Yet – don't laugh – in a move of burlesque absurdity, Abbott now says he might choose to become president. Yes, of the US!Filled with pomposity, he recently proclaimed, “I will be guided by God.” Well, maybe so, since the god he faithfully follows is Mammon. Indeed, his major credential for becoming the GOP nominee for prez is that he is a pro at the Pay-to-Play game of using taxpayer money to entice special interests to fund his political career. “You pay me, then I pay you” is his corrupt game plan, which he has used to amass a whopping $87 million for his next election.For example, watchdog group Public Citizen has documented some $3 million that Abbott got from executives of eight corporations.    We have so many topics today they won't all fit in the headline so hang in there as we cover it all.  We start with the epidemic of teen crime in KC as it's obvious many young thugs know they can't get in trouble.  Sunday night at a concert in KC at T-Mobile center, a large, developed, strong "minor" beat the living daylights out of an old man usher.   It's just awful.  You have to hear this story.    It was quite a day for President Trump as he put the United Nations on blast, warned Russia and watch his would be assassin convicted on all five counts.  But as he joked about the escalator not working at the U.N., it appears to be deliberate.  We have the deets.    Jimmy Kimmel returns and says some very nice things about Erica Kirk but also admitted he's not changing anyone's mind about anything.  So what's the point?  Why not just entertain?    It looks like Salvy is back next year for the Royals and we dive in to a pair of other stories.  One MLB player was at Charlie Kirk's memorial as a guest of Erica and isn't apologizing to anyone for leaving his team for a bit.  And have you been watching the Royals division the last 10 days or so?  It's looking like Detroit it about to blow it and maybe miss the playoffs entirely.    Mike Gundy is out at Oklahoma State football and he's always been one of my faves.  More drama at the Ryder Cup between Rory and Bryson.  Fans are unhappy that ESPN has added a new guest to Monday Night Football Countdown and the Missouri man that won the $1.7 billion Powerball has a plan for his future.

Could Kelly be a Powerball winner? There was a winning ticket sold in Missouri and Tyler won't let her know if he has that ticket in his pocket. Will winning that money change her?
