Today we have a special treat. We have back with us (after way too long of a break) one of our favorite guests Dr. Maximillian Zart from the Healthiest You Chiropractic Center and Crossfit Strongsville in Strongsville Ohio.   I wanted to get Dr. Max back on the show as there are huge things going on at the Healthiest You Chiropractic Center and Crossfit Strongsville. A few years ago Dr. Max decided to look at a different space to move into to help him expand his clinic and the gym. He bought a building to move into and started renovating it to meet their needs. The new building is 22,500 square feet with approximately 7,000 of that being space for the gym. This is a huge expansion from their previous spaces of 2,500 square feet for the clinic and 2,300 square feet for the gym. The Healthiest You Chiropractic Center is now the largest chiropractic clinic in northeast Ohio and was opened in April of 2022.   Dr. Max and his wife Chrissy have also purchased Crossfit Strongsville from the previous owners. When they moved into the new space they also merged with Strong Tower Fitness. The new space is setup very well and I'm personally excited to see where they go in the next couple of years.   Dr. Max attended Baldwin Wallace University where he graduated Suma Cum Laude with a degree in chemistry. Dr. Max furthered his studies at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Florida where he graduated valedictorian of his class with a Doctor of Chiropractic Degree.   You can make an appointment to see Dr. Max at his office located at 12608 Alameda Dr. Strongsville, Ohio 44149. Or call the office at 440-238-3338. Visit THYCHIRO.com to find out more about his practice. He is by far the best chiropractor I have been to. Everyone I send to him says the same thing. You won't regret it.   If you're interested in getting back into shape and are looking for a gym with a great atmosphere check out Crossfit Strongsville located at 12608 Alameda Dr. Strongsville, Ohio 44149. She developed a plan and chose, at that time, to learn all she could about Islam.  She has read over sixty books on the subject and has come to love and respect the people who follow Mohamad.  She has visited Egypt, Jordan, Israel and Palestine in her quest to know and understand the people and their devotion to Islam.  Mary is devoted to learning throughout her life, and although Islam may not be on the front burner right now, she continues to study and grow. She has been the Chair of several boards and served on many prestigious committees. She says women in their sixties most definitely can go back to school and not only keep up, but do better than the general student population, because they have had rich life experiences and are not worried about dating, roommates and all the other things that occupy the minds of 20 somethings.  Mary tells listeners to just “Go for it!”

LET'S STAY IN TOUCH!Instagram: @thedirtyalchemyFacebook: http://facebook.com/thedirtyalchemyWeb: http://thedirtyalchemy.com SHOW NOTESAstrology is about so much more than just your birth chart. It’s about all the cosmic energies that influence every aspect of your daily life, including your business. What are the keys to using astrology to make your business a success? How can you plan your big business decisions so that they’ll be supported by the cosmic energy? And what actions can we all take as business owners to ensure that our business evolves with us as a powerful spiritual practice? On this week’s episode, Sam is joined by CEO and founder of Astrology Hub, Amanda ‘Pua’ Walsh, who shares her journey as an entrepreneur and a deeply spiritual person whose business changes the lives of thousands of people for the better.“The more we infuse who we are and what we stand for in our work, the more the people that resonate with that vibration are able to benefit from us.” – Amanda ‘Pua’ WalshThings We Learned From This Episode1. Sometimes, it takes a major shift to help us realize what’s truly important to us.It can be easy to get sucked into the ebb and flow of ordinary life without stopping to think about what we truly want — until a major shift happens. After a significant life change, we’re often asked to look inward and find out what’s really important to us. Where do you want to be spending your time and energy? Are you leaving behind the legacy you want to create? Big shifts bring introspection, and with that comes clarity. We become more in touch with what we actually care about and value, to find order in the chaos and meaning in what is happening in our lives.2. Spiritual businesses need a balance of energies to succeed. It’s easy to get sucked into having a business that’s either completely yin, based on intuition and flow, or completely yang, based on logic and data. To have a successful business, we need to trust in the universe to bring us what we need and have a set structure and boundaries. As Amanda explains, you first need to know what the script looks like for a successful business, and then after you’ve learned the choreography you can discover how to flow within it. 3. How to balance the energies of the planets and bring their energy to your business. Each planet is a key to unlocking new insight into yourself and your business. And whatever you want to bring more of into your life — introspection, pleasure, fire, communication — there is planetary energy to help you get there. Bring the moon into your business by taking time to be introspective. Commune with Mercury before you write an email or do a podcast to make sure your message is coming through clearly. If you need a spark of energy to get stuff done, talk to Mars for visionary focus. And of course Jupiter and Saturn, the planets of expanding and pulling back, can strike a powerful balance to ensure your best ideas are always advancing but not getting out of hand.4. How to use astrological weather in your businessThe astrological weather is all about timing. It’s basically a weather report for what energies will be present at a certain time. The universe is always moving - think of it like a celestial clock. Understanding this timing is helpful as a business owner because you can time your big decisions to coincide with the astrological weather. It’s a means of influence, another datapoint to help you understand how you can time your business decisions. And we always have a choice about how we’re going to dance with that cosmic energy. 5. What a Spiritual CEO teaches her daughters about entrepreneurshipBeing a boss is about more than just telling people what to do. It’s about showing up every day in the way you want the rest of your team to show up. Amanda takes her daughters along for the ride on every aspect of what goes on with Astrology Hub, from teaching them about launches/opens to reading them emails and showing them the numbers behind the scenes. Her daughters are always included in the conversation — and sometimes they even give their own advice!6. Advice for business owners who are just starting out Ready to take your first step toward having a successful business where you’re working less and more effectively? Amanda’s advice: Learn to play. Get in the ocean with a bougie board and ride the waves like a kid. Play board games with your kids. Put on a quick song and have a dance party! Think about what makes you feel playful now — or what made you feel playful as a kid. In those moments of rejuvenation and pleasure, your best ideas will come. And your life will become much more rich. When you bring that playfulness into your work, your audience will sense it and love you so much more.Guest BioAmanda ‘Pua’ Walsh, M.S., is the CEO and Founder of Astrology Hub, an online platform for astrological guidance and education reaching over 90,000 astrology lovers worldwide. Jenn Foster and Melanie Johnson speak with True Tamplin about his book Raising an Executive: Igniting Your Son’s Inner Executive To Outperform His Peers and Continue Your Legacy.   At age 13, True’s father, Ken Tamplin was offered to be the lead singer for Journey. Despite desperately needing the money, the 5-year touring contract was too great a sacrifice. He turned the offer down, and now True has checked every box an executive would want for his son: giving his grad speech, covering The Daily Pilot, garnering a full-ride to his school of choice, maintaining Suma Cum Laude 4.0 GPA, marrying the girl of his dreams, running a successful Analytics and Online Marketing company, and writing an Amazon #1 Bestseller, all by the age of 22. True is utterly convinced that none of his early successes would have come had his father accepted the Journey contract. Now True’s story has become his plea to fight for executives to spend more time with their sons. True has gone on to become a CEO coach and has created the Raising An Executive mentorship program for their sons to one day outdo their fathers.

Today we have a special treat. We have back with us one of our favorite guests Dr. Maximillian Zart and a first time guest Dr. Lucas Summers. Both of them are from the Healthiest You Chiropractic Center in Strongsville Ohio. Today we have two doctor's of Chiropractic Care Professionals to discuss a podcast from Joe Rogan and Yvette D'Entremont called Chiropractors are Bullshit. On their podcast Joe and Yvette talked a lot about the origins of Chiropractic Care, which seems a little shady to say the least. They didn't have too many good things to say about Chiropractic Care. On our podcast we discussed the Chiropractors are BS podcast and some of the points they brought up on the show. Hopefully we were able to show a different side of the argument so people can make up their own minds whether Chiropractic Care is something that would benefit them or not. Dr. Max attended Baldwin Wallace University where he graduated Suma Cum Laude with a degree in chemistry. Dr. Max furthered his studies at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Florida where he graduated valedictorian of his class with a Doctor of Chiropractic Degree. Dr. Lucas attended Miami University and graduated with a bachelors degree in Kinesiology. Then Dr. Lucas went to the Parker College of Chiropractic in Dallas Texas. He graduated Cum Laude with a Doctor of Chiropractic Degree. You can make an appointment to see Dr. Max at his office located at 15247 Pearl Rd. Strongsville, Ohio 44136. Or call the office at 440-238-3338. Visit THYCHIRO.com to find out more about his practice. He is by far the best chiropractor I have been to. Everyone I send to him says the same thing. My guest today is my friend and chiropractor Dr. Maximillian Zart of the Healthiest You Chiropractic Center located in Strongsville Ohio. Dr. Max was born in Northeast Ohio but moved to the Florida Keys early in life. He spent most of his youth in the Keys until Hurricane George struck and his family moved back up north. Max attended Baldwin Wallace University where he graduated Suma Cum Laude with a degree in chemistry. Dr. Max furthered his studies at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Florida where he graduated valedictorian of his class with a Doctor of Chiropractic Degree. Dr. Max also has a Fascial Movement Taping I & II certification through RockTape. When not at work or the gym Dr. Max enjoys bass fishing, baseball, tabletop gaming and spending time with his beautiful family. Dr. Max is also heavily involved in playing the bass guitar. Dr. Max is also a very accomplished powerlifter in the 100% RAW Powerlifting Federation. But I think he enjoys coaching his powerlifting team more than lifting himself. During this episode Dr. Max and I talked about his background and how he grew up. But I have to admit we are not very good at staying on topic. We talked about a bunch of different topics including the 2016 US presidential election between Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton. Dr. Max did his best to stay neutral and be politically correct, but I may have gotten a little excited about the whole thing and went on a rant. I don't normally get the chance to talk to Dr. Max for so long uninterrupted. It was nice to have such a fun conversation with him. Dr. Max has been a huge help in me getting the podcast started. He has been involved since the beginning and wanted to be a sponsor of the show. We will be picking his brain in future episodes about chiropractic care, recovery and all things lifting. You can make an appointment to see Dr. Max at his office located at 15247 Pearl Rd. Strongsville, Ohio 44136. Or call the office at 440-238-3338. Founder of Gainesville Holistic Health Center Co-Founder, Whole-Listic Children’s Foundation and Hospital Chairman of Research, Sacro Occipital Research Society International Stéphane Provencher’s earliest memories resounded with cries of pain and discomfort. Massively obese and bullied throughout childhood, he knew one thing for certain; he was not normal. “By the time my parents divorced, it was clear that any personal road map I might have developed was shattered, my destiny was a vague memory wrapped in the solitude of despair. It was years later, after leaving school and traveling to Europe, after reading The Alchemist that I discovered my limiting beliefs were no more than an illusion. I began to ask Who am I? Why am I here? Stéphane was now free to recall how his gift for intuiting where in their bodies’ people held pain, enabled him to feel what they were feeling and help heal their emotional wounds. This awareness guided his dedicated studies and career in chiropractic as he began to understand how the intertwined relationship of the body, mind, and spirit worked together. For Stéphane, learning how emotions—not purely physical ailments—cause 90% of all pain and dis-ease, was not as much revelatory as confirmatory. The staggering realization that emitting or sending frequencies of love can restore proper balance forever changed Stéphane Provencher’s life and the lives of those he serves. “I am 100% clear that I am a vehicle. My commitment and passion is to guide as many as possible to wellness through self-love and knowledge. I invite you to initiate your own extraordinary journey of the soul.” Dr. Provencher’s dream from a young age to unite a multi-faceted model of health care in one place is underway and coming to fruition with the building of the Whole-Listic Children’s Hospital.
