Naši starí rodičia ju slávili nielen v kostole, ale aj doma, rôznymi zvykmi. Dnes vám poviem, ako to vyzeralo kedysi – bez čokoládových vajíčok, bez obchodov plných výzdob, ale s množstvom krásnych tradícií!Pred Veľkou nocou bol štyridsaťdňový pôst. To znamenalo, že ľudia nejedli mäso, ani mastené jedlá, ani sladkosti. Namiesto toho si pochutnávali na zemiakoch, cestovine, kapuste a chlebe...... Jedna z najznámejších jarných tradícií bola vynášanie Moreny ...... Na Zelený štvrtok sa dievčatá skoro ráno ponáhľali k potoku, aby sa v ňom umyli. Verili, že im voda prinesie krásu a zdravie...... Na Veľký piatok bolo všetko pokojné a tiché...... Po vážnych dňoch prišla veselá Veľkonočná nedeľa a pondelok. V nedeľu sa konečne jedlo mäso, maslo a slávnostné koláče. No a v pondelok sa chlapci vybrali za dievčatami s korbáčmi a vedrami studenej vody. Keď bol potok nablízku, chlapci odvliekli dievčatá k potoku a namočili ich do neho. V niektorých regiónoch, ich ešte pošibali korbáčmi. A viete čo? Dievčatá sa nehnevali. Nesmeli sa hnevať, pretože sa verilo, že ak ich nikto nevyšibe, ani neobleje, nebudú pekné a celý rok budú choré. A čo dostali chlapci za túto "službu"? Kraslice alebo písanky, to sú ručne maľované vajíčka, ktoré dievčatá pripravovali celé dni.Tak vidíte, Veľká noc bola kedysi plná krásnych tradícií. Niektoré dodržiavame dodnes, iné sa zmenili. Ale jedno zostáva rovnaké – Veľká noc je čas radosti, rodiny a príchodu jari. A na tom Slovensku, priamo v centre, je krajina objímaná zelenými kopcami Sitna, a v nej sa rozprestiera nekonečná divočina. Dávno v minulosti, husté, šepkajúce lesy pokrývali krajinu a len občas ich prerušovali maličké, slnečné lúky. Dym zo zabudnutých dediniek sa vznášal k oblohe, označujúc miesta, kde ľudia žili potichu v harmónii s prírodou. Vzduch voňal sladko, potôčiky sa trblietali ako strieborné stuhy a celá krajina pulzovala prastarým pokojom. V tomto čarovnom kraji žil skromný pastier Ján. Bol známy svojim dobrým srdcom a melódiami, ktoré dokázal vyčarovať na drevenej píšťalke. Jedného teplého, zlatistého rána viedol svoje stádo na stráň. Ako kráčal, hral veselé tóny a jeho prsty sa obratne preháňali po dierkach píšťalky. Radostné melódie sa niesli vzduchom a volali lesných obyvateľov z ich úkrytov. Vtáčiky čvirikali v súlade a zvedavé veveričky zastali, aby si vypočuli jeho hudbu. Ján stúpal vyššie a vyššie, až prišiel na slnkom zaliatu stráň s nádherným výhľadom na údolie pod sebou. Posadil sa na machom porastený kameň a obdivoval krásu okolo seba. Zrazu však uvidel niečo zvláštne. Na veľkej skale neďaleko sa vyhrievali dve jašteričky. Ale tieto jašteričky neboli obyčajné! Ich šupiny sa trblietali kúzelným svetlom – jedna sa leskla ako roztavené zlato a druhá žiarila ako vyleštené striebro. Akoby v sebe niesli svetlo samotného slnka. Jánovi srdce poskočilo od úžasu. Ticho sa priblížil, aby si ich prezrel zblízka, no skôr, než sa k nim dostal, jašteričky zmizli pod veľkým balvanom. Pastiera zachvátila zvedavosť. Komunisti mali silu a trestali tých, ktorí nesúhlasili. Ale 17. novembra 1989 to všetko začalo. V Prahe sa študenti stretli, aby protestovali. Boli však napadnutí políciou. To nahnevalo ľudí.Žiak 2: A čo sa potom stalo?Učiteľka: Po tomto incidente začali masové protesty po celej krajine, aj na Slovensku. Ľudia už viac nemlčali. Chceli slobodu a demokraciu. Nakoniec komunisti ustúpili a odstúpili od moci.Žiačka 1: Bolo to bez násilia?Učiteľka: Áno, preto sa tomu hovorí Nežná revolúcia. Nebola to krvavá revolúcia, ako v iných krajinách. Nakrájajte kapustuHlavy kapusty nakrájajte na štvrtiny.Potom kapustu nastrúhajte na tenké prúžky.3. Pripravte sudPred naložením kapusty, sud dôkladne očistite.Umyjte ho a opláchnite čistou vodou.Potom ho osušte uterákom.4. Pripravte koreninyZmiešajte korenie: soľ, čierne korenie, rasca, kôpor a bobkové listy. Na dno suda položte niekoľko celých listov kapusty.5. Vrstvenie a tlačenie kapusty: (Layering and pressing cabbage)Nastrúhanú kapustu nakladajte do suda po vrstvách.Po každej vrstve navrch rovnomerne posypte zmesou korenia. Kapustu pevne zatlačte, aby ste odstránili vzduchové vrecká.6. Uzatvorte sudKeď je všetka kapusta v sude, prikryte ju vrstvou celých kapustných listov.Na vrch položte čistú drevenú dosku a potom ju zaťažte ťažkým kameňom.7. Doba kvasenia Sud prikryjeme pokrievkou a necháme na chladnom a tmavom mieste kvasiť.Úplné prekvasenie kyslej kapusty bude trvať asi 6 týždňov, v závislosti od teploty.Občas skontrolujte, či kapusta zostane ponorená, a odstráňte penu, ak sa vytvorí na povrchu.8. Potom to zabalila, a aj iné veci, také ktoré v horách vydržia.Pravnuk: To znie úžasne! Ako sa však partizáni dostali k jedlu?Dedko: Tu som prišiel na rad ja. Moja mama nemohla opustiť dom – nebolo to bezpečné. Takže som to nosil partizánom ja. Cestičky cez les som poznal ako svoje topánky.Pravnuk: Dedko, nebáli ste sa?Dedko: Ach, samozrejme, že som sa bál! Ale bol som aj hrdý. Vedel som, že moja pomoc, aj keď malá, je veľmi potrebná. Pravnuk: Akí boli partizáni?Dedko: Boli silní a statoční. Niektorí z nich boli veľmi mladí, iní starší. A čo ešte tam mali?M: Boli tam aj hospodárske stavby ako sýpky a stodoly. A majú tam aj technické zariadenie na výrobu súkna a unikátne vrtné zariadenie na výrobu drevených vodovodných rúr. Predstav si, to zariadenie je poháňané vodou a časť je ešte z 18. storočia!K: To znie fakt zaujimavo. A čo tie drevené kostolíky, že vraj su tam dva?M: Presne tak! Drevený kostolík z obce Zboj je dominantou celého skanzenu. Postavili ho v roku 1706. A potom je tam ešte drevený kostolík z Mikulášovej, postavený v roku 1730. Predstav si, dodnes sa tam konajú gréckokatolícke bohoslužby!K: To je super! Musím sa tam ísť pozrieť.M: Vieš, čo bolo najlepšie? Celý skanzen je zariadený dobovým nábytkom a náradím. Cítila som sa, akoby som sa vrátila o dve storočia späť.K: Mam rada historické objekty. Aké je vstupné?M: Základné vstupné je 2 €, zľavnené pre dôchodcov a študentov 1,50 € a deti platia len 1 €. Oh, a otvorené je od utorka do nedele, pondelky sú len pre vopred ohlásené skupiny.K: To je celkom prijateľné.M: Hej. A vieš, čo ma tam ešte pobavilo? E: Ale byť súčasťou EÚ znamená, že sme súčasťou niečoho väčšieho. Máme slovo v rozhodnutiach, ktoré ovplyvňujú nielen Slovensko, ale celý kontinent.P: Nemám o to záujem. Nechcem, aby nám nejaká vzdialená entita diktovala, čo môžeme a čo nie.E: No tak, Peter, pozri na všetky tie financie, ktoré dostávame na infraštruktúrne projekty a vzdelávanie.P: Financovanie, čo? Áno, to je pekné, ale čo sa stane, keď sa EÚ rozhodne o zrušení? Budeme ponechaní na pospas, závislí od milosti Bruselu.E: Si príliš pesimistický, Peter. Celá EÚ je o spolupráci a solidarite. Spolu sme silnejší, najmä v dnešnom globalizovanom svete.P: Chápem, čo hovoríš, Eva, ale nie som presvedčený. Obávam sa erózie našej národnej identity a straty kontroly nad našimi vlastnými záležitosťami.E: Chápem tvoje obavy, Peter, naozaj áno. Ale verím, že byť súčasťou EÚ je pre Slovensko to najlepšie. Navyše, možnosť slobodne cestovať a pracovať v rámci EÚ je obrovskou výhodou.P: Bol by som radšej, keby sa Slovensko postavilo na vlastné nohy, aj keď to bude znamenať, že bude na ceste čeliť nejakým výzvam.E: Od nášho vstupu sme prešli dlhú cestu a myslím si, že naša budúcnosť je v rámci EÚ lepšia.P: No, dobre, nechajme to už teraz. Myslím, že sa obaja zhodneme na tom, že sa v tomto nezhodneme, Eva. A že pri pár pivách o tom môžeme aspoň družne debatovať, nie?E: Určite, Peter. Koniec koncov, o tom je priateľstvo – rešpektovať názory toho druhého, aj keď s nimi nesúhlasíme.
