Eigentlich wollte anredo nur seinen Tesla sauber zurückgeben, stattdessen landet er am Freitagabend in der Notaufnahme. Während BastiMasti an der Tankstelle als Influencer versagt, wird nebenbei noch der ESC-Vorentscheid seziert und der große Jubiläums-Livestream geplant. Endlich endet das Leasing von anredos Raumschiff. Eigentlich wollte der Ex-Elon-Musk-Fan seinen Tesla medienwirksam in den Rhein fahren. Stattdessen landete anredo am Freitagabend in der Notaufnahme. Mit pochendem Finger, durchgeblutetem Verband und der festen Überzeugung, dass das zumindest eine gute Podcast-Story wird. Wie genau der Tesla ihn dahin gebracht hat? Sagen wir so: Es hatte mit Putzen zu tun. Und mit einer sehr, sehr schlechten Idee. Während anredo noch über Blutverdünner, Hausarztlügen und seine Handy-Nummer nachdenkt, sitzt BastiMasti entspannt im Frühling. Sonne auf dem Bauch, Depression offiziell abgemeldet, bereit für neue Kreuzworträtsel und Café-Vibes. Aber auch er hat geliefert: Tankstellen-Fremdscham mit seinem Cabrio, ein 16-Jähriger, dem man unbedingt imponieren wollte, und die spontane Berufsbezeichnung Influencer. Dazu ein Nussriegel, der dramatisch zu Boden geht. Kino. In der Notaufnahme trifft anredo derweil auf ein Ensemble, das wirkt wie ein Theaterstück mit sehr speziellen Nebenrollen. Er selbst fühlt sich zwischen Platzwunde, Tropf und Wartezimmerdrama plötzlich erstaunlich klein. Am Ende gibt's einen überraschenden Eingriff und genug Adrenalin für eine Woche. BastiMasti hat am Wochenende das Deutsche ESC-Finale verpasst. Natürlich hat sich Ex-TV-Kritiker anredo das Spektakel live gegeben und Sarah Engels‘ Feuer-Auftritt bis ins kleinste Detail unter die Lupe genommen. Gemeinsam analysieren die beiden die Bühne, die Dramaturgie und die fehlenden halbnackten Tänzer mit der Ernsthaftigkeit von ARD-Intendanten auf Abwegen. Nora Burns, a keynote speaker and researcher, went undercover for over 350 interviews across industries to reveal broken hiring practices. Her research shows many companies conduct interviews like it's 1983—asking irrelevant questions, being unprepared, and favoring men even in female-dominated roles. As founder of The Leadership Experts, Nora helps companies redesign hiring and onboarding by focusing on candidates' potential and removing bias.
