Slam the Gavel welcomes back Alisha Michelle Clark to the podcast. She was last on Season 4, Episode 65, 102 and 106.        Alisha's case is one of the top three of the oppressive cases in New York. Alisha has had 11 open cases going in the last six years. Judge Anthony McGinty was demanding she pay $139,000.00 or be INCARCERATED for close to TWO YEARS due to 8 counts of CIVIL CONTEMPT. The Judge ORDERED that her children be given to a REGISTERED SEX OFFENDER and his BDSM PARAMOUR. He also put a RESTRAINING ORDER on her so she couldn't speak to her children. She wanted it to STOP, so she started digging and learning how to end the nightmare.  What Alisha Michelle Clark discovered is that Judges are agents collecting money for the IRS all working in tandem with the corporation of the U.S. But where does the money go?  Who is writing the checks? These are the answers Alisha is looking for.     Today we discussed the Notice Concerning Fiduciary Relationship, Form 56 and how Part 2, Revocation or Termination of Notice. This form and her friend's case has affected Alisha in making the decision to become a State National (there are now approximately 22 million people that are State Nationals). Also Part 3 of that form relates to Court and Administrative Proceedings. This is a very important form to be taken seriously and to be studied, where people must do their research before filling it out. Alisha encourages people to do their research to see if this is right for them. In her apartment, Roz is able to download and print a series of maps sent by one of her net friends. They all focus on the lab; one showing heat signatures, radiation levels, and anomalies. Bart examines her extensive conspiracy wall while the maps print, noticing a few events that were related to him casting magic. Meanwhile, Hock and Annabelle talk about their interest in this job. Annabelle shares a bit of her story, being kicked out and landing in Oak Ridge. She once wanted to be a diplomat, now she teaches kindergarten. Bart and Roz show up at the tail end of the conversation and they begin making their way to the office of Dr Michelle Clark, a former scientist. On the way there, Hock and Roz examine the maps and notice a correlation between radiation spikes and the ‘anomalies' but they aren't able to suss anything else out. Dr. Clark explains that her reason for leaving the lab was she did not sign up for the kind of experiments they were doing. Now she worries that we are seeing the consequences of those experiments. Its an awkward conversation but they convince her to help some. So she prints off some papers and tucks them into the book. The papers contain logs of when an object was experimented on, as well as a record of creature sightings. There is definitely a correlation there. If things continue along the same pattern, they have until Monday to come up with a plan. The book was a chronicle of the failed time travel experiments.Theme music: Deadlight Chronicles and Past Memories by Nicolas Jeudy / DARK FANTASY STUDIOSound effects: Freesound.org, ZapsplatCheck us out: https://pseudonymsocial.wordpress.com/Follow us: https://twitter.com/PseudonymSocialSupport us: https://www.patreon.com/pseudonymsocial/

I don’t know about you but working out hasn’t always been something I enjoy. Especially working out in public. No. Never. Not for me. I was too insecure about my gym outfit, knowledge of the gym equipment (what do all those machines really do?), and body. All of this coupled with mixed messages of what to eat - who knew some people refer to bananas as “sugar sticks,” I just didn’t think working out and feeling good in this way was for me. In this episode, Michelle Clark, my friend and gym owner debunks some myths, teaches us a different way to consider health and fitness, and inspires us to make little steps. And, guess what, you don’t have to wear matching gym clothes or understand all those machines... She’s the real deal and is here to help us out! Michelle is a coach and Co-owner of Deliberate Strength. As a Division I college athlete, a basketball player at Gonzaga University, sports and training has always been a part of Michelle’s life. Michelle was hired as an assistant coach after graduating and continued her studies earning a Master’s Degree in School Counseling. The makeup artist and the hair stylist are usually the first vendors in the room, so they see the dynamic between the bride and her tribe first-hand. Usually it's a fun festive atmosphere, but sometimes, it can get a little tense.   Michelle Clark in her new office! I think we were one of their very first clients, and it has truly been a life changer. They make proposals and contracts super easy to use on both our side and the client side. I think before Honeybook I would send proposals and contracts by email, and the client would have to mail the contract to us or fax it by efax. Proposals were in no way streamlined either, so this has made our lives so much better. As a consultant, whenever I sign up a vendor client, one of the very first recommendations I make is Honeybook. No need to complicate things – it works, it’s great…just get it. And if you follow this link, you get 50% off your first year of Honeybook, which is nice, but not nearly as nice as all the time you’re going to save.
