„Z rozhovoru jsem měla strach, ale bylo to překvapivě docela vtipné,“ smála se v závěru dalšího podcastu Host Reportéra herečka Bohdana Pavlíková. Posledních deset let hraje v pražském Švandově divadle, a to čím dál častěji těsně po boku svého životního druha a o patnáct let staršího kolegy Luboše Veselého. Nyní je můžeme na jevišti sledovat v inscenaci Dívenka na trampolíně coby manžele Josefa Škvoreckého a Zdenu Salivarovou.„Pro mě je Dívenka výjimečná v tom,“ říká Bohdana Pavlíková, „že jsem se kvůli ní poctivě vzdělávala a snažila se o životě Škvoreckých hodně načíst. Velkou výzvou bylo, že hraju Zdenu Salivarovou nejprve mladou a pak naopak stárnoucí, ačkoliv já jsem ve skutečnosti někde mezi – je mi osmačtyřicet. Jsem za tu příležitost vděčná, původně jsem roli hrát ani neměla. V plánu bylo letět s ní do Toronta, a to bych v žádném případě nezvládla – letěla jsem jedinkrát v životě a byla to hrůza, nikdy víc! Naštěstí pro mě z Toronta sešlo a hrajeme jen u nás na Smíchově.“V podcastu vypráví mimo jiné o tom, co má se Zdenou Salivarovou společného – vyrůstání bez otce, lásku ke zpěvu, bezdětnost. A taky pěkný partnerský vztah: „Přesně před patnácti lety přišel k nám do Šumperku hostovat Luboš Veselý, brzy jsme spolu začali žít. On se dokonce chtěl odstěhovat za mnou, ale Šumperk jsem mu zakázala – většinu práce měl vždycky v Praze. Nakonec to dopadlo dobře a já roku 2015 zakotvila ve Švanďáku. S Lubošem jsem šťastná, on je například opravdu hodný. Vzpomínám, jak na mě zapůsobilo, když jsme spolu jako partneři mohli strávit první společné prázdniny, ale on měl zrovna jakési finanční problémy. Nabízela jsem, že mu pomůžu, ale Luboš odmítl a celé ty prázdniny pracoval na statku – staral se o krávy a řídil traktor.“Sama byla pár let takzvaně populární díky roli v seriálu Ulice, ale její postava (jménem Jindra) se z příběhu vytratila a Bohdana Pavlíková pochybuje, že by se někdy vrátila. „Což není důležité, na filmovém a seriálovém hraní můj život nikdy nestál. Bytostně důležité pro mě vždy bylo jen divadlo, ale i to se pomalu mírní. Docela dobře si dovedu představit, že se za pár let přestěhujeme do Velar a já tam třeba povedu nějaký dramatický kroužek. Dnes jsem díky rolím ve Švanďáku spokojená, ale myslím, že bych podobně spokojená byla i v jižních Čechách, kde se cítím doma ze všeho nejvíc.“

En su primera venida, Jesús vino a sellar la salvación de todos los que aceptaran su oferta de vida eterna; en su segunda venida, vendrá para reunir a todos los que han aceptado esa salvación, de todas las edades y todos los lugares del mundo, y entregarles el Reino. Saber que nuestro Dios regresará debería ejercer una influencia decisiva en la forma en que vivimos mientras lo esperamos. El problema está cuando no le damos a esta realidad la importancia que debe tener para un creyente, y actuamos como el mayordomo infiel, que pensando que su señor tardaría en volver se dio a la comida y a la bebida, es decir, a los placeres de este mundo (lee Luc. 12:45).  Jesús nos dice: “¡Dichosos los siervos a quienes el Señor encuentre velando cuando él vuelva!” (vers. 37). ¿Qué es velar? Velar es vivir como anteriormente el mismo Jesús venía señalando: evitando la hipocresía de los fariseos; no avergonzándonos de confesarlo a él delante de los hombres; teniendo cuidado de no caer en el problema de la avaricia; asegurándonos de que nuestros tesoros los estamos haciendo en el Cielo, y no en esta Tierra transitoria; sintiéndonos confiados y sin temor porque estamos seguros de nuestra salvación en Cristo; echando toda angustia y ansiedad a los pies de él, para que nos dé paz y nos permita mantenernos vigilantes ante el regreso de nuestro Señor, que nos llevará a vivir con él. Jesús regresará. Saber este hecho debe llevarnos a actuar en consecuencia: preparándonos para ese Reino que él tiene reservado para todos nosotros.  Dios se retrata como el Dios que volverá a buscarnos para llevarnos con él. ¿Por qué desea mostrarnos esta realidad? Porque quiere que la tengamos siempre presente. Quiere que nos preparemos para ese gran día, de tal manera que lo esperemos y lo recibamos como aguarda y recibe un mayordomo a su señor que regresa. Aun cuando la venida de Cristo es un tema que pareciera pertenecer al futuro, no hay nada que haga más presente a Dios en la vida de sus hijos que el hecho de saber que pronto volverá. Por eso el Dios que regresará es el Dios del presente y del futuro, de la expectativa y la seguridad, y del cristiano militante que pronto será triunfante.

Buscar la Belleza cuando todos la desprecian. Ir en pos del Bien cuando todos tratan de hacer y hacerse daño. Velar por la Justicia cuando todos la quebrantan. Sostener la virtud cuando todos alaban el vicio. Alimentar los sentimientos superiores cuando todos se inclinan por las bajas pasiones. Ser veraz para enfrentar la mentira. Profesar el auténtico conocimiento allí donde se elogia la ignorancia. Conservar el sentido común en medio de la locura. Mantener la serenidad cuando alrededor cunde la angustia. Vivir la Fraternidad mientras unos y otros se aíslan y se dividen. Amar la paz en medio de un mundo agresivo. Ser valiente en medio de un mundo débil. Promover el entendimiento entre las gentes cuando todos cierran las puertas de su Yo interior. Ser generoso cuando todos se vuelven avaros. Fomentar el amor allí donde crece el odio. Saber escuchar mientras todos pretenden hablar. Disfrutar del silencio cuando sólo cunde el ruido. Apreciar el trabajo por encima del ocio. Desarrollar la voluntad por encima de los instintos. Perseverar en la condición de ser humano a pesar de las circunstancias adversas. Tener fe cuando todos dudan. Creer en Dios cuando todos lo niegan. Levantar los ojos al cielo cuando todos se arrastran por el suelo. Cabalgar en las estrellas al compás del Ritmo Universal.

This casts even further bad light onto Nissan and particularly the Japanese legal system. FOLLOW UP: ARRIVAL CEO STEPS DOWNDenis Sverdlov, the CEO of Arrival, has stepped down with Peter Cueno, taking over. The two are swapping roles. Joining Yuliana today is Sari Velar, a yoga teacher and yoga therapist, to share her incredible phoenix tale. Over 20 years ago, Sari turned to yoga as an alternative therapy after a life-threatening cancer diagnosis and a subsequent battle with an eating disorder and addiction. These days, Sari facilitates classes at local cancer and mental health treatment centers, hospitals, and with Warrior Flow TV, whose Foundation she also works at as the Director of Training and Education. As you will hear today, Sari credits the struggles she has worked through in her life with shaping her to become the remarkable woman she is today. Sari begins the conversation by sharing the event that reshaped the course of her life - getting cancer at 19 while dealing with eating disorders - including the events that occurred during and after her cancer treatments and how these affected her illness. She also describes the social stigma she faced at this struggling time in her life as well as finding yoga during her later years and going on to become a yoga therapist to help others who have had experiences similar to hers.
