This month, we've been going through a series on fascia and how this un-talked about connective tissue in the body can MASSIVELY impact gut health. Fascia is the key structure I work with in my clinic using craniosacral therapy and visceral manipulation, and it's the other-half of the work we do at Better Belly Therapies alongside functional lab testing and our Foundations Program. And on today's episode, you are going to hear about Sydney - a real client in my clinic who recently worked with me for three months doing BOTH Craniosacral Therapy & Visceral Manipulation and functional lab testing to completely reverse her gut health troubles. Meg Haworth, Ph.D. is the private chef to some of the top stars, producers and directors in Hollywood.
