Numerology is a whole language. A full-blown cosmic dialect that the Universe uses to communicate with us messages of love, guidance, support, shock, and more. There's angel numbers; little messages that show up through digits in daily life. Then there's your life path number: a beacon of light to highlight your best qualities. And also there's the energy grid: the map that helps illustrate your areas of empahsis in this lifetime. We go through all of these things in this episode! Mielle is the advanced numerologist joining us today to blow our minds with the magic of numbers. She is the host of the Energy of the Untamed Heart podcast, and gladly shares herself and her knowledge with us. I've been waiting to do an episode dedicated to numerology for a long time. This episode turned out to be a true deep dive and does not disappoint. So I hope you stay tuned till the end! Exclusive UNCUT version of this episode available for members ➡ https://spirituallyinspired.co/membership ✨ CONNECT WITH MIELLE OF THE ENERGY OF THE UNTAMED HEART PODCAST:https://www.instagram.com/miellefox/ https://www.facebook.com/groups/foxdenenergetics https://open.spotify.com/show/7IekCr1BwwrfchrCABjszH

Your words shape your reality. Define your words, define your reality with much more clarity. The Universe responds to clarity! If you're not clear on your own definitions, you might miss the fact that you've already manifested what you asked for. Or you won't recognize it when it arrives. When you say you want abundance, what does that mean to you? When you want freedom, what does it look like? When you want love, how do you feel it?This is a podcast episode where Mielle from the Energy of the Untamed Heart podcast and myself have a whole conversation about navigating your manifestation practices with clarity and intention. Manifesting can be SO easy if you have just a bit of a framework to guide you. Which I'm happy to divulge to all who want it–stay tuned! ✨ CONNECT WITH MIELLE OF THE ENERGY OF THE UNTAMED HEART PODCAST:https://www.foxdenenergetics.com/ https://open.spotify.com/show/7IekCr1BwwrfchrCABjszH

Natacha Nelson's journey has been one of resilience and determination. In college, she faced the disappointment of not making any sports teams and struggled to find her identity as a mixed-race individual. Battling addiction, she eventually left. Not too shortly after, a moment of realization pushed her to make major changes. Working tirelessly in multiple restaurants, Natacha decided to return to a junior college to pursue her dream of going into the medical space. Starting with anatomy and physiology classes, she gradually worked her way up, eventually becoming a chiropractor and running her own business, specializing in working with athletes. Despite the challenges and setbacks, Natacha's unwavering spirit led her to achieve her goals and serve as a testament to the power of perseverance. On making effective, lasting changes, Natasha approaches it in a unique way. She states, 'When it comes to whether it's food or exercise, most people say, 'okay, I'm going to give up all these foods' or 'exercise every day' or whatever . . . and they make it too big. When it comes to food for example, I always ask what is it that you can add into your diet (or lifestyle) first? Adding a fruit, a vegetable, more water, better sleep." Some key moments:  Struggle with identity, addiction, and determination lead to success. Personal trajectory, triggers, partying, mental health acceptance. Exercise used for stress relief and motivation. Her 8-week course helps people recognize and address triggers. Love learning, connecting, and communicating with others. Freedom, entrepreneurship, trade-offs, flexibility, connection, balance. A few key takeaways:  Natacha shares her journey of resilience and overcoming challenges. From struggling in college to getting into the medical field, to running her own business, her story highlights the power of determination and self-belief. The importance of sharing our stories and being open about our struggles is a recurring theme in this episode. Natacha discusses how she initially hesitated to share her full story with others but eventually became comfortable in her own skin. This allowed her to share experiences without any shame or embarrassment, which led to her writing a book and creating a course to help others. Natacha's course, "The Untamed Heart," is an eight-week program that can be done at one's own pace online. Additionally, she offers live sessions where participants can interact with her and other group members, providing a more intimate learning experience. The shift in societal attitudes towards mental health is also highlighted. Natacha points out that there is now more acceptance and understanding when it comes to discussing mental health issues, which creates an environment where people feel more comfortable seeking help and support. Hollywood filmmaking peaked in 1993 when actor turned director Tony Bill and stuntman Tom Sierchio teamed up to give America the love story they had been waiting for since the birth of cinema: one in which a small town waitress with terrible taste in men settles for the mentally impaired dishwasher with the heart of a baboon who follows her home and watches her sleep. That's right, there is a real movie called “Untamed Heart” in which Christian Slater plays a stalker/dishwasher/ferocious readr who is convinced that he has the heart of a baboon. It also co-stars the great Marisa Tomei and Rosie Perez and it was actually released in theaters the same year Tomei won her Oscar for "My Cousin Vinny."
This week, we're joined by film professor and return guest Macy Todd, to discuss the bonkers tale of doomed lovers, alongside the criminally underrated Meg Ryan/Matthew Broderick rom-com “Addicted to Love.” Directed by a more prominent actor turned director, Griffin Dunne, “Addicted to Love” was too insidious of a romance for Hollywood and critics in the 90s, but we're here to give it a second life. "Addicted to Love" is streaming on HBOMax and "Untamed Heart" is available to rent on VUDU.

In the Envelope: An Awards Podcast

You may be surprised to learn the confident, charismatic Rosie Perez still gets nervous on set. “Everybody gets nervous,” says the actor, dancer-choreographer, and activist. “Not everyone admits it.” As she explains in great detail to her fellow artists, persevering in the entertainment industry means taking one's craft seriously, overpreparing yet staying flexible, and learning how to rise above or even use nervousness—“finding the champion spirit within those butterflies.” Rosie has become an icon in her hometown of Brooklyn and beyond, since dancing on “Soul Train,” breaking out in Spike Lee's “Do the Right Thing,” and earning Emmy nominations for directing and choreographing “In Living Color.” She's starred on Broadway, scored an Academy Award nomination for “Fearless,” and turned in memorable onscreen roles over the years: from “White Men Can't Jump,” “Untamed Heart,” and “The Counselor” to “The Take,” “Pineapple Express,” “Bounty Hunters,” “Rise,” “Birds of Prey,” and more. She's now up for her first Primetime Emmy Award for acting, as Megan Briscoe on HBO Max's comedy “The Flight Attendant.” Check out producer-star Kaley Cuoco's cover story here: https://bit.ly/3xpgi9o --- Backstage has been the #1 resource for actors and talent-seekers for 60 years. Melodic Treks: A Star Trek Music Podcast

Star Trek VI and Cliff Eidelman. One of the youngest composers to score a feature film, Cliff Eidelman was only 22 when he wrote for Magdalene. Since then, he has amassed an impressive body of work—from film to concert hall. He has written a number of scores including Triumph of the Spirit (1989), Christopher Columbus: The Discovery (1992), Crazy People (1990), Untamed Heart (1992), Leap of Faith (1992), Now and Then (1995), If These Walls Could Talk (1996), Witness Protection (1999), An American Rhapsody (2001), Ocean Men: Extreme Dive (2001), The Sisterhood Of The Traveling Pants (2005), Open Window (2006), and Big Miracle (2012), which was Eidelman’s fifth collaboration with director Ken Kwapis.
