessary that a young person learn about the New Message from God, it is important that they can participate in gaining the skills that the New Message provides—learning to experience Knowledge; learning to discern what is going on objectively; learning to value one's own experience over the expectations of others; recognizing the hazards and opportunities of the world; developing wisdom around how to participate with people: when to express oneself, when not to express oneself; how to listen to others to discern what they are really communicating; how to interpret the forces around them. The post Raising Children Podcast appeared first on The New Message from God.
RAISING CHILDREN - Chapter 2 | Love and Relationships: It is important to remember that it is everyone's purpose in the world to discover the Knowledge that God has placed within them and to do this to the best of their abilities, given their circumstances and their opportunities for contribution. The post Raising Children Podcast appeared first on The New Message from God.
Around the world and throughout history, pagans sacrifice their children to satiate their bloodthirsty gods. This isn't true only in ancient, undeveloped societies. Our post-Christian culture sacrifices children to its own idols. Why do paganism and child sacrifice go hand-in-hand? On this episode of The 40 Days for Life Podcast, we address that question--as well as: The irony of modern progressives clinging to the most backward of ancient superstitions Why only God's chosen people can put a stop to the bloodshed The one sacrifice that can reconcile humanity with God

For the usual listeners this is a very different podcast episode. So much so that Bennys Wife said that was a random guest. Benny speaks with Save Our Children Podcast hosts Becky and Bridget. They discuss the purpose and mission behind SAVE OUR CHILDREN. They dive deep into parenting in todays current climate as well as stories from the past. All 3 are parents navigating todays waters. Benny wants to have more deep conversations about parenting because it's something we all battle with daily. Either with our own parents or being them. We must be the best spouses and parents. We are in charge of their upbringing no one else. Together we can make be there for them as a community of parents. We speak about a lot of the problems plaguing our children in todays society. --- Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/sempersometimes/support
HAPPY NEW YEAR! To kick off the end of 2021 and bring in the beginning of 2022, Bridget and Becky from the 'Save Our Children Podcast' and I decided to do a fun bonus episode! Whether you are alone, bored, or looking for something fun to do while you are waiting to go out tonight, we wanted to come together and share our best times and our hardest times as podcast hosts, business owners, working ladies, and moms/wives. Each of us tells what we hope will come for us personally and professionally in 2022 and - finally, where we think the world is headed in the future. God has set our path for us and we are blessed to be together on this journey. Sometimes it's scary, sometimes it's overwhelming, but all the time it's filled with our passion for helping survivors and love for each other. We are so excited to see what 2022 has in store for us and we thank you all for sticking by us. We see you, we hear you, we stand by you. Today, tomorrow, all ways in all ways. Prayer of Protection: Dear Heavenly Father~ Surround us today with Your unending love. Give us the ability to speak into the hearts and minds of the people listening today. You God are the one who knows what each listener needs to hear... please allow us to shepherd that message to them as you see fit. As we move forward in this next year, we ask you Jesus to give us your grace, forgive our sins, and give us the discernment to follow your path for each of us and as an organization. You are the way, the truth, and the light. God, please place a hedge of protection around this podcast, around us as the hosts, and around all the listeners, that they God will not only feel your glory, but will be protected from the evil that is trying so very hard to win their hearts. And finally, help us to be strong in you Lord...that we come to You with whatever is on our hearts and minds this day. We ask this in Jesus name. Amen.
