It's about thinking bigger, leveraging your skill set, embracing tech tools like AI, and getting creative with things like expired listings and renovation loans. Everyone's got access to the MLS… but what you do with it? In this episode, I'm breaking down exactly how I turned one real estate license into a six-figure, multi-stream business. Hey hey hey, hello hello! This week, Danna and Kristin are daytime podcasting on the actual day they're supposed to—shocking, we know. Coming off the Memorial Day weekend, the duo caught up on life, chaos, and one very unexpected party trick. Here's what went down:
It's the season three sendoff you didn't know you needed. Rachel and Dale bring the laughs and the truth bombs as they dive into parenting teens who definitely lie, why Ring doorbell footage is better than reality TV, and what happens when hospitals start acting like used car lots. (Spoiler: it involves bargaining for surgery like it's a Black Friday sale.)Also on tap? A brutally honest roast session turning exes into brand metaphors, a debate over the most iconic celebrity siblings, and plenty of chaotic commentary along the way. It's heartfelt, hysterical, and hilariously off the rails—just how we like it. Michael Chagala's career began sweeping the server room floor as an unpaid intern at a software development company, later progressing from software engineer to digital marketing then leadership. Michael was an executive at one of the fastest growing companies in the United States helping bring a small energy company from $20 million annual revenue to nearly $70 as part of a small team of Directors. While burning out from 20 years in the corporate world, Michael started Rank Harvest as a side-hustle. He started by advertising on Craigslist and doing all the work himself. He got up at 4am to work 4 hours before his day job, then another hour during lunch, 4 more in the evenings and 12 hours each on the weekends. He did this for several years until taking a leap of faith and quitting his day job; the rest is history. Today, Rank Harvest is a full digital marketing agency that employs multiple full-time, part-time and contract workers. While the company's main focus is direct, long-term engagements with businesses, Rank Harvest has sold over $2 million in digital marketing services on Fiverr. Rank Harvest has served over 4,000 customers since opening its doors in 2018.
