Baltimore native Uneek (Errigh LaBoo Jr.), is making his big screen debut to showcase the ongoing positivity that is birthed from the Baltimore club music culture. Uneek, who is also referred to as Neek, has spent many years working hard in his community to change the lives of local youth, is featured in an independently developed documentary. “Dark City Beneath the Beat” is available on Netflix and debuted at SXSW Film Festival in 2020. This documentary focuses on the many facets of the Baltimore club music scene and its impact on the local community. Music artist, director, and creator TT the artist worked on this film for over 10 years and teamed up with Issa Rae and Netflix for its release in 2020. “Dark City Beneath the Beat” is a musical style documentary that highlights a small portion of the Baltimore club music culture and showcases local artists ranging from dance, music, poetry, disc jockeys and more. This project tells an inspiring story of the journey of artists in a city that lacks funds and resources, while giving a small amount of history of the Baltimore club music culture, spanning over last 15 years. > Neek is the creator of B More Than Dance, a Baltimore talent and enrichment program that began as a one-night dance competition created to crown one winner the dance “King or Queen of Baltimore.” Since its conception on November 3, 2007, B More Than Dance has held over 75 sessions per year, workshops, dance classes and four annual events that offer large cash prizes to winners. The success and growth of B More Than Dance has allowed the program to act as an outlet and provide veteran experience for the next generation. This Baltimore based event has evolved into a non-profit organization that now services up to 300 youth and young adults each year. Neek has made a positive impact on the community and aims to provide resources that teach youth how to monetize their talents and become future role models for generations to come. Neek and his team have worked with world renowned artists and performers such as, Rick Ross, Jaquees, Da Baby and King Combs. Ses premiers pas dans le conseil en Cabinet en France puis en Indépendant à Casablanca où il se construit son Réseau from scratch : " En arrivant à Casa, je connaissais Zerktouni, les Twins et 3 copains ! " Il a alors l'idée d'une plateforme pour une nouvelle génération de Consultants Indépendants en transformation, montée initialement sur Google Groups, qu’il va créer pour fédérer et animer la communauté en commençant rapidement à gagner des projets Cette plateforme va donner naissance au cabinet Latitude Consulting qu’il va maintenir et développer en dépensant une énergie naturelle folle et pariant plutôt sur des missions au forfait, pour réaliser des projets à plus forte valeur ajoutée  « Quand on ne voit pas le bout, on ne se pose pas trop de questions on persévère et on avisera après » Face aux difficultés du Marché, il entame des échanges avec les Grands cabinets de conseils dans une logique de sous-traitance pour leur proposer les compétences au bon rapport qualité-prix Les projets en partenariat se développent avec succès jusqu’au rapprochement en 2017 avec le cabinet parisien Ailancy, un acteur majeur du Conseil en management et organisation qui rachète 51% du capital de Latitude, pour faire du Bureau de Casablanca un Hub pour adresser le continent Africain. Depuis le cabinet est passé de 7 consultants à une équipe de 27 consultants à date  Ses 3 conseils aux entrepreneurs pour faire la différence  : Bien se connaitre et composer avec son environnement pour produire des résultats à forte valeur  Foncer et être persévérant Faire des choix assumés avec des convictions

Stephen @sir_twitch_alot Boss came from the grassroots dance community and broke his way into Hollywood. Twitch, has done everything from competing on shows like Star Search, The Wade Robson Project, and So You Think Can Dance, and found himself as a runner-up in all those shows. He didn’t let the loss from these shows take him off his path to make his mark for dance. He kept pushing, and in doing so found opportunities to venture into other disciplines such as acting and hosting. The gold about Twitch’s story is not all the accolades and projects he’s been on, but really his sharply focused “WHY.” In this chat, Twitch really breaks down the importance of being honest and true with yourself. He says that at the end of the day, the “hustle” just becomes noise that will never quiet down until you figure out what is authentic to you.
