1) Zunächst: Licht first. Schlechte Ausleuchtung killt Vertrauen. Praxis: 5-Minuten-Generalprobe.

This week, I sat down with Lisa Nielsen, Senior Digital Marketing Manager at Victoria Beckham, to talk about what brand building looks like behind the scenes at a luxury fashion house and why customer experience is more than a post-purchase email. We get into the real impact of handwritten notes (yes, real ink and paper), how to bring humanity into high-pressure digital roles, and why text marketing isn't just for scrappy DTC brands anymore.Lisa also shares her take on lifecycle strategy in luxury, why empathy matters in leadership, and how VB is experimenting with resale, sustainability, and segmented CX all without losing brand integrity. If you've ever wondered how to scale without losing soul, or how to make your retention strategy feel more personal than automated, this one's for you.
Hour 1 launches with Marc dissecting Victor Davis Hanson's explosive interview, exposing how deep state actors—from intel agencies to corporate media—colluded for years to sabotage Trump, in what Marc calls the biggest political scandal since Watergate. Then, the focus turns to the Breonna Taylor case and the sentencing of former officer Brett Hankison. Marc slams the DOJ for pursuing jail time just to appease the woke mob and urges Trump to consider a pardon. In Kim on a Whim, Kim tackles the Spirit Airlines “booty shorts” controversy, sparking laughs and debate over public decency, personal responsibility, and why we even weigh luggage but not passengers. The hour wraps with a critical look at Fed Chair Jerome Powell, rumors of his resignation, and whether Biden's economic team is intentionally tanking the economy to prevent another Trump boom.
Today's episode brings the heat with four stories of chaotic workplaces and epic comebacks. First, a toxic restaurant runs on the backs of two overworked teens until one is fired and the other walks out, triggering total collapse. Then, a church elder demands more “holy” outfits, so OP delivers... literally. Next, a college worker takes malicious compliance to the register when their manager enforces a strict break time. And finally, a pharma worker locks themselves in an airlock after being told to "just do it" without proper training, leading to hours of awkward silence with the boss.Submit your own stories to KarmaStoriesPod@gmail.com.Karma Stories is available on all major Podcasting Platforms and on YouTube under the @KarmaStoriesPodcast handle. This episode of Wisdom from the Wardrobe, the team laces up a lively conversation that's equal parts style, semantics, and sole searching. Inspired by a real-life footwear fiasco, where a journalist was denied entry to a private members club for breakfast for wearing “sneakers” she swears they weren't sneakers and her outfit was elevated. We're diving feet-first into the fashionable gray area of what actually counts as a sneaker in today's style landscape. Are those minimalist leather kicks gym shoes in disguise? Can designer trainers moonlight as dress shoes? And why do some establishments still act like sneakers are the style equivalent of showing up in flip-flops? From the gym floor to the runway, the hosts untangle the evolution of sneakers, from their rubber-soled roots to their high-fashion reinventions. Expect plenty of laughs, spirited debate, and hot takes on everything from restaurant dress codes to why some sneakers might just be more polished than your average pair of Oxfords. As always, we're serving up practical styling tips, sneaky (pun intended) fashion faux pas to avoid, and fresh ideas on how to elevate your sneaker game, without getting turned away at the door. Oh, and before we step into all that…Bec drops an eyebrow-raising, poop-tastic “in the news” segment that's about decluttering using the “poop theory”, and let's just say, things get messy in the best possible way. Whether you're a sneakerhead or a style skeptic, this episode is a must-listen for anyone who's ever wondered if their footwear is too casual, or just misunderstood
