It takes a long time to accept sometimes.To reach that space of calm and acceptance faster, we need to be there for ourselves at the moment that our heart skips a beat and we are panicked about the sudden shift in status. We must comfort ourselves and trust ourselves that we will be OK no matter what happened.We have the option to mourn what is no longer available, or fight for what we want and achieve it in a different way, or adjust our expectations around what's happening already anyway.Acceptance is being with the space that remains where something or someone or an idea existed, and allowing that to be there even as we decide what we will do next. It might involve us changing that space's purpose, or leaving it there, or adding something to it that wasn't there before.These adjustments are how we grow and continue to live and even thrive throughout our lives. There are two main indicators: You rarely feel thirsty and your urine is near colorless. What happens if you don't drink enough water? Lack of water leads to dehydration and the effects of dehydration on our health are disastrous. Dehydration is a factor in almost every disease. So, here's the challenge, drink at least eight glasses of water each day for a month. Track how many glasses of water your drink each day for a month. The foundation of manifestation is the idea that God or Divine Intelligence has a beautiful plan for you and that everything is happening for you and for your benefit.  Gabby Bernstein has said that "the Universe has your back," and if you can shift your faith and beliefs to this foundation that everything is rigged in your favor, then you will be ready to manifest everything good that you have ever wanted in your life.In this episode, I share ways that you can start using this technique to get through simple situations (like having to wait longer than expected in traffic or the grocery store).  It is best to start using this technique in small and simple ways as a start.I also share some personal experiences where  I have been able to look back years after a difficult experience and see that situation as a moment that pushed me towards a different destiny.
