Un grave incidente stradale si è verificato nella mattinata di oggi, martedì 26 maggio, intorno alle 10.45, all'incrocio tra via Isonzo e via Bacchiglione a Thiene, in zona piscine. Il bilancio è di tre persone ferite e trasportate in ospedale, oltre a ingenti danni ai veicoli e a una proprietà privata. ​

Längs floden Isonzo (Soča), i gränslandet mellan nordöstra Italien och dåvarande Österrike-Ungern (i dag främst västra Slovenien), utspelade sig några av första världskrigets mest brutala och utdragna strider.Den italienske överbefälhavaren Luigi Cadorna drev gång på gång sina soldater mot väl befästa höjder i en terräng som gynnade försvararen – och kom senare att bli ihågkommen som en av militärhistoriens mest hänsynslösa generaler.I dagens avsnitt av Militärhistoriepodden diskuterar idéhistorikern Peter Bennesved och professor i historia Martin Hårdstedt Italiens inträde i första världskriget och de inledande striderna längs Isonzofronten.När kriget bröt ut 1914 förklarade Italien sig neutralt, trots att landet ingick i Trippelalliansen med Tyskland och Österrike-Ungern. Men en växande italiensk nationalism – och tanken på att samla ”italienskt” territorium under en och samma stat – gjorde det allt mer lockande att byta sida och ansluta sig till ententen (främst Storbritannien, Frankrike och Ryssland). Särskilt hägrade områden som Sydtyrolen och Trieste, som fortfarande tillhörde Österrike-Ungern men som det italienska ledarskapet ansåg borde bli italienska.I april 1915 slöts därför Londonfördraget, ett hemligt avtal där ententemakterna lovade Italien territoriella vinster om landet gick in i kriget på deras sida. Italien förband sig att agera snabbt – men mobiliseringen drog ut på tiden. När de italienska styrkorna väl sattes in under Cadornas ledning inleddes offensiverna vid Isonzo i juni 1915.Den italienska armén var dock knappast rustad för det som väntade. Terrängen var karg, brant och oförlåtande. Att gräva ned sig i bergssluttningarna var ofta nästintill omöjligt, och anfallen tvingades fram i smala passager där försvararna kunde koncentrera sin eld. Fördröjningarna gav dessutom Österrike-Ungern tid att förstärka sina försvarsställningar i höjdlägena. Kombinationen av bristande förberedelser, starka försvarslinjer och en terräng som kanaliserade anfallen skapade en obarmhärtig spiral av förluster – och Cadornas utpräglat offensiva doktrin gjorde priset ännu högre.Det skulle krävas tolv stora slag vid Isonzo mellan 1915 och 1917 innan fronten slutligen bröts – till ett ohyggligt pris i människoliv. Rubén Villamor, escritor y divulgador de historia militar, nos contará cómo los imperios austro-húngaro y alemán quisieron acabar de una vez por todas con el status quo de un frente estático y costoso en vidas y material, lanzando una audaz y potente ofensiva, con el objetivo final de ahogar a Italia y la esperanza de sacarla de la guerra. En esta batalla, además, un joven oficial alemán llamado Erwin Rommel, demostraría su genio táctico, que luego sublimaría en la Segunda Guerra Mundial. È da qui, con le parole di Andrea Bellavite, che dirige la Fondazione Società per la Conservazione della Basilica di Aquileia (sotto tutela dell'UNESCO dal 1998 insieme all'area archeologica), che è partito l'Iter Goritiense-Cammino Goriziano. Ottanta chilometri che portano a Sveta Gora, un cammino transfrontaliero, organizzato dalla Comunità Radiotelevisiva Italofona (CRI), condiviso con le colleghe e i colleghi delle radio italofone della Comunità, attraversando confini, storie, natura. Con quattro fili, temi, conduttori: radici, ferite, rinascita e incontro. Tra gli incontri fatti strada facendo, c'è stato quello con Claudio Regeni e Paola Deffendi, i genitori di Giulio Regeni, il ricercatore friulano sequestrato, torturato e ucciso 9 anni fa in Egitto. Con in mano il libro scritto per non dimenticare Giulio, e la bandiera gialla: un altro simbolo, quello della battaglia per la giustizia.  Un percorso dentro il presente e il passato, costeggiando il fiume Isonzo, che con i suoi 136 chilometri attraversa il territorio sloveno ed italiano, per sfociare nel golfo di Trieste. Tra il 1915 e il 1917 il verde smeraldo dell'Isonzo è stato tinto di rosso, il sangue delle dodici battaglie contro l'esercito austriaco. Una memoria che resta impressa nel Carso italiano e sloveno, da San Martino del Carso al Monte San Michele dove un soldato ha scritto una piccola, ma potente, frase: «Voliamo la pace» , volutamente senza la g.Anche grazie alla forza della natura, questi luoghi hanno saputo trasformare l'orrore in rinascita, fino alla nomina di capitale della cultura europea 2025 della slovena Nova Gorica e l'italiana Gorizia. È la prima volta che il titolo viene assegnato a due città di due Paesi diversi.  Un cammino per ricordare la frontiera che dal 1947 ha diviso Gorizia e Nova Gorica voluta dal presidente jugoslavo Tito. Risalendo lo stivale e raggiungendo l'estremo Nord Est del Friuli Venezia Giulia, in quel lembo di terra noto come Collio che si distende tra il fiume Isonzo e lo Judrio, protetto dalla catena montuosa delle Alpi Giulie, si può scorgere una piccola collina punteggiata e circondata da vigneti.  Qui i suoli costituiti da marne silicee e argillose, localmente definiti “Ponca”, hanno grandi capacità di drenaggio e sono ricchi di minerali, il clima, favorito dalla presenza di pendii che si estendono ininterrottamente offendo ampie superfici esposte a mezzogiorno, è mite e temperato, e la vicinanza della costa adriatica contribuisce a determinare forti escursioni termiche.

BOLOGNA (ITALPRESS) - Il corpo nazionale dei Vigili del fuoco è al lavoro da ieri in Emilia Romagna per far fronte ai danni causati dall'intensa ondata di maltempo che sta colpendo la regione. Nelle ultime 24 ore sono stati effettuati oltre 500 interventi di soccorso. Situazione più critica nel territorio della provincia di Ravenna, dove sono in azione anche due elicotteri Drago per l'evacuazione di persone bloccate in casa dall'innalzamento del livello dell'acqua causato dall'esondazione del torrente Senio a Cotignola e del Lamone a Bagnacavallo in località Traversara. A Casola Valsenio interventi in atto per diverse frane che hanno ostruito strade di collegamento. Nella provincia di Forlì Cesena i soccorritori acquatici del Corpo nazionale hanno operato in via Zignola, a Forlì, per evacuare 14 persone, di cui 7 disabili in una residenza sanitaria, ed un centinaio di animali minacciati dall'acqua. Sempre a Forlì, nel quartiere di San Benedetto, in via Pelacano e in via Isonzo le squadre stanno operando per assistenza a persone in difficoltà per allagamenti e per il soccorso ad automobilisti in panne.tvi/mrv

Quelle poesie davvero segnarono una svolta poiché, fino ad allora, in ciò che scrivevo non mi era mai sembrato di riuscire a definire le cose come le sentivo. L'italiano non era la mia lingua vera, seppure molto amata, e quindi tra le cose e i nomi che le definivano si apriva, per me, come una sorta di abisso incolmabile”. La realtà che lo circondava, con i suoi profumi e i suoi colori, l'aveva, infatti, conosciuta con altri nomi: “e questi nomi li ritrovai nelle poesie di Pasolini. C'erano difatti, in quelle liriche, molti termini che avevo sentito ed anche adoperato nell' infanzia (il bisiàc, pur essendo una parlata fondamentalmente veneta, ha in comune con il friulano numerosi vocaboli), ma soprattutto – ed è la primissima impressione, ciò che più mi meravigliò – fu come quelle parole, che per tanto tempo avevo voluto rimuovere, ritraessero alla perfezione i paesaggi da me tanto amati di queste terre di confine.(dalla prefazione di Giorgio Agamben)Ivan Crico è nato a Gorizia nel 1968, ma fin dalla nascita ha vissuto a Pieris, presso le foci del fiume Isonzo. Scrive in lingua e nell'arcaico idioma veneto bisiàc. Oltre ai libri di poesia citati nelle “Note e riferimenti bibliografici”, si segnala la raffinata versione integrale in bisiàc de Al cant dei Canti (Il Cantico dei Cantici), con prefazione del linguista Michele Cortellazzo (ACB, 2018); su invito di Giorgio Agamben, la traduzione poetica dell'opera di Pier Paolo Pasolini I Turcs tal Friùl (Quodlibet, 2019). De andere grote winnaar was Triumph Studios, dat met Age of Wonders de prijs pakte voor 'Best Game', evenals die voor 'Best Studio'. In the early hours of a gray dawn, as the first light of day brushed the tops of the jagged Julian Alps, a fearsome thunder reverberated across the chasms, gorges, and swift, icy waters of the Isonzo River. As the Italian troops descended upon the formidable Austrian defenses along the Isonzo River, little did they realize that they were about to enter one of the most punishing contests of World War 1. It was a battle not only against a well-entrenched enemy but also against the rugged, unforgiving landscape itself. This tale is as much about the generals and soldiers who directed and fought in the battle as it is about the ordinary civilians whose lives were indelibly marked by it. From the strategic scheming in the command tents to the bloodied and muddied boots in the trenches; from the lofty promises of politicians to the broken dreams of a generation, the Battle of the Isonzo echoes through the annals of history, a somber testament to the relentless and unforgiving machinery of war.
