We are encouraged to make offers so I'm making an offer.  The Time I almost bought that shiny black Cayenne Turbo.  And I'm having fun playing with the email tech.  Not sure how this episode is of service…other than “be consistent and publish and learn”.  But that's enough.Administrative: (See episode transcript below)Check out the Tools For A Good Life Summit here: Virtually and FOR FREE https://bit.ly/ToolsForAGoodLifeSummitStart podcasting!  These are the best mobile mic's for IOS and Android phones.  You can literally take them anywhere on the fly.Get the Shure MV88 mobile mic for IOS,  https://amzn.to/3z2NrIJGet the Shure MV88+ for  mobile mic for Android  https://amzn.to/3ly8SNjGet A Course In Miracles Here! https://amzn.to/3hoE7sAAccess my “Insiders Guide to Finding Peace” here: https://belove.media/peaceSee more resources at https://belove.media/resourcesEmail me: contact@belove.mediaFor social Media:      https://www.instagram.com/mrmischaz/https://www.facebook.com/MischaZvegintzovSubscribe and share to help spread the love for a better world! As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.Transcript: Mischa Z: 00:01 Walking recording with my shirt and V 88, Mike, go buy it off of my resource page. www.Belove.media/resources. I've got all sorts of other cool stuff. There. Books, podcast tech, I'm going to be building it out with more things in the future stuff that helps me thrive in life. That was not the purpose of this episode. However, we're encouraged to make offers, make an offer. So there you go. I'm making you an offer. Enjoy these episodes that I put out, learn with me, grow with me, laugh with me, but at the same time, go by the fun toys that I'm telling you about. So if you haven't bought, purchased the Shure MV88 mic yet, go purchase it. Now um, oh my gosh. I'm having, it's fun. Getting back on track. I believe a few episodes ago, perhaps three or four, I was talking about how it was getting back on track.Mischa Z: 01:10 Um, I'd gone camping. My brother had been to town and, and, um, I was pretty blown out after the summit. So I was, I was having a hard time finding focus in the moment and it starting to fall back in place one day at a time as I do the next indicated step. So I've got an email list that came from, uh, the summit. And some of you listeners may be part of that email list if you are. Hello. So glad to have you on board. Thank you for listening and partaking and being on this awesome journey with me. And you can also send me an email anytime at info@belove.media. Say hi, check in, ask me questions, tell me what you like, what you don't like, whatever. Oh, go leave me a five-star review on the apple podcast. Anyhow. So I'm, I am, uh, tasked to email my list.Mischa Z: 02:24 And one of the programs that can automate that it's called Active Campaign and you can do all of these super cool flows. So as people log into the summit and register, they enter one flow and then if they buy the VIP, they're pushed over to another flow. And then if you, you know, do this, you're pushed over to another flow. And ultimately I want you in the nurture campaign flow and where I can add value to your life and sell you things and we can interact and all this fun stuff. And I'd hired Andrea, Andrea, Peer, you can Google her Facebook her. She's super gifted at what she does. She was the tech who, who helped me build out the summit. Andrea, if you're listening, love you, thank you so much for being part of my team and helping me. Um, but she had... Porsche Cayenne just went by.Mischa Z: 03:40 I had to pause it because he was very excited to get around that corner and stomp on it as he went by. I might too, if I had a shiny black Cayenne, which reminds me of a funny story, I almost did buy a shiny black cayenne turbo back in the day. This is about eight years ago, nine years ago. I don't know. I, I, I, I've never been a super big car guy and God bless you. If you are. Some people love their cars. I've been more of having fun with my house. I'm more of a house guy, which I think I learned from my dad, but I was buying that Cayenne Turbo, which is a ridiculously cool car. And for whatever reason, I was going to lease it. And, uh, we worked it out and have the payment and this and that. And the deal was pretty much done and I was happy with everything. And then they went and pulled my credit and my credit score wasn't, at the time, quite good enough to qualify for the amazing payment.Mischa Z: 05:01 So the deal fell apart. I came back to my census and it was like, I don't need a Porsche Cayenne. And again, if you have one, God bless you. If you have love your cars, love them. I had, uh, I've had some, whatever. Anyway, distracted. Now I barely ever drive. So I have a Ford, like a 2001, a pick em up truck, my son Waylon. I had that nice Mazda CX9 instead of buying the Porsche Cayenne. And I bought the, the CX9 with all the trimmings, and, all the fun stuff, the nav, all the goodies. And, uh, a year or so ago, my son was like, "I want the shiny car". And I was like, you know what? You can have the shiny car. I'll take the raggedy old truckSpeaker 2: 05:58 So Waylon has the shiny car I have the raggedy old truck and, oh, it just makes me think of home Jackson, Wyoming, my roots. Such a weird thing. Anyhow, thank you for the diversion. So Active Campaign, I'm finally catching up enough where I can play with Active Campaign myself, and it's taken me a while to get to this point, but here's the point. Um, I have people in the nurture flow and when somebody new...cause randomly people are coming into the summit. And still. And the summit is evergreen, which means people can still register for the Tools For A Good Life Summit, go check it out. If you haven't registered and watched any of the speakers. And then they, you can, you can, anybody who does that today, they get into the, into the evergreen flow, which is isn't an email flow, which, you know, releases the speakers day one day, two day three, cetera.Speaker 2: 07:15 They get 120 hours of free access to the, to the non VIP, um, interviews and all that. But after that, they, I needed the, the tag to get them into the nurture campaign. And, and I actually figured it out today and it felt so good. And that is part of the tech that I love playing with. So I love the email follow-up systems and all that kind of stuff. It's just so cool how you can do all that. And you know, the toys and the tech to do that now or so awesome. And visually they're super cool. And, you know, they show you that the, the flows and the trees and all that. And so I was able to, I'd had a couple of new people in the queue that were stuck in the evergreen queue. Sorry about the language. If you're not tracking me, but I needed to bump them over to the nurture path flow. And I quickly figured out how to add that tag, and it worked, and that's so fun and it's fun having fun, I guess that's my point. It's, um, I'm past a little bit of the overwhelm, still a slight overwhelm state, but having fun versus just like survival. Anyway, that's what I've got for you. Love to all have a great day. Go chase some dreams. Go try new things, learn new stuff. Take messy action. Um, get overwhelmed. Yeah. Life is good. Peace out.

Is the 2021 Mazda CX-9 a stealth luxury SUV at a much more affordable price? Benjamin certainly seems to think so, especially after trading in the Acura MDX in favor of the older, yet somehow better Mazda design. Sami also works out a comparison between two SUVs: the 2021 Toyota Highlander and the newer 2021 Kia Telluride challenger, and discovers that Toyota fans might not be shopping around before making their pick. The pair also review the book '1970 Maximum Muscle,' which dives deep into the pinnacle of muscle car power and pegs that particular year as the apex of big cubic inches.

How to cut new car depreciation in half. (Dead easy.) Three easy tips in this report are all it takes. Save thousands on any new car (Australia-only): https://autoexpert.com.au/contact AutoExpert discount roadside assistance package: https://247roadservices.com.au/autoexpert/ Did you like this report? You can help support the channel, securely via PayPal: https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_s-xclick&hosted_button_id=DSL9A3MWEMNBW&source=url You buy a new car. It depreciates. It’s like throwing a $50 bill out the window every few days. The truly insidious thing about depreciation is the way it attacks covertly. You don’t pay it to the end, when your knuckles are white and you’re waiting for the sales dude to come back with his trade-in offer. You know you’re about to get bent over, and the question is: ‘How hard? If you had to pay your depreciation once a week, perhaps in cash, at the post office (like, if that was a law) new car sales would plummet over the perceived injustice. So, I’ve got three tips for you that will cut the depreciation you pay in half - inspired by a somewhat disappointed dude named Laurie Howell, who’s one of us. One of you - whatever. "In 2017, partly on the strength of your reviews, we bought a Kia Sorento. It is a wonderful car - silent, economical, packed with features, comfortable and with enough power to do what you want. However, I recently saw an ad for a second-hand Sorento of the same spec and similar kilometres to ours and noted that it was selling at approximately 60% of what ours cost new. A quick check of other ads, and some Googling has revealed that the Sorento has one of the highest depreciation rates around - interestingly exceeded only by the CX-9. "What is behind this high depreciation rate? Has the 7 seater SUV bubble burst? It certainly doesn't seem to be anything about the car itself - in fact if you want a roomy, comfortable SUV, a second hand Sorento or CX9 would have to be a good buy I would think. Also, with such a high depreciation rate ($130 per week by my estimation) would we have been better off leasing the vehicle?" - Laurie Howell We’ll look at the data in detail, but no - no bubble bursting there, with seven-seat SUVs. Used car values are underpinned by supply and demand. In fact there’s a bubble in used cars generally at the moment - COVID-19 has caused many new car supply shortages, and that’s reduced the supply of late-model used cars in the market, because trade-ins are delayed, which has ramped up the value of whatever used cars are available. Also, leasing is not a hedge against depreciation - unless you jump into one of those ‘guaranteed future value’ deals with a manufacturer, and those are often completely extortionate in terms of the other aspects of the finance contract. There’s no free lunch on depreciation, and you cannot beat it with finance. Let’s crunch the numbers in this report.

Reaching above its station as an affordable three-row SUV, the 2019 Mazda CX-9 offers swanky digs and a smooth ride - at least, according to Sami, who can't get enough. Benjamin's crossover-of-the-week is a 2019 Subaru Outback, a great family hauler that has lost its quirkiness but still delivers the goods. The comparison between the two sport-utility vehicles triggers a deep conversation about what vehicles need to be interesting to drive and which ones don't, just before Sami drops the bomb that the 2019 Nissan Kicks he drove weighs only a couple hundred pounds more than a modern Miata. Finally, Benjamin laments the passing of Ford's passenger cars once more upon hearing news that there's a four-door Mustang in the works.
