    Karen Sack is a co-founder and Executive Director of the Ocean Risk and Resilience Action Alliance (ORRAA), a unique multi-sector collaboration between the private sector, governments, and civil society designed to build resilience in regions and communities most vulnerable to ocean risk. This involves pioneering finance and insurance products that incentivize investment in nature-based solutions. Previously, she served as CEO of Ocean Unite, a non-profit co-founded in 2015 by herself, Sir Richard Branson, and former Costa Rican President José María Figueres. The organization aimed to engage impactful voices at key moments to catalyze ocean conservation action around 30x30. Before that, she held the position of Senior Director for International Oceans at The Pew Charitable Trusts, where she initiated the Global Ocean Commission. Karen has also led Greenpeace International's Political & Business Unit and their international oceans campaign. Her global campaigns include efforts to secure a new high-seas biodiversity treaty, establish large marine reserves and sanctuaries, reform the EU's Common Fisheries Policy, end illegal fishing and high-seas bottom trawling, and drive political and policy action to protect marine species.     In 2005, Dr. St John made history as the first Barbadian Chief Medical Officer of Barbados. She went on to represent Barbados on the Executive Board of the World Health Organization (WHO) and later became the first person from the Caribbean to Chair the Executive Board from 2012 to 2013. Her remarkable journey continued as she assumed the role of Assistant Director General at the WHO HQ, overseeing the Climate and Other Determinants of Health portfolio. During this time, she successfully completed the initial phase of the Climate Change and Health SIDS Initiative. In July 2019, Dr. St John took up the position of Executive Director at the Caribbean Public Health Agency (CARPHA). CARPHA played a vital role in leading the regional public health response to the COVID-19 pandemic in CARICOM. Dr. St John's exemplary leadership resulted in her participating in over 400 speaking engagements focused on COVID-19.     Halla Tómasdóttir is the CEO of The B Team, a global collective of business and civil society leaders catalyzing a better way of doing business for people and the planet.     Kelly Tomblin is the President and CEO of El Paso Electric Company and the leader of multiple key initiatives including the development of a newly envisioned strategic plan, smart metering and automated system technology, transportation electrification, and electric vehicle infrastructure deployment, as well as tripling the utility's renewable energy portfolio. Under Ms. Tomblin's leadership, EPE has created a bold plan that is committed to 80% carbon-free energy by 2035 and the pursuit of 100% decarbonization by 2045.   She brings over 30 years of experience in the energy industry and has worked worldwide, including in Jamaica's Public Sector.     Raya Salter is an attorney, consultant, educator, and clean energy law and policy expert with a focus on energy and climate justice. She is the founder of the Energy Justice Law and Policy Center and a member of the New York State Climate Action Council, the body that developed New York's plan to implement its nation-leading climate law.    She is an environmental justice advisor to the House Oversight Committee and the House Natural Resources Committee and has testified twice before congress about environmental justice and big oil misinformation.   Raya is an adjunct professor of law at Cardozo Law School and has written widely on energy policy. Her book "Energy Justice, Domestic and International Perspectives" was released by Edward Elgar in 2018.    Raya was named one of the "Energy and the Environment Power 100" by City and State New York Magazine in 2020 and 2021. In 2021 she was honored by New York Lawyers for the Public Interest with the Fishman Access to Justice Award and named a "Climate Hero" by the Human Impacts Institute in 2019.
