The Key of David — 10 Things You Need to Know • Friday Service To support this ministry: www.ToddCoconato.com/give Website: www.PastorTodd.org Isaiah 22:22 (NKJV): “The key of the house of David I will lay on his shoulder; so he shall open, and no one shall shut; and he shall shut, and no one shall open.” Revelation 3:7 (NKJV): “And to the angel of the church in Philadelphia write, ‘These things says He who is holy, He who is true, “He who has the key of David, He who opens and no one shuts, and shuts and no one opens.”'” John 14:6 (NKJV): “Jesus said to him, ‘I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.'” Revelation 3:8 (NKJV): “I know your works. See, I have set before you an open door, and no one can shut it; for you have a little strength, have kept My word, and have not denied My name.” 2 Samuel 7:12–13 (NKJV): “When your days are fulfilled and you rest with your fathers, I will set up your seed after you, who will come from your body, and I will establish his kingdom. He shall build a house for My name, and I will establish the throne of his kingdom forever.” Luke 1:32–33 (NKJV): “He will be great, and will be called the Son of the Highest; and the Lord God will give Him the throne of His father David. And He will reign over the house of Jacob forever, and of His kingdom there will be no end.” Matthew 16:19 (NKJV): “And I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven, and whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.” Revelation 1:18 (NKJV): “I am He who lives, and was dead, and behold, I am alive forevermore. Amen. And I have the keys of Hades and of Death.” Romans 8:17 (NKJV): “And if children, then heirs—heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ, if indeed we suffer with Him, that we may also be glorified together.” Ephesians 2:6 (NKJV): “And raised us up together, and made us sit together in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus.” Isaiah 22:20–22 (NKJV): “Then it shall be in that day, that I will call My servant Eliakim the son of Hilkiah; I will clothe him with your robe and strengthen him with your belt; I will commit your responsibility into his hand. He shall be a father to the inhabitants of Jerusalem and to the house of Judah. The key of the house of David I will lay on his shoulder; so he shall open, and no one shall shut; and he shall shut, and no one shall open.” Psalm 24:7–10 (NKJV): “Lift up your heads, O you gates! And be lifted up, you everlasting doors! And the King of glory shall come in. Who is this King of glory? The Lord strong and mighty, the Lord mighty in battle. Lift up your heads, O you gates! Lift up, you everlasting doors! And the King of glory shall come in. Who is this King of glory? The Lord of hosts, He is the King of glory. Selah.” Hebrews 4:16 (NKJV): “Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.” Amos 9:11–12 (NKJV): “On that day I will raise up the tabernacle of David, which has fallen down, and repair its damages; I will raise up its ruins, and rebuild it as in the days of old; that they may possess the remnant of Edom, and all the Gentiles who are called by My name, says the Lord who does this thing.” Acts 15:15–17 (NKJV): “And with this the words of the prophets agree, just as it is written: ‘After this I will return and will rebuild the tabernacle of David, which has fallen down; I will rebuild its ruins, and I will set it up; so that the rest of mankind may seek the Lord, even all the Gentiles who are called by My name, says the Lord who does all these things.'” Matthew 25:10–12 (NKJV): “And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came, and those who were ready went in with him to the wedding; and the door was shut. Afterward the other virgins came also, saying, ‘Lord, Lord, open to us!' But he answered and said, ‘Assuredly, I say to you, I do not know you.'” Revelation 20:4 (NKJV): “And I saw thrones, and they sat on them, and judgment was committed to them. Then I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded for their witness to Jesus and for the word of God, who had not worshiped the beast or his image, and had not received his mark on their foreheads or on their hands. And they lived and reigned with Christ for a thousand years.” Colossians 4:3 (NKJV): “Meanwhile praying also for us, that God would open to us a door for the word, to speak the mystery of Christ, for which I am also in chains.” James 4:7 (NKJV): “Therefore submit to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you.”

John 14:1 (NKJV) “Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in Me. Then in v.27, He tells us again and tops it off with, “and don't be afraid” WHY? Because He just gave us His peace. So, according to Jesus, can a child of God live worry free? Trouble free? Anxious for nothing? Can we walk in the peace of God that passes understanding?

Honoring Others: The Mark of A Disciple A good, basic definition of honor—especially in a biblical and discipleship context—is: Honor is the act of recognizing and treating others with the dignity, value, and respect they deserve as image-bearers of God, regardless of their status or behavior. To honor someone means to esteem them highly, to give weight to their worth, and to treat them in a way that reflects God's view of them—not just your personal opinion. 1. Contact the radio station or leave a review on your favorite app. We want to hear from you! ### 1. Stewardship of our Time: “Redeeming the Time” Passage: Ephesians 5:15–17 (NKJV) “See then that you walk circumspectly, not as fools but as wise, 16 redeeming the time, because the days are evil. 17 Therefore do not be unwise, but understand what the will of the Lord is.” Principle: Every minute is a gift. We must “buy back” each hour from distractions by aligning our schedules with God's priorities—especially the Great Commission. ### 2. Wisdom in Planning: “The Plans of the Diligent” Passage: Proverbs 21:5 (NKJV) “The plans of the diligent lead surely to plenty, but those of everyone who is hasty, to poverty.” Principle: Thoughtful, prayerful planning prevents wasted time and creates margin for gospel opportunities (e.g., inviting neighbors, mentoring new believers). ### 3. Counting Our Days: “Teach Us to Number Our Days” Passage: Psalm 90:12 (NKJV) “So teach us to number our days, that we may gain a heart of wisdom.” Principle: An eternal-perspective reminder that life is brief. When we internalize our limited hours, we'll prioritize what lasts—making disciples. ### 4. Purposeful Living: “Doing All to the Glory of God” Passage: 1 Corinthians 10:31 (NKJV) “Therefore, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.” Principle: Every task—work, rest, family time, evangelism—should be offered as worship. That reshapes even “routine” minutes into Kingdom service. ### 5. Prioritizing Prayer & Communion: “Jesus Prayed Early” Passage: Mark 1:35 (NKJV) “Now in the morning, having risen a long while before daylight, He went out and departed to a solitary place; and there He prayed.” Principle: Jesus structured His day around communion with the Father—our ultimate source of wisdom for time management and disciple-making. ### 6. Eternal Urgency: “For What Is Your Life?” Passage: James 4:14 (NKJV) “Whereas you do not know what will happen tomorrow. For what is your life? It is even a vapor that appears for a little time and then vanishes away.” Principle: The fleetingness of life compels urgent obedience to the Great Commission (Matthew 28:19–20). ### 7. Single-Mindfulness: “Deny Yourself” Passage: Luke 9:23–24 (NKJV) “If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow Me. 24 For whoever desires to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for My sake will save it.” Principle: Self-discipline in scheduling (saying “no” to lesser things) frees us to “lose” our lives in service—especially in making disciples. ### 8. Balance Work & Rest: “Six Days You Shall Labor…” Passage: Exodus 20:8–10,12 (NKJV) “Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy…6 for in six days the Lord made the heavens and the earth…12 ‘Honor your father and your mother, that your days may be long…'” Principle: Biblical sabbath—and honoring family—establish healthy rhythms that prevent burnout and protect time for disciple-care. ###9. Investing in Others: “Do Not Steal” (as Stealing Time) Passage: Ephesians 4:28 (NKJV) “Let him who stole steal no longer… but rather let him labor, working with his hands what is good, that he may have something to give him who has need.” Principle: Our work (and your time!) isn't just for self—but for generosity. Freeing up “spare” hours to invest in new believers. ### 10. The Great Commission as First Priority Passage: Matthew 28:19–20 (NKJV) “Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations…teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always…” Principle: Every time-management decision must be filtered through: “Will this help me obey Jesus's command to make disciples?” **(00:00) END PART 1** **(27:00 – 5:00) BEGIN PART 2** ### Part 2: Practical Advice for Using Time to Be and Make Disciples ### 1. Begin with a Paradigm Shift: Time is Kingdom Currency  • Time is not just something we “spend”; it's something we invest. Just like money, time can be stewarded for temporary or eternal purposes.  • Regularly ask: “Is this activity helping me know Jesus more deeply or helping someone else follow Him better?” “Look carefully then how you walk, not as unwise but as wise, making the best use of the time…” (Ephesians 5:15–16) ### 2. Build Life Around Jesus's Priorities, Not Just Adding Him In  • Many busy Christians are trying to fit Jesus into their schedule instead of building their schedule around Him.  • Suggest starting with these 3 buckets and planning around them:  • Time with God (Being a disciple) – prayer, Scripture, Sabbath, silence.  • Time with others (Making disciples) – intentional meals, mentoring, small groups.  • Time on mission (Living sent) – workplace witness, neighborhood engagement, volunteering. ### 3. Combine Your Calling With Your Calendar Help them redeem ordinary rhythms by integrating disciple-making into:  • Meals – “Who can you eat with this week that needs encouragement or the gospel?”  • Commutes – Use it for prayer, audio Bibles, check-in calls with mentees.  • Family time – Lead short devotionals, model hospitality, include kids in ministry moments.  • Work breaks – Strategic encouragement or follow-up with someone God's placed nearby. “Disciple-making doesn't always need new time blocks—it often needs intentionality in existing ones.” ### 4. Create a Disciple-Making Weekly Rhythm Encourage a simple rhythm:  • Daily: Time with God, open eyes to opportunities.  • Weekly: 1 relational touchpoint (e.g., coffee, call, prayer walk).  • Monthly: One deeper investment (e.g., mentoring conversation, service together).  • Quarterly: Retreat or reevaluation—Am I growing? Is anyone growing because of me? ### 5. Say No to Say Yes Help them see that every “yes” is a “no” to something else.  • Challenge: “What are you doing that someone else could do, so you can do what only you can do?”  • Sometimes the most spiritual thing they can do is decline a good thing for the sake of the best thing (Luke 10:41–42 – “Martha, Martha…”). ### 6. Use Tools with Intentionality  • Calendar: Block time for people, not just tasks.  • Alarms/reminders: Prompt prayer, Scripture, check-ins.  • Apps: Bible apps, group chats for discipleship groups, accountability tools.  • Notebooks or journals: Record prayers, disciple progress, insights from Scripture. ### 7. Don't Go Alone—Form a Band of Disciple-Makers  • Encourage small discipleship bands of 2–4 people with shared goals and check-ins.  • Ask: “Who's helping you follow Jesus better? Who are you helping?”  • This builds encouragement, accountability, and shared momentum. ### 8. Encouragement: Grace Over Guilt, Progress Over Perfection  • Remind them that they are not earning God's favor by being busy for Him.  • Jesus is not measuring productivity; He's forming people.  • Celebrate small, faithful steps. Even 5 minutes of prayer for someone is eternally significant.  • God multiplies what we surrender, even if it's small (loaves and fish principle). “You may feel behind, but Jesus is not. He's patient, and He delights in every act of love in His name.” ### Challenge  • “Imagine if every one of us made just one disciple this year.”  • write one name they'll pray for or pursue this month.  • You don't need more time—you need more focus and faith. **(5:00 – 1:00)**  Doctrine Today Jesus and His Present Ministry The Holy Spirit's Role in Disciple Making. Dispensational Baptist view of the End Times Understanding Theology is Important The Gospel and Ongoing Disciple Making Church Role in Discerning God's Will Barriers to Disciple Making Spiritual Warfare Jesus – Incarnation God's Sovereignty Sin and the Call to Make Disciples I. Introduction: The Clear Call of Jesus  • Matthew 28:18–20 (NKJV) “Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations…”  • The Great Commission is not a suggestion, but a command.  • Discipleship is not optional for the believer—it's our identity and mission.  • Briefly affirm your audience's desire to follow Jesus more faithfully. II. The Nature and Consequence of Sin  • Romans 3:23 (NKJV) “For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.”  • Isaiah 59:2 (NKJV) “But your iniquities have separated you from your God…”  • Hebrews 12:1 (NKJV) “Let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which so easily ensnares us…” Key Points:  • Sin is not just moral failure—it's a barrier to intimacy with God and others.  • Sin entangles and weighs down believers, keeping us from active obedience.  • Our mission to make disciples is spiritual warfare—sin compromises our witness, our clarity, and our power. III. Sin's Direct Impact on Discipleship A. It Weakens Our Witness  • 1 Peter 2:11–12 (NKJV) “…abstain from fleshly lusts which war against the soul, having your conduct honorable… that they may, by your good works… glorify God.”  • Our credibility is tied to our character. Ongoing, unrepentant sin dulls our message. B. It Diminishes Our Passion  • Revelation 2:4–5 (NKJV) “…you have left your first love. Remember… repent and do the first works.”  • Sin numbs the heart. A lukewarm heart does not multiply disciples—it replicates complacency. C. It Breaks Fellowship and Unity  • John 13:34–35 (NKJV) “By this all will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another.”  • Sin disrupts love and unity, weakening the Church's witness and the environment in which disciples are formed. IV. Repentance and Restoration for Disciple Makers  • 1 John 1:9 (NKJV) “If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us…”  • Psalm 51:10–13 (NKJV) “Create in me a clean heart… Then I will teach transgressors Your ways, and sinners shall be converted to You.”  • Repentance is not the end of ministry—it's often the beginning of renewed fruitfulness.  • David sinned greatly, but through repentance, his voice became a song of redemption that still disciples us today. V. Living Holy to Make Disciples Effectively  • 2 Timothy 2:21 (NKJV) “Therefore if anyone cleanses himself… he will be a vessel for honor, sanctified and useful for the Master…”  • Holiness is not perfection, but readiness—an availability for God's use.  • Personal holiness fuels spiritual authority and fruitfulness in disciple-making. VI. Conclusion: Renew the Mission  • Luke 9:23 (NKJV) “If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow Me.”  • Philippians 2:15–16 (NKJV) “…shine as lights in the world, holding fast the word of life…”  • The world needs disciples. The church needs disciple-makers. Jesus is still calling.  • Let us repent where we've fallen, recommit where we've grown weary, and re-engage the mission with holy fire. **(1:00)**  Busyness can suck that life out of you. One reason is that other activities intrude on the work that God is doing in you and through you. Be proactive and put God first in every activity, every day. [2 Chronicles 5:11-14 NKJV] And it came to pass when the priests came out of the [Most] Holy [Place] (for all the priests who [were] present had sanctified themselves, without keeping to their divisions), [12] and the Levites [who were] the singers, all those of Asaph and Heman and Jeduthun, with their sons and their brethren, stood at the east end of the altar, clothed in white linen, having cymbals, stringed instruments and harps, and with them one hundred and twenty priests sounding with trumpets-- [13] indeed it came to pass, when the trumpeters and singers [were] as one, to make one sound to be heard in praising and thanking the LORD, and when they lifted up their voice with the trumpets and cymbals and instruments of music, and praised the LORD, [saying]: "[For He is] good, For His mercy [endures] forever," that the house, the house of the LORD, was filled with a cloud, [14] so that the priests could not continue ministering because of the cloud; for the glory of the LORD filled the house of God.A ____________________ mentality is not the problem. It's a symptom of the real problem: _______________ from truth.[Matthew 11:27-29 NKJV] "All things have been delivered to Me by My Father, and no one knows the Son except the Father. Nor does anyone know the Father except the Son, and [the one] to whom the Son wills to reveal [Him]. [28] "Come to Me, all [you] who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. [29] "Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.Transformative Rest comes when God to reveals the __________ about ___________ in the light of the truth about ___________.[John 21:11-17 NKJV] [Hebrews 3:12-15; 4:8-9 NKJV] Beware, brethren, lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief in departing from the living God; [13] but exhort one another daily, while it is called "Today," lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin. [14] For we have become partakers of Christ if we hold the beginning of our confidence steadfast to the end, [15] while it is said: "Today, if you will hear His voice, Do not harden your hearts as in the rebellion." [4:8] For if Joshua had given them rest, then He would not afterward have spoken of another day. [9] There remains therefore a rest for the people of God.The Promised Land of “Rest” is not a ___________ or a ___________, it's a ___________.[Exodus 20:18-21 NKJV] [Hebrews 10:11-14 NKJV] And every priest stands ministering daily and offering repeatedly the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins. [12] But this Man, after He had offered one sacrifice for sins forever, sat down at the right hand of God, [13] from that time waiting till His enemies are made His footstool. [14] For by one offering He has perfected forever those who are being sanctified.Jesus took our ___________ in the sacrifice so we could ___________ ___________ in His place of rest.[Hebrews 4:11-13 NKJV] Let us therefore be diligent to enter that rest, lest anyone fall according to the same example of disobedience. [12] For the word of God [is] living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. [13] And there is no creature hidden from His sight, but all things [are] naked and open to the eyes of Him to whom we [must give] account.[Genesis 32:24-30 NKJV]

Come Out of Her: Understanding Babylon, the Beast System, and the Urgency of This Hour • Sunday Service   If you'd like to support the ministry, please visit: www.ToddCoconato.com/give Learn more at: www.PastorTodd.org   We are living in one of the most prophetic and spiritually critical moments in human history. The systems of the world are shifting. New technologies are emerging. Lines are being drawn. And what we are witnessing, if we have eyes to see and ears to hear, is not just the march of innovation — it is the rise of Babylon and the formation of the beast system. Today, I want to expose what's really going on behind the scenes — spiritually, biblically, and practically — and why the Church must wake up, come out, and stand firm in the truth of Jesus Christ.   1. Revelation 18:4 (NKJV) “And I heard another voice from heaven saying, ‘Come out of her, my people, lest you share in her sins, and lest you receive of her plagues.'”   2. Revelation 13:16-17 (NKJV) “He causes all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hand or on their foreheads, and that no one may buy or sell except one who has the mark…”   3. Daniel 3:17-18 (NKJV) ”…our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace… But if not, let it be known… we do not serve your gods…”   4. Isaiah 5:20 (NKJV) “Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil; Who put darkness for light, and light for darkness…”   5. 2 Thessalonians 2:3-4 (NKJV) “Let no one deceive you by any means; for that Day will not come unless the falling away comes first… who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God…”   6. Revelation 17:5 (NKJV) “And on her forehead a name was written: MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND OF THE ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.”   7. Revelation 13:7 (NKJV) “It was granted to him to make war with the saints and to overcome them. And authority was given him over every tribe, tongue, and nation.”   8. Matthew 24:24 (NKJV) “For false christs and false prophets will rise and show great signs and wonders to deceive, if possible, even the elect.”   9. Revelation 18:23 (NKJV) ”…For by your sorcery all the nations were deceived.”   10. Ephesians 5:11 (NKJV) “And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather expose them.”   The Modern Beast System Is Emerging: 1. Project Astra (by Google DeepMind): This AI assistant can “see,” “hear,” “speak,” and interpret your surroundings in real-time. It's being marketed as helpful, but what's emerging is a tool that can literally monitor and interact with your physical world — a watcher embedded into your daily life. It learns everything about you — and you don't even realize you're training it. 2. Palantir Technologies: This is one of the most powerful data-aggregation companies in the world. They create detailed profiles on individuals using surveillance, social media, financial transactions, medical history, and more. It's not just for terrorism prevention — it's the architecture of control. What you say, what you post, where you go — it's all being recorded and mined. These tools are laying the foundation for total control, where you will be known, tracked, predicted, and possibly restricted based on your beliefs, behaviors, or resistance. We are watching the system of Babylon rise right before our eyes. The beast system is not coming — it's already here, in prototype form. The only escape is not rebellion, not politics, not fear — it is Jesus Christ. He is our deliverer. He is our strong tower. He is our hiding place. Now is the time to come out of Babylon. To refuse compromise. To live holy. To be filled with the Spirit. To know the Word. And to stand as the Remnant — bold, awake, and ready.   CCLI: 21943673

The struggles of life can indeed pull us down. Buried deep in the ashes of despair. Clouding our sight with its troubles. But there is a cry for more. A cry to push beyond. To bounce back and touch joy. To run to the light cause it's waiting. God is calling with His arms wide open. He wants to show you the way. ‘To give them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning… that He may be glorified.' – Isaiah 61 vs 3 (NKJV) Let the old die, so the new can live.

Living in Goshen: God's Shelter in the Storm To support: www.ToddCoconato.com/give Website: www.PastorTodd.org 10 essential truths every Christian should know and understand about Goshen—both in its biblical context and its spiritual application for today: 1. Goshen Was a Real Place of Refuge Biblical Insight: Goshen was a fertile region in Egypt given to Joseph's family (Genesis 45:10). It became a safe haven during famine. Spiritual Application: God always prepares a place of protection for His people in times of crisis. Goshen represents God's intentional provision during times of shaking. 2. Goshen Was a Place of Divine Provision Genesis 47:6 (NKJV): "Let them dwell in the land of Goshen...the best of the land." Meaning: Goshen wasn't just about survival—it was the best part of the land, showing that God doesn't provide minimally; He provides abundantly. 3. Goshen Was a Place of Separation Exodus 8:22 (NKJV): "I will set apart the land of Goshen... that no swarms of flies shall be there." Meaning: God made a clear distinction between His people and the Egyptians. Today, Goshen represents being set apart from the world, holy unto the Lord. 4. Goshen Was a Place of Supernatural Protection Exodus 9:26 (NKJV): "Only in the land of Goshen... there was no hail." Meaning: While plagues hit Egypt, Goshen was untouched. This points to God's covenant covering over His obedient people—even in judgment. 5. Goshen Was Accessed Through Relationship Genesis 45:10 (NKJV): "You shall dwell in the land of Goshen, and you shall be near to me..." Meaning: Proximity to Joseph (a type of Christ) brought the family into Goshen. Intimacy with Jesus positions us to live in spiritual Goshen today. 6. Goshen Was a Place of Generational Blessing Genesis 47:27 (NKJV): "They had possessions there and grew and multiplied exceedingly." Meaning: Goshen wasn't just a blessing for one generation—it was a place where families flourished. God's provision covers your children and grandchildren. 7. Goshen Required Obedience and Trust Genesis 46:28 (NKJV): "Judah went ahead... to point out before him the way to Goshen." Meaning: Joseph's family had to follow instructions and move in faith. Living in Goshen today means being sensitive and obedient to God's direction. 8. Goshen Was Temporary but Strategic Exodus 12:37 (NKJV): "Then the children of Israel journeyed from Rameses to Succoth..." Meaning: Goshen was not the Promised Land. It was a temporary shelter for preparation and preservation. God gives Goshen-seasons to prepare us for greater things. 9. Goshen Represents God's Covenant Faithfulness Meaning: God promised to be with Israel, and Goshen was the manifestation of that covenant. It reminds us that God keeps His promises even in troubled times. Isaiah 43:2 (NKJV): "When you pass through the waters, I will be with you..." 10. Goshen Points to a Last Days Remnant Meaning: In the end times, not all who are religious will live under Goshen-like protection. Only those who are fully surrendered, obedient, and set apart will experience the fullness of God's covering. Revelation 3:10 (NKJV): "Because you have kept My command to persevere, I also will keep you from the hour of trial..."

Mercy and Grace in the End Times: Our Urgent Call to Reflect Christ • Friday Service   Website: www.PastorTodd.org To give: www.ToddCoconato.com/give   We are living in extraordinary times, times that many of us believe are the final days before the return of Jesus Christ. The world is in turmoil, and there's an urgency in the Spirit for us as believers to understand our role in this hour. The signs are all around us—wars, earthquakes, lawlessness, and hearts growing cold (Matthew 24:6-12). In such times, it is easy to get caught up in fear, anger, and judgment. Yet, the Lord calls us to something greater. He calls us to mercy and grace. Today, I want to talk about why exercising mercy and grace is not just an option but a necessity, especially in this critical hour. Not only does grace help others, it transforms and blesses us as well. Matthew 24:12-13 (NKJV) "And because lawlessness will abound, the love of many will grow cold. But he who endures to the end shall be saved." James 2:13 (NKJV) "For judgment is without mercy to the one who has shown no mercy. Mercy triumphs over judgment." Matthew 5:7 (NKJV) "Blessed are the merciful, for they shall obtain mercy." Titus 2:11-12 (NKJV) "For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men, teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly in the present age." Ephesians 2:8-9 (NKJV) "For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast." 2 Corinthians 12:9 (NKJV) "And He said to me, 'My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness.' Therefore most gladly I will rather boast in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me." Hebrews 4:16 (NKJV) "Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need." 1 Peter 4:7-8 (NKJV) "But the end of all things is at hand; therefore be serious and watchful in your prayers. And above all things have fervent love for one another, for 'love will cover a multitude of sins.'" Luke 6:36 (NKJV) "Therefore be merciful, just as your Father also is merciful." As we navigate these perilous times, we must be agents of mercy and grace. The Bible tells us that lawlessness will abound and the love of many will grow cold (Matthew 24:12), but this is not our portion. We are called to love, to show mercy, and to extend grace, not only because it blesses others but because it changes us. Grace empowers us, strengthens us, and keeps us walking in the power of Christ. Now more than ever, we need to reflect the heart of God to a lost and broken world. Mercy triumphs over judgment. Grace gives us the strength to endure. And in the end, it is by His grace that we will stand firm until the very end, hearing the words we long for: "Well done, good and faithful servant" (Matthew 25:23).

See that you are not troubled; for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet. For nation will rise against nation and kingdom against kingdom. And there will be famines, pestilences, and earthquakes in various places. All these are the beginning of sorrows." 2. Matthew 24:24 (NKJV) "For false Christs and false prophets will rise and show great signs and wonders to deceive, if possible, even the elect." 3. 2 Thessalonians 2:3 (NKJV) "Let no one deceive you by any means; for that Day will not come unless the falling away comes first, and the man of sin is revealed, the son of perdition." 4. 2 Thessalonians 2:4 (NKJV) "Who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God or that is worshiped, so that he sits as God in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God." 5. Matthew 24:14 (NKJV) "And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world as a witness to all the nations, and then the end will come." 6. And the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord." 9. Revelation 21:1-4 (NKJV) "Now I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away. Also there was no more sea. Then I, John, saw the holy city, New Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. And I heard a loud voice from heaven saying, 'Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and He will dwell with them, and they shall be His people. God Himself will be with them and be their God. And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying. There shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away.'" 10. Matthew 24:42 (NKJV) "Watch therefore, for you do not know what hour your Lord is coming." 11. Mark 16:15 (NKJV) "And He said to them, 'Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature.'" 12. John 14:16-17 (NKJV) "And I will pray the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may abide with you forever—the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees Him nor knows Him; but you know Him, for He dwells with you and will be in you." 13. 1 Corinthians 15:57 (NKJV) "But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ."

The Transformative Power of Serving Jesus Christ • Sunday Service To Give: www.ToddCoconato.com/give Website: www.PastorTodd.org Serving Jesus Christ is a life-changing commitment that brings profound transformation and abundant blessings. Understanding what happens when we serve Him is essential for living a purposeful and fulfilling Christian life. Today, we will explore ten powerful scriptures that reveal the blessings, challenges, and ultimate rewards of serving Jesus Christ. Matthew 16:24-25 (NKJV): "Then Jesus said to His disciples, 'If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow Me. For whoever desires to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for My sake will find it.'* John 12:26 (NKJV): "If anyone serves Me, let him follow Me; and where I am, there My servant will be also. If anyone serves Me, him My Father will honor."* Galatians 2:20 (NKJV): "I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me."* Romans 12:1-2 (NKJV): "I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service. And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God."* Philippians 2:5-7 (NKJV): "Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus, who, being in the form of God, did not consider it robbery to be equal with God, but made Himself of no reputation, taking the form of a bondservant, and coming in the likeness of men." Colossians 3:23-24 (NKJV): "And whatever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord and not to men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ."* Matthew 25:21 (NKJV): "His lord said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant; you were faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things. Enter into the joy of your lord.'"* 1 Corinthians 15:58 (NKJV): "Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your labor is not in vain in the Lord." Ephesians 6:7-8 (NKJV): "With goodwill doing service, as to the Lord, and not to men, knowing that whatever good anyone does, he will receive the same from the Lord, whether he is a slave or free."* Hebrews 6:10 (NKJV): "For God is not unjust to forget your work and labor of love which you have shown toward His name, in that you have ministered to the saints, and do minister." Serving Jesus Christ is a journey of transformation, sacrifice, and abundant blessing. It requires denying ourselves, embracing humility, and faithfully following Him. The scriptures remind us that our service is never in vain and is richly rewarded by the Lord. Let us commit to serving Him wholeheartedly, knowing that He honors and rewards our faithfulness. May we find joy, purpose, and fulfillment in our service to Jesus Christ, for His glory and the advancement of His kingdom. Amen.

"The Dangers of Double-Mindedness" • Friday Service To give: www.ToddCoconato.com/give Website: www.PastorTodd.org Greetings in the name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Today, I want to address a critical issue affecting many Christians—double-mindedness. This spiritual condition can hinder our walk with God and cause various issues in our lives. Let us delve into the Word of God and seek His wisdom on this matter. 1. Understanding Double-Mindedness: James 1:8 (NKJV): "He is a double-minded man, unstable in all his ways." 2. The Root of Double-Mindedness: James 4:8 (NKJV): "Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded." 3. The Consequences of Double-Mindedness: Matthew 6:24 (NKJV): "No one can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or else he will be loyal to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and mammon." 4. Faith Without Doubt: Mark 11:23 (NKJV): "For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, 'Be removed and be cast into the sea,' and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says." 5. Steadfastness in Faith: Hebrews 10:23 (NKJV): "Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful." 6. The Call to Spiritual Maturity: Ephesians 4:14-15 (NKJV): "that we should no longer be children, tossed to and fro and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, in the cunning craftiness of deceitful plotting, but, speaking the truth in love, may grow up in all things into Him who is the head—Christ." Double-mindedness is a significant barrier to spiritual growth and a fulfilling Christian life. By drawing near to God, purifying our hearts, and committing ourselves wholly to Him, we can overcome this instability. Let us seek God with undivided hearts, trust in His promises, and grow into mature, steadfast believers.

Scripture: 1 Corinthians 4:1-5 NKJV - Let a man so consider us, as servants of Christ and stewards of the mysteries of God. Moreover it is required in stewards that one be found faithful. But with me it is a very small thing that I should be judged by you or by a human court. In fact, I do not even judge myself. For I know of nothing against myself, yet I am not justified by this; but He who judges me is the Lord. Therefore judge nothing before the time, until the Lord comes, who will both bring to light the hidden things of darkness and reveal the counsels of the hearts. Then each one's praise will come from God. Good Friday 2024                                                                                               Isaiah 53:4-6 (NKJV)Surely He has borne our griefsAnd carried our sorrows;Yet we esteemed Him stricken,Smitten by God, and afflicted. But He was wounded for our transgressions,He was bruised for our iniquities; The chastisement for our peace was upon Him,And by His stripes we are healed. All we like sheep have gone astray; We have turned, every one, to his own way;And the Lord has laid on Him the iniquity of us all. Galatians 3:13 (ESV)“Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us—for it is written, ‘Cursed is everyone who is hanged on a tree'” Isaiah 43:25 (NIV)"I, even I, am he who blots out your transgressions, for my own sake, and remembers your sins no more. 1 Peter 2:24 (NIV)“'He himself bore our sins' in his body on the tree, so that we might die to sins and live to righteousness;” Matthew 27:51 (NIV)“At that moment the curtain of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom.” Hebrews 4:16 (NKJV)“Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.” Hebrews 10:19-22 (ESV)“Therefore, brothers, since we have confidence to enter the holy places by the blood of Jesus, by the new and living way that he opened for us through the curtain, that is, through his flesh, and since we have a great priest over the house of God, let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, with our hearts sprinkled clean from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure water."Hebrews 10:1-10 (NLT)“The old system under the law of Moses was only a shadow, a dim preview of the good things to come, not the good things themselves. The sacrifices under that system were repeated again and again, year after year, but they were never able to provide perfect cleansing for those who came to worship. If they could have provided perfect cleansing, the sacrifices would have stopped, for the worshipers would have been purified once for all time, and their feelings of guilt would have disappeared. But instead, those sacrifices actually reminded them of their sins year after year. For it is not possible for the blood of bulls and goats to take away sins. That is why, when Christ came into the world, he said to God,  ‘You did not want animal sacrifices or sin offerings. But you have given me a body to offer. You were not pleased with burnt offerings or other offerings for sin. Then I said, ‘Look, I have come to do your will, O God— as is written about me in the   Scriptures.'  First, Christ said, ‘You did not want animal sacrifices or sin offerings or burnt offerings or other offerings for sin, nor were you pleased with them' (though they are required by the law of Moses). Then he said, ‘Look, I have come to do your will.' He cancels the first covenant in order to put the second into effect. For God's will was for us to be made holy by the sacrifice of the body of Jesus Christ, once for all time.”

Marriage is the safest relationship on the earth when God's laws for love are honored. Genesis 2:20-25  //  So the man gave names to all the livestock, the birds in the sky and all the wild animals. But for Adam no suitable helper was found. 21 So the Lord God caused the man to fall into a deep sleep; and while he was sleeping, he took one of the man's ribs and then closed up the place with flesh. 22 Then the Lord God made a woman from the rib he had taken out of the man, and he brought her to the man. 23 The man said, “This is now bone of my bones and flesh of my flesh; she shall be called ‘woman,' for she was taken out of man.” 24 That is why a man leaves his father and mother and is united to his wife, and they become one flesh. 25 Adam and his wife were both naked, and they felt no shame. The Four Laws of Love 1. The Law of Priority Genesis 2:24  //  That is why a man leaves his father and mother and is united to his wife, and they become one flesh. Exodus 34:14  //  Do not worship any other god, for the Lord, whose name is Jealous, is a jealous God. 2. The Law of Pursuit Genesis 2:24  //  That is why a man leaves his father and mother and is united to his wife, and they become one flesh. 3. The Law of Partnership Genesis 2:24  //  That is why a man leaves his father and mother and is united to his wife, and they become one flesh. 1 Corinthians 7:3-4 (NKJV)  //  Let the husband render to his wife the affection due her, and likewise also the wife to her husband. The wife does not have authority over her own body, but the husband does. And likewise, the husband does not have authority over his own body, but the wife does. 4. The Law of Purity Genesis 2:25  //  Adam and his wife were both naked, and they felt no shame. Purity paves the way to intimacy.

The Finished Work of the Cross John 19:17-30 (NLT) “Carrying the cross by himself, he went to the place called Place of the Skull (in Hebrew, Golgotha). There they nailed him to the cross. Two others were crucified with him, one on either side, with Jesus between them. And Pilate posted a sign on the cross that read, “Jesus of Nazareth, the King of the Jews.” The place where Jesus was crucified was near the city, and the sign was written in Hebrew, Latin, and Greek, so that many people could read it. Then the leading priests objected and said to Pilate, “Change it from ‘The King of the Jews' to ‘He said, I am King of the Jews.'” Pilate replied, “No, what I have written, I have written.” When the soldiers had crucified Jesus, they divided his clothes among the four of them. They also took his robe, but it was seamless, woven in one piece from top to bottom. So they said, “Rather than tearing it apart, let's throw dice for it.” This fulfilled the Scripture that says, “They divided my garments among themselves and threw dice for my clothing.” So that is what they did. Standing near the cross were Jesus' mother, and his mother's sister, Mary (the wife of Clopas), and Mary Magdalene. When Jesus saw his mother standing there beside the disciple he loved, he said to her, “Dear woman, here is your son.” And he said to this disciple, “Here is your mother.” And from then on this disciple took her into his home. Jesus knew that his mission was now finished, and to fulfill Scripture he said, “I am thirsty.” A jar of sour wine was sitting there, so they soaked a sponge in it, put it on a hyssop branch, and held it up to his lips. When Jesus had tasted it, he said,  “It is finished!” Then he bowed his head and gave up his spirit.”  What did Jesus finish on the cross?  1. The curse of sin.  Isaiah 53:4-6 (NKJV) Surely He has borne our griefs And carried our sorrows; Yet we esteemed Him stricken, Smitten by God, and afflicted. But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; The chastisement for our peace was upon Him, And by His stripes we are healed. We all like sheep have gone astray; We have turned, everyone, to his own way; And the Lord has laid on Him the iniquity of us all. Galatians 3:13 (ESV) Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us—for it is written, “Cursed is everyone who is hanged on a tree”— Isaiah 43:25 (NIV) "I, even I, am he who blots out your transgressions, for my own sake, and remembers your sins no more.”  1 Peter 2:24 (NIV) “He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, so that we might die to sins and live to righteousness;”  2. Mankind's separation from God. Matthew 27:51 (NIV) “At that moment the curtain of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom.”  Hebrews 4:16 (NKJV) “Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.”  3. Our shame. Hebrews 10:1-10 (NLT) “The old system under the law of Moses was only a shadow, a dim preview of the good things to come, not the good things themselves. That is why, when Christ came into the world, he said to God, “You did not want animal sacrifices or sin offerings. But you have given me a body to offer. You were not pleased with burnt offerings or other offerings for sin. Then I said, ‘Look, I have come to do your will, O God— as is written about me in the Scriptures.'” First, Christ said, “You did not want animal sacrifices or sin offerings or burnt offerings or other offerings for sin, nor were you pleased with them” (though they are required by the law of Moses). Then he said, “Look, I have come to do your will.” He cancels the first covenant in order to put the second into effect. For God's will was for us to be made holy by the sacrifice of the body of Jesus Christ, once for all time.”  Ephesians 1:7, 9-10 (ESV) “In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of his grace…making known to us the mystery of his will, according to his purpose, which he set forth in Christ as a plan for the fullness of time, to unite all things in him, things in heaven and things on earth.”

While we're on this planet, each of us has the opportunity, should I say, the responsibility to impact someone's life for God.I know I say this all the time but it's the reality we need to make our minds up about, Jesus told us. “OCCUPY TILL I RETURN!" So as we look at some of the things God's word shows us concerning the end, it's important that we stay humble, teachable ambassadors for our King.Unfortunately, there's so much speculation, opinion, incorrect interpretation, unbelief, and confusion, so there's no wonder we don't hear much on the subject.Matthew 16:1-3 (NKJV) Then the Pharisees and Sadducees came, and testing Him asked that He would show them a sign from heaven. He answered and said to them, When it is evening you say, It will be fair weather, for the sky is red; and in the morning, It will be foul weather today, for the sky is red and threatening. Hypocrites! You know how to discern the face of the sky, but you cannot discern the signs of the timesSo according to Jesus, if He expected His people to be able to recognize His first coming, He absolutely expects us to be aware and ready for His next one. And make no mistake, the Bible is full of clues, signs, revelations, insight, and even specifics about this day.So if we know that the day is closer than ever before. Then as His body is on the planet, it's our job to have as many as possible ready for that day.In 1 Timothy Paul instructs us to pray for all men, especially those in authority. Then in chapter 2:4, he says, because God desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth. Here's something every disciple has to be aware of, if we're supposed to recognize this day, the enemy absolutely recognizes it and will be as relentless as possible in keeping us distracted about it. And his primary tactics are deception and fear.Hebrews 10:23-25 (NKJV) Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful. And let us consider one another in order to stir up love and good works, not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as is the manner of some, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching. There is still a hell to avoid!! Let's not forget, we have a very real enemy who has had way too much success deceiving the church into thinking his kingdom is not a reality, and as far as this thing wrapping up, we really don't talk about it. Don't kid yourself, he is the master of distraction. And that's exactly what's happening around the world, as well as in the church.Matthew 24:42-44 (NKJV) Watch therefore, for you do not know what hour your Lord is coming. But know this, that if the master of the house had known what hour the thief would come, he would have watched and not allowed his house to be broken into. Therefore you also be ready, for the Son of Man is coming at an hour you do not expect.”We are closer than any generation to the things Jesus told us to watch for concerning His return. So don't think the enemy won't do everything possible to keep people from these truths.2 Peter 3, Above all, you must understand that in the last days scoffers will come, scoffing and following their own evil desires. They will say, “Where is this ‘coming' He promised? Ever since our ancestors died, everything goes on as it has since the beginning of creation.” 2 Timothy 4:3 (NLT) “For a time is coming when people will no longer listen to sound and wholesome teaching. They will follow their own desires and will look for teachers who will tell them whatever their itching ears want to hear.”Truth is, evil hasn't really changed its look throughout history and he knows that if he can keep us divided, he can keep us weak. Here's something Jesus said that we have a tendency to overlook, Matthew 16:18, I will build My church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.Over the years so many have interpreted this as meaning hell can't come against the church. But gates represent the entrance into a place…Remember, we are no longer of this world. Not only can the gates of hell not stop us, but when the kingdom of darkness tries advancing, we, the church are the restrainer stopping the kingdom of darkness from just having its way.Remember, Jesus told us in Luke, I've given you authority over all the power of the enemy. That being said, we've got to be able to discern our season. Recognize the signs of the times.Something we must remember, He's returning for a glorious church. And as the world around us grows darker, according to Proverbs, The way of the righteous is like the morning sun, which shines ever brighter until the full light of day. Here's a reality everyone will have to come to terms with, during Jesus' first coming, there came a point where His disciples had to make some hard decisions concerning their faith, and their lives. So as we peel back a few layers of this revelation, let's remember, God, desires all men to be saved Our mission is people! Yes, we are to watch, be aware of, looking for our Master's return. But not just for us to get out of here, seriously, we do no one any good if that's our only motive. So as we unpack our subject, first and foremost, Paul says, we must rightly divide the word of truth. Jesus, Paul, and Moses said, in the mouth of 2 or 3 witnesses let every word be established. At the end of the day, the Bible has to agree. When studying God's word, Paul tells us in Corinthians, Give no offense, either to the Jews or to the Greeks or to the Church of GodA couple of things we should know about the book of Revelation. The first is that it is singular. It's one continuous uncovering of the return of our King. The title, Revelation simply means uncovering, revealing of truth. It is the omniscient God's record of history in advance. And don't forget, Jesus Himself told us it has been given to us to know the mysteries of the Kingdom of Heaven.Revelation 1:3 (NKJV) “Blessed is he who reads and those who hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written in it; for the time is near.”Also, Revelation, Matthew 24, and Daniel all go together for a much clearer insight.Matthew 24:3 (NKJV) Now as He sat on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to Him privately, saying, tell us, when will these things be? And what will be the sign of Your coming, and of the end of the age? When will these things be?What will be the sign of Your coming? What will be the sign of the end of the age?Matthew 24:36 (NKJV) “But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, but My Father only.”Remember, according to Jesus, only the Father knows when. But he still told us to be watchful and ready.Revelation 1:19 (NKJV)“ Write the things which you have seen, and the things which are, and the things which will take place after this.”In revelation 4, John says, “after this” after his revelation of the church, John is taken to Heaven, and the church isn't mentioned again in the book. And even though Revelation is filled with typology, it still has to line up with the rest of the book. As we said earlier, the church is the restrainer stopping the kingdom of darkness from just having its way. So he can't just have his way as long as we're still here and operating in our authority.Let me add this while I'm here. The next prophetic event to take place will be the departure of the church. Just like the type of that with John in chapter 4. But there are a number of other examples of being called up. Jesus Himself, the apostle Paul. In the Old Testament, Enoch, and Elijah 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18 (NLT) And now, dear brothers and sisters, we want you to know what will happen to the believers who have died so you will not grieve like people who have no hope. For since we believe that Jesus died and was raised to life again, we also believe that when Jesus returns, God will bring back with him the believers who have died. We tell you this directly from the Lord: We who are still living when the Lord returns will not meet him ahead of those who have died. For the Lord himself will come down from heaven with a commanding shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trumpet call of God. First, the believers who have died will rise from their graves. Then, together with them, we who are still alive and remain on the earth will be caught up in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. Then we will be with the Lord forever. So encourage each other with these words. We have to get this settled, Jesus' return will be just like His first time here. This event Paul is telling us about is us, the church going to Him.

Break Forth Bible Church
Blessing & Favor - Part 2

Break Forth Bible Church

Play Episode Listen Later May 12, 2022 44:00

Pastor David shares Wednesday in Dickinson. Blessing and Favor: (Psalm 145:16 [AMPC]) The Open Hand of God always denotes blessing and favor. Blessing, and favor Blessing: Genesis 12:1-2 (AMPC) Now [in Haran] the Lord said to Abram, Go for yourself [for your own advantage ] away from your country, from your relatives and your father's house, to the land that I will show you. And I will make of you a great nation, and I will bless you [with abundant increase of favors] and make your name famous and distinguished, and you will be a blessing [dispensing good to others]. Galatians 3:14 (NKJV) that the blessing of Abraham might come upon the Gentiles in Christ Jesus, that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith. The Open Hand of God brings blessing and favor. We are blessed with the blessing of Abraham! Abraham was blessed with abundance in his relationship with God, in his family, in his possessions, and through all of these three things, the entire world was blessed because of Him. We are blessed for two reasons: 1 Timothy 6:17 So we can enjoy what God has given us 1 Timothy 6:17 (NKJV) Command those who are rich in this present age not to be haughty, nor to trust in uncertain riches but in the living God, who gives us richly all things to enjoy. 1 Timothy 6:18-19 So we can be a blessing to others 1 Timothy 6:18-19 (NKJV) Let them do good, that they be rich in good works, ready to give, willing to share, [19] storing up for themselves a good foundation for the time to come, that they may lay hold on eternal life. “Blesssing” is from the word “Eulogia” (where we get our word “Eulogy.” it means “Good speaking… invocation of good” (Mounce). You could say, “A good word.” It also means “ “Of God: 4a) to cause to prosper, to make happy, to bestow blessings on 4b) favoured of God, blessed” (Thayer) 2 Corinthians 13:1 The Word must have a witness! You cannot stand on the Word without it bearing witness within you Bear witness: Romans 8:16 The Holy Spirit bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God 1 John 5:7 The Father, the Word, and the Spirit. They are in perfect unity, and they must agree! 2 Corinthians 4:13 we believe, and belief always has a voice. Use your voice of faith! Romans 10:9 No matter the promise, no matter the surety, no matter the debt that was paid in full, if we believe but do not confess. Every word from God, every blessing that He speaks, every promise, MUST be spoken by both you and God in order for it to be established in your life. What you speak, you establish! 2 Corinthians 13:1 (NKJV) This will be the third time I am coming to you. "BY THE MOUTH OF TWO OR THREE WITNESSES EVERY WORD SHALL BE ESTABLISHED." James 3:3-12 (MSG), Deuteronomy 30:19

Description: You can walk into a room and see every person who needs ministry. But, can you see the ones who are ready for it? As prophets, we often make mistakes because we love. We want to heal the whole world. But in the process, we end up trying to save people who don't want to be saved. It hurts. Develop the skill to see physical cues of when someone's heart is open. Notice the type of day they had and what you can offer to help them. Have more success with ministry and less pain from ministering at the wrong time. Show Notes: You've no doubt faced rejection. As a prophet, it happens. But by reading the room you don't have to make the same mistakes anymore. You're guaranteed to see the signs you never saw before. Notice when someone needs encouragement or some space. Identify when you need to speak up and when to sit down. Observe those who need the love of Jesus and those who need prophetic direction. This is the greatest skill you can develop today to increase your ministry success. "The greatest tool we can have as prophets of God is other orientation. We have to flow out, that is our core gift. Use what you have to help others." -Craig Toach What You Will Learn See and Hear How is their confidence? Do they look happy? Do they sound like they are in a good mood? Get involved! Sense in Your Spirit After you see how they are doing physically, step back and see God's plan. Know the Things They Aren't Saying People talk, even without words. It's just as important to see what they're not saying. Hebrews 10:24 (NKJV) And let us consider one another in order to stir up love and good works. Romans 15:2 (NKJV) Let each of us please his neighbor for his good, leading to edification. Soy tu amigo y hermano Eduardo Rodríguez. ------Genesis 49: Consequences or rewards for your actions.Don't forget to read the entire chapterGenesis 49:1-12 NKJV:***********************************************Let's jump to the verse 22 to 25------------Jacob said goodbye to his sons, because he will rest from earthly life and pass on to eternal life. Just as his ancestors blessed their children, in the same way Jacob transferred blessing and inheritance to each of his children. He also spoke prophetically about their futures. Here we can learn many things. The consequences of their actions affected their blessing, their inheritance. Reuben lost his position as the firstborn and his rights to inherit the best part of the inheritance that Jacob left to his sons. His lack of self-control prompted him to commit immorality against his own father. A moment of pleasure cost him his inheritance and that of his children. Reuben's tribe was not as influential as other tribes. As we have already seen, Judah made mistakes but also had noble and admirable actions. Jacob gave special words of blessing for him. In this biblical passage, Jacob prophetically spoke that the Messiah, the King of Israel, would come out of this tribe, and revealed characteristics of the blood that would be shed by humanity through figurative elements such as the wine that represents the blood of Jesus, and his clothes dyed red, alluding to the suffering on the cross. Jacob bestowed a special blessing on Joseph, acknowledging how he suffered but then how God made him great; protecting him, strengthening him and blessing him through his difficult experience. Joseph would become the firstborn among his brothers, as he was God's instrument to save the entire house of Jacob. If you look at the tribe of Manasseh and Ephraim, the sons of Joseph, on a map, you will see the vast territory that corresponded to them as an inheritance, they were successful cattle ranchers and brave warriors. They were influential tribes in Israel. Likewise, the Lord Jesus Christ has promised rewards for those who have stood firm in the faith. The Bible represents them as crowns that will be awarded to those who have served the Lord with integrity, with passion and who have lived exemplary and godly lives according to the commandments of the Lord.Hebrews 11:6 says: “But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.”James 1:12 says: “Blessed is the man who endures temptation; for when he has been approved, he will receive the crown of life which the Lord has promised to those who love Him.”Those who have made a difference and who have been light in the darkness, the Lord will also reward them when we are before His presence, before our Almighty God as it says in Revelation 11:18: “The nations were angry, and Your wrath has come, And the time of the dead, that they should be judged, And that You should reward Your servants the prophets and the saints, And those who fear Your name, small and great, And should destroy those who destroy the earth.”I hope that these verses help you to overcome all the trials and struggles that you are going through or will go through, so that you unite with your family and together set your sights on the eternal reward so that you persevere on the path of God and not walk away from Him so as not to suffer negative consequences, but rather receive the promised blessing when we stand before the Lord.
