Thế giới trước nguy cơ phải đối mặt với một cuộc khủng hoảng kép : năng lượng và lương thực vì chiến sự ở Vịnh Ba Tư. « Sẽ có thêm 45 triệu người bị thiếu ăn nghiêm trọng vì lạm phát », nếu xung đột tại Trung Đông kéo dài đến tháng 6/2026 và giá dầu hơn 100 đô la/thùng. Trên đây là kết luận Chương Trình Lương Thực Thế Giới trực thuộc Liên Hiệp Quốc đã đưa ra hôm 17/03/2026, chỉ 2 tuần sau khi chiến tranh ở Trung Đông khai mào.   Hai yếu tố dẫn tới những báo động như trên : Một mặt là do eo biển Hormuz bị phong tỏa trong lúc chính 85 % tiêu thụ lương thực thực phẩm tại 8 quốc gia Vùng Vịnh (Iran, Irak, Kuwait, Ả Rập Xê Út, Bahrain, Qatar, Các Tiểu Vương Quốc Ả Rập Thống Nhất và Oman) phải nhập khẩu từ bên ngoài. Mặt khác, chiến sự kéo dài đe dọa đến 1/3 phân bón do các nhà máy ở Vịnh Ba Tư cung cấp cho thế giới. Hiểm họa mất đi nguồn cung cấp phân bón từ các quốc gia trong Vùng Vịnh đang lớn dần, nhất là kể từ khi các cơ sở năng lượng từ Iran đến các vương quốc dầu hỏa đã trở thành mục tiêu tấn công. Vùng Vịnh, « kho » phân bón và urê Không là « kho ngũ cốc » hay « nông trại của thế giới » như Ukraina, nhưng chiến sự trong Vùng Vịnh bắt đầu đặt thị trường nông nghiệp trong thế căng thẳng. Giá nhu yếu phẩm bị đẩy lên cao mà đầu tiên hết là tại các nước trong Vịnh Ba Tư.  Từ ngày 03/03/2026 tàu chở hàng chỉ còn có thể ra vào eo biển Hormuz một cách nhỏ giọt và có chọn lọc. Ngoài các giếng dầu và các mỏ khí đốt, ngoài các nhà máy lọc dầu và các cơ sở năng lượng, Vịnh Ba Tư còn có những nhà máy sản xuất phân bón bậc nhất thế giới, cung cấp từ « 20 đến 30 % phân đạm cho nông dân trên thế giới, nhất là châu Á, châu Phi và châu Âu ». Trong ba tuần, giá một tấn phân bón urê tăng thêm hơn 30 %. Một nửa sản lượng nông nghiệp toàn cầu phụ thuộc vào nitơ tổng hợp để đảm bảo năng suất cao, theo thẩm định của cơ quan tư vấn Global Sovereign Advisory hoạt động tại Paris và Dubai.  Vùng Vịnh kiểm soát từ 30 đến 50 % thị phần phân bón tại châu Phi. Riêng với Burundi thì tỉ lệ này là hơn 75 %. Maroc là một ngoại lệ và đã trở thành nhà sản xuất và xuất khẩu quan trọng nhất của toàn châu lục này, nhưng bản thân Maroc lại phải nhập gần như toàn bộ lưu huỳnh (souffre) từ Các Tiểu Vương Quốc Ả Rập Thống Nhất và amoniac của Ả Rập Xê Út. Phân đạm : Mức độ lệ thuộc của châu Âu  Tại Pháp, sau ba tuần chiến sự bùng lên ở Trung Đông, giới trồng trọt và chăn nuôi đang lo thiếu phân bón ngay vào mùa xuân năm 2026. Theo thẩm định của Viện Nghiên Cứu Nông Nghiệp Pháp INRAE, « 2/3 nhập khẩu phân đạm của Pháp do các quốc gia dầu hỏa cung cấp ». Trước đây nguồn cung cấp chính là Nga, nhưng từ 2022 khi nổ ra chiến tranh Ukraina thì Pháp cũng như Liên Hiệp Châu Âu ngày càng trông cậy vào các đối tác trong Vùng Vịnh. Bất chấp 20 đợt trừng phạt liên tiếp nhắm vào Matxcơva, Bruxelles vẫn không dám đụng vào các nhà sản xuất phân bón của Nga. Thậm chí so với thời điểm 2022, kim ngạch nhập khẩu của Pháp từ Nga trong lĩnh vực này đã 80 %. Trả lời đài truyền hình tư nhân BFM TV hôm 11/03/2026, Sébastien Abis, giám đốc cơ quan tư vấn chuyên về lương thực phẩm Club DEMETER giải thích vì sao khủng hoảng dầu lửa kéo dài sẽ tạo nên một cơn sốt lương thực cho thế giới :  « Thế giới rất cần dầu khí để làm ra phân bón. Chúng ta cũng cần xăng và dầu cho máy cầy, máy gặt, cần năng lượng cho các nhà máy chế biến thực phẩm … Thành thứ giá dầu và khí đốt tăng lên, ảnh hưởng trực tiếp đến bên nông nghiệp, đến công nghiệp chế biến thực phẩm của toàn cầu (...)Châu Âu phải nhập khẩu phân bón, nhất là phân đạm chứa nitơ do các nước ở Vịnh Ba Tư cung cấp. Bởi vì, sản xuất được urê đòi hỏi rất nhiều năng lượng. Chính vì vậy mà Nga là một nguồn cung cấp quan trọng cho thế giới, nhưng với chiến tranh Ukraina châu Âu đã ban hành nhiều đợt trừng phạt và hạn chế đáng kể nhập khẩu phân bón của Nga. Châu Âu chuyển hướng và trông cậy vào phân bón của Trung Đông -đặc biệt là của Qatar, nguồn cung cấp khí đốt số 1 toàn cầu. Trong khu vực này, ngoài Qatar ra, một nhà sản xuất quan trọng khác là Iran … Nói cách khác đây là một thách thức kép đối với Liên Hiệp Châu Âu ». Qatar cần từ 3 đến 5 năm để phục hồi khả năng cung cấp khí đốt Mối đe dọa thế giới thiếu hụt năng lượng và phân đạm từ Trung Đông lại càng lớn khi mà các bên trực tiếp tham chiến đã nhắm vào các cơ sở hạ tầng năng lượng của đối phương. Dù vậy, chuyên gia kinh tế Philippe Waecheter giám đốc cơ quan tư vấn Ostrum Asset Management- Paris trước mắt không quá bi quan, ông so sánh cơn sốt khí đột hiện tại với thời điểm mùa xuân và mùa hè 2022 khi mà chiến tranh Ukraina bắt đầu và phương Tây trừng phạt dầu và khí của Nga. Khi đó giá khí đốt đang từ 17 euro/kWh tăng vọt lên thành 340 euro/kWh. Trước mắt thì giá cả dù đã tăng lên gấp đôi từ đầu chiến sự, nhưng vẫn dao động ở khoảng 50 euro/kWh. Philippe Waecheter nhận xét : « Hiện tại chúng ta đang phải đối mặt với một cú sốc dầu hỏa. Câu hỏi còn lại là liệu xung đột sẽ kéo dài bao lâu và nếu kéo dài thì sẽ dẫn tới lạm phát với những hệ quả nghiêm trọng. Dù vậy hiện tại, hoàn cảnh khác nhiều so với thời điểm 2022. Khi đó thị trường châu Âu còn rất lệ thuộc vào năng lượng của Nga và đã không có một sự chuẩn bị trước. Việc eo biển Hormuz bị phong tỏa vì chiến sự ở Trung Đông, đặt ra vấn đề cho việc cung cấp dầu hỏa và khí đốt, đồng thời còn thách thức luôn cả thị trường phân bón. Giá phân bón trên thế giới tùy thuộc vào 2 yếu tố : một là khối lượng có thực sự và có thể sử dụng, và hai là giá khí đốt bởi vì như đã biết, để sản xuất phân đạm urê cần rất nhiều khí đốt. Cho nên giá khí đốt mà tăng lên thì giá phân bón cũng bị đẩy lên cao ». Nông phẩm, lương thực thực phẩm chế biến cũng như thịt cá trở nên đắt đỏ hơn.  Trong đêm 18 rạng sáng 19/03/2026, chiến tranh tại Trung Đông dường như đã rẽ sang một khúc quanh mới khi nhiều cơ sở năng lượng của các bên trở thành mục tiêu tấn công. Doha thông báo 17 % khả năng xuất khẩu của Qatar bị thiệt hại và phải mất từ 3 đến 5 năm mới hy vọng phục hồi. Là nhà cung cấp khí đốt lớn nhất cho thế giới (chiếm 20 % thị phần toàn cầu) kết luận này của Qatar càng làm dấy lên lo ngại về tình trạng « mất an toàn lương thực ».  Không có phân bón, năng suất trồng trọt giảm đi, cùng lúc mọi chi phí tăng lên do giá xăng dầu bị đẩy lên cao. Giá nhu yếu phẩm sẽ là một gánh nặng với nhiều quốc gia.  Nguy cơ các nước dầu hỏa đói ăn Vẫn Sébastien Abis, giám đốc Club DEMETER, chuyên tổng hợp thông tin và tư vấn lương thực phẩm nhấn mạnh đến « con đường hai chiều » của eo biển Hormuz : « Eo biển Hormuz không chỉ là cửa ngõ đưa năng lượng của các quốc gia trong Vùng Vịnh ra với thế giới bên ngoài đứng quên đây là một tuyến giao thương hàng hải hai chiều. Eo biển này trước hết còn là cổng vào, mang lương thực thực phẩm, hàng hóa của bên ngoài vào cho 8 quốc gia bao quanh Vịnh Ba Tư. Khu vực này phụ thuộc rất nhiều vào ngũ cốc, nông phẩm, thịt, những sản phẩm chế biến từ sữa, thực phẩm chế biến từ mọi nơi trên thế giới và phải chung chuyển qua ngả này. Đất đai ở đây chủ yếu là sa mạc, họ không có thể phát triển trồng trọt, cũng không có nhiều nguồn nước ngọt cho việc canh tác … toàn bố khu vực chung quanh Vịnh Ba Từ phải nhập khẩu lương thực thực phẩm. Phong tỏa Hormuz, các tàu hàng bị kẹt trước khi đi qua được eo biển này là một mối đe dọa tiềm tàng đối với an ninh lương thực của tất cả các quốc gia trong vùng ». Hôm 01/03/2026, một ngày sau khi Israel và Mỹ khai hỏa tấn công Iran, số lượng tàu thuyền đi qua eo biển Hormuz giảm 80 % so với một tuần lễ trước đó. Các quốc gia Vùng Vịnh phải nhập khẩu đến 85 % nông phẩm, phụ thuộc vào 92 % ngũ cốc của nước ngoài, 62 % vào thịt và 56 % vào rau củ tươi của các quốc gia ngoài khu vực. Bản thân Iran luôn phải nhập khẩu ngũ cốc, dầu ăn, đặc biệt là của Nga. Theo nghiên cứu của Quỹ Tiền Tệ Quốc Tế IMF và Đại học Anh Oxford, năm 2025 gần một nửa ngũ cốc được nhập khẩu vào các nước trong Vùng Vịnh phải đi qua eo biển Hormuz là để phục vụ thị trường Iran. Hãng tin Pháp AFP trong một cuộc khảo sát được công bố hôm 19/03/2026 đánh giá do chiến tranh và tắc nghẽn giao thông hàng hải ở eo biển Hormuz, giá thực phẩm tăng mạnh tại Bahrain và Kuwait, giá thịt tăng gấp đôi, rau quả tươi càng lúc càng khan hiếm. Giám đốc Chương Trình Lương Thực Thế Giới Carl Skau đánh giá : đóng cửa Hormuz và rủi ro gia tăng tại Hồng Hải không chỉ đẩy giá năng lượng, nhiên liệu và phân bón tăng cao, mà đây còn là một « rủi ro lớn đối với một phần nhân loại  ». Thêm 45 triệu dân sẽ gia nhập đội ngũ 320 triệu người đang trong tình trạng thiếu lương thực nghiêm trọng. Trong kịch bản xấu nhất, chỉ trong ba tháng nữa, thế giới sẽ đạt kỷ lục với 360 triệu người đói.

Im Song heißt esHier ist es scheißegal, wer du bist oder wer eben auch nichtund genau da geht es los – unser Bundeskanzler Friedrich Merz hat was gesagt, das mich verzweifelt und traurig macht und natürlich auch ärgerlich und wütend.Er hat gesagt, dass ihm Migration im Stadtbild störe!Ein Satz, der klingt, als wäre das Aussehen oder die Herkunft eine Ordnungswidrigkeit.Als müsse sich das Stadtbild oder ich sag auch mal so unser Schulhof „bereinigen“, damit Deutschland wieder deutsch aussieht.So spricht man nicht über Migration.So spricht man über Menschen, wenn man sie zu Fremden im eigenen Land macht.An meiner Schule werden Menschen ausgebildet, um alte Menschen zu unterstützen, zu pflegen, um eure Kinder zu erziehen, um essen zu kochen, um Haare zu schneiden, um Autos zu reparieren, sie erlangen die Studierfähigkeit mit einser Abis – die gehören zu unserem Land!Wenn sich Menschen begegnen, geht es um das gegenseitige Interesse und um Wertschätzung und nicht um Pässe oder Aussehen. Wie schon gesagt, ich arbeite an einem Berufskolleg, da sehe ich jeden Tag eine bunte Vielfalt, die in den meisten Fällen funktioniert, wo Menschen mit und aneinander lernen. Design Thinking itu kayak "senjata rahasia" buat organisasi yang mau bikin inovasi. Kenapa ampuh? Karena dia bisa bikin orang-orang jadi lebih kreatif, bikin mereka semangat, dan bikin proses kerja jadi jauh lebih baik. Konsep ini jago banget ngatasin masalah umum dalam inovasi, misalnya biar solusinya top, biayanya irit, dan semua karyawan ikut mendukung. Design Thinking punya cara sistematis buat ngalahin kebiasaan jelek atau bias kita, lewat proses yang terstruktur tapi tetep fokus ke orangnya. Jadi, inovator bisa kerja tanpa takut salah. Proses Design Thinking itu ada tiga langkah utama yang nyambung satu sama lain. Pertama, ada fase Mengenal kelompok sasaran perubahan. Di sini, kita diajak menyelami banget pengalaman pengguna biar bisa nemuin kebutuhan tersembunyi mereka. Abis itu, kita "Bikin Makna" dari data-data yang ada, terus "Menyelaraskan" ide biar semua sepakat. Kedua, fase Bikin Ide. Di sini, kita ngobrol bareng buat nyari solusi yang pas, terus "Mengartikulasikan" ide biar bisa nguji asumsi-asumsi yang ada dan mastiin idenya beneran bisa jalan. Ketiga, fase Uji Coba. Kita bikin prototipe kasar buat "Pengalaman Awal" pengguna, biar bisa cepet dapet masukan dan belajar dari "Aksi Nyata" di lapangan. Ini penting buat ngurangin rasa takut sama perubahan. Singkatnya, Design Thinking itu berhasil karena dia bikin alur kerja jadi mulus, dari riset sampai produknya jadi. Dia juga jago banget ngalahin kebiasaan yang bikin kreativitas mandek. Dengan ngajak semua pihak terlibat, ngobrol, dan belajar bareng di tiap langkah, Design Thinking bikin semua orang jadi komit sama perubahan. Ini beneran "teknologi sosial" yang kuat banget, bisa ngatasin masalah internal dan bikin inovator jadi lebih jago, biar inovasinya sukses terus.

A fresh recruit to ABIS who voluntarily gave up his left eye to make space for his AI-ball companion, Tama, Ryuki then recounts the details of his investigation to Mizuki and tells her everything he found, learned, and went through six years ago...Although AI: Nirvana Initiative is a sequel to AI: The Somnium Files, the game is designed to give new players an easy entry into the series and you don't necessarily need to have played the first game in order to keep up with Nirvana Initiative.
