Welcome back to another episode of "Dishing with Stephanies Dish," where today's conversation centers on love, food, and the evolution of a dynamic partnership. Stephanie is joined by the charismatic duo, Randy and Katherine Feltes, the creative minds behind @KatherineWants. This episode delves into their unique journey through life's intertwined paths of romance and culinary passion. From serendipitously reconnecting after years apart, to building a family and launching their new "Ultimate Date Night Cookbook," they share how their love for food enriches their relationship and social media community (follow them on TikTok! @Katherinewants) and shope their cute merch at @Katherinewantshsop Tune in to hear about their adventures in the restaurant business, their vibrant social media presence, and their candid insights on balancing career, creativity, and family life. Whether you're looking for inspiration in the kitchen or in your personal relationships, this episode is sure to serve up a hearty helping of both. Here is a recipe they shared from the “Katherine Wants: The Ultimate Date Night Cookbook” for the ultimate Sea ScallopsSEARED SEA SCALLOPS with CELERIAC PUREE and CRISPY GUANCIALE 2 SERVINGS • PREP TIME: 10 MINUTES • COOK TIME: 12 MINUTESIngredientsCELERIAC PUREE (MAKES 2 CUPS)1 small (8- to 12-ounce) celeriac (aka celery root), peeled and diced1 apple, peeled and diced2 cups milk1 clove garlic, halved2 tablespoons unsalted butter 1 teaspoon kosher saltScallops3 ounces guanciale or pancetta, cut into matchsticks (about 1 cup)6 dry-packed sea scallops (U10/20 size), “feet” removed1 teaspoon kosher salt1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil 1 tablespoon pine nuts, toasted⅛ teaspoon ground black pepperInstructions1. Make the celeriac puree: Put all the ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a gentle simmer, then cover and continue to simmer for about 10 minutes. When the celeriac is tender, transfer the contents of the pan to a blender and puree until smooth. Adjust the seasoning if needed.2. Place the guanciale in a small frying pan along with a splash of water. Over medium heat, render the fat as the water evaporates. Continue cooking until the desired crispness, then remove with a slotted spoon and set aside.3. Preheat a 12-inch cast-iron frying pan over medium heat.4. Meanwhile, dry off the scallops on some paper towels and season with the salt.5. When the pan is very hot, pour in the olive oil. You'll know the oil is hot enough if it smokes a little. Gently place the scallops in the hot oil and do not touch until a crust appears on the bottom edge, 2 to 3 minutes. Give a flip and repeat. Remove to a plate and let rest for 2 minutes.6. To serve, spoon ¼ cup of the celeriac puree into a small pasta bowl and top with three scallops and half of the crispy guanciale. Garnish with half of the toasted pine nuts and pepper. Repeat to make a second serving.Note:To get a proper sear on your scallops, make sure you dry them very well with a paper towel and have your pan good and hot.

L'histoire me semble déjà passionnante.

Then had a few years at Faversham Town until aged sixteen he fell out of love with football and girls became the big thing in his life. For the last ten years' Ben's life went on around the youth at Whitstable Town; primarily because of his son's desire to play local football. AUGUST 8 2021: Belmont Banter Episode 74 Gary Carter…the Official podcast of Whitstable Town F.C. This week we have Gary Carter who is the youth team manager for the Whitstable Town U13 Boys with us on Belmont Banter as we learn about Gary's family involvement with the club and I do mean ‘the whole Carter family'. It started after his career in local and Sunday football came to an end but he felt he had to give back to the game he loves. Like a lot of fathers with football mad son's he took Archie to a youth training session where then coming up for eight decided he wanted to play football at Whitstable. As son Archie's interest grew Gary became more and more involved in Whitstable's Youth section and was offered the opportunity to take his coaching badges. He started with the same group of boys that Archie was with; beginning with the U8's through to today where Gary runs the girls U12's and boys U13's. This led to him becoming involved with the first team after the youth section merged with the main club which now boasts 27 teams from youth to senior (and counting). His wife Mandy is the registration secretary for the junior club responsible for almost twenty girls and boy's teams in the youth section. Daughter Abbey who manages the girls U10'has also just started ‘shadowing' the club's physio Alice at training and on match days as she has chosen sports science and sports phycology as her career. It really is a family affair. Podcasts from Belmont Banter, if you have any questions regarding Belmont Banter… Contact us: questions@whitstabletownfc.club Can't Find Belmont Banter? Welcome to Drone World, the drone podcast by Coptrz! In this inspection and surveying mash-up, our industry experts George Burne and James Pick uncover the game-changing applications for the Matrice 300 RTK. With a catalogue of payloads to choose from it's no surprise that this is hotly becoming the go-to UAV for organisations around the world. Our experts discuss the sensors like the PhaseOne P3, DJI P1 and the U10, and how these integrations can be used in the real world. George and James also cover how Plowman Craven uses drones to survey rail lines, how one small automobile parts business increased their productivity using drones to deliver spare vehicle parts, and how Michael Jordan uses drones to deliver beer at his private golf course. George says, "I saw a video of Michael Jordan's golf course, and he is doing drone deliveries of beers, spare balls, whatever it is you need by drone! dropped it just off the tee box, left the box where it was, they went in, grabbed whatever they needed, and I think in this case it was two six-packs of beers and the drone then flew off... There are places up in the north of England who are also doing that on some of their sites for the likes of camping because it's that exciting futuristic element that is needed to set them apart from their competition." To hear this and many more exciting uses of drone technology across the inspection and surveying sectors, tune in to this episode of Drone World.

On today's show, Jeremy welcomed on Minnesota Thunder Academy Boys Director Mark Yueill. PARTIAL INTERVIEW TRANSCRIPT What's your initial reaction to Caden's first week in MLS? Holy Cow. What a dream start. Caden took the opportunity and ran with it. He just knocked it out of the park with his first two games. He looked comfortable out there. He wasn't intimidated, he didn't get rid of the ball just to get rid of the ball, he didn't run around like ‘oh my gosh, I don't know what I'm doing'. He played, and that I was very impressed with. He scored some fabulous and very important goals, but he also contributed to defending, he played both sides of the ball, he helped contribute in possession. I think Red Bulls is actually a great fit for him in terms of their style. While I was super impressed, I was also like ‘Yeah, he's always had the ability to change a game and to help his team'. Super proud of him. How old was Caden when he joined MTA? Caden did such a nice thing for us. When he first started playing for Red Bulls II, he and my son Jackson participated in a Zoom call with our Juniors Program, and to promote that he sent a picture of him playing either U10 or U11 soccer. He had the MTA kit on, long hair - longer than he has now, big bandana. It was cool to see what a young Caden looked like and what he's grown into now. So he started with us at a very young age with what was our Minnesota Thunder West program at the time. How long after Caden started with you did you start to realize his potential? I was coaching the younger teams, I believe U14s, at the time. Caden was born in 2003 but he played up with the combined ‘01-'02 age group. One of those ‘02's was Mikwelle Akale's brother Mosango, who's also playing professionally in Cyprus now. He signed an U19 youth contract, spent a week with Papos FC, and they loaned him out to a 2nd division club right away, so he made a big jump up. So Caden was on that team. The thing that occurred to me, and it took a number of games to get to that point, was that whenever Caden was in the game we didn't lose. He didn't score the winning goal, he wasn't the main guy out there, but he was just a piece to the puzzle that helped us be very successful. The team at the time, we were participating both in USDA and MYSA. We won State Cup and went on to regionals. Soliterally that team that Caden was on went straight from the Summer Development Academy Showcase in Frisco, Texas and we flew directly from there to Indiana to participate in regionals, where we actually lost in the semifinals. Caden was younger than everyone on that team but just as important as anyone on that team. What's an underrated aspect of his game that hasn't been featured yet on the national stage? His mentality. His parents are fantastic, they run a fitness company. Caden has a drive and desire to work very hard in all situations, and then the mentality of ‘I'm never going to quit. I'm going to grind. I'm going to dig it. I'm going to push myself throughout everything.' Whether it's a top ranked opponent or a lowe opponent, he doesn't change that at all. So his mentality is fantastic, and he works very hard. People talk a lot about the gifted athletes in the world, whether it's Lebron James, Michael Jordan, Lionel Messi, or Christiano Ronaldo. One of the common things they have not only is a god given ability but it's their work rate. Their willingness to train as often as possible, even when noone else is willing to train them. Caden has that piece also. So that's the mentality part of it that he has, that kind of X-Factor of ‘I'm going to work my tail off and improve on everything. Mental side, physical side, tactical side, technical side. With Caden moving to RB Leipzig in Bundesliga in two years, and the league's pedigree for molding American talent, what's the ceiling for Caden? I don't see anything stopping him now. Obviously, he's got the...

Und in diesem Sinne - Alex Müller, es tut mir leid - over and out!
This week we're tackling a rough soccer mockumentary funded by a quaint seaside English town to boost tourism–It's small-scale propaganda that would make United Passions proud. In My English Soccer Adventure, USWNT star Keeley Jones heads to Newhaven FC for an odd footy-exchange program that pairs her with a U10 manager that's more Cretin than Clough. ----more---- Show Notes: 0:00:00 Welcome to Episode 17 0:01:36 Film Introduction 0:04:00 Discussion 0:24:15 Footy Flicks 0:27:33 Trivia: Season 2 Round 5 0:37:55 Matchday Matinee Table Follow us on Twitter at @MatchdayMatinee! In Episode 19 of the Referee Mentor podcast, Rodrigo & Jordan breakdown what to do prior to a game or tournament. It doesn't matter if you are refereeing U10 or a professional match, preparing for your game is crucial to having success on the field. Tune in for this week's tips & tricks.
In this episode, I dive into what I believe from an overview standpoint should be taught at U11 (ASSUMING) that the players have been taught correctly at the U9 and U10 age groups. This will be their first year of 9v9 and another major adjustment will be needed to prepare to play possession and quality football from the start as all other teams will utilize kickball. Players need to be introduced to the 15 technical elements recommended at U11.
In this episode, I break down U10 and what I believe is the critical developmental structure players at this age group need including maximum repetitions of 1v1 play and technique! There are 30 technical elements that must be introduced at this age group. Listen to learn. :)

The Lil dude won the U10 parallel Solomon race at Alpine Meadows a couple of weeks ago that featured nearly 100 boys... As much as I preach process and talk about the insignificance of results we oftentimes have no control over, it was pretty f*ing cool to see him standing on the top shelf with that big ass grin on his face and his Northstar teammates all fired up... Bam Bam Biscuit's sister, Sissy Small Fry was in 3rd place out of about 70 girls after the first run and then blew out trying to win it in her 2nd run. She was disqualified and a bit shaken up, but I couldn't have been more proud of her FULL SEND approach... With one kid on the top of the podium and the other standing off to the side after a gnarly wipeout, parenting isn't always that easy.

Last weekend I had two teams in a tournament in Omaha. We travel with our teams that are U10 and above at least once a season. It’s a great way to see some new competition, in a new environment. The fields were grass as opposed to the turf fields that we normally play on. They...
Coaching Soccer Weekly: Methods, Trends, Techniques and Tactics from WORLD CLASS COACHING
I’m working with five different teams this year, U9 boys, U10 boys, U11 girls, U13 boys and U16 girls. That may seem like too many teams but I’m able to schedule the practices easily since we have lighted fields and the league and tournament scheduler does a great job making sure I don’t have any...
ParentingAces - The Junior Tennis and College Tennis Podcast
Two-time Australian Open Champion, Johan Kriek, has been working hard for the past several years to change how we train junior tennis players here in the US. Last year, he moved his academy from Charlotte, NC down to the PGA National Resort & Spa in Palm Beach Gardens, FL in order to maximize the opportunity for young players to train and learn. This summer, Johan is partnering with Ten-Pro Global's Junior Tour to offer the Kriek Cup, an age-group tournament for players age U10 through U16 August 13-19, 2017. Players can register to compete in their own age group PLUS one age group up to maximize the number of matches played with a minimum of 4 matches guaranteed to each player. On-court coaching is allowed during the set breaks. Johan's academy is also offering a special training camp the week prior to the tournament to help players adapt to the clay and to the South Florida heat and humidity. Per the press release from the Johan Kriek Tennis Academy: All highly talented junior tennis players around the world are invited to participate in the KRIEK CUP USA International Junior Tournament organized by TEN-PRO Global Junior Tour. The tournament which takes place at PGA National Resort & Spa, Palm Beach Gardens, Florida during school vacation, August 13 through 19, 2017 gives the perfect possibility to combine a holiday with World top junior tournament and also promises participants an enjoyable stay at the beautiful and sunny Florida resort. This tournament is part of a very successful series that is being played at the world's most prestigious tennis academies such as the Rafa Nadal Tennis Academy, Kim Clijsters Academy and the Mouratoglou Tennis Academy. The Johan Kriek Tennis Academy is the first and only academy in the US to host this event. The tournaments results are counted by UTR (Universal Tennis Rating) and will be played in separate competitions in each age category at the same time (U9), U10, U11, U12, U13, U14, U15, U16. As part of the packages embedded in this great tournament, four matches are guaranteed per person with new coaching on court. Johan Kriek and the Johan Kriek Tennis Academy team will also conduct a Kriek Cup Preparatory Camp right before the tournament. For more information on the camp visit https://www.johankriektennis.com/kriek-cup-tennis-camp For more information on the Kriek Cup, go to https://www.johankriektennis.com/events/kriek-cup-2017-this-august/ Registration is still open for both Sol Schwartz #SaveCollegeTennis All-In Tournaments. “Beast-Mode” is a phrase to describe someone that athletically “gets after it” every time they get the ball in a practice or a game. Well, there’s no one I know that epitomizes that more than my son’s soccer coach, Sasha Andrews. She’s played world-class level soccer globally for over 15 years, and by the forces of luck and nature for me, my son, and the other kids she coaches, has settled here in Los Angeles. When you see a photograph of her on or off the field, you also immediately know why the phrase Beauty and the Beast couldn’t be more apropos. A member of the Canadian national soccer team for over thirteen years, Sasha has as much experience in world-class women's soccer — between national games, the World Cup, and the Olympics — as almost anyone else in the world. She’s been a defender her entire career and is nicknamed the “Gentle Giant.” Sasha was the middle child of seven, and her siblings were all brothers. She quickly learned to play hard just to keep up. It’s no wonder she eventually became a dominating professional athlete. In her own words, “I didn’t even know I was a girl for the longest time.” As a teenager, she ranked nationally in both basketball and soccer, eventually having to make a choice between the two — a tough decision for a teenager. At nineteen, she made her debut for the Canadian National Team. She continues to play professionally today for the Santa Clarita Blue Heat, but most of her time is spent working with kids. She coaches a boys U10 and U12 club team, and teaches elementary and middle school PE. In this episode we talk about: Growing up as an athlete - family, pressures, time, schedule, homework, brothers The devastating loss of one of her brothers at age 34 Life as a professional athlete Competing for a spot and staying on the Canadian National Team for thirteen years The 24 hours before a big game - physical and mental preparation What it’s like to collide full-on with Abby Wambach “Legs up” the day before a game Superstitions and habits Providing feedback and supporting teammates - on and off the field Friendships, relationships, and connection with others Enjoy!

Last week reviewed the possible formations for teams playing 7 v 7. My focus was on U9 and U10 teams but I received an email from Bryan, a coach in Maryland, who coaches a U15 girls team. He found the episode useful for his team even though they play 11 v 11 but they usually play 7 v...
