James Franco, Loomis performs the worst National Anthem ever, Kate Cassidy's TikToks, and Drew's Triple Threat Weekend. Drew is partying hard with the Triple Threat Trio today. So, that's what it feels like to have fun watching college football?!? This week, the 4DT guys return to discuss a full team, all three phases, four quarter, rude welcoming of new B1G-member, the Washington Huskies. With 40 points scored by the offense, plenty of positives to talk about, including discussions about seven straight scoring drives, comparing RB greats, and analyzing why the Tim Lester seems to be clicking in such a short amount of time (particularly when compared to the struggles faced in 2012). Finally, Brian and Zach turn their attention to the MSU Spartans as the Hawks travel to East Lansing as nearly a touchdown favorite. You can download and subscribe to the Hawkeye 4DT Podcast on iTunes, Spotify, Pocket Casts, and all of your favorite podcast services. You can connect with Brian and Zach on Twitter (@Hawkeye4DT) and Facebook (@Hawkeye4DT). #HawkeyeFootball #GoHawks

The Final Four Is Not On The Schedule - A Michigan State Basketball Podcast.
May 31, 2023: On the cusp of the deadline to withdraw from the NBA draft and maintain your eligibility, MSU guards Jaden Akins and AJ Hoggard both announced they will return for the 2023-24 MSU Spartans season. Their return brings a lot of experience, talent, production, and potential upside assuming Akins plays the entire year without injury. Coupling their return with Hall and Walker taking their COVID years and a top 6 recruiting class, and Michigan State is set for very successful year. The biggest questions with the return of the two players is how are the minutes going to get delegated? We are unlikely to see 35+ minutes from any of the starters as we did last year. Also, it seems to go without mention that it should look like a more typical MSU team with a faster pace and a reemphasis towards running and rebounding. At this way too early to know time of the preseason it is reasonable to think just about anything is on the table for expectations with this team. Are you looking for Spartan gear? There's only one place to go to get your MSU T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts — Nudge Printing. (https://www.nudgeprinting.com) Nudge is owned and operated by Gabe and Brittany, two MSU alums. The business is operated out of Michigan and screen prints super high quality products. They also have a large assortment of apparel for other schools as well as stickers for your wall, car, or computer. You can also buy our merchandise to sport around town where all the sales proceeds go to support the show. If you have a home in Michigan you know the importance of clearing water efficiently away from your home off the roof. Unfortunately, the outdoor beauty of Michigan means you have to deal with leaves and debris that pile up in your gutters. Sometimes, those gutters also can't keep up with the rain or leave puddles by your foundation. If you live in the Grand Rapids area (Muskegon to Saugatuck to Rockford to Lowell) contact Kurt Stauffer at the Brothers that Just Do Gutters. (https://www.brothersgutters.com/grand-rapids-mi/). If you're anywhere in the metro Detroit area the Brothers have you covered too! (https://www.brothersgutters.com/metro-detroit-mi/). They are real professionals who will clean, repair, or replace your gutters and protect your home quickly and efficiently with friendly service. Mention Final Four to get 10% off your gutter work. The Final Four Is Not On The Schedule - A Michigan State Basketball Podcast.
April 10, 2023: In a move that has been telegraphed for a few months now, senior guard Tyson Walker has elected to return for his "COVID Senior" season and will complete his college career on the 2023-24 MSU Spartans. There has been speculation for a few weeks now especially that Tyson would play another season with Michigan State and that he will be joined by Malik Hall. Malik has not officially declared his intention to stay but every indication at the time of this recording was that he was going to return. Of note for Hall is that he had surgery on his foot, presumably to repair the stress reaction that plagued his the majority of last season and probably led to a dropoff in his outside shooting. Fortunately, surgery so early in the off season should give him plenty of time to return to game shape for the summer and prepare for his final season with MSU. During the episode we discuss the somewhat clogged nature of the roster but how it could potentially work out to be an enormous strength for the team. Will we see a different offensive philosophy? How do the Freshmen fit into the equation? It's all here in this episode. Are you looking for Spartan gear? After more than 10 months, it was good for the Hawkeye 4DT guys to finally talk about a win! Brian and Zach dive right in this week to Iowa's 49-7 dominating performance against the MSU Spartans. Lots of positivity in second down, but even in the excitement of the win, there are still some concerning trends that the guys look at in the 3rd down. Was Saturday a mirage or the beginning of momentum for Iowa in 2020? Tune in and find out what 4DT thinks about that question and more as they look ahead to Friday night‘s matchup against the Minnesota Golden Gophers in the battle for Floyd! Ryan McCumber calls into talk about the upcoming 2018 MSU Spartans football season
When Urbania football star Kevin Oshea is tasked with coaching a pee-wee football team, his brother Danny and niece Becky decide to start their own competing team to challenge Kevin’s for the right to represent Urbania in the pee-wee football league. Joe welcomes his brother Keith Sanders back to the show to discuss Little Giants! They get into how rememberable the film is, badass nicknames, the gender myth, darker WB kids movies, the weirdly conservative 90s, meeting your heroes, evil opponents in sports movies, old men puppet masters, no imagination, stupid bets, deadbeat parents, and feats of strength.
