Send us a textCasey Krauter is a husband and a father of 2 daughters, and has been on the carnivore diet for over 5 years now. Growing up, Casey ate a standard American diet that contributed to a myriad of health issues like chronic headaches, frequent sicknesses, and several skin issues, including terrible cysts in his lymphatic system, horrible dander, blepharitis and large boils on his back.Through a long nutritional evolution from the whole 30 to paleo to keto and eventually the carnivore diet, Casey has managed to reverse much of his health issues, including healing his mental health and losing 50 pounds. He practices a holistic approach to health, incorporating ancestral activities as well as a strict animal-based diet. In 2024, Casey trained and completed his first marathon on a zero-carb regimen, and achieved his target time without the use of glucose through his training and race, and is currently training for his next marathon in 2025.He now prioritizes an animal-based diet not just for himself, but also the rest of his family, contributing to a vital family that is flourishing and coaches others to find the same freedom.Find Casey at-IG- @carnivore.caseyEmail- carnivorecasey1@gmail.comFind Boundless Body at- myboundlessbody.com Book a session with us here!

Today, Casey Stumpf, a NAMS certified nurse practitioner and dietitian, shares her journey into the world of hormonal health, particularly focusing on menopause and hormone replacement therapy. She discusses the misconceptions surrounding hormone therapy, the importance of understanding hormonal changes in women, and the benefits of testosterone therapy. Casey emphasizes the need for specialized care in managing menopause symptoms and the significance of early intervention with hormone therapy. The conversation also touches on the interconnectedness of diet, exercise, and hormonal balance, providing listeners with actionable insights to improve their health and well-being. As both a registered dietitian and a nurse practitioner, Casey offers a unique, integrative approach to healthcare that combines her expertise in nutrition with advanced clinical knowledge, allowing her to provide personalized care that addresses both the body and mind. Over the past 20 years, she's had the privilege of working in diverse healthcare settings, from the Emergency Department and Family Practice to End-of-Life Care. Her time as an end-of-life provider was especially formative, as it highlighted the critical importance of being proactive in our health and wellness long before we face serious illness or decline. It became clear to her how essential it is to prevent a "bad death" by investing in our health now—making the right choices, optimizing our well-being, and extending our healthspan, rather than merely focusing on lifespan. Her background as a dietitian has also given her a deep understanding of the powerful role nutrition plays in long-term health. She is passionate about helping her patients achieve sustainable weight loss, focusing on life-sustaining, nutrient-dense approaches rather than quick fixes or restrictive diets. This emphasis on balanced, mindful eating not only supports healthy weight management but also promotes overall vitality and helps to balance hormones, especially during life stages like menopause. Driven by her desire to help women live their best lives at every stage, she has pursued advanced education in menopause care, earning her Menopause Society Certification. This allows her to offer targeted care that integrates bioidentical hormone therapy with nutrition and lifestyle changes to help women navigate hormonal shifts, reclaim their energy, and feel their best. Ultimately, her goal is to bring her patients' spark back—to optimize their health, support their weight goals in a sustainable way, and empower them to live a vibrant, fulfilling life. She believes that true wellness is about being proactive today to prevent illness tomorrow, and she is dedicated to guiding her patients on this path every step of the way. Kerry Lutz interviewed Casey Gregerson, who transitioned from a career in petroleum engineering to real estate investment. Casey shared his educational background in math and chemistry and recounted how his father encouraged him to invest in his first home while attending the University of Wyoming. He practiced house hacking by renting out rooms in his home, which sparked his interest in real estate. Influenced by the book "Rich Dad, Poor Dad," he learned about assets and liabilities, leading him to expand his portfolio after refinancing his first property to purchase a second home. By making improvements, he increased the rental income significantly, leveraging equity to create additional cash flow. Casey reflected on the contrast between his stable job at Shell and his entrepreneurial ventures in real estate, utilizing his time off to find fixer-uppers. He discussed challenges faced in 2017 when attempting to expand into higher price points, which resulted in financial losses due to miscalculations and contractor issues. Despite these setbacks, he emphasized the importance of starting early in real estate and recommended partnering with experienced investors to avoid common pitfalls. Casey highlighted the necessity of having multiple exit strategies for each property and concluded that a buy-and-hold strategy is a reliable method for building long-term wealth. Politicians are meant to serve the people, but let's be real—sometimes they just end up serving whoever's got the deepest pockets, even if those pockets are overseas. Believe it or not, foreign powers have been messing with our political system for years through entirely legal means: good old-fashioned lobbying. This week, Adam sits with Casey Michel, author of Foreign Agents: How American Lobbyists and Lawmakers Threaten Democracy Around the World, to dive into how our politicians are getting sold off to the highest bidder—and what that means for all of us. Casey, Courtney, and Julie wrote The Mind-Body Way and within that book, they outline six pillars for an embodied way to lead. Hello Everybody! On today's episode we had on Special Guest Casey Watson! Casey is a musician in punk rock bands, is a construction worker and is the creator of GoldenGate Starfort Command on IG & YouTube. Between his day job and travelling as a musician Casey breaks down the lies of his-story and is giving us a look at new possibilities of what was going on not too long ago. In today's episode we break down some interesting topics such as being rebellious has helped us fight the mainstream narratives, starforts, light houses, water towers, mining towns & shafts being purposely flooded with water with what now appear to be lakes. We get into different ways of how these construction methods were simply not possible. With Casey being a construction worker he has first hand knowledge of the impossibilities told to the masses in the construction of World's Fairs. Man... This was a fantastic time and it's only Part 1! Amy sat down with the lovely, Casey Hart, of Matteo Ink, in Westminster, Maryland. In this interview, Amy was able to catch up with a friend who has grown so much in such a small amount of time (pardon the pun Casey) :) ;P :D. (Casey's nick name is Baby Hands because she's a petite human who creates wonders with small paws). Like most, 2020 had Casey re-examine what was important and probed her to make some moves for her life and career. All in all, she decided to reconnect with her roots and produce from a place of integrity. We are so proud of Casey!
