The Alex & Annie: The Real Women of Vacation Rentals podcast is an incredible resource for anyone interested in short-term rentals. Hosted by Alex and Annie, this podcast offers a great education on a variety of topics related to the vacation rental industry. I discovered this podcast after meeting Annie at the Vacation Rental Manager's Association Executive Summit, and I have been hooked ever since.

One of the best aspects of this podcast is the wide range of topics covered. Alex and Annie bring on experienced guests who share their knowledge and insights, providing listeners with valuable information about the industry. Whether you are a host, investor, or someone interested in learning more about short-term rentals, this podcast has something for everyone. The conversations are engaging and informative, and I have learned more in a month from listening to this podcast than I did on my own over the course of a decade in the industry.

Another great aspect is the comfortable and casual nature of the podcast. Listening to Alex and Annie feels like sitting down with friends for a conversation. Their easy rapport with each other and their guests creates an inviting atmosphere that makes it enjoyable to listen to. It's like having a couple of pals talk about all the same things I'm interested in professionally, which makes it even more relatable.

However, one potential downside is that sometimes there may be too much focus on specific topics related to short-term rentals. While this is excellent for those deeply involved in the industry, casual listeners may find themselves wanting more variety in subject matter. It would be beneficial if there were episodes that occasionally explored related fields or industries to provide a broader perspective.

In conclusion, The Alex & Annie: The Real Women of Vacation Rentals podcast is an absolute must-listen for anyone interested in short-term rentals. With its informative content, engaging conversations, and knowledgeable guests, it offers a wealth of information for hosts, investors, and anyone else involved in the industry. If you are looking for a great podcast that combines education and entertainment, I highly recommend giving this one a listen.
