Was du in dieser Folge mitnimmst: Warum 30 Pflanzen pro Woche deine Darmgesundheit revolutionieren. Gesundheit beginnt innen. SUPERGIRL MOVIE REVIEW – Greg Alba and Roxy Striar give their out-of-theater reaction to Supergirl (2026), directed by Craig Gillespie. This new DC Universe installment brings Kara Zor-El, Superman, Ruthie, Lobo, and Krypto the Superdog into a cosmic space adventure where a young girl seeks revenge against a psychotic villain after her family is killed. In this spoiler-free review, Greg and Roxy break down their wildly clashing final scores, Millie Alcock's phenomenal performance as Supergirl, David Corenswet's perfectly utilized role as Superman, Jason Momoa's fun but polarizing casting as Lobo, the incredible practical alien creature makeup effects, the young actress playing Ruthie holding her own, the pacing of the red sun storyline, why the villain Creme fell flat compared to the graphic novel, the movie's tight 1-hour-47-minute runtime, the melancholic tone of the soundtrack, and whether this film successfully builds James Gunn's new DCU despite a major, highly divisive ending change. If you're into Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow, the new DCU, comic book movie reviews, graphic novel adaptations, Superman, space adventures, practical movie effects, and stories about sibling-like bonds, grief, and heroism, this one definitely gives a lot to talk about — and make sure you watch until the middle to see a wild group of fans completely surprise and disrupt our theater shoot! -Click http://kalshi.com/r/rejects to check out the Avengers/Hulk market yourself, and get $10 when you trade $10 with code rejects. Gather close, dear listeners…and heed the warning in my voice, for such tales are not spun without consequence. This week on the Scary Spirits Podcast, we mark the fateful anniversary of the 1956 horror classic The Werewolf, first unveiled to unsuspecting audiences on June 13th—a night when shadows grew longer, and mankind's fragile hold over the beast within was tested. Join your guides, Karen and Greg, as they walk the haunted path of this classic werewolf film, exploring its eerie atmosphere, tragic transformation, and the age-old curse that binds man to monster. But beware…their journey is not taken empty-handed. As the moon rises, they partake in a hauntingly crafted “Wolfsbane Serum” cocktail, a potion inspired by ancient remedies whispered among villagers and seers—said to ward off the beast…or perhaps awaken it. Sip along if you dare, as they unravel the film's chilling legacy, its place in vintage horror cinema, and the enduring fascination with werewolf mythology that still grips us today. For remember, my friends…when the wolfbane blooms and the moon is full, even the most innocent soul may not escape the call. Listen now…before the curse finds you. Wolfsbane Serum Cocktail • 1 1/2 oz creme de violette• 1/4 oz lime juice• club soda Instructions: In a mixing glass combine Creme de Violette and lime juice over ice. Stir. Strain into glass filled with fresh ice. Top with club soda. Garnish with lime if desired. Source: 2geekswhoeat.com A Brief Synopsis: A mild mannered amnesiac named Duncan Marsh is transformed into a murderous beast after two rogue doctors inject him with an experimental radiation serum following a car crash. On the run in a snowy mountain town he struggles with his violent uncontrollable transformations. Some of the topics discussed and highlights of this episode include: Karen gives us a brief history of the jukebox. Dr. Karen tells us about amnesia. We get a history of the megaphone.

Stewart Copeland is so much more than the drummer from The Police. Over the decades he's been in numerous bands, scored films and tv series, written operas, performed with orchestras and engaged folks on his speaking tours. He's lived around the world and toured it as well, while being part of some of the most memorable songs and videos in the early MTV era. As The Wolf and Action Jackson are (grown?) children of the MTV generation, we fulfilled our lifelong dream of speaking with the gregarious American member of our first favorite rock band. Stewart's articulate and energetic personality shines as he talks about his opportunity to play the opening ceremonies of the Paralympic Games in Italy. He regales with stories of when Andy entered the picture and made his life easier while Summers presence meant Sting finally had someone to give his songs the proper harmonies he'd been looking for. Though we loved those Godley & Creme videos from Synchronicity, he said all three of them were completely miserable during the whole experience. But he also talks about finding his love for making music again by working with Francis Ford Coppola while creating movie scores. The long prep with orchestras to perform Police - Deranged for Orchestra shows that he still has a great work ethic (and we look forward to reviewing that performance soon) and he loves the laughs he gets from his Have I Said Too Much speaking tours. His unbridled passion and enthusiasm are evident throughout the interview which two lifelong fans hope you enjoy as much as we did. Ben once again published the wrong file yesterday. Matthew & Bob are having an emergency meeting to discuss. In the meantime here's the actual episode we recorded! It's like they don't like what we have or something. The brothers ponder the lack of trades and the news that it's not for a lack of trying. Then Matthew gives a quiz and accuses Ben of failing it. For the record here is Ben's recollection of how he did on the quiz:#1: Correct, because even though I said the wrong answer I knew what the right answer was but didn't want to say it. I also get credit for getting question 1-B right. So at this point I had a score of 200%#2: Wrong, but because I was at 200%, I'm still at %100.#3: Correct. %150#4: Correct. I'm not sure what the percentage is now, but I'm still acing this test.#5: Wrong. No one gets this one right. Stupid question.#6: Correct. I'm killing it.#7: Correct. I'm a stud.#8: Wrong. I don't want the listeners to feel bad, so I answer another incorrectly. Also, I didn't know the answer.#9: Correct. We cheated on this one because Matthew thought I was doing poorly, because he doesn't listen.#10: Correct.#11: Correct.#12: Wrong. Enrique Pequeno should have been the answer.#13: Correct.#14: Wrong. On the cocktail side of things Matthew is drinking a Final Ward while Ben is drinking a Tribute. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.Tribute1/2 oz Cognac1 tsp Creme de Violette3 1/2 oz Brut champagne/sparkling wineSpray or rinse a chilled flute glass with the creme de violette. Stir the congac with ice and strain into the flute. Top with the sparkling wine.
There's a whole narrative right now that “vibe coding is a bubble” and all the MRR from AI-built apps isn't real.In this episode, we chat with Jacob Klug, founder of the agency Creme, which specializes in building lovable MVPs on top of tools like Lovable and AI coding assistants. Jacob makes the case that most of the “AI apps are trash” discourse is really a skill issue, not a tool issue—and he breaks down the exact process his team uses to ship full platform-level apps in two-week sprints. We dig into how to scope and design software that doesn't look AI-generated, how to think about personal operating systems vs. SaaS, why ideas are getting worse even as tools get better, and how creators and agencies can turn niche domain expertise into real products. If you're an operator, marketer, or founder trying to figure out how to actually use AI coding tools (instead of just tweeting about them), this one's for you.GuestJacob Klug — founder of Creme, an agency building “lovable MVPs” and full-stack products with Lovable + AI tools; helps founders, startups & enterprises ship production apps in weeks without sacrificing UX.Guest LinksWebsite: https://www.creme.digital/LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/jacob-klug-37b254156/X (Twitter): https://x.com/JacobsklugWhat You'll LearnWhy the “vibe coding is a bubble” take is mostly a skill and discipline problemHow Jacob's agency ships full startup-grade products using Lovable and AIThe PRD-first formula they use before ever opening a builderHow to decide when to build vs. when to buy software in 2025Why we're entering a wave of personal OSes and custom internal toolsHow to avoid shipping janky AI UI and make your app look intentionally designedThe mindset shift from “I could build anything” → “I will build this one specific thing”Why specializing in one AI tool (Lovable, Cursor, n8n, etc.) beats being “the AI guy”Tactical content and lead-gen plays for agencies on LinkedIn and YouTubeHow to learn AI tooling without getting paralyzed by the infinite possibilitiesTimestamps00:00 — Vibe coding: bubble or breakthrough?02:23 — Effective use of no-code tools05:23 — Stack and scoping for MVP development07:08 — Trends in personal software development10:33 — Personal projects: blood work analysis tool13:00 — Steps to start building custom software17:49 — Successful and unsuccessful product categories21:01 — Learning and adopting AI tools27:45 — Creator collaboration in software development32:14 — Lead generation strategies for AI-powered agenciesKey Topics & Ideas1.
