İl Sağlık Müdürlüğünde Uzman Tabip olarak görev yapan kişi hakkında kapatılan Devlet Personel Başkanlığının 05/04/2017 tarihli görüş yazısında; Kurumlarından aylıksız izinli sayılarak sözleşmeli olarak istihdam edilen personelin bu süre zarfında disiplin cezası verilmesini gerektirecek fiil ve hallerde bulunmamış olsalar bile söz konusu sürelerin memurlukta geçirilmemiş olması sebebiyle mezkur 657 sayılı Kanunun 64'üncü maddesinin 4'üncü fıkrası ve geçici 36'ncı maddesinin (c) bendinin uygulanması açısından değerlendirilmesinin uygun olmayacağı” görüşüne yer verildiğinden ilgilinin Aile Hekimliği Kanununa tabi olarak geçen hizmet sürelerinin 657 sayılı Devlet Memurları Kanununun 64'üncü maddesinin 4'üncü fıkrası kapsamında dikkate alınmasının mümkün bulunmadığı ifade edilmiştir. Ayrıca Cumhurbaşkanlığı İdari İşler Başkanlığı Personel ve Prensipler Genel Müdürlüğünün 15.09.2023 tarihli yazısında; “…7433 sayılı Kanun uyarınca memur kadrolarına atananların, 657 sayılı Kanunun 4'üncü maddesinin (B) fıkrası kapsamında sözleşmeli personel pozisyonlarında ve anılan Kanunun 4'üncü maddesinin mülga (C) fıkrası kapsamında geçici personel pozisyonlarında geçen hizmet sürelerinin, 657sayılı Kanunun 64'üncü maddesinde yer alan son sekiz yıl içinde herhangi bir disiplin cezası almama süresi kapsamında değerlendirilmesinin uygun olmayacağı mütalaa edilmektedir.” görüşlerine yer verilmiştir. Woher kommt der Optimismus? KdK-Präsident Markus Dieth ist zu Gast im Tagesgespräch. Fast unisono begrüssen die Kantonsregierungen das Verhandlungsmandat des Bundesrates. Sie wollen stabile Beziehungen, damit die Forschung und die Wirtschaft sich entwickelt. Sie fürchten Abwanderungen von Firmen und Einbussen beim Forschungsstandort Schweiz, sollte nicht bald eine Einigung zwischen der Schweiz und der EU zustande kommen. Gleichzeitig möchte die Konferenz der Kantonsregierungen KdK, dass es keine Verschlechterungen beim Lohnschutz gibt, dass trotz eines künftigen Stromabkommens die Kantone ihre Stromkonzerne und Elektrizitätswerke behalten können. Sie sind zuversichtlich, dass auch bei partieller Übernahme von EU-Recht ihre Souveränität nicht verloren geht. Wann rechnet die KdK mit einer Einigung? Soll ein allfälliges Abkommen abhängig sein vom Ständemehr? Der Aargauer Regierungspräsident Markus Dieth ist auch Präsident der KdK und zu Gast im Tagesgespräch bei Karoline Arn.

Antworten von Sylvie Goulard, ehemalige französische Verteidigungsministerin und Beat Jans, Mitglied der Europakommission der KdK. Die Staats- und Regierungschefs fast aller europäischer Länder treffen sich heute in Moldau. Der Gipfelort für das Treffen der sogenannten Europäischen Politischen Gemeinschaft ist nur rund 20 Kilometer von der ukrainischen Grenze entfernt. Die Botschaft: Europa gegen Putin. Auch wenn der Gipfel einer der grössten dieses Jahres ist: Die Europäische Politische Gemeinschaft ist bisher fast nicht bekannt und keinesfalls mit der EU zu verwechseln. Das Treffen wurde letztes Jahr lanciert und umfasst alle Staaten Europas, also auch Nichtmitglieder der EU. Was ist ihr Ziel? Im «Tagesgespräch» diskutieren Sylvie Goulard, die ehemalige französische Verteidigungsministerin war acht Jahre lang Mitglied des Europäischen Parlaments. Beat Jans ist Regierungspräsident des Kantons Basel-Stadt und Mitglied der Europakommission der Konferenz der Kantonsregierungen. Beide waren auf Einladung des Kornhaus-Dialogs in Bern und sind jetzt zu Gast bei David Karasek.

About This Episode: I cannot believe that it has been three years since we started the I am Northwest Arkansas Podcast. I honestly had no hardcore plans for this podcast other than to sit down with some incredible people and organizations, learn about them, and share their stories with my brand new audience. 26 Kantone gegen 1 Virus: Ist es wirklich sinnvoll, mit einem kantonalen Flickenteppich bei den Schutzmassnahmen gegen Corona anzukämpfen? Und das auch jetzt, wo die Ansteckungszahlen rasant zunehmen? Der oberste Kantonsvertreter, KdK-Präsident Christian Rathgeb, nimmt Stellung. Der Bündner Christian Rathgeb ist Präsident der KdK, der Konferenz der Kantonsregierungen. Diese Woche informierte er mit andern Kantonsvertretern und dem Bundesrat zusammen die Öffentlichkeit darüber, wie ernst die Lage derzeit sei. Es brauche zusätzliche Schutzmassnahmen, und zwar rasch, so der Tenor bei Bund und Kantonen. Doch konkrete Entscheide folgten erst später. In einem Punkt sind sich Bund und Kantone einig: Die Verantwortung soll weiterhin bei den Kantonen liegen. Das führt zu einem immer unübersichtlicher werdenden Flickenteppich mit kantonalen Schutzmassnahmen, die sich zudem noch laufend verändern. Kann die Pandemie so tatsächlich wieder unter Kontrolle gebracht werden? Oder leidet darunter nicht vielmehr das Vertrauen der Bevölkerung in die Behörden, wenn überall andere Regeln gelten? Und was bedeutet die aktuelle, ernste Situation eigentlich für die Winter- und Ski-Saison? Chatting With Sherri welcomes Spencer Powell and Debbie Solan of the Kidz Danz Kompany about Ballet My Way!  Costume Designer Debbie Solan; Costumes are inspired by the verses in the Book of Qualities. I usually communicate mood using color. Many of the costumes created are using upcycled materials. Founding Artistic Director Spencer John Powell will premier two new works “In the Land of Qualities – A Ballet”, a fun new fairy tale inspired by “The Book of Qualities” by J. Ruth Gendler. This work will explore the Human Qualities within us all, such as Fear, Power, Charm and Joy, etc. The second work by the Artistic Director will be “My Mother’s Son”, a deeply moving work which will include all of the male dancers of KDK. Additionally, Assistant Artistic Director Ramon Montes presents his last new work a new work called Victory, choreographed by the dancers of KDK.
