Dr. Marcus de Brun: The Level of Incompetence Could Only Be Described as Manslaughter

Dr. Marcus de Brun joins Niall Boylan to expose what he calls a dark chapter in Ireland's COVID-19 response—one marked by censorship, coercion, and what he describes as “manslaughter in slow motion.”A former GP and former member of the Irish Medical Council, de Brun now faces the possible loss of his medical licence. “I've been accused of misconduct—not for hurting patients, not for negligence—but for saying things the government didn't like,” he says. His so-called misconduct? Speaking out—on radio, in articles, and at protests—against what he saw as reckless and unethical pandemic policies. He paints a damning picture: hospital patients, untested, were transferred into nursing homes; diagnostic testing was pulled; GPs were told not just to follow guidelines, but to promote them. “You want to know how to conduct a mass killing of vulnerable people?” he asks. “Start by cutting off diagnostics and dump untested patients where they're weakest.”De Brun says he initially complied with the vaccination programme for the most vulnerable, but he drew a firm line when it came to children. “Over 70,000 cases in children, and not one single fatality. And yet they told me if I didn't inject children, I'd be suspended. That's not science—that's tyranny.”He explains the mechanism of the mRNA vaccine in sobering terms: “This isn't a vaccine. It's a piece of genetic code wrapped in fat that hijacks your cells. There's no dosage control. No off switch. Any cell in your body can take it up—and start producing spike protein.”What's more alarming, he says, is that this technology isn't just new—it's a game changer for Big Pharma. “If a drug company like Pfizer can get your body to produce the drug inside you, they don't need factories. They don't need staff. You become the factory. And there's no product control, because the process is happening in you—not in a lab.”He warns that this opens a dangerous frontier in medicine. “What they're playing with—human genetics—is highly dangerous and should be stopped. These vaccines should be completely withdrawn.”And why were doctors barred from trying alternative treatments? His answer is blunt: “The vaccine needed emergency use approval. And under that system, there can't be any alternative treatments. That's why we were gagged. And the Medical Council became the enforcer.”He adds: “The only explanation I can come up with is the influence of large conglomerates or corporations. That's why the general public were denied access to potential treatments. And the level of incompetence in the nursing homes… could only be described as manslaughter.”De Brun says he's not alone. At least a dozen other GPs are under investigation for similar “offences,” including one struck off for refusing to administer the vaccine and another disciplined for simply putting up a poster in his waiting room advising caution. “None of us harmed a patient,” he says. “Our mistake was speaking.”He believes the Irish media helped suppress dissent. “RTE never called again. They took the state's money and became mouthpieces. People weren't informed—they were manipulated.”And the contradiction? “92% of healthcare workers didn't even take the booster last year,” he says. “But they're still giving it to nursing home residents—many of whom can't consent. What kind of ethics is that?”As Niall recalls being labelled “anti-lockdown” in a government-funded report, Dr. de Brun reflects on what this was really about. “It was never about public health. It was about control. About power. And now they want us to forget.”When asked whether it was worth it—after losing his practice, facing investigation, and enduring years of silence and depression—he answers plainly: “Ask me after June. If they take my license, they'll take my livelihood. But they won't take what I know to be true.”This is a conversation the system hoped you'd never hear—and one that still demands answers.

The Medical Council's leading the investigation following patient complaints they weren't properly briefed on non-cannabis options at the clinics, or about the ongoing costs and side-effects of cannabis. The Royal College of GPs Medical Director Luke Bradford says regulation of the clinics is overdue. "Medicinal cannabis is lacking in evidence and should only be used once all other options have been trialled. And that's not happening in these clinics." It's no secret to anyone that we do not have enough doctors in New Zealand. Recent policy moves to attract more qualified overseas doctors have been eagerly received. As have directives to increase the number of doctors we train locally - the Government's decision to fund another 50 medical school places from next year, increasing the cap to 639 first-year students. But what is the point of training more doctors if we don't have jobs for them? Medical Council data showed 30 percent of medical graduates left the country within 10 years. They leave because Health NZ do not fund enough jobs. The jobs they do fund are low paid and future prospects are limited, except for a talented few. They get paid better overseas and they can pay off their student loan faster. And it starts from day one. Each year Health NZ fails to fund internships for 25 to 30 graduates, forcing them to look overseas. Sure, some were overseas students but after spending 7 years here they'd quite like to stay if prospects are good. Now all tertiary education is partially subsidised by you and I, but what's the point of spending taxpayer money training doctors if to save taxpayer money, we don't offer them a career path after their studies? How about this for a radical idea: the Government wants to fund training for 639 doctors next year, why not also fund 639 internships? And if any of them don't want to stay we use any excess funding to pay the guys who want to stay in New Zealand more. Because to fund training of doctors and then refuse to fund their jobs is wasteful spending. And we all know how this Government feels about wasteful spending.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Between vacancies, a series of poor decision and a general lack of coordination — the laundry list of criticism from people in the medical fraternity is only getting longer. It seems like the body that was meant to cure medical education in India, is dealing with a chronic illness of its own. Refused to go along with the hoax of C19 pathogenicity and mRNA for which lost all income. Husband Father grandfather”. Gerard told RTÉ Radio One's Liveline programme in 2021 that he was a “conscientious objector” to the Covid-19 vaccine and would not be recommending it to his patients. Gerard later told The Irish Times he would not administer the vaccine on the basis that he believed it was untrustworthy and unnecessary. Following his comments, and a complaint made by a patient, the Medical Council used its powers under the Medical Practitioners Act 2007 to make a successful ex parte application to the High Court for his suspension. To this day Gerard remains suspended. Gerard and I have had a few conversations off air and he maintains his sense of humour, perhaps its gallows humour. He has also enjoyed taking the piss out of me, so in this podcast I thought I would return the favour. In this conversation, Gerard, an ethical GP from Ireland, discusses his experiences and perspectives on various topics, including the COVID-19 pandemic, the medical profession, and societal issues. He shares his thoughts on the need for doctors to speak up and take responsibility for their actions. Gerard also reflects on the importance of a strong work ethic and the privilege of being able to help others. He expresses concerns about the motives behind the COVID-19 vaccines and the potential for a global depopulation agenda. Finally, Gerard emphasizes the importance of standing up for what is right and not being swayed by societal pressures. This was a hilarious conversation and I hope you enjoy it. In this episode, we look into a contentious ethical dilemma: Should Doctors Be Allowed To Refuse To Perform An Abortion? The discussion is prompted by recent changes in medical ethics guidelines that require doctors who object to abortion procedures to provide follow-up care for patients who have undergone such procedures. The ninth edition of the Medical Council's guide on ethics and professional conduct, set to take effect next January, states that doctors must provide post-abortion care for patients, even if they have conscientious objections to abortion. As this topic continues to generate debate, we present the arguments and perspectives from both sides of the issue:Some callers assert that doctors should have the right to conscientiously object to performing abortions based on their personal beliefs and ethical convictions. They argue that forcing medical professionals to participate in procedures that contradict their deeply held beliefs is a violation of their rights. Conscientious objection is an internationally recognized right, and it's essential to respect their freedom of conscience. On the other hand, some callers acknowledge the importance of freedom of conscience but propose a compromise. They suggest that doctors who object to performing abortions should, at a minimum, be obligated to refer the patient to another willing physician. This approach seeks to ensure that women have access to the medical care they need while respecting doctors' beliefs. It strikes a balance between individual beliefs and a patient's right to receive the necessary medical treatment. As the episode concludes, the complex issue of doctors' conscience and abortion remains a topic of profound ethical consideration, exploring the delicate balance between personal convictions and patient care.

We dive deep into the fascinating world of Gastrointestinal health during perimenopause and menopause. Dr Fionnula speaks to a system-based approach to gut health how this system is effected by hormonal changes.Explore the revolutionary world of functional medicine, where prevention is the key to a better life. No more treating the symptoms; it's all about early detection and proactive care to prevent chronic diseases and optimize our well-being.Dr Fionnula  guides us through evidence-based nutrition protocols, supplements, and lifestyle changes that we can implement today, paving the way for a healthier gut tomorrow. Dr. Fionnúla McHale pursued her love of science by studying Medicine at Trinity College Dublin. During that time, she secured prestigious research posts at the University of Ulster, Regenerative Medicine Institute in Galway, the University of Miami and the illustrious Mayo Clinic in Minnesota. However, Fionnula's passion lies in healthcare, how to achieve, maintain and ultimately optimize existing health as a positive entity rather than simply the absence of disease. Enthralled by her studies with the Institute for Functional Medicine, she now runs her own private Proactive Health Practice in Dublin City Centre and lectures extensively in universities and private colleges in Ireland. DISCLAIMER Please note that Functional Medicine/Nutrition is a complementary therapy for optimizing health instead of curing disease and, as such, is not recognized as a "medical specialty" by the Medical Council in Ireland. All three were de-registered by their professional licensing bodies for expressing views divergent from the ‘allowed' opinion. Since their expulsion from medicine, many of their views have become accepted fact though that does little to restore their careers. Dr Paul Oosterhuis practiced Critical Care medicine for more than 32 years in Sydney, Australia. On 3rd September 2021, the Medical Council of NSW suspended his medical registration based on four anonymous complaints submitted to the regulator in relation to his Facebook posts. Dr Robert Brennan taught anatomy and biomedical sciences for a decade before entering medical school and forging a career in mental health care. On 20th September 2021, the Medical Council of NSW suspended his medical registration based on five complaints (four named and one anonymous) in relation to distributing flyers/pamphlets warning about concomitant harms of lockdowns and other Covid-19 measures. Ros Nealon-Cook was a registered psychologist with more than 20 years' experience until 23rd September 2021 when the Psychology Council of NSW suspended her psychology registration, citing 10 anonymous complaints, related to a video she had released outlining serious concerns around harms to children due to the government pandemic response measures. GUEST OVERVIEW: Dr Anne O'Reilly has been a doctor for over 40 years. She is from Northern Ireland, trained in Dublin and worked in the UK and Canada in Haematology, Oncology, Psychiatry and Palliative Care. For the last 20 years, she has mostly worked in Nutritional and Environmental Medicine as a GP in New Zealand. The Medical Council of New Zealand suspended Anne in January 2022. They were unhappy about a series of videos that she made with an anonymous high school student (prior to the COVID-19 jab rollout to the schools in August 2021) where she discussed her background knowledge and that of her peers and the absence of informed consent. After eight months of legal wrangling with a Professional Conduct Committee and an Appeal in the District Court pending, Anne decided to deregister as a doctor. She was very uncomfortable with their "guidance" and expectations around vaccination and did not want to sign a "Voluntary Undertaking" which essentially is a gag order and would have put conditions on her annual practicing certificate, limiting how she could practice in the future. Anne is completing her training in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy. She is on the Steering Committee of NZDSOS (New Zealand Doctors Speaking Out with Science). They formed in May 2021, initially to support Sue Grey lawyer, bring a High Court case against the government for illegally rolling out the COVID-19 jabs to the general public under an Emergency Authorisation for a restricted number of people.

Dr Sarah Myhill is a naturopathic physician, member of the British Society for Ecological Medicine, former GP, and the most investigated person by the British Medical Council. Dr Myhill joins Philly this week on The Wellness Way to discuss her new book Green Mother,  her time as a GP, what she's learned about ecological medicine, and just why she became so infamous with the medical establishment.  KEY TAKEAWAYSWhile working as a GP for many years, Dr Myhill learned that the impact of diet and environment were so much more important at getting to the real cause of illness, rather than medicine that just suppresses symptoms. She even got in trouble with the General Medical Council for under prescribing medication because they thought if she wasn't just giving out drugs then she must be a bad doctor. It's Dr Myhill's view that all information should be freely available, which is why she started putting her ideas up on her website so people could read about how they could heal themselves with vitamins and minerals etc. The starting point to treat all diseases is diet. If you over eat too many sugars and carbohydrates you overwhelm the ability of the upper gut to sterilise and develop an upper fermenting gut. Microbes from the gut can get into the bloodstream and if these are the microbes from the fermenting gut, it can cause illness and allergic reactions. Milk is a risk factor for cancer. Milk proteins are growing proteins which evolutionarily makes sense because young animals need to grow. Milk proteins also create sticky blood which is a risk factor for heart disease.  BEST MOMENTS‘Modernen medicine is not about looking for the root cause of disease, it's about symptom suppression with drugs' ‘It's Myhill 38 - GMC 0, I've won every single one of my investigations'‘Statins are one of my most hated drugs' ‘A patient came to me and said she'd forgotten how it felt to feel well' EPISODE RESOURCESGreen Mother: Families fit for the futurehttps://www.healthcarethefuture.com/https://drmyhill.co.uk/wiki/Main_Pagehttps://www.tiktok.com/@phillyjlay1https://www.instagram.com/phillyjlay/https://www.phillyjlay.com/ ABOUT THE HOSTPhilly J Lay is the author of The Natural Wellness Journal, EFT practitioner, and  is also a long-standing advocate for our health and that of our planet. Some say more could be done within New Zealand, wanting medical school students to be given more hands on work experience in medical centres to encourage them to take up general practice. Royal NZ College of GPs president Dr Samantha Murton and Association of Immigration and Investment chair June Ranson spoke to Corin Dann.

In this episode Steven speaks to Giselle McLachlan, who describes herself as a down-to-earth governance and business adviser on a mission to help 1000 kiwi businesses to flourish through great governance. She is founder of Grounded Governance, Chair of AbacusBio, Councillor of Te Kaunihera Medical Council and has previously chaired the Audit Committee for the Institute of Financial Advisors and the Medical Council.  Giselle says that boards need to be future-focused, and as part of this, need to have good succession planning. Directors need to be constantly evaluating their own performance and refreshing their governance skills on an ongoing basis.  She also talks about boards increasingly being places where directors can bring their whole selves, not just their director personas and offers directors a challenge - stop looking at the paucity of time and start to think about how much time we do have and where we should give it.  Giselle is a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Directors.  Connect with Giselle on LinkedIn:  https://www.linkedin.com/in/giselle-mclachlan/  Find out more about the Advanced Directors Course:  https://www.iod.org.nz/governance-courses/advanced-directors-course-2/ Find out more about the Institute of Directors:  https://www.iod.org.nz/
