 Santiago Bacci, internista infectólogo, aseguró que la viruela del mono (mpox)es una enfermedad endémica en África desde hace 40 años, sin embargo, destacó que lo novedoso es que esta variante, o clado, es más transmisible. También recordó que el único país que ha reportado este nuevo clado es Suecia, insistiendo en que no ha llegado a las Américas. «Hace dos años vimos varios casos alrededor del mundo, pero no en esta ocasión. En este momento no hay epidemia de mpox en Venezuela ni casos» añadió. Bacci indicó que la mayoría de los países busca restringir personas que tienen sospechas de esta enfermedad que vienen de los países de origen de esta epidemia. Resaltó que este virus es familia de la viruela, recordando que esta última causó más de 500 millones de muertes el siglo pasado, muchas más que la mpox, además fue la única enfermedad capaz de erradicar con vacunas. «Las vacunas que se empezaron a utilizar para la viruela del mono, fueron las mismas utilizadas para la viruela al ser familia» acotó. El internista señaló que uno de los objetivos que tuvo la OMS al declarar la viruela del mono emergencia internacional, es que las empresas que producen las vacunas, empiezan a producir mayor cantidad y que estas lleguen a los sitios con mayor problema, como África Occidental. También te puede interesar: Academia Nacional de Medicina ve positivo las medidas preventivas del gobierno por la viruela del mono. Informó que la mayoría de los afectados son niños, por lo que se necesita urgentemente una gran cantidad de vacunas. «Toda persona con síntomas sospechosos y que viene de los países donde hay actividad, deben ponerse en cuarentena y estudiarse para evitar que salga» dijo. También recalcó que la OMS teme que esta enfermedad vuelva a salir de África como lo hizo hace dos años. El médico agregó que hace más de 40 años se dejó de poner la vacuna de la viruela y esta no está disponible para la población general, por lo que no se sabe si las personas que se vacunaron en esa época siguen teniendo inmunidad “Se ha dicho mucho que la mpox es consecuencia de las vacunas del Covid o parecido a la culebrilla, cosa que no es verdad, por eso sugiero que las personas verifiquen con fuentes confiables la información que reciben” aseguró. ¿Todavía hay Covid-19 en Venezuela? Explicó que el Covid-19 se volvió endémico, es decir que habrá cierta cantidad de infecciones permanentemente en la sociedad El infectólogo indicó que, aunque no es la amenaza que hubo en años anteriores, las personas vulnerables, todavía están en riesgo de casos severos. Recomendó a las personas vulnerables usar mascarillas en lugares con gran concentración de gente como aeropuertos.

It feels like air is trapped in my throat and I get pain in my chest and back. When really bad I feel the pain even in my arms. I remember I was about 10 years old the first time I experienced this. I ate cold pancakes and enjoyed them so much that I forgot to chew the food enough. I do often experience this pain when eating something I really like but I am very attentive to chew my food now. Due to surgery I had to swallow a lot of pills and I got so much pain in my back, chest and arms that I just couldn't stand it. The pain stayed for about 30 minutes and was awful. I think it is esophagus spasm but I am not sure. Again, I feel like air og something is too big and trapped in my throat and gives so much back pain.   Lara: Hi, dr. C.. hope youâ're well and your family as well (Bacci included).. I've heard many times but not sure if this is true.. do Zinc and Magnesium absorb better if taken together? And if I take them after dinner along with an Omega3 oil is it ok to take Ashwaganda at the same time? Which supplements can be taken together and which apart? In this episode, I sit down with Stefano Bacci, Partner and ESG Manager at Ambienta, a private equity asset manager that was purpose-built to pursue environmental sustainability investing in resource efficiency and pollution control. Ambienta is the largest private equity fund manager in Europe dedicated to investing entirely in environmental sustainability.Stefano grew up in Milan, (despite maintaining that he is culturally from Tuscany!). When choosing his career path, he was advised by his parents – both chemists – not to follow in their footsteps if he ever wanted to make any money (!) which led him to study Chemical Engineering at the Politecnico di Milano. He then went on to complete a PhD in Physical Chemistry at the Technische Universität Darmstadt in Germany.Stefano's early career took him to Switzerland where he worked for Ciba-Geigy (later acquired by BASF) in numeric modelling. Five years later, a chance conversation with a fellow graduate from his Ciba-Geigy induction period led him to study for an MBA, starting in Helsinki, then transferring to MIT in Boston.Following his MBA, Stefano spent ten years working in consultancy at the Boston Consultancy Group, which brought him back home to Milan for a year, then on to Stockholm, then to Helsinki where he set up the BCG office and finally to Germany where he spent several years working in the run-up to the ‘dotcom bubble'. - A Madonna del parto de Monterchi é semelhante a todas as mulheres grávidas do mundo; ela é como eles, preocupada e feliz, exausta e orgulhosa; todas as suas fantasias e todos os seus pensamentos são para o nascituro, para ele seu corpo fica pesado e cresce. Existem dois níveis de representação: por um lado a imagem de uma mulher grávida tão plausível e ao mesmo tempo idealizada que se torna o emblema de uma condição eterna: maternidade e geração humana. Do outro, a figura de um mistério insondável. Tudo é equilíbrio espacial e humano. Lentidão, silêncio, sobriedade e compostura, isso é monumentalidade em um tempo que não durou, mas a eternidade. A grandeza de Piero está em ter encontrado o ponto de síntese entre os dois níveis de representação sob o signo de uma naturalidade sublime, quase didática. Para encontrar o olhar do espectador não estão seus olhos delicadamente abaixados sobre o destino do Filho. São os anjos que nos mostram o milagre acontecendo. Os dois anjos que levantam a cortina da tenda militar - a pele de ganso do forro indica que esta é uma tenda de capitão - nos mostram não um líder, mas uma jovem pacífica prestes a dar à luz. A Nossa Senhora pensativa, mas serena, que não olha ninguém no rosto, que abre modestamente o vestido e mostra o interior branco puro e inocente. A imagem da paz invoca o bom senso entre as partes hostis, faz-nos reflectir sobre o futuro que está no ventre de uma mulher, uma mulher do povo rodeada por uma pequena auréola que a torna sagrada ao pensamento de todos, pois a serenidade de todos e de muitos. Em 1452, com a morte do pintor florentino Bicci di Lorenzo, Piero aceita a tarefa de continuar seu trabalho na grande abside da igreja de San Francesco em Arezzo, encomendada pela família Bacci. A Lenda da Verdadeira Cruz, reelaborada no século XIII por Jacopo da Varagine na Lenda Áurea, sobre o triunfo da Cruz que, a partir da morte de Adão, guia o homem à salvação, era um tema de grande complexidade mas Piero no coro da igreja pinta os seus detalhes fantasiosos em algumas das imagens mais solenes e serenas da arte ocidental. Inesquecível é o cenário da adoração do Santo Bosque pela Rainha de Sabá e pelas mulheres de sua procissão, de extrema elegância no vestir e porte.
