In this episode, Caesar talks about his anxiety of flying, the recent airline crashes, and the mild trauma of seeing it all online.
We look at Spirit Airlines exiting bankruptcy, fundamental changes at Southwest Airlines, the non-functional CVR in the Philadelphia Learjet crash, helicopter route restrictions around DCA, a bill permitting property owners to shoot down drones, the JetZero blended wing body (BWB), Sikorsky's “blown wing” VTOL, and countries looking beyond the F-35 for 5th-generation fighters. Aviation News Spirit Airlines exits bankruptcy 4 months after filing for Chapter 11 protection Spirit Airlines filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in November 2024. The airline continued operations through the proceedings. Spirit has reorganized its corporate structure, converted $795 million of debt into equity, and received $350 million in new equity from existing investors. Spirit changed its fare product structure with several tiers of premium seating. Southwest Airlines Threw Away Its Biggest Selling Point—And That's Exactly Why It Had To Start Charging For Bags Gary Leff writes, “Southwest is going to charge for checked bags, start expiring flight credits, and introduce no seat assignment basic economy.” Gary says this will end Southwest's product differentiation. Also that people are going to be bringing on a lot more carry-on bags, slowing down boarding. More carry-on bags means full overhead bins and customers having to gate-check bags. NTSB - Black Box from Plane in Deadly Philly Crash Never Recorded Audio On January 31, 2025, at 1807 eastern standard time, a Learjet 55 airplane, Mexican registration XA-UCI (call sign MTS056) was destroyed when it was involved in an accident in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The two pilots, two medical crewmembers, and two passengers were fatally injured. One person on the ground was fatally injured, 4 people were seriously injured, and 20 people incurred minor injuries. The airplane was operated as a Title 14 Code of Federal Regulations Part 129 air ambulance flight. The airplane was equipped with a cockpit voice recorder (CVR). The CVR was recovered from the initial impact crater under 8 ft of soil and debris and was sent to the NTSB Vehicle Recorders Laboratory, Washington, DC, for processing and readout. The recorder displayed significant impact-related damage as well as liquid ingress. After extensive repair and cleaning, the 30-minute-long tape-based recording medium was auditioned to determine its contents. The CVR did not record the accident flight and during the audition it was determined that the CVR had likely not been recording audio for several years. NTSB: Aviation Investigation Preliminary Report, Learjet 55, Philadelphia, PA Helicopter Route Permanently Closed After Deadly Black Hawk Collision with Plane After the NTSB highlighted the number of close calls in the DCA area, the FAA has permanently restricted helicopter flights. Excluded from the helicopter restriction are presidential flights, law enforcement flights, and lifesaving missions. The FAA is looking at other airports where different aircraft types share the same air space, including Boston, New York, Baltimore-Washington, Detroit, Chicago, Dallas, Houston and Los Angeles. NTSB urges ban on some helicopter flights at Washington airport where 67 people died in midair crash The NTSB recommended a ban on some helicopter flights in the DCA area. Chairwoman Jennifer Homendy said in just over three years, there were 85 close calls when a few feet (meters) in the wrong direction could have resulted in the same kind of accident. Tennessee congressman proposes allowing property owners to shotgun low-flying drones Tennessee Congressman Tim Burchett has sponsored HR1907, the Defense Against Drones Act [PDF] that would allow a property owner to use a shotgun to shoot down drones flying 200 feet or lower over their property. The bill also requires the property owner to report the aircraft and its registration number to the FAA within 60 days of the drone shooting. Related: S.F.
An examination of the preliminary NTSB report of a February 10, 2025 crash of a Learjet 35 that killed the pilot. Todd Curtis, Greg Feith, and John Goglia examine the issues with the landing gear that caused the accident. The flight crew was conducting a normal approach and was apparently unaware that the left main landing gear had failed. Witness photos taken during the approach showed that the left main landing gear was twisted almost 180 degrees from its normal position.About eight months before the accident in Scottsdale, the aircraft had an incident in Oklahoma where the left main landing gear sustained damage. Although the NTSB found that a hard landing inspection was performed after the incident, there was no mention of what specific inspections were done. Photos show that the left main landing gear was not properly lubricated. John discussed how investigations often do not look deeply into the causes of maintenance issues, often stopping their investigation at the maintenance hangar door. Max gives and update on the Learjet crash in Scottsdale and the crash of a Cirrus SR22 in Santa Barbara. He also analyzes the crash of N2UZ, a Bonanza B35B, which suffered an engine failure at 7,500 feet while flying over Virginia. The well-trained pilot attempted to glide to Charlottesville Airport (KCHO) but crashed in a wooded area just beyond a 3,000-foot-long field. ADS-B data shows that the aircraft's10.2:1 glide ratio was insufficient to reach the airport from its initial altitude. He discusses factors that could have altered the outcome, including diverting to Snow Hill, a private 2,200-foot grass strip within possible gliding range, or choosing a higher cruising altitude to increase the glide distance. The episode emphasizes the importance of proactive flight planning, including staying within glide range of an airport, using avionics tools like glide range rings, and making early decisions when faced with an emergency. Suggestions for improved safety include better route planning, considering altitude selection, and advocating for EFB applications to incorporate flight planning tools that maintain energy cones. Max provides updates on the midair collision over the Potomac River between a U.S. Army Black Hawk helicopter and a regional jet, followed by an analysis of the fatal crash of a Learjet 55 in Philadelphia. Regarding the Potomac collision, the episode clarifies earlier reports about the Black Hawk's flight path, noting that it was slightly off its assigned helicopter route but not landing at Reagan National. Preliminary findings indicate that the helicopter was higher than permitted and slightly off course. The episode also examines ATC staffing at the time of the accident and systemic safety concerns, rather than placing blame solely on individuals. The second half covers the Learjet 55 crash, which occurred shortly after departure from Northeast Philadelphia Airport. The aircraft experienced a sudden loss of power—likely an engine failure—and crashed within seconds. The discussion explores how night instrument meteorological conditions (IMC) and potential pilot response factors may have contributed to the accident. The episode stresses the importance of safety management systems (SMS) and training in both cases to mitigate risks in aviation. Today's Headlines: A chaotic weekend in U.S. politics saw major shake-ups across federal agencies, aggressive policy moves, and international tensions. Treasury official David Lebryk resigned after clashing with Elon Musk's team over access to government payment systems, while Musk's aides seized control of IT systems at the Government Services Agency. The Trump administration ordered mass layoffs at the Office of Personnel Management and the FBI, demanding names of agents involved in January 6th investigations. USAID's website went offline amid leadership purges, and the CDC scrubbed key health data. Trump also ordered California dams opened, risking floods, and imposed steep tariffs on Mexico, Canada, and China, prompting retaliatory measures. His administration pushed for Ukrainian elections post-ceasefire. Meanwhile, Tennessee passed strict immigration laws, Louisiana indicted a New York doctor for prescribing abortion pills, and companies like Meta considered fleeing Delaware over corporate governance issues. On the aviation front, a Learjet crash in Philadelphia killed seven, while a United Airlines flight was evacuated in Houston due to an engine fire. The NTSB announced it will now release crash updates only via X. Finally, the Democratic National Committee elected Ken Martin as its new chair, facing the challenge of navigating an increasingly volatile political landscape. Many things come in threes, from the concept of body-mind-spirit to birth-life-death, and thus the various trinities found around the world from the dominant Christian conception to the Indian Trimurti. There is a universality to this truth, which can be found in everything from mass shootings to plane crashes. The spiritual side of these things is the human side, too, because when horrible things happen we see ourselves and loved ones in the dead; we pray, donate, hold candles, and think about life and death. The long-standing conspiratorial element to this fact has also just been reinforced by former FBI agent Jonathan Gilliam, who was on Fox News over the weekend to say that the recent plane-helicopter crashes “will often happen in threes or more,” and so we should expect to possibly see another one in the coming weeks. This belief that things happen in threes is rooted in psychological patterns, pop culture, and cultural superstitions, where people perceive a connection between events due to our tendency to recognize these patterns. This idea is reinforced by the significance of the number three in various aspects of life, such as religion and folklore, which adds to its mystery. Despite plane crashes becoming less common, the more attention we place on them the more even minor incidents, like a small plane in Palo Alto running off the runway over the weekend, become proof of the triplicity mystique. If another larger incident occurs, the Palo Alto story may be forgotten. The pattern in societal and psychological terms comes in threes before the cycle restarts: shock, curiosity, and digging for answers that never come (outside personal bias) leads to disinterest from short attention spans so that we forget, or think we have all the answers, and so move on to the next shocking episode be it a storm, assassination, shooting, or plane crash. When analyzing these types of stories, context matters too, along with numbers and names which become like reading the green code of the Matrix. This was certainly the case with #286 and Luigi Mangione. The American Airlines flight 5342, which took off from Kansas's Dwight D. Eisenhower National Airport for DC's Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport was carrying 64 people, while the UH-60M Black Hawk helicopter, from the 12th Air Battalion, that slammed into its side was carrying 3 - (67 overall = 13). ATC attempted to contact the helicopter prior to collision, but after a short response and silence, “13 seconds later” disaster struck. The runway cleared for landing was 33, which was shut down after. The plane type was a CRJ-700.The Learjet 55 that crashed in Philadelphia was carrying 6 crew and a child, for a total of 7 deaths, although other outlets have reported the child's mother died in the crash too. 19 others were injured. Others reported seven died in total, including a person on the ground. The FAA initially reported two people onboard, but corrected the report. The little girl had received medical care at a Shriners Hospital for Children 12 miles from the airport. The plane was headed to Tijuana, after a layover in Missouri at the Springfield-Branson National Airport. It seems slightly more than coincidence that the two major aviation incidents this past week have a connection to Super Bowl 59 next week. The Philadelphia Eagles will play the Kansas City Chiefs, who are actually located in Kansas City Missouri, a city split between two states. Some of the skaters onboard the AA flight were from Missoula, Montana. One of the major game storylines of the big game is that Patrick Mahomes has passed Joe Montana for second most playoff wins behind Tom Brady at 35 with his 7 Super Bowls. As already discussed on a previous show: “If we can pull a mythological narrative together… it could be between the Secret Chiefs, i.e., Deep State, and the symbolic bird of America, i.e., the eagle. The big game is being played at Caesars super dome, named after the entertainment casino company that uses a golden caesar for their logo. As this relates to politics we find Trump pushing the golden age of America narrative just weeks before the game, and we find the orange-yellow man fulfilling the promise of restoring order and even expanding America's territories, pricelessly what the first Augustus promised Rome. And funny enough, this Roman period was called Pax Romana, the golden age.” It is also odd that around Super Bowl time these types of aviation incidents, and some would argue sacrifices, are common in recent years. In January 2024, a Boeing 737-9 MAX made an emergency landing after the door plug blew out mid-flight, causing a cascade of criticism and public awareness. Just after the game there was a massacre at the winning celebration. As reported on a previous show: “NBC News reported at 9:44am Thursday 15th, 2024, 23 were injured and 2 were taken into custody = 25. At 10:17am Yahoo reported 22 injured and 3 taken into custody = 25. The numbers 25-22 was the final score of the game. The 3 arrested were out of a group of 10 questioned = 13, and 10-3 was the Halftime score of the Super Bowl.”During the week of the big game in 2023 a series of UFOs were tracked, shot down, and reported on in a national hysteria. Going back to 2020, January 26, the Sikorsky S-76B helicopter carrying Kobe Bryant and his 13-year old daughter crashed, killing 9 in total. It's odd enough Kobe was previously in a commercial for Nike where there was a helicopter crash via a bomb, or that Legends of Chamberlain Heights seemingly predicted the same incident just a few years before, but consider the following: the Sikorsky S-76B (SB 7+6=13) that killed Kobe was also meant to transport VIPs like himself, in likeness to the Black Hawk in Washington which was designed to carry VIPs. Both incidents occurred just prior to the Super Bowl. Sikorsky is also the same company that has MATRIX(tm) autonomy systems for Black Hawk helicopters, something DARPA was planning to test in 2025. In other words, remote controlled systems, which, coupled with the lack of response from the helicopter to ATC, formulates a conspiracy that either the technology failed or it has been used to create an incident and sacrifice the pilots in the process; the helicopter was officially on a “proficiency training flight.” Considering the recent drone hysteria, too, it is likely these objects were authorized by the FAA as an experiment to test AI-autonomy and situational awareness as part of a project called Convergence. On the other hand, viral conspiracy suggests there was no plane in Philadelphia because there was limited to no debris, essentially meaning it was a missile instead. The plane, however, was tipped at 45 degrees traveling at over 460mph and depending at 5-10 thousand feet per 60 seconds. For a small plane, with explosive medical equipment, it makes sense the entire thing was incinerated, or that the limited debris was exploded outward, not inward, far away from the crater. “I think the most important bit of evidence that we've seen so far is the doorbell video showing the aircraft descending at an incredible angle,” Arthur Wolk, an aviation expert, told NBC10. “Almost 45 degrees, which means that the airplane was out of control. No pilot would voluntarily descend any airplane at that angle. That probably resulted in the airplane striking the ground at over 400 knots and probably 5 or even 10,000 feet a minute going down that fast. So, something overtook this flight crew.”-FREE ARCHIVE (w. ads)SUBSCRIPTION ARCHIVEX / TWITTER FACEBOOKWEBSITEPAYPALCashApp: $rdgable EMAIL: rdgable@yahoo.com / TSTRadio@protonmail.comBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/tst-radio--5328407/support.
G'day Folks, On this episode of the General Knowledge Podcast I'm joined by my brothers-in-arms for the first time this season Andy & Ethan to go over the latest. We first go through some of the latest chaos happening in the United States. We're seeing a whole bunch of aerial disasters happening including a Black Hawk helicopter crashing into a United Airlines passenger plane over DC. Plus the small Lear Jet medical flight crashing in Philadelphia. From what we can discern these disaster are indeed real. Not staged or fake as unfortunately that crops up from time to time to muddy the waters. Andy gives us his take on these scenes as an experienced pilot himself and Ethan raises the point that there are in fact many air disasters that occur in the U.S each year but we rarely heard of them. So why now? Now that Trump is in power we're seeing the newsfeeds in overload. People all of a sudden now care about politics, what the President says or thinks, DEI etc...Something to keep an eye on. We switch gears soon after to discuss the recent moves in Australia to once again censor Australian's and remove our rights to free speech under the guise of a rise in Antisemitism. Ethan recently published the article (link below) 'Inquiry Calls for Establishment of a National Hate Crimes Database'. This proposal raises concerns over the blurring of the lines between hate speech and hate crimes, potentially leading to a crackdown on free speech. The governments approach follows a familiar pattern of Problem - Reaction - Solution as a method of social control where a perceived rise in extremism is used to justify increased surveillance and regulation. Without clear definitions, the database could be weaponized to silence dissenting opinions under the guise of combating "Hate". This leads us into the next article by Ethan at TOTTnews.com 'Meta's Fact-Checking Services will Remain Active in Australia'. Again we see the Australian government going the opposite direction to the U.S in terms of allowing more open and free discussion on social media. Just like England we will begin to see citizens targeted for their own thoughts that they have shared online. Fact-checkers will crackdown on those diverting from the established narrative. I'll say it again, grab the popcorn folks. 2025 is going to be a wild ride. https://tottnews.com/2025/01/13/national-hate-crimes-database/ https://tottnews.com/2025/01/20/fact-checking-to-stay-australia/ +++++++++++++++++ Remember the Bonus Content shows are available now to all Patreon supporters for just AU$8 a month! On today's show, we open with the difference between the mid-air collision over the Potomac River versus the Learjet 55 that experienced a catastrophic failure. DEI started back slowly in the Obama term, but ramped up dramatically in the Biden regime. All we need to know about the theft of the 2020 election is the story related to the 51 spies who lied. We need a return to excellence. We then touch on instances of voter fraud in the news, which sparks a discussion about national voter ID and is that Constitutional. We also discuss how the Treasury has been setup to always send money out without rejection. We then enter the Vulcan Mind-meld with BK and discuss money, taxes and government and more.
In this episode of STRAT, retired Marine Intelligence Officer LtCol. Hal Kempfer discusses the importance of strategic risk assessment in aviation, particularly in light of recent aviation incidents at Reagan National Airport in Washington, D.C. where a regional jet and military helicopter collided over the Potomac River and in Northeast Philadelphia with an air ambulance LearJet. He transitions into the political situation in Venezuela, highlighting the challenges posed by the Maduro regime and the implications of mass migration. The discussion then shifts to the impact of trade tariffs on the economy and the complexities of global trade dynamics, especially concerning U.S.-Latin America relations. Throughout the conversation, Kempfer emphasizes the interconnectedness of these issues and the need for strategic thinking in addressing them.• Importance of strategic risk assessment highlighted by aviation mishaps.• Venezuela's political turmoil affects regional and international stability.• US-Venezuela interactions raise questions about international diplomatic strategies.• Tariff policies signal shifts in US economic and geopolitical strategy.• Economic impacts of tariffs on Canada, Mexico, and global trade.• Central and South America's evolving role in US foreign policy.• Border security and immigration reforms shape US domestic and foreign policies.• China's influence on global economic and political dynamics analyzed.#StrategicRiskAssessmentTalk #STRATpodcast #HalKempfer #AviationSafety #AmericanEagleFlight5342 #AmericanAirlinesBlackhawkCrash #VenezuelaUnrest #USForeignPolicy #GlobalTrade #TariffImpacts #BorderSecurity #GeopoliticalAnalysis #RiskMitigation #ImmigrationPolicy #ChinaInfluence #EconomicStrategy #USRelations #AviationIncidents #CentralAmericaPolicy #MexicanTariffs #GlobalEconomics #MilitaryAnalysis #GlobalRisk #PolicyInsights

The weirdest and most awkward things they've ever seen people do in public become the last topic of conversation before signing off. THE FIRST mid-air collision in the U.S. since 2009 led to the deaths of 67 people Wednesday night over the Potomac River in Washington, D. C. As has become common after major events, the Internet rushed to politicize it and/or claim that lives were lost to a nefarious conspiracy. A pilot friend of ours recommended this analysis of the crash by an experienced pilot who reviews the recording of communications between air traffic controllers at Reagan National Airport, which indicates that the pilot of the Blackhawk helicopter thought he had Flight 5342 in sight when, in fact, he was looking at the plane coming in behind it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hfgllf1L9_4 And no, there is nothing suspicious about the AA flight landing on runway 33, a number with significance in the occult realm (for example, the 33 degrees of Scottish Rite Freemasonry). Many airports have a runway 33. Reagan has only three runways, but standard practice at airports is to number runways by the approximate compass heading pilots must use on approach. Runway 33 is approached from the south-southeast on a heading of about 330°—hence, Runway 33. When planes approach the same runway from the opposite direction, it's runway 15, since 330° – 180° (the opposite direction) = 150°—thus, runway 15. In short, what happened Wednesday night over the Potomac River was a tragic case of human error. Sadly, another deadly air crash took place in Philadelphia last night when an air ambulance fell out of the sky and into a strip mall in Northeast Philadelphia. Seven are confirmed dead with nearly 20 injured on the ground. The flight was headed to Mexico with a scheduled refueling stop in our neck of the woods, the Springfield-Branson National Airport. The Learjet 55 reportedly climbed away from the Northeast Philadelphia Airport at a high rate of speed and then crashed about two miles southwest, on the perimeter of Roosevelt Mall. I greet you in Jesus' precious name! It is Christmas Eve, the 24th of December, 2024, and this is your friend, Angus Buchan, with a thought for today. Now folks, it is probably the most important evening of the whole year! This is the night that we celebrate the birth of our beloved Saviour, dearest Friend, Jesus Christ. We go straight to the Gospel of Matthew 1:21: “And she (Mary) will bring forth a Son (Jesus), and you shall call His name JESUS, for He will save His people from their sins.”I want us to have just a little bit of a cautious thought about things. I know it is very hectic, especially for mothers in the home, making sure that the food is all prepared; the decorations have been put up; the extra beds have been made because Aunty and Uncle are coming to spend Christmas Eve with you; and the Christmas presents for the children for tomorrow, are all being wrapped up. In the hectic attitude of this season, do not forget the baby! Do not forget that beloved baby - it makes me want to cry. You know, behind me in my prayer room, I have a beautiful picture of the nativity, of Joseph, of Mary and of that little Darling, from Heaven, Jesus Christ. In the busyness of our lives, let us never forget the main thing. The main thing is, our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. It is so easy to get so busy that we forget the main reason for Christmas Eve.I want to tell you a little story. I was sitting right here in the same chair in my prayer room, and I heard little footsteps coming through the door of my prayer room, where nobody comes except my immediate family, and I looked around and there was my little granddaughter, she is only about five or six years old. She looked very shy because she knew I was busy, but praise God, she felt she could come and approach her grandfather, and she said, “Kulu”, with those big eyes. She was holding a tube, a bicycle tube in her hand, and I said, “What's wrong?” She said, “My bicycle has got a puncture, and my cousin (who lives over the road) is coming to see me and we are going to go for a ride but my bicycle is not working. Could you help me?” (I am getting emotional!) I said, “Of course.” I stopped everything. I went out, I fixed the puncture at the back but there was also a puncture at the front. I fixed that. Then she had no oil for her chain, so we put oil on the chain. Then the seat was just a little bit high because it used to belong to her big brother, so I adjusted the seat. Then her cousin arrived and that little thing, if I had bought her a Lear Jet, it would not have meant the same, and off they went cycling together. Please look after your children, especially the smallest ones. Do not neglect them at this time. Jesus loves the little children. Have a very precious Christmas Eve,God bless you and goodbye.

Hypoxia is a significant danger in aviation and an insidious killer of passengers and pilots. Special guest Miles O'Brien hosts a discussion with aviation experts Todd Curtis, Greg Feith, and John Goglia that covers how hypoxia impacts all forms of aviation. They discuss personal experiences with hypoxia and share insights from several hypoxia-related accidents.Hypoxia is a condition where the human body is deprived of oxygen which can reduce mental function. Hypoxia can be particularly hazardous for pilots because someone experiencing hypoxia may not be aware of its symptoms or its effects on their performance. One high-profile incident in 1999 took the life to golfer Payne Stewart. He was a passenger in a Learjet 35 that took off from Orlando Executive Airport and became non-responsive to air traffic control. Fighter jets intercepted the plane and determined the crew was unconscious. After 1500 miles the jet ran out of fuel and crashed over South Dakota. Greg, Todd, Miles, and John have all experienced hypoxia in controlled altitude chambers. They share their experiences, which include feelings of euphoria, reduced mental capacity, reduced physical performance, and even a case of high-altitude bends. Key to understanding hypoxia is the concept of time of useful consciousness, which is the amount of time a person can spend at altitude without feeling the effects of hypoxia. That period of time gets smaller as altitude increases. Age, stress, and other factors may shorten those times.Related documents are at the Flight Safety Detectives website. Walt Disney World. Early Monorail History Monorails, meaning single track railways, date back to 1820 with Ivan Elmanov's prototype in Russia. Henry Robinson Palmer, an English civil engineer, patented the first monorail in 1821, featuring a single rail supported above ground. General Roy Stone designed the first steam-driven monorail, showcased at the 1876 Centennial International Exhibition. ALWEG Monorail The ALWEG Monorail, designed by Dr. Axel Lennart Wenner-Gren, emerged in 1952, with improvements in 1957 that set the standard for modern monorails. Disney Monorails Walt Disney aimed for a futuristic transport system at Disneyland, leading to the creation of the Viewliner Train in 1957, which was later replaced by the ALWEG Monorail after Walt's visit to Germany. The Disneyland Monorail opened on June 14, 1959, featuring innovative designs and was the first to run adjacent to a major highway. Disneyland Mark I to III The Disneyland monorails evolved from Mark I in 1959 to Mark III in 1969, improving in size, capacity, and design. Walt Disney World Monorail The WDW monorail was a significant part of Walt's vision for showcasing the future. The Mark IV monorails, inspired by Learjet designs, were introduced in 1971, featuring unique support structures and smooth rides due to precise manufacturing. Mark IV to VI Mark IV monorails had bench seats, limited standing room, and basic AC. They were replaced by Mark VI in 1989, which featured better air conditioning, automatic doors, increased capacity, and higher speeds. EPCOT Expansion and Disneyland Mark V The WDW monorail system expanded to EPCOT in the late 1970s, with on-site precasting for new track beams. Disneyland introduced Mark V monorails in 1987, designed by Walt Disney Imagineering and manufactured in West Germany. Send questions and comments to 90sdisneypodcast@gmail.com. And welcome to the Adams archive. My name is Austin Adams, and thank you so much for listening today. On today's episode, we have a couple of deep dives. We're going to have a couple other things sprinkled in there too, but a couple of deep dives that we're going to discuss starting with the. Crazy trend that has happened probably over the last, I don't know, five or six years, but even more so recently, the amount of celebrities, the amount of tick tock influencers that are out there getting their teeth shaved down with essentially nail files into nubs, and then getting fake implants of teeth, porcelain implants into their mouth. Now there's a specific case that brought this up more recently, and it came from TikTok. So we'll discuss that. But what we're really going to talk about there is the idea behind why this is truly a problem, right? There's, there's this fundamental idea behind traditional Chinese medicine, which talks about the meridian. And so that's what we're going to discuss first. After we talk about that and the horrific things people are putting their bodies through, and we'll actually use a case study here of the, with this woman from tick tock that caused this topic to be discussed because I saw it recently pop up in one of my feeds. And it's just unbelievable. The amount of people that are doing this without even understanding what the potential side effects could be. So we will talk about that. After we talk about that, we are going to talk about a father in, I believe this was in Mexico, who went on stage at a, uh, comedian's show and smacked him several times. And you would go, that's crazy. You should be able to take a joke, right? But there's a lot more to the story. And I think He might be justified in this. So we'll talk about that. Then we will jump into a remote Amazon tribe left hooked on pornography after finally connecting to the internet. Uh, so this tribe essentially got. The internet and the very first thing they did was get absolutely unbelievably, horrifically addicted to pornography. So we will talk about that. Then we will move closer and closer into our real deep dive of the day. But before we jump into that for that last deep dive, we will discuss. A royal tomb of an African king that is actually completely made of human blood? After scientists had recently confirmed. And then the last thing that we're going to discuss today is the curious case of Gabriela Rico Jimenez, who was a Mexican supermodel who essentially disappeared off the face of the earth. Going outside of this hotel back in August of 2009, and she had made these crazy claims. Something about celebrity, elites, billionaires, cannibalism, and a lot more. She even calls out a few names, one that you'll be familiar with, and if you're not familiar with it, I'll tell you who they are, and why it's important, and who they're tied to. Spoiler alert! It's the Clintons. And so we'll talk about that. We'll do a deep dive into that situation. We'll watch a couple clips and we will go from. So all of that and more, but first I need you to hit that subscribe button. I know it's been a few days, few weeks, even two, three weeks since my last podcast episode. And I apologize, but I appreciate that you're here. I love you. Thank you so much for listening in. I know life comes up for a lot of people on a lot of things and that's what's happened here recently. Anyways, so. Uh, life comes up, life gets crazy. I have, uh, career, children outside of this, but the goal has always been to consistently put out great content for you guys, and that's what I hope you think about this episode right here. So again, thank you for being here. I appreciate you. Subscribe. Leave a five star review. And if you haven't heard I have a new side project among those other things that I have, including a career and a family and a wife and a hobbies like jujitsu represent. And, uh, all of the different shit that I do, I decided that I was going to start a completely separate business, which is Ronin. And if you haven't listened to the last few episodes, maybe you don't know Ronin is a Faraday Goods company and what Faraday Goods do is they protect you from the harmful effects of modern technology, everything from EMF radiation poisoning that is being emitted constantly from every piece of technology around you all of the time, including the cell phone that you're listening on this to including the car that you're in right now, if you didn't know that most cars today emit EMFs while you're sitting there driving your vehicle. And they have unbelievably terrible side effects to your health. And so a few things you can do is you can get Faraday goods and essentially eliminate the effects of those products by having specially lined fabric within things like hats, beanies, um, even like, uh, Faraday backpacks can. Put your laptop, your cell phone inside of it. It will eliminate your digital footprint. It will stop those EMFs from being emitted, and it will even stop the corporations and governments from being able to track you. It eliminates completely all inbound and outbound signals. So go check it out. Ronan basics. com. We are finalizing all of our orders for everything right now. The hats, just like the one that's on my head, right? Now, uh, the first order will be in, in just a couple of weeks. And so I'll be making those first shipments from all of the pre sales from the orders. Uh, backpacks will be following a few weeks after that phone, uh, phone sleeves. After that, I currently have the wallets up there, everything Ronan basics. com. Go check it out. You'll love it. Love it. And that's what I got. Let's go ahead and jump into it. The Adams archive. That's a jam. Every time I hear that, that's a jam. All right, let's go ahead and jump into it. The very first thing that we're going to discuss today is going to be the disgusting trend of influencers and celebrities out there getting their teeth shaved down with nail files so they can look like Gollum from Lord of the Rings, only to have porcelain implants. The teeth implants implanted into their face after they get their teeth shaved down to little disgusting nubs all in the name of aesthetics, right? You know, there's like 80 year olds, 85 year olds, 90 year olds out there who need veneers and that makes perfect sense to me, right? If you don't have teeth, you need to eat. You don't want dentures. You don't want to deal with that. That's okay. Get veneers. But if you're young and you're healthy, the hell are you doing? Why in the world would you take something that God gave you, beautiful teeth in your mouth, maybe not so beautiful, but much better than shaving down your teeth with a file, and then having some dude in Miami shove porcelain into your mouth like it's not an actual living part of your body. Your teeth are so much more important to your body than modern medicine, western medicine wants you to believe. And that's what we're going to talk about today. So the very first article that we're going to take a look at is going to come from Indy 100. One of my favorite new news articles that sources a ton of different articles from all over the world for you. And, uh, Pretty good stuff. So there's a video coming out of the New York Post and this TikTok video that this woman had posted, but let me just show you what we're talking about here. Okay, when we talk about them shaving down your teeth, this is what we're talking about. Okay, here we go. If you're looking at my screen right now, you will see a woman. That looks just like Gollum from Lord of the Rings. I have to get this up here for you. There it is. Oh my God. That's terrifying. How horrific. And to do this to yourself for just aesthetics, like I can get plastic surgery, do your thing, I don't care. It's not my body, but. Like there was absolutely nothing wrong with this woman's face. Absolutely nothing wrong with her teeth, but she was convinced by society that she had to whittle down her teeth from what they were to turn them into this horrific Frankenstein science experiment, because that's what celebrities do. So let's go ahead and watch this video. This woman's talking about her veneers and why she decided to do this and all of the terrible things that happened to her sense here. Here we go. I know that I look crazy and it's so embarrassing to come crying on the internet, but this stuff that I have been dealing with for two years because of my freaking teeth is like I don't even know what to do anymore and like the only place I can really go to is my platforms. As everybody pretty much knows, two years ago I Had, um, dental work done, I smelled Dental Center 32 in Miami and it ruined my life. Like literally ruined my life and I'm still dealing with it to this day and I just left another doctor, another TMJ doctor. This is the third or fourth one that I've gone to and I'm just very overwhelmed. Like, The medical industry, the dental industry in America is like, they literally do not care about what you are going through. Like, everything is about money for them. And like, I understand like, people have to get paid. But it's like, the fact that like, I can't, I can't do anything. Like, I can't use insurance. I can't do anything. I've already spent 80, 000 pretty much on this whole situation in two years. And I go to another TMJ doctor because I have severe TMJ now because of the veneers that Smile Dental Center did. They, they, they lost my bite. I have severe TMJ. I got my T3 done. It, it didn't fix it. That was another 30, 000. It's just like, I just had an appointment and like, you know, they're telling me like, okay, we could do this, we could do this, and it, you know, it could, it could be a big money pit and, you know, it could be, you know, another 80k and, you know, might not work. Like, I spent so much money with so many doctors just praying that something works for me. And nothing works. Nothing ever works. I don't know what to do anymore. Like, I can't even sue the freaking dentist. Every, every time I come on here telling my story about what happened, which is a crazy ass story. I'm like, just sue. Why don't you sue? If I could sue, that would be the first thing I'm, I'm doing. But I can't do that. I can't do that. It's, it's not possible. Like, can't sue for my sensory issues. My sensory issues are unknown. Every time I go to the doctor. So let's talk about this real quick. And it's easy to look at this person and say, You're vain. You shouldn't have done that. Your body was perfectly fine. You know, it's easy to laugh at this person and go, You know, play stupid games, win stupid prizes. Right? But let's, let's put our empathetic hat on. Let's pretend this is your wife. Let's pretend this is your daughter. Let's pretend this And I don't know what she looked like before before she got this done. So let's pretend that maybe she had some little bit of messed up teeth. And you're in Miami. And if you ever been to Miami, like literally 10 percent of the people 20 percent of the people that are there, if they have money, they have these fake veneers. And so this woman, With our empathetic cats on your wife, your daughter is convinced that she would be more beautiful, that people would accept her more, that she would have more friends, that she would seem cooler. Like she would look like, you know, one of those supermodels that she watches on Instagram all day in Miami. And like to have society convince you that you need to be anything other than what you were then to go somewhere that convinces you that you need to pay them 80, 000 and they'll make you better. Then to have all your, your teeth essentially whittled down to nubs, this porcelain shoved into your mouth, which is too big for your mouth. You've ever seen people that, that get these done. It's way too big for their mouth. A lot of times they don't look natural. They don't look normal. A lot of times. And when you get that done that way, And it's not the natural way that your teeth were supposed to sit that your body had gotten used to for, I don't know, in this woman's case, 25, 30 years, maybe your jaw alignment, your, your teeth all are meant to be the way that they were. And so when she's talking about TMJ, she's talking about the misalignment of her jaw, causing consistent pain. throughout the day, causing migraines, causing all these things. I've had TMJ in the past and it's, it's a terrible thing to deal with. And it makes your jaw click and you can't open your mouth as wide. It's, it's not fun at all. And to have it caused by somebody who told you they were going to make you better, that you spent your own money on to have them do it. And then as a result, to have this happen is just, I can't imagine. So keep your empathetic head on while you're watching this and, and maybe. Yeah, maybe it's, you could roast her a little bit, but right. It's still, it's a terrible situation to find yourself in. So let's finish this out. After they've never heard of it and you can't prove that they gave you these issues because there's no way to diagnose it specifically. Like it's just a whole thing. They offered to give me my money back within the first year. And I told them no, so that I could bring awareness because like, People are just like, you know, out there getting veneers and whatever the case may be, like, my life is literally ruined because I got my teeth redone. Like, I'm not even joking, like, my, I'm constantly in pain. I can't even close my mouth properly after a retainer every single day. 24 7 pretty much to even close my mouth comfortably. No bite adjustments can fix it. Nothing. I've done a hundred bite adjustments. I've gone to 10 different dentists, four different TMJ doctors. I've done integrative medicine. I've done acupuncture. I've done everything you could possible. I've done hypnosis. I've literally done everything you could possibly do to try to fix these issues. I've been called crazy by my primary care doctor at Kaiser. They told me to therapist. Because I'm wondering what I'm going through At this point like I just don't know what to do. I'm in severe pain I've gotten freaking acid or Botox twice my fucking face is slim the fuck out Like I look crazy as fuck because I'm in pain 24 7 I Guess my only thing is just don't get fucking veneers and know that like Something like this can ruin your life like literally and Quite frankly, I'm not giving nobody else 80 fucking bands. Like no, I'm not doing it. Like the fact that these people are so like, just everything is so money driven. And then like, I understand, but it's like, this shit is like really medical for me. Like why does nobody care about people? And so that video had 9 million views. Let's see how many it has now. Not sure where to see that on the web app. But it has 100 or 864, 000 likes. Let's see what the number one comment is. Veneers and LASIK I'll never do because of the horror stories I have heard. Somebody said, babe, could it be a trigeminal neuralgia? Basically, the veneers hit the specific nerve. Interesting. Veneers are so extreme. I don't know why people have to do it. Try braces or composites when the tooth was hurting. I wanted to walk off the little planet. Yeah, so that's the terrible thing about this is she hasn't even begun to see the real effects of this. Hasn't begun to see the real effects because the only thing she's dealing with right now is TMJ. And she probably gets headaches or migraines as a result of the TMJ or even that trigeminal neuralgia, which is, can cause, you know, essentially what they call like these terrible, horrific, uh, types of migraines. And so she's not even beginning to see the effects of this because what we're about to listen to is the fact that your teeth are tied to the nerves in your body and those nerves have connections. throughout your entire body. And this isn't something that's like mainstream accepted within modern medicine dentistry within the United States of America, but it is in many, many, many other countries. And so that's what we're about to watch this next clip on, which explains how these types of like each individual one of your teeth has a specific nerve that it's tied to that affects other parts of your body that causes issues within your body as a whole, whether it's, uh, things like, um, I don't know, talking about high blood pressure, talking about your, your obesity, talking about all of these different health effects. And we'll actually pull up the map here in a minute and look at it, but let's go ahead and watch this video. It talks about the meridian, uh, essentially the meridian lines in your body and the connection to your teeth and all of the terrible things that can happen from doing something like what we just talked about. And this is coming from the ultimate human podcast. Here we go. Doing the most harm out of any medical profession. It's like, here you go, opiates. What is biologic dentistry? Because it absolutely blew my mind. Each tooth is alive. It's a living organ. Any disease in the mouth can correlate to the rest of the body. You're taking a look at the whole body, not just the oral cavity. We can help people live a lot longer. How quickly can we help a patient heal? We're getting them off of meds. That's a passion of mine. If you're having symptoms, question it. Hey guys, welcome back to the ultimate human podcast. I'm your host, human biologist, Gary. Wait, what was I doing? And then you seek out the world's best doctors are knowledgeable in this and it's stuff that's been, it's out there. The literature is out there. The science is out there, but it's, do you believe in it? Do you want to take that step and actually go that road? And it's very hard to talk to all the dentists and all the colleagues like, Hey, there's something else out there. You know, we can actually be causing harm. It's like, do no harm is our first, the Hippocratic oath, right? It's do no harm. But it's actually, when you look at it, we're actually doing dentistry is doing the most harm out of any. Medical profession now leading dead tissue in the body. Yeah I mean, you just got to wrap your arms around that there's actually dead tissue in the body And it doesn't have a blood supply and what a bacteria like they like dark moist oxygen deprived places anaerobic bacteria That's immune system can't get to and I want to talk specifically about a study that that was just Published in, in July of 2023. So this is only about three months old. It was published in the journal of microorganisms, but it was a longitudinal study that investigated the association between periodontal disease. and neuroinflammatory disorders. And neuroinflammatory disorders are Parkinson's, Alzheimer's, dementia, all kinds of conditions in the body that are related to inflammation that eventually begins to affect nerves. And we don't correlate dental hygiene or, you know, dental pathologies to Parkinson's, to early onset Alzheimer's, or dementia. And even before these conditions exist, we Memory and cognitive decline, um, exhaustion, fatigue, weight gain, water retention. And what I found really fascinating was that out of the 24 studies they examined, 20 of them showed a positive correlation between periodontal disease and neurodegenerative disorders with the studies focusing on cognitive function. Demonstrating the most robust effect. Yes. So these are all the things that are robbing people of their short term recall, their cognitive function, their waking energy, that they may be chalking up to a consequence of aging, that may actually be a consequence of something going on in their jaw from dental work that they've had done that they've left unaddressed. Correct. And one of those bacteria there, the Treponema Yes, the Treponema denticola. Yeah, that's me. Sorry, it's one of the five bacterias. Let's just keep it simple. Yeah, one of the five bacterias. That's, that's known for beta amyloid. Producing beta amyloid, which we know is for Alzheimer's. Right. So when it all starts here, if we can actually control it, and it sometimes goes more in depth than doing a, Regular cleaning, sometimes we have to use lasers, sometimes we use ozone gas, sometimes we'll put some medication in the pockets, what we call the periodontal pockets. Right. But if we can cure that, doesn't mean like every tooth needs to come out, right, but if we can hold on to the teeth and we have ways much better than ever before, much better than when I graduated dental school. When you say keep, to keep your teeth. Keep the teeth, yeah, we graduated, I graduated in 2009. Keep your teeth. How simple is that? Keep your teeth, right? And so we'll look at this, this, uh, article. We'll pull it up here. This is Dr. Rose. com R O Z E and talks about the Chinese Meridian Theory. And so let's talk about that. I was hoping to find it within that video, but I think that was a good point enough is that the health of your body, your cognitive decline, your obesity. High blood pressure, arthritis, all of these things could very well be tied to the dental work that you're getting done by modern dentistry. Because when you're pulling teeth, or even worse, whittling them down to nothing, only to be replacing them with exterior material that isn't meant to be implanted in your body, something's going to go wrong. And so here's a clip about Meridian. Dentistry or meridian belief system or theory, and let's watch that. Each tooth is a key. The key is press, and it causes a motion to strike a note, which creates a vibration and a sound. Each key produces a different sound, just like the relationship between the keys and the notes. Our tifa connected by nerves to our brain. These nerves and nerve impulses send messages to specific parts of the body. What does this all mean to you? Well, if you have a bad tooth, the energy flows through the meridian belonging to that tooth, and this flow can affect the health of all the organs on that meridian. For example, tooth number 14, the first molar, is on the same meridian with the kidneys, liver, spleen, stomach and breast. So if this tooth has a problem, it may affect the energy flow through the meridian, and the health of those organs may be affected as well. Your mouth is connected to specific organs in the body. This is something that practitioners of traditional Chinese medicine have known for thousands of years. The human body is really quite amazing when we listen to its messages. Sir William Osler, a founding father of modern medicine, said the mouth is the mirror to the body. A vital relationship exists between your teeth and your organs. Use our bio dental chart available from dr rose. com to see the relationship of your teeth and the rest of your body. Right, so that's the idea. And when you think about that, and you go, Oh, you know, you hear about traditional Chinese medicine, meridian lines have been a debated topic in modern medicine up until about I think is about two one, one or two years ago, where they actually found the interconnection within the body of these like nerves that are all connected. And so When you look at the traditional Chinese medicine, think of acupuncture, acupuncture utilizes the meridian lines in your body to help, uh, you know, unblock the, the energy flow, the, the nerves connections and the firing of your nerves within your body that, that all speak to each other. And so this is, this is how it explains it says in traditional Chinese medicine, meridians are channels that form a network in the body through. Which qi, or qi, I assume, uh, vital energy flows. A blocky Causes pain and illness the flow is restored by using pressure needles suction or heat at hundreds of specific points along The meridians, right? You talk about acupuncture The meridian tooth chart is based on acupuncture meridians pathways of energy that span across interrelated body parts glands and tissues and you have to remember What did she? Say what are the comments say they're like when you have people having terrible horrific what they call like Suicide migraines or that trigeminal neuralgia that she talked about Acupuncture is one of the only things My wife actually dealt with that during one of her pregnancies, where she had what we thought was either trigeminal neuralgia, some sort of horrific like, um, um, like clot in her brain or something. It was horrific, horrific headaches, unlike you could ever imagine in your whole life. And the only thing that helped my wife, The only thing that subsided the pain. We went to the hospital over it multiple times. They literally did nothing for us. Kicked us out with an 8, 000 bill. The only thing that helped her. And up until very recently, and even today, right now, the traditional acupuncture is not an accepted form of, of Western medicine. They don't, they don't agree that it's, it's works, but it works. People all over the country get acupuncture done. It's literally the Only thing that she did that helped her with her migraines. Why? Because it has to do with the nerves. It has to do with the meridian lines. It has to do with that flow of that, that firing of, of the nerves, that flow of energy throughout your body. We are electrical beings, your thoughts, your movements, everything that's happening inside of your body is an electrical pulse within these, the, the firing of these nerve endings. And so it makes sense that if you. use the body to its advantage and understand that rather than trying to impose your will upon it with metal, uh, you know, types of tools and medications and pharmaceutical drugs and injections and all of these things that the modern Western medicine tries to impose its will upon the body rather than trying to allow the body to do what it needs to do to correct itself. That is the huge difference between modern medicine. medicine in traditional medicine, holistic medicine. So it goes on to say the meridian tooth chart is based on acupuncture meridians, pathways of energy that span across interrelated body parts, glands and tissues. Each tooth is associated with a particular meridian through which energy flows. And so when you look at this chart here, make sure you're, So when you look at this chart here and you zoom in on it and take a look and if this is a chart that you want, I can send you over the link, just go to my Instagram. I'll have a post about this and you can just comment, uh, and I'll DM you it, but it basically outlines all of the teeth and, and what their attachment is to which part of your body and what can result from not Dealing with those issues correctly for that specific tooth. And so it goes through a whole long list of things from migraines and epilepsy from the, so if, so first, I guess it shows the tooth or teeth that are associated with it, then the part of the body. So things like your stomach and spleen, your lungs, your liver, your gallbladder, your bladder, your lungs and large intestines, stomach, heart, small intestines, um, all of these different parts of your body. are associated with a different tooth or a different meridian line. Again, same thing that they deal with with acupuncture. And so the things that this can result from is migraines and epilepsy, rheumatism, migraines, focus issues, sterility and impotence. So even your, even your Fertility can be affected by your teeth, um, focus, right? And so each one of these different zones of your mouth can have different negative effects on your body. It says if a weakness of in a particular system or organ exists, the condition of the tooth associated with that area could exacerbate the problem working with our Meridian tooth chart makes us able to assess patients, general state of health and wellness, simply through a review of the oral environment. Each tooth is associated with a particular Meridian through which energy. Flows. Very interesting. It says the mouth is the mirror to your body. Energy flows through the body along lines known as meridians. These lines associated with specific tissues, organs, and teeth. Health problems manifesting in the tooth may be related to conditions of the associated meridian. Interesting because this is a specific doctor that kind of specializes in this stuff. And again, it's D R R O Z E dot. Now, the funny thing about this is I found this article today, which says there is now a drug to regrow teeth, which has been approved for human trials. So, on the back of that, maybe you don't need to get all of your teeth pulled and get veneers. Maybe you just need this other pharmaceutical drug and that will solve all your issues, of course. And there'll be no side effects, just like everything else. Um, so it says, scientists are gearing up for human tricks. Not tricks, trials. Human trials, which makes way more sense than tricks. Human tricks. For a groundbreaking, truth growing science. A tooth growing drug with hopes to offer those suffering from tooth loss a revolutionary alternative. Molecular biologist and dentist Katsu, uh, Takashi developed the first of its kind drug by deactivating the uterine sensation associated gene, the UTI. One, protein, which is known to stop tooth growth. He has been working on tooth regeneration for almost 20 years. We want to do something to help those who are suffering from tooth loss or absence. While there has been no treatment to date providing a permanent cure, we feel that people's expectations for tooth growth are high. By stopping USAG 1 from interacting with other proteins, the drug prompts bone morphogenetic protein, BMP, signaling and encourages the growth of new bone and teeth. The researchers noted that mice and ferrets share the same USAG 1 properties as humans. The animals happen to grow new teeth from the drug. So my concern would be that if you're growing new teeth and growing new bones, how does your body know which to grow when and how long? Right, like if you hope to grow one tooth back, are you going to, you know, make yourself taller? Like, are you going to make your fingers grow long, too long, and you're going to look like Edward Scissorfingers? Um, the USAG 1 protein has a high amino acid homology of 97 percent between different animal species, including humans, mice, and eagles? Wow, that's very specific. Beagles. Um, is that what they're doing the studies on? Oh, that's horrible. If you go back and listen. Remember what Fauci was doing to dogs? That nobody's bringing up again? Like, the horrific trials that Fauci was involved with? And I'm pretty sure it was all specifically beagles. Where they would essentially put them in a cage where they couldn't escape and then put thousands of bugs in there that would essentially eat them alive? And meanwhile, I'm sure he's just living it up on a yacht somewhere after getting roasted by the Senate this week. Anyways, just a side tangent, human trials are set to start in September 2024 at Kyoto University Hospital in Japan, using 30 male participants between the ages of 30 and 64 who are missing at least one molar. The next phase will look at children who suffer from congenital tooth deficiency. Then, researchers will explore other Generations who have lost a tooth due to environmental factors have proven successful the drug could become widely available as soon as 2030. The promising development in dentistry has the potential to revolutionize the way the treatment of tooth loss and provide solutions for people across the globe. So, if this lady, this girl, this woman, maybe just waited a few years, I don't think that was her problem. The problem was vanity and living in Miami around a bunch of vain people. People, but anyways, interesting, very interesting. Now, the next thing we're going to talk about here, which I found to be a pretty wild scenario is that there was a dad. Dad went on stage and punched a comedian over his sexualized joke about his baby son. Now, from what I saw, this wasn't onstage joke. This was like on Twitter, uh, prior to this. But let me read 'cause maybe I'm wrong, I didn't read this article yet. It says, footage of a dad punching a comedian's mid, uh, comedian Midat after he allegedly made a sexualized joke about his three-year-old son has gone viral. Spanish comedian Jamie. Caravaca was performing a standup comedy show in Madrid on Monday evening when a man unexpectedly gets on stage. Dad, Alberto Pugalito, punched Caravaca in the head while shouting in Spanish. This is for the pedophile comment he made about my son. Will you repeat now what you said about my son? Pugalito continued while calling the comedian a piece of shit. Say it. Say it again to my face, he said, enraged. Here, now, say it to my face. Yeah, I'm pretty sure this happened, like, on Twitter, and then he went to his show and started, and, like, punched him on stage and then smacked him in the face. It says, Three month old son. The dad hit Caravaca one more time before leaving the stage. Says comedian makes jokes at art. So here's the video. Let's go ahead and watch it. It's in Spanish. So I'll, I'll translate for you. In which case, don't listen to me translating and listen to the Spanish. It says, who are you? What's up? It says, this is for, this is for my Alright, let's just start the whole thing with this. So loud. He said, who are you? Huh? Oh shit. What's up, huh? He smacks him. What have you said? This is for the pedophile account. Huh? Huh? Will you repeat now what you said about my son? Huh? Piece of shit. Now what? What were you saying about a black cock in my son's second cock at three months old? Huh? Piece of shit? Huh? Now what? Say it. Say it again to my face. Here. Now. Say it to my face. He said, I'm sorry. He turns around. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm asking you all for forgiveness. I'm sorry, I'm sorry. I'm just a dad that defends his kids. He has made sectionalizing comments about my three month old son. And that has it's consequences. He says, can we talk to you? He says, no, you can go. He calls him a clown. He's a weird dad. I don't believe in that so much. And this next bit is how I would crack your fucking skull. And then he says, let's leave. Good. Finally, justice is served for somebody who's talking shit online, who in no way shape or form would ever back it up or say the same thing in person. So this man, this father gets his, in a Twitter argument with some comedian online. The comedian then tells him something about his son sucking black cock. Excuse my vulgarity. And his son's three months old. So this man drives to his comedy show, goes up on stage, punches him, and then smacks him in the face while ridiculing him in front of his entire crowd. That deserves a standing ovation, and I'm sure it was much more entertaining than whatever bullshit comedy this clown, as he would describe it, was going to actually do during his show. Alright, so, good. Good. More people getting to get smacked. Hundred percent. More people getting to get smacked for the stuff they say online. Good. For sure. 100%. If you are willing to say something to somebody online, you should understand that that is a real person, potentially, depending on if they're a bot or not, but majority of the time, they're a real person who you could see out there and you would never repeat yourself to them in public. Right, just the same way that when you're driving a car, you would never treat people the same way as you treat them when you're driving. Because it's like removed, you remove yourself from the human aspect. It's not a situation we were supposed to find ourselves in biologically. Is that you're going 85 miles an hour with a metal, you know, 3, 5, 8, 000 pound vehicle representing you. Not supposed to be that way. Just the same way. It's not supposed to be you're on a looking, staring at a piece of glass, somehow communicating with some person across the globe, or maybe even five minutes down the road, but you don't know it in that part, you would say some crazy stuff to that person, but in this situation, he got what he deserved. So let's see if there was any updates on this. Nope. Clarified the transcription. Cool. So just wanted to point it out. I think this, that's a real dad right there. That's a real man who shows up there, says, say it to my face, say it to my face, smacks him just like he deserved and then leaves. Respectfully looks at the audience, apologizes and says, but I needed to do this for my son. And I don't disagree. All right. Now onto some more serious matters. Okay. Which is the fact that a remote Amazon tribe was given Starlink and given access to the internet and the very Very first thing that they did the very first thing that they did was got addicted to porn. I Mean to be fair. I don't blame them, right? If you had never if the only thing you've seen is like the seven Ten twenty hundred women that are around you all the time and in your remote tribe You And all of a sudden you have access to all of these supermodels from around the world, shaking their ass in your face on a piece of glass in front of you. And you've never had the opportunity of that before. I get like, I get it. It really does show you the power of, of like human human biology, that the very first thing that they did was get addicted to porn, not gambling, not cryptocurrencies, not NFTs. They got addicted to porn. Almost immediately. Thank you, Elon Musk. And I believe there's a video here. Let's watch this video. I'm not sure if there's audio to it. Let's see. Let's refresh. Here we go. You're just watching this guy in this forest with his knife next to a tree. It's like indigenous tribe member. And they're like behind this leaf with the camera. I'm not sure what this has to do with this article at all. Maybe he's sneaking off with his new iPhone to go watch Pornhub. Why is this on this page? Okay, maybe it was like some random, maybe we'll have context here. Rare footage of uncontacted tribe in the Amazon. Okay. So it says what started as a moment of optimism and excitement was swiftly transformed into something worrying and sinister. After a remote tribe in the Amazon rainforest was finally hooked up to the Internet. The Marubo people had resisted modernity. Moderninity? Modernity? Moderninity? What the fuck? What? And preserved their indigenous way of life in one of the most isolated stretches of the planet for centuries. But then, in September, they found themselves equipped with high speed internet thanks to Elon Musk. The tribe is one of hundreds across Brazil that have been given access to the web through Starlink, the SpaceX subsidiary which provides satellite internet coverage in almost a hundred countries. But rather than feel beautifully connected to the world, the installation has left the 2, 000 member Marubos feeling bitterly divided as pornography and social media poison its youngsters. When it arrived, everyone was happy. SonomamaMarubo73 told the New York Times, whose reporters traveled to the tribe's remote villages. But now, things have gotten worse. Says, uh, they explained that the internet has brought a number of undeniable benefits, such as the ability to video chat with faraway loved ones, or call for help in emergencies. However, she said, the youth has grown increasingly disinterested in more traditional activities, such as making dyes and jewelry from berries and shells. Yeah, young people have gotten lazy because of the Internet. She lamented, they're learning the ways of the white people. Hmm. Pretty sure it's not just white people that have access to the internet. After just nine months with Starlink, the Marubo. Already found themselves faced with the same issues that plague Western families. That's really interesting though, to like kind of accelerate this technological advancement and see as like a Petri dish, how quickly their lifestyle could be tainted. Um, it says that. The same issues that plague Western families, addictive social networks, misinformation, wow I'm sure they're so concerned about misinformation, scams, violent video games, and minors watching adult content. Alfredo Marubo, leader of the Marubo Association of Villages, has become the tribe's most vocal critic of the internet. He told the New York Times that he worried that his culture's oral history and customs will be lost now. Because everyone is so connected that sometimes they don't even want to talk to their own family. He admitted that he felt most concerned by the newfound interest in pornography, particularly given that Marubo culture frowns upon mere kissing in public. We're worried young people are going to want to try it, he said. He said of the graphic sex depicted in videos which young men now send each other in group chats. That's a little gay. Alfredo, Alfredo added that some leaders have already noticed more aggressive sexual behavior among their youngsters. Meanwhile, a father of three said that while he was happy the internet was helping to educate his children, he also felt concerned about the first person shooter video games. I'm worried they're suddenly going to want to mimic them. I don't think you guys have, you know, the right equipment out there. Uh, yet many tribe members continue to extol the internet's positive power and potential. Uh, he pointed out that a venomous snake bite can require swift rescue by helicopter, but before the internet, the Marubo relied on amateur radio to relay urgent messages through several villages in order to reach the authorities. Now such calls are instantaneous, and it could, it's already saved lives. Very interesting. This is in the village, you don't hunt, fish, or plant, you don't eat. Well. Now they can just order DoorDash, right? Maybe not, but you get the point. Meanwhile, Thomas A. Marubo, 42, the tribe's first woman leader, stressed that while some young people just want to spend the whole afternoon on their phones. Yeah, I'm sure that's actually quite difficult. Like I have, you know, I have children. I have children that are the age enough to have technology and deal with the woes of an iPad in your house. And you, it took a long time. Like when I was growing up. Our parents saw the, the, the advances and still gave like some timelines, but there's a lot of children today that just have absolute free reign of their technology, and it baffles me because you have to set those guidelines. The, the, the iPads, the social media, the whatever it is, pornography, whatever it is, is absolutely 100% designed so that you, it hijacks behaviorally the, the biology inside of you to make you want to stay there and give them your money and your attention. Right, because tension is just a currency. Uh, he explained that decades ago, the most respected Marubo shaman had visions of a handheld device that could connect the entire world. Oh, did he? You mean he somehow saw a phone? Um, it would be good for the people, he said, but in the end, it wouldn't be. Wow, they foresaw this. In the end, it would be war. Nevertheless, his son, Inoki, insisted, I see, I think the internet will bring us much more benefit than harm, at least for now. And regardless, there's no going back. The leaders have been clear, he said. We can't live without the internet. So interesting. So many conversations that you could have about that regarding that, that, that, like, incubator, right? That, that Petri dish of just it completely accelerating from hunter gatherer societies immediately being Thrusted into, for lack of a better word. thrusted into our modern society of technology and all of the negative side effects that that would have on the not just the youth but the I guarantee you the adults are watching just as much porn as the kids right or playing the first person shooters or you know there's so many things that that are actual negative effects on society so speaking of like faraway tribes and I'm not going to touch on this long because I have to get to the bigger deep dive but there was this african tomb and The king, the tomb of this king was made of completely human blood. Is that what I'm reading? Right? So scientists have uncovered a grisly secret at the tomb of an infamously bloodthirsty ruler. King Geza ruled the West African kingdom of Dahami from 1818 to 1858 before it fell to the French colonization at the end of the 19th century. And yet he carried his violent tyranny to the literally, as a news study published in the journal of Prodemic says, Over the course of his four decade reign, King Geza was known both for his military power and his brutality towards his enemies. Uh, he was so vicious that the ally, uh, leading to his hut was paved with the skulls. The alley leading to his hut was paved with the skulls and jawbones of defeated enemies, while his throne rested on the skulls of four defeated enemy leaders. Gangster. Ironically, according to the official records, Gezzo died peacefully in his home, but he couldn't resist bringing a bit of savagery down to the underworld with him. Before his death, he ordered the construction of two adjoined funer Funerary huts to be built in honor of his father, who wrote from 1797 to 1818. For decades, rumors swirled around his tomb, suggesting that it was built using the blood of 41 human sacrifice victims. Now a team of researchers have confirmed that this is indeed true. True. Whoa. According to the team of medical and archaeological specialists, the victims would likely have been prisoners of war or enslaved people. And because 41 is a sacred number in voodoos, they would likely have been sacrificed in a ceremony conducted to protect the late king's remains. Geez. The study's authors explained the kings of Aberney were god kings, whose culture and religion centered on voodoo beliefs. In this chronocultural context, death is only a change of state, not a total disappearance. Importantly, which I completely agree with. Importantly, a barrier between the human world and the place where the body is laid can be magically delineated. The separator is part of a supernatural border, since metaphysical elements are incorporated into the physical world. Prayer, sacred water, and the blood of enemies were among the elements considered key to consecrating buildings such as these. When combined, so prayers, water, and blood. When combined, their mystical force was believed to symbolically protect what remains of the subtle essence of the deceased king. Geez, uh, to determine the truth behind the legend, the scientists use a technique called high resolution, tandem, uh, tandem mass spectra spectrometry, spectrometry to analyze the mortar, uh, used to build the funeral Hutt's wall. Specifically, they examine the proteins present rather than the genes as DNA degrades easily over time, depending on the storage conditions and most importantly, for this study, it cannot provide information on the source tissue. Unlike proteins, which can serve as biological archive, the testing identified hemoglobin and. Uh, immunoglobins. from both human and chickens present. Very interesting. This involved a sacrifice of as many as 500 victims. So it's possible the blood in the mortar may have come from one such ceremony. It's a ceremony called the great customs. Now the researchers hope that future DNA analysis might help pinpoint the exact number of individuals in the tomb. As far as we're concerned, even one is too many. Yeah. Thank you for your insight. Yeah. Don't kill people and scrub them on the walls. Well, after you die to protect you don't do that. All right. So let's go ahead and read this together. There's several, several articles about this one from the daily mail. One from, uh, this right here is from the daily mail, which outlines all of this as well. But the most intricate of these I found from this Reddit post, which has all of it. So, here we go. Let's watch this video first. This is the video of this supermodel, Gabriela Jimenez, where she is freaking out outside of this hotel. And I will tell you what she's saying again. We have a lot of Spanish translations today, interestingly enough. Uh, so, let's go ahead and watch this video and I'll tell you what she's saying. Translate for you. Right? All right. It says, let's hear what the young girl was shouting on the street. This is from a news company She's saying I wanted my freedom and you can hear the pain in her voice Since Monterey freed me, but it cost me a lot of work. I was in Mexico City for a year and four months She's crying all of this began in mid 2001 I barely remember. They were young and powerful, and they killed them. I'd been knocking on doors. What I wanted was my freedom. I want my freedom. She was claiming to have been abducted or essentially being, kind of, uh, being trafficked in a trafficking situation. Um, Carlos Slim. Dominique knew about this. I want my freedom. Now that name becomes very, very important. Carlos Slim. You may be familiar with it. One of the richest men in the world, and is the richest man in Mexico today. It hurts my soul, she said, that they took him away. Leave me alone. They have already taken me to the police station, and they have told me that they know nothing. She's screaming at these police officers right now. They took me to the general hospital. You, you were there. Go get the, you killed Murino. And we'll talk about who that is in a minute, it's a politician. They told me, who did they kill? The Queen of England? The Queen of Germany? Did they kill the princesses? And Mickey Mouse? It was also him, she said. What? Nothing is gonna come here. The people where you come from, they are crazy. They killed a lot of people, she's screaming at this man, telling him. Death to that kind of human. Go away. Saying that he was a part of it. They ate humans. Disgusting, she said. They ate humans. I wasn't aware of anything. Of the murders. Yes. But they ate humans. Humans. They smell like human flesh. Now this female police officer is walking up to her. You are not going to take me until this is clarified. You already took me there. Let me go. As this female police officer grabs her, she says, let me go. It says, this is the sad reality of the young Gabriela Rico Jimenez that you saw a moment ago tried to attack the police officer who managed to take her, no, the police officer grabbed her and she pushed back. She wasn't attacking the police officer. That's so silly. There's the video for you and the translation thereof. Let's go ahead and read this article and talk about it. So, this says the event took place in August of 2009 in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico, in front of a hotel located on Ocampo Street, in between the avenue of Pino Suarez and not going to try and pronounce that. The news broadcast features a young woman named Gabriela Rico Jimenez screaming in front of a luxury hotel. She repeatedly pleads for her freedom and claims she was held against her will. She makes claims of murder and cannibalism and drops some very big names in her accusations. Most public outbursts such as this could be attributed to mental illness or substance abuse, but Gabriela's claims are consistent and somewhat coherent and she speaks with such horror and conviction. I feel compelled to further consider her credibility. Then they show the news clip. There's the transcription, I already read it for you. It said, What happened to Gabriela Rico Jimenez? So, you saw this woman, out in front of this hotel, screaming at this man, screaming at this man, saying, You knew about this. You were a part of it. You were there. They took me to the hospital because of it. And they said, who, who did the, who did they kill? Who did they kill? Did they kill the princesses? Did they kill the Queen of England? Did they kill Mickey Mouse making fun of her? And she said, no, they killed Marino. And Marino was a politician. She even mentions the name Carlos Slim. Now, Carlos Slim, as I was telling you, was one of the most powerful people and the richest man in Mexico. Carlos Slim is a huge contributor and donor to the Clinton Foundation. The Clinton family funds all of these politicians, Democratic politicians. And guess what else he funded? The movie, The Sound of Freedom. Hmm. So the same man being accused by this woman who disappeared and was never saw again funded the Clinton campaign was, she claims, was trafficking people, cannibalizing them, and set up the murder of a politician. That same man funded the movie, The Sound of Freedom, which is just so happens to be about trafficking children. That's interesting. Very interesting, especially when you understand the controversy surrounding The Sound of Freedom, and the man who did the documentary, and the accusations against him. Now it says a witness speaks, and this is, let's see. Here it is. Here's where it talks about Carlos Slim. It says what happened to her. Finally, Gabriela Rico Jimenez, the woman who was arrested outside of a hotel in Monterey, was helped by DIF police on Monterey. And after she was detained in jail by the regional police, she was, she was sent to a psychiatric center in Buenos Aires. colony where she will stay indefinitely while she receives help and can be well cared for. Gabriela mentions the name Carlo Slim, and who was a Mexican business magnet of Lebanese descent. He is the richest man in Mexico and was the richest man in the world from 2010 to 2013. He has a son Carlos Slim, who serves as chairman of the board of his father's conglomerate company. The Merino, Gabriela claims was murdered is Juan Camilo Mourinho Torre Torrezo, who is a Mexican politician affiliated with the National Action Party, and the Secretary of the Interior of the Cabinet of President Felipe Calderón. He died in November of 2008. During a Mexican city Learjet crash, the government plane was seen traveling and crashed into rush hour traffic under mysterious circumstances. There were 16 fatalities, all 9 people on board and 7 people on the ground died. Juan Camilo Mourinho was 37. As President Felipe Calderon's strongman, he had been leading a government campaign against Mexico's powerful and violent drug gangs. Illuminati conspiracy theories frequently mention the British monarch, among others, as well as Disney symbolism. There is also a rumor that the Prince Philip, the Queen's husband, once said that cannibalism is a radical, but realistic solution to the problem of overpopulation? Whoa, let's see if we can verify that in a minute. Um, there is a testimony of the alleged witness to Gabriella's breakdown on a Spanish language blog called the black Manic a law student claims to have spoken with Gabriella and gives the following account of their interaction. Um, it says a witness speaks after a long time. I will not reveal his name for obvious reasons. So what he says is basically that he was in the detention center at the time he was working as a law student and was in this detention center doing some work. And he said that he saw her there. He said, I still remember her face full of despair, fear, anguish. She felt very weary of the environment and a strange feeling. I approached her and asked her some questions. Um, if I name, if I knew where she lived, she told me that she, they were all, that we were all dead. And that we were all dead, that we were all, we were among them, among other things. That simply left me paralyzed after 20 minutes of being with her some tall well dressed people arrived They practically pulled me out of there I asked them why they did this if this was just a poor girl with a mental disorder Asked where that where they were taking her. They told me that was not my business to for me to retire When they left me they stopped me and asked me what she told me I answered them insane and I ran away. The next day I went to the senior officers of the ministry and told them about the issue and wanted information because the girl's family requested it. They just laughed and said, really? If she does not exist, she never existed. And you do not work here. I got a shiver and left. I left everything and left Monterey. I had a feeling that what had happened those days and what that girl said were true as I could. I left everything and got out of there. She told me that in Monterey there was some kind of underground base where they lived and regularly stole children as food and other things. By my profession, I dare not reveal my encounter. I have family and children who depend on me. And for logical and reputation reasons, I cannot. I would like to go out and spread it to the four winds, but society would call me crazy. Although I have the marks of the attack, is a little bad back, there are nights I just cannot sleep. That's a weird translation. I have the same feeling, the same feeling that when I saw them the first time, it was like a, uh, presentiment is appreciated that they do not judge me as crazy for telling me that. Only me and for those who were with me at the time know what happened. Those are monsters. At least the one who attacked me was a monster. If he found me, he would only have died since a drawing came into my hands. What? Interesting. Hmm. So that's what happened to this woman. She's never been seen since nobody knows where she's at and the internet was essentially scrubbed of her modeling history. Like she was a pretty prominent supermodel. She had brushed arms with all of these oligarch types like Carlos Slim and she Essentially after this happened, you look up her name now and you can't find anything about her as a person or her modeling career besides just these articles about this situation calling her crazy. But she's never been seen again. And she was 21 at the time. So she would be what this was 15 years ago, she'd be 3536 right now. And some people believe she's just still in that same mental institution. And she may very well have been a part of some like MK ultra type mind programming. And so crazy shit. Transcribed And there's video of it and the only reason that they showed this video on the news was because she was a prominent model. And so when you look at who is Carlos Slim, who is the person that she is claiming was a part of this, who is at the head of this, and actually if you understand that the most powerful people in Mexico, who have the most money, I mean, this is conjecture, um, but, Very likely have ties like you don't you don't get to flaunt your money or be in a position of very high power in Mexico I assume without having some way shape or form brushed arms with the cartels. So who is Carlos Slim? Well, let's watch this video of Trump First and see what he has to say about Carlos Slim Times is Carlos Slim now Carlos Slim as you know comes from Mexico He's given many millions of dollars to the Clintons and their initiatives. So Carlos Slim, largest owner of the paper from Mexico, reporters at the New York times, they're not journalists, they're corporate lobbyists for Carlos Slim and Hillary Clinton. He is the majority holder of the New York times. So why did Hunter Biden and Hillary Clinton's Mexican cartel partner, Carlos Slim fund the sound of freedom? That's interesting. And here's a picture with Joe Biden, Carlos Slim, and Hunter Biden all together, says the sound of freedom brings to light the horror of human trafficking. However, there's one major question about the film. Why did Carlos Slim, a man with connections to Mexican cartels, Hillary Clinton and Hunter Biden fund the film? In 2016, Donald Trump warned America about Carlos Slim and his connections with the New York times. And Hillary Clinton saying now Carlos Slim, as you know, is a Comes from Mexico. He has given many millions of dollars to the Clintons in those organizations. WikiLeaks emails revealed that Slim had connections to with drug, Mexican drug cartels. Even the Guardian published the article titled, who is more dangerous? El Chapo or Carlos Slim? Hunter Biden's laptop revealed that Slim was also a top customer of the Bidens. There are even pictures of Hunter and Joe doing business with Mr. Slim. Now here comes the tricky question. Why did Mr. Slim fund the Sound of Freedom when he has direct ties to cartels that are guilty of smuggling? The Deep State's most effective tool against Trump was the QAnon conspiracy theory. Q is effective because the Deep State used the theory and its associated accounts to leak just enough information to be credible, but at the same time, nothing being leaked could ever tie anyone directly, hence why dark to light never happened. Hmm. What is this company? National The national file. com. Okay. So maybe take this with a grain of salt because I don't know, but I mean, it's legit. Everything he's saying is legit. Or she, um, Q also gave the false pretense that to MAGA supporters that they did not need to be involved with their local GOP through the trust plan line. Okay. Um, Hmm. Interesting. Uh, re energizing the Q PSY op may have been Slim's reason for funding the sound of freedom. The solution to the human trafficking problem is the same as election integrity. America's first patriots get involved with their local GOP to ensure MAGA, congressional and presidential candidates, are on the ballot and win free and fair elections. Hmm. Okay. Uh, so take that all with a grain of salt, but nothing he said that was factually incorrect. Carlos Slim is tied to drug cartels. Carlos Slim is tied to the Bi

February 7, 2024: Sky's the Limit - The Story of the Learjet
As a child, Bart Gray transformed the ceiling of his bedroom into an aerial display of model planes, a prelude to the life he would later embrace. Today, as president of Global Jet Care, he joins us to recount the trajectory from those early dreams to the cockpit of life-saving air ambulances. We'll explore how a single Learjet ride morphed into a lifetime love affair with aviation, and how Bart's academic pursuits at Ohio University, combined with the widespread availability of flight schools, have proven that the sky is accessible to all who dare to dream it.Bart's journey is not one of smooth ascents; it's punctuated with the turbulence of post-9/11 industry upheaval and the challenges of business partnerships. He candidly shares the pitfalls and triumphs of his career, including a stint in airline work that left him yearning for more — a yearning that would steer him back to the unpredictable yet immensely fulfilling world of air ambulance services. As Bart's narrative unfolds, we learn that the key to a rewarding career in aviation isn't just about reaching altitudes; it's about finding joy and purpose in the flights you choose to navigate, even when confronted with unexpected layovers in life's itinerary. Finally, we strap in with Bart for a behind-the-scenes look at the financial aerobatics of running an air ambulance operation, from the acquisition of Learjet 36s to the strategic planning for business growth and community service. Bart's story extends beyond the technical, offering a personal account of what it means to touch lives through the unique experiences of Global Jet Care, making a difference one flight at a time. Whether you're an aviation enthusiast or simply intrigued by what it takes to turn a passion for flying into a life's work, this episode is your boarding pass to inspiration. How to Contact Bart:Website: https://globaljetcentre.com/Travel Insurance: https://medjetassist.com/ To Reach Jordan:Email: Jordan@Edwards.Consulting Youtube:https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC9ejFXH1_BjdnxG4J8u93Zw Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/jordan.edwards.7503 Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/jordanfedwards/ Linkedin: https://www.linkedin.com/in/jordanedwards5/ Hope you find value in this. Max talks with Mark Kolber about Flying IFR in and out of Airports with no Instrument Approaches. Mark Kolber traces his expertise in aviation law to his background as a trial lawyer and a CFI. He emphasizes the importance of understanding rules, regulations, and procedures in IFR, highlighting that a significant portion of IFR involves adherence to regulations due to the potential impact on others. The conversation delves into a specific scenario where a listener reports a Homeowners Association (HOA) planning to ban IFR departures from Sea Ranch, which is a private airport in Northern California. Mark clarifies that there is no regulatory prohibition for Part 91 pilots from taking off IFR from an airport without instrument approaches. He emphasizes that such departures are legal, citing examples of airports where IFR takeoffs occur regularly. The discussion expands to explore the safety considerations associated with IFR departures in IMC from airports without instrument approaches. Mark references regulations like 91.175, which provides guidelines for IFR takeoff and landing, specifying stricter rules for landings compared to departures. The conversation touches on the distinction between Part 91 and Part 135 operations. Mark explains that Part 135 imposes a direct prohibition on IFR operations from airports without approved standard instrument approach procedures. He highlights the role of Operational Specifications (OPSPEC) in allowing deviations from certain regulations for Part 135 operators. Mark delves into the FAA's assessment of airports, particularly the evaluation of obstacle departure procedures (ODP) and how they contribute to safe departures. He explains the purpose of ODPs and the FAA's meticulous assessment process, emphasizing that private airports without instrument approaches lack such evaluations. The podcast explores the concept of creating one's own ODP for airports lacking official assessments. Mark suggests relying on Electronic Flight Bags (EFB) with FAA databases, incorporating local knowledge, and assessing terrain and obstacles using available tools. Mark clarifies that Part 91 pilots have the discretion to fly or not fly ODPs unless specifically assigned by ATC. For Part 135 pilots, adherence to ODPs is mandatory unless certain exceptions apply. The conversation briefly touches on filing IFR to private airports not in the FAA's database. Mark recommends using identifiers if available and provides insights into filing to and from using lat-long coordinates. In summary, the interview provides a comprehensive overview of IFR regulations, safety considerations, and the nuances surrounding departures and arrivals at airports without instrument approaches. The discussion is enriched by Mark Kolber's legal and aviation expertise, offering valuable insights for both pilots and aviation enthusiasts. Todd and John analyze the plane crash that killed singer Jenni Rivera. The report from the Mexican accident investigation found that the Learjet 25 aircraft lost control during climb for reasons that could not be determined. Key items are missing from the report that concluded that the crash was a loss of control event:No analysis results of the flight controlsNo flight data recorder recoveredNo cockpit voice recorder foundNo formal analysis of the pilots The In the wake of Rivera's death, there have been ongoing rumors that this event was not an accident, a belief that has been supported by a number of television productions. Todd and John examine the facts, data, and analyses contained in the official report. John adds insight into the lax aviation maintenance and compliance common in Mexico. The wreckage shows no evidence of an explosion or other deliberate action. The level of oversight that the US and Mexican governments typically have over aircraft that are registered in the US and operate in Mexico adds complexity to understanding exactly what happened. The Detectives plan a future episode that will focus on the conspiracy theories involving Jenni Rivera's death. They will look at how much, or how little, the facts of the investigation support those theories.Related documents can be found at the Flight Safety Detectives website. ON JUNE 1, 1981, Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh boarded a Boeing 747 for a flight from Mumbai to New York City. Officially the trip was for medical treatment, and authorities were told he'd be heading back home to India afterward. But Rajneesh was not planning on returning. His movement, which had already become an international octopus with meditation centers in dozens of different countries around the world, had outgrown the Pune campus. He needed a new World Headquarters. And his new personal secretary, Ma Anand Sheela (formerly known as Sheela Patel Silverman), had found one for him. Sheela closed the deal for the property then known as the Big Muddy Ranch the following month, paying $5.75 million for it. It was 64,229 acres of Central Oregon rangeland with only the amenities one would expect a family ranch to have. And in late August, she chartered a Learjet to fly the guru in to see, for the first time, the dry landscape that was to be his new home.

This is a Holy Spirit inspired sermon about LearJets and the cousin of PJ Flynn who owns a huge fleet of them. They are supposed to use their planes to transport life or death organs, at least that is what he told me in 2020. This person was disconnected and someone remotely reconnected them to my LinkedIn account. I specifically asked him in the direct messages if he was the cousin of PJ Flynn because I was trained by the best security detail person in America highly respected all over the world. This man lied. Why would they desire to be connected to me if I had called the non emergency 911 line to get PJ Flynn mental health welfare check when he tried to kill his own mother? That phone call was erased to the police. Why was he wasting time and resources spying on my social media if PJ Flynn wasn't involved in illegal organ transport and illegal shady businesses? I would highly recommend listening to this and investigating all monies associated with PJ Flynn, Laureen Flynn as she is the financial caretaker of PJ's monies, and his cousin who pretended like he wasn't his cousin. So many liars blocked me on purpose for 3 years from making money in America that could have helped me help so many people with depression. The Holy Spirit is very angry with them. May His will be done.

Ready For Takeoff - Turn Your Aviation Passion Into A Career
Sully Sullenberger: "I'm very glad that the Federal Aviation Administration has ensured the safety of the traveling public by wisely denying the waiver request by Republic Airways to cut in half the pilot experience requirement. U.S. airlines have attained an extraordinarily good safety record, with no fatal crashes in more than 13 and a half years." Sorry, Sully, not true. An Atlas Air B767 flying for Amazon crashed on Feb 23, 2019, killing the three crew members. The first officer, who caused the crash, had 5073 flying hours. He had falsified his flying history and lied about failing seven check rides. The 2009 Colgan Air crash that was the impetus for the 1500 hour rule was caused by a captain with a history of three proficiency check failures at Colgan. In July 2017 Air Canada Flight 759 had two pilots with more than 1500 hours each. They missed crashing into several aircraft on a taxiway, clearing the closest plane by 14 feet. If they had crashed, the death toll would have eclipsed the Teneriffe crash. The crash was averted by a United Airlines pilot telling them they were lined up on a taxiway. In December, B777 UA1722 took off from the Kahului Airport at 14:49 local time, where it was met with stormy conditions. Looking at data provided by FlightRadar24.com, the aircraft reached 2,200 ft approximately a minute after departing. However, it quickly began descending just north of the island's Baldwin Beach Park. At 14:50, the calibrated altitude of the aircraft was just around 775 ft as the aircraft dropped over the waters along the coast of Maui. From CNN Business: Five recent near-collisions on US runways, including one more this week in Boston, have prompted federal safety investigators to open multiple inquiries and a sweeping review. Boston Air traffic controllers stopped JetBlue flight from running into a departing private jet as it was coming in to land on the evening of February 27 night in Boston. The FAA is investigating the incident. The two planes involved in the apparent close call at Boston Logan International Airport came within 565 feet (172 meters) of colliding, according to Flightradar24's preliminary review of its data. According to a preliminary review, the pilot of a Learjet 60 took off without clearance while JetBlue Flight 206 was preparing to land on an intersecting runway," the FAA said in a statement. "JetBlue 206, go around," said the controller in Boston Logan's tower, according to recordings archived by LiveATC.net. The FAA says its air traffic controller told the crew of the Learjet to "line up and wait" on Runway 9 as the JetBlue Embraer 190 approached the intersecting Runway 4 Right. "The Learjet pilot read back the instructions clearly but began a takeoff roll instead," the FAA said in a statement. "The pilot of the JetBlue aircraft took evasive action and initiated a climb-out as the Learjet crossed the intersection." Burbank Last week, the National Transportation Safety Board said that a crew of a landing Mesa Airlines CRJ900 "executed a pilot-initiated go-around" as a SkyWest Embraer E175 was taking off from the same runway. A go-around is a routine measure to abort a landing on the approach. The NTSB says neither airplane was damaged and nobody on board was hurt. LiveATC.net recordings from the time of the incident chronicle confusion over whether the SkyWest flight was off the runway at Bob Hope Burbank Airport in California. It's unclear how close the two planes came to a collision. "Is he off the runway yet?" asked one unidentified voice. "We're going around," responded the crew of the Mesa flight. "The Mesa pilot discontinued the landing and initiated a climb out," said a FAA statement, which is also investigating the incident. "Meanwhile, the SkyWest aircraft continued with its departure, which prompted an automated alert to sound on the flight deck of the Mesa aircraft," the FAA said. The controller instructed the Mesa crew to turn to a course that took it away from the other aircraft." Austin A Southwest passenger jet and a FedEx cargo plane came as close as 100 feet from colliding on February 5 at the main airport in Texas' capital, and it was a pilot -- not air traffic controllers -- who averted disaster, a top federal investigator says. Controllers at Austin's airport had cleared the arriving FedEx Boeing 767 and a departing Southwest Airlines Boeing 737 jet to use the same runway, and the FedEx crew "realized that they were overflying the Southwest plane," Jennifer Homendy, chairwoman of the National Transportation Safety Board, told CNN. The FedEx pilot told the Southwest crew to abort taking off, she said. The FedEx plane, meanwhile, climbed as its crew aborted their landing to help avoid a collision, the FAA said. Honolulu On January 23, there was an incident at Daniel K. Inouye International Airport involving a United Airlines 777 jet and a smaller, single-engine cargo plane at the Hawaii airport. The United jet improperly crossed a runway, while the cargo aircraft was landing, the FAA said. At the closest point, the aircraft were separated by 1,170 feet. The cargo aircraft involved in the incident is a smaller Cessna 206 turboprop operated by Kamaka Air, which ferries goods between the Hawaiian islands. The airline did not immediately respond to a request for comment. The NTSB announced the investigation the day after Billy Nolen, the acting FAA administrator, directed his agency in a memo to "mine the data to see whether there are other incidents that resemble ones we have seen in recent weeks." New York - JFK On January 13, a close call between an American Airlines and Delta Air Lines flights sparked alarm. The crew of a Delta Boeing 737 aborted its takeoff, ultimately stopping within 1,000 feet of the taxiing AA's Boeing 777, the FAA said. No one was hurt in the incident, which took place around on a Friday evening. Air traffic controllers had "noticed another aircraft crossing the runway in front of the departing jetliner," the FAA said in a statement. "According to a preliminary analysis, Delta Air Lines Flight 1943 stopped its takeoff roll approximately 1,000 feet before reaching the point where American Airlines Flight 106, a Boeing 777, had crossed from an adjacent taxiway." According to Delta, its flight -- a 737-900 bound for Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic -- had 145 customers and six crew members on board. Audio recordings detail swift action by an air traffic controller kept the airplanes from colliding as they drew closer. "S--t!" exclaimed the controller from the tower of John F. Kennedy International Airport on Friday night. "Delta 1943 cancel takeoff clearance!" All of these crashed were averted by - predominantly - devine intervention. Sully's successful outcome was clearly the result of devine intervention that had the Hudson River devoid of the normal plethora of ferries and boats. The aircraft did not suddenly sink even though the Ditching Switch was not used. Here is another opinion about the 1500 hour rule.
In this Air Traffic Out Of Control Fly By, we explore another near miss which happened on April 2nd in New Orleans. In this recording, Delta Airlines Flight DL 1482 to Salt Lake City was stopped by ATC abruptly when a Learjet failed to hold short as they were instructed. This is another situation in recent months of a scary situation which could have results in disaster if not for the quick actions of the controllers and pilots. I've always been amazed by the fact that there are genius levels of human intelligence that are far beyond the ordinary. Some people seem to be born with remarkable talents and capabilities that the rest of us clearly don't have. That's not to say that these people don't need to work and practice to perfect their skills. They clearly do. Still, they possess brilliant talents that are far above those of the average person. Take music for example. My mother was a real lover of classical music. She attended concerts regularly and had a great collection of records that she would play in our house all the time. And without question, I knew that her fondest hope for me was that I would become a concert pianist, not that I had ever shown any talent or the slightest bit of interest in it. Still, she made sure that I took piano lessons every week for about six years, until the painfully obvious became painfully obvious, and she finally let me quit. On some level though, I've always been kind of sorry about it and I've tried to pick it up every now and then. I've even taken a few lessons here and there but still, all I can do is play a few basic scales and bang out a couple of elementary songs, and that's it. As a result of all this, to say that I have the keyboard finesse of an aging chimpanzee would be more kind than accurate. So, it always makes me wonder - what's the story with these geniuses, who are able to play as if the music is pouring out of their very soul. They perform these outrageously difficult compositions by heart, without reading any music at all. In a state of pure inspiration, they don't even open their eyes half of the time and yet, these magnificent melodies flow out of them in perfect timing and sequence, seemingly with no effort at all. It just boggles the mind. If you want to see a truly amazing example of this, watch Leonard Bernstein conduct the New York Philharmonic Orchestra at Lincoln Center in 1976, performing Rhapsody in Blue. The multi-talented maestro conducts the fifty-piece orchestra while he performs as the piano soloist at the same time. I've probably watched it over twenty times and I still can hardly believe my eyes and ears. But this astounding manifestation of genius intelligence also has two other forms of it that are just as hard for me to grasp. They are child prodigies and polymaths. We've had child prodigies among us for many centuries. For some inexplicable reason, certain young children manifest extremely advanced talent and abilities at a very early age, and no one has been able to figure out why this happens. Probably the most famous prodigy in musical history was Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. By age five, he was already extremely competent on the violin and piano and he began composing music. At six, he embarked on a three-year career, playing before the crowned heads of Europe. Can you imagine that? Think about what you were like at that age. By six I had memorized the theme song to the Mickey Mouse Club and my parents probably thought I was a genius because of it. Anyway, there have been child prodigies in dozens of different fields including math, science and the visual arts, but it's still pretty rare. The current thinking is that it's only a one-in-ten-million phenomenon. And staying within the realm of music, even though it's quite a stretch from Mozart, Stevie Wonder was clearly one of them, as well. Born six weeks premature, he went blind from having too much oxygen in his incubator. Still, in his early childhood he taught himself how to play the piano, harmonica and drums and along with his powerful singing voice, signed his first recording contract in 1961 at age eleven. Since then, he has won far too many awards to list here, including, twenty-five Grammies, eight Honorary Doctorates, an Academy Award and the Presidential Medal of Freedom. And in all this time, he hasn't slowed down a bit. Now, let's go on to the polymath, which is another manifestation of intelligence that I just can't fathom. Simply put, these are people who are able to excel in several different fields, which are often completely unrelated. Some of the most famous ones have been Leonardo da Vinci, Benjamin Franklin and Thomas Jefferson. But there have been other, quite surprising ones as well. I was pretty amazed when I found out that Danny Kaye, the famous performer from the golden age of movies and TV, was one of them. He was an extraordinarily gifted actor, singer, and dancer. But it turns out that his genius as an entertainer was just the tip of the iceberg. He was also an expert jet pilot who flew his own plane. He owned a Lear Jet and flew it to sixty-five different countries, mainly on UNICEF tours for the United Nations. In addition, he spoke eleven different languages and although he couldn't read a note of music, he was a talented conductor of symphony orchestras and spent fifteen years giving benefit performances with the finest orchestras in the world including the National Symphony, the Boston Symphony and the New York Philharmonic. He was also a bit of a sports nut. He was a single digit golfer who grew up a die-hard Brooklyn Dodgers fan. And as a lifelong lover of baseball, as well as a savvy businessman, he was one of the founders of the Seattle Mariners. But that's not all. He was also a master chef, particularly in Chinese and French cuisine and he is still the only non-professional chef to ever be awarded France's highest culinary award, which is bestowed by the Sorbonne. And finally, and probably the most unexpected, he was an honorary member of the American College of Surgeons as well as the American Academy of Pediatrics. He had always wanted to be a doctor, but his family couldn't afford higher education, so he went into show business instead. Still, he always maintained his serious interest on medicine. But it went a little further than that. He was close friends with the heart surgeon who performed history's first coronary bypass. He would observe operations, which they would later discuss in great detail. “Danny has had no medical training, but he knows his way around an operating room” the doctor said. “He's so intelligent he picks up immediately what he has observed.” This was all absolutely remarkable to me because I had been aware of Danny Kaye as an entertainer for many years, but had never heard about all of his other abilities. When it comes to observing this kind of extraordinary talent, I had a similar experience when I ran across someone who was a child prodigy, but was also a budding polymath as well. It happened when I was beginning to explore the world of personal growth, which was really just a by-product of having been a die-hard Beatles fan for over a decade. Capturing global attention, the Fab Four had gotten into meditation in 1968 and had been studying under a teacher named the Maharishi, who was a classical Indian guru, with flowing white robes and a long, grey beard. Like the millions of other Beatles devotees throughout the world, I basically mirrored whatever they did, so I started practicing the same form of meditation. But I wasn't very sincere about it and after a couple of months, I stopped. Then, a few years later, a friend told me that he had started practicing a deeper form of meditation that was doing him a lot of good. A little while later, he told me that the teacher of that meditation, who was supposed to be a major authority on inner growth, was coming to Philadelphia to give a talk about it. It sounded interesting until he told me that the teacher was only fourteen years old. I don't remember what my exact reaction was, but I'm pretty sure I burst out laughing because it seemed ridiculous on the face of it. I mean the Beatles' guy looked like he was in his mid-eighties and this kid was barely a teenager. What could he know about the evolution of higher consciousness? Out of deference to my friend, I decided to do a little research and I learned to my surprise that in the East, this kind of thing does happen from time to time. There were child prodigies who were renowned spiritual teachers. There was Sri Ramakrishna, a globally respected teacher during the mid-1800s, who had been recognized as a spiritual master at the age of nine. His successor, Swami Vivekananda, was recognized in the same way at age of nineteen. And the current Dalai Lama assumed the full authority of his role when he was fifteen years old. As an aside, in our culture, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. became a fully ordained minister at nineteen. Anyway, this fourteen-year-old teacher was named Prem Rawat, and when I went to hear him speak at the Irvine Auditorium of the University of Pennsylvania, I found him to be surprisingly impressive. There was a calm, but extremely powerful presence about him, and he seemed to really know what he was talking about. I observed him rather carefully from the time he entered the prestigious auditorium until he left, and perceived nothing about him that had anything to do with his age whatsoever. Rather than seeming like a young teenager, he had the presence of a secure adult about him. In fact, he seemed to be the most centered individual I had ever seen. But there was also a subtle, yet clearly present joyfulness about him that seemed foundational to his being. Again, it was quite impressive. By the way, as far as being a child prodigy is concerned, he had been in this teaching mode for quite some time. He had begun his work at the age of four and started meditating at six. At the age of nine, he became the recognized teaching authority to several hundred thousand Indian meditators. But there's also a profound element about being a teacher of inner growth that I found to be most intriguing. It's different from being a genius in art, music or science because in those realms, you can tell if someone is truly a master of their craft just by observing their work. You look at the art, listen to the music or watch the dance, and you can quickly get a sense of how good they are. But with a teacher of inner growth, it's quite different, because the purpose of the teaching isn't just to entertain and inspire you, it's to actually help you expand and grow your own consciousness. And the only way you can tell if the teacher is truly a master of the craft is by the actual experiences you start having within your own awareness. And this is not just in the short-term. It pertains to the long-term as well. Are you continually growing beyond where you were? Are you becoming kinder and more compassionate? Are you feeling more connected to the larger and higher consciousness? You have to determine all this for yourself. It doesn't matter what anyone says, what matters is what's going on inside of you. Along these lines, that night at Penn, Prem made a statement that I still remember. He said if you find his information to be helpful, then enjoy it. If not, then immediately leave it and move on. So, as a child prodigy, I found him to be most impressive, but surprisingly, he was also blossoming into becoming a polymath as well. Over the years that followed, while his primary focus was always on teaching meditation and inner growth, his considerable other talents spread out into seemingly unrelated fields. For instance, in the aviation world alone, his accomplishments are truly noteworthy. He is a fully licensed jet pilot, with tens of thousands of hours of flight time, and was one the youngest pilot in aviation history to be certified to fly a certain sophisticated jet aircraft. He is also a helicopter pilot and a veteran helicopter instructor as well. More down to earth, he is also a master car mechanic and one of his hobbies is the total restoration of antique automobiles, of which he has completed several. In addition, he is also a prolific photographer on a professional level, and several of his photographs are hung in galleries around the world. On top of all this, as an author, his recent book on personal growth is a New York Times best seller. And on the lighter side, he is a tremendous chef and has been approached a few times to host a cooking show. And get this last one - he writes his own computer code and is a master programmer. For some reason, to me that one really takes the cake. After using a computer for over forty years, I still have absolutely no idea how they work. Well, so much for geniuses, prodigies and polymaths. In essence, as impressive as they are, this episode isn't really about just listing their incredible accomplishments. It's really about the fact that they exist at all and what that says about human intelligence, and our possible potential. For starters, it puts things into perspective. If they're only one in ten million, then the nine million, nine hundred thousand, nine hundred and nine of the rest of us have an opened door to feeling truly humble. We've all heard the phrase - a jack of all trades but a master of none. Well as far as I'm concerned, I'm not even one of the jacks. Still, to close, here are a couple of quick, rather optimistic things to consider. First, neuroscience believes that within the next hundred years, we will find methods that will enhance our intelligence exponentially, taking us into levels of existence that are inconceivable to us now. According to them, we all have genius potential within us and as the brain sciences evolve, we will find ways to bring it into the forefront. And they also say that we all possessed genius intelligence through the age of five, so in one way or another, we were all child prodigies. And finally, the essence of our intelligence shows that we are all inherently positive beings, biased to the highest. And that is revealed by the simple fact that we have a finite capacity for suffering and pain, while we each have an infinite capacity for happiness and joy. I don't know about you, but all of this inspires a great deal of hope in me. So that will be the end of this episode. As always, keep your eyes mind and heart opened, and let's get together in the next one.

A listener asked me to take a closer look at the crash of a Lear jet in 1999 that was carrying golfer Payne Stewart so here we are. Of all the crashes we've looked at this has to be one of the more frustrating and needs quite a bit of sleuthing. The main reason is the NTSB still has not published a final report and probably never will. The basic facts are not in dispute – it was a case of a plane decompression at high altitude. But how it happened is another matter. So let's try and dig deep and discover what led to the death of one of the best known sportsmen in the United States. The basic story goes like this. On October 25, 1999 a Learjet 35 registration N47BA, operated by Sunjet Aviation based in Sanford, Florida departed Orlando, Florida, for Dallas, Texas, at around 0920 eastern daylight time (EDT). Radio contact with the flight was lost north of Gainesville, after air traffic control (ATC) cleared the airplane to flight level (FL) 390. The learjet was then intercepted by several U.S. Air Force and Air National Guard aircraft as it headed in a north west direction. The military pilots flew close enough to see that the windshields of the Learjet were frosted or covered with condensation. Later the airplane engines began spooling down, controlled flight was not possible, and the learjet stalled and spiralled to the ground, impacting an open field between the towns of Mila and Aberdeen in South Dakota just before 12h15 central daylight time on October 25th 1999. The NTSB scrutinised the maintenance logs and found a snag reported in February 1998 that the cabin occasionally would not hold pressure at low altitudes. Maintenance checked this on the ground but could not replicate the problem, so it wasn't fixed. IN May 1999 Sunjet maintenance personnel were checked out as part of the Phase A1-6 inspection, which included pressurization system checks. All seemed fine once more. But it wasn't. A Sunjet Aviation pilot reported to Safety Board investigators that a month later, July 22, 1999 during a flight in the very same Learjet, the pressurization system would not maintain a full pressure differential and that later the cabin altitude “started climbing well past 2,000 feet per minute” he said. When confronted by the NTSB, the Sunjet Aviation Chief pilot denied this, saying that he hadn't noticed any differential. However, a July 23, 1999, Work Order discrepancy sheet 5895 noted the following: “Discrepancy: Pressurization check and operation of system.”
David and Rachel discuss another terrifying "ghost plane" scenario that led to the death of several people including golfer Payne Stewart. Script by listener Jessica G.
David Copperfield is a magician and entertainer, best known for his combination of storytelling and illusion, and described by Forbes as the most commercially successful magician in history. His illusions have included the disappearance of a Learjet, the vanishing and reappearance of the Statue of Liberty, levitating over the Grand Canyon, walking through the Great Wall of China, escaping from Alcatraz prison, and flying on stage. He has received 21 Emmy Awards, 11 Guinness World Records, a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, a knighthood by the French government, and the Living Legend award by the US Library of Congress. You can watch him live performing 7 days a week at the MGM Grand Hotel in Las Vegas. Some interesting insights from this episode: While he's passionate about magic and one of the greatest magicians ever, at heart he is a storyteller. He is a multidimensional entertainer. His role models growing up weren't other magicians but actors and dancers like Gene Kelly and Fred Astaire. And storytellers like Walt Disney. He likes to make audiences feel something in the heart, not just a challenge in the brain. To this day he is inspired by a quote he read as a kid: “You're only as good as you dare to be bad.” You can't do something unique and special without taking some risks along the way. The formula for his success is summarized with his mantra: “Passion, preparation, and persistence.” He still has imposture syndrome at times which pushes him to continue to keep trying to perfect his craft. “Excellence is about nothing ever being finished. It's a process that never ends.”
