Episode 9 plunges into the darkest chapter of the Victoria Peak saga, a chilling period between 1955 and 1963 when the United States military transformed from guardian to thief. Based entirely on the exhaustive, decades-long research of investigative author John Clarence (the pen name of Jack Staley), this episode details the heartbreaking aftermath of Ova Noss's forcible eviction from the Hembrillo Basin. With the claim site now officially a restricted military zone, the Army's actions turned vicious—Ova's beloved horses were left to die in their corral, and her rock house camp was shot to pieces. The family was effectively exiled, but the mountain's secrets could not be contained. The narrative takes a staggering turn in February 1958 when active-duty Air Force personnel, Captain Leonard Fiege and Airman Thomas Berlette, accidentally rediscovered the exact treasure chambers Doc Noss had found 20 years prior. Crawling into a hidden cavern, they were met with stacks of crude gold bars piled like cordwood, ancient artifacts, and the remains of numerous human skeletons. Their astonishing find was later validated when both men easily passed formal military polygraph examinations. However, their attempts to secure a legal claim through official channels only alerted corrupt military brass to the exact location of the unimaginable fortune. With the treasure exposed, the vault guards officially became the robbers. Under the command of Major General John G. Shinkle, the military orchestrated massive, top-secret extractions in the early 1960s, pulling bullion out under the cover of night using chain-gang style operations. To conceal these brazen thefts, the Army sponsored a sham, tightly controlled civilian excavation in 1963, only to deliberately censor the archaeologists' final report. Military officials wiped out all seismic evidence of the caverns and eyewitness accounts of prior military digs, creating a fraudulent public document to support their narrative that the gold was entirely a myth. The episode concludes with a chilling cascade of violence and a heartbreaking missed opportunity. On November 22, 1963, Ova Noss was waiting in a Denver hotel for a scheduled meeting with President John F. Kennedy, who intended to finally resolve her legal ownership of the gold—a meeting that was tragically canceled by his assassination in Dallas. What followed was a grim era of relentless surveillance, death threats, and a string of brutal murders linked to the stolen gold. Tune in to hear how patriotism became a cover for unchecked greed. Episode 4 propels us into a chaotic twelve-year period from 1937 to 1949, where the Noss family's dream of extracting the Victoria Peak treasure begins to violently unravel. Based entirely on the exhaustive, decades-long research of investigative author John Clarence (the pen name of Jack Staley), this episode details how the formidable obstacles of World War II, a sprawling military expansion, and Milton "Doc" Noss's own personal demons collided to seal the mountain's riches tighter than a government vault.Desperate for capital following the devastating 1939 shaft collapse, Doc formed the Cheyenne Mining Company, unknowingly appointing a venomous Secret Service informant named Merl Horesman to his inner circle. Matters worsened in November 1940 when a second reckless dynamite charge triggered a massive landslide, completely entombing the gold. As the Noss workforce marched off to fight in WWII, the U.S. Army swallowed up the desolate Hembrillo Basin to create the White Sands Proving Ground. In a truly surreal moment of history, Doc and Ova Noss found themselves barred from their own claim by soldiers just in time to witness the Trinity atomic blast on July 16, 1945—literally standing as spectators at the dawn of the nuclear age while their treasure slipped into military hands.Fearing imminent government confiscation, a deeply paranoid Doc scattered 110 gold bars—weighing roughly 4,000 pounds—across over a dozen secret desert caches. Drifting and desperate, he partnered with a Texas businessman named Charlie Ryan in late 1948. Together, they concocted an elaborate scheme to smuggle the bullion into Old Mexico aboard a surplus DC-3 aircraft, even clearing a secret runway under the guise of a lead and silver mining operation. But the joint venture quickly turned lethal when Doc overheard Ryan plotting to double-cross him and fly the fortune out alone.Tune in to hear how this treacherous web of betrayal set the stage for a frantic, midnight race to dig up and re-hide the gold, leading Doc directly toward a deadly confrontation. Episode 5 takes us deeper into the post-WWII era, where personal betrayal and unprecedented military expansion collide to choke the Noss family's access to the gold. Based entirely on the exhaustive, decades-long research of investigative author John Clarence (the pen name of Jack Staley), this episode explores Milton "Doc" Noss's spiraling paranoia and his prolonged absences from Victoria Peak. In a shocking maneuver, Doc secretly annulled his marriage to Ova in an Arkansas court in October 1945 and later married another woman, a decision that plunged the Cheyenne Mining Company—and the legal rights to the treasure itself—into a chaotic battle for control. While the Noss family fractured from within, the U.S. Army transformed from a neighboring presence into an occupying force. In a truly surreal twist of history, the military utilized the newly formed White Sands Proving Ground to host Operation Paperclip, a top-secret initiative that brought 350 Nazi scientists and captured V-2 rocket components to the New Mexico desert. Even more astonishing are the allegations that stolen Holocaust loot and Nazi gold were covertly brought to the United States under this classified cover and hidden within the very same cave systems as the Noss treasure. As the military initiated condemnation proceedings to seize exclusive possession of the land, a defiant Ova Noss stepped up to legally secure the family's claim, successfully reorganizing the company and filing renewals in her own name. Meanwhile, a drifting and financially desperate Doc formed a fateful partnership with a Texas businessman named Charlie Ryan in late 1948. What began as a front for a lead and silver mining operation was actually an elaborate scheme to smuggle the Victoria Peak gold into Old Mexico using a surplus DC-3 aircraft. However, this volatile alliance quickly soured as Doc's erratic behavior, heavy drinking, and history of swindling pushed Ryan to his breaking point.Tune in to hear how this intricate web of secret marriages, military takeovers, and dangerous smuggling plots set the perfect stage for Doc's tragic demise. In Episode 6, the simmering tensions between Milton "Doc" Noss and his double-crossing partner, Charlie Ryan, finally boil over into a deadly 48-hour window. Based on the exhaustive, decades-long research of investigative author John Clarence (the pen name of Jack Staley), this gripping episode breaks down the frantic, minute-by-minute events of March 4th and 5th, 1949. The chaos begins with a tragic airplane crash at Victoria Peak involving Doc's stepson, Marvin Beckwith, which provides Doc with the perfect cover to slip away from Ryan's watchful eyes without raising suspicion.Knowing that Ryan was planning to steal 110 gold bars and fly them to Mexico without him, Doc seized this momentary distraction to act. Under the cover of a freezing desert night, he enlisted the help of a rodeo cowboy named Tony Jolly. Together, they embarked on a frantic midnight operation, digging up roughly 4,000 pounds of crude gold bullion and scrambling to re-bury the 110 bars across several new, secret caches. By dawn, the gold was safely hidden from Ryan, but Doc had unknowingly set the stage for his own demise. The climax of the episode arrives at noon on March 5th in Hatch, New Mexico. Furious that the gold was missing, Ryan marched Doc into a rented house at gunpoint. Following a chaotic scuffle where Doc shoved a table into Ryan and attempted to flee toward his truck, Ryan shot the unarmed Doc Noss just below his right eye, killing him instantly against his front bumper. With that single gunshot, the man who held the keys to the greatest treasure in North American history was silenced forever.Adding insult to fatal injury, the episode concludes with the staggering mockery of justice that followed. Listeners will be stunned to learn that both the presiding judge and the defense attorney in Ryan's murder trial were actually secret investors in Doc's mining company—a glaring conflict of interest that ultimately allowed Ryan to walk away a free man, despite the testimony of five eyewitnesses who watched him shoot a fleeing man. Tune in to hear the tragic final hours of Doc Noss. Episode 7 picks up in the immediate, chaotic aftermath of Milton "Doc" Noss's tragic murder on March 5, 1949. Based entirely on the exhaustive, decades-long research of investigative author John Clarence (the pen name of Jack Staley), this episode shifts the focus to his steadfast wife, Ova Noss, who is left to face a bitter, multi-front war for the Victoria Peak treasure. While Doc's double-crossing killer managed to walk free despite the testimony of five eyewitnesses, Ova soon found herself staring down an even more formidable nemesis: the United States government. Before she could even properly grieve, Ova was plunged into a vicious probate battle. The legal proceedings revealed a shocking secret: Doc had covertly annulled their marriage in an Arkansas court in 1945 and married another woman named Violet. Navigating this heartbreaking personal betrayal, Ova made a brilliant legal pivot on the advice of her attorneys, asserting her rights not merely as a widow, but as the legal co-discoverer of the 1937 treasure. Meanwhile, the probate inventory exposed the terrifying reach of federal authorities, listing seized maps, documents, and dozens of gold bars that had already been confiscated by the Secret Service and the Denver Mint.Refusing to surrender her claim, Ova doubled down on the physical extraction of the gold. She hired contractors to carve a drivable road up the rugged mountain and engineered a new "lower Noss shaft" to bypass the catastrophic 1939 cave-in. But as she inched closer to regaining access to the fabled treasure rooms, the U.S. Army's presence at the White Sands Proving Ground morphed into a hostile occupation. Under the command of Brigadier General George Eddy, the military initiated condemnation proceedings, dismissed Ova's valid state permits, and explicitly threatened Ova and her daughter that they would be "shot on sight" if they returned to the peak.Surrounded by treacherous former partners conspiring to steal her lease and a military apparatus determined to lock her out of her own fortune, Ova stood as a lone David against an impossible Goliath. Tune in to hear how this resilient woman fought to keep her family's massive discovery alive in the face of insurmountable corruption. Episode 8 escalates the bitter war between Ova Noss and the United States military from bureaucratic red tape into outright hostility. Based entirely on the exhaustive, decades-long research of investigative author John Clarence (the pen name of Jack Staley), this episode details how the U.S. Army systematically dismantled Ova's physical access to Victoria Peak. Under the command of Brigadier General George Eddy—who openly displayed a map of the treasure site in his office and explicitly threatened that Ova and her daughter would be "shot on sight" if they returned—the military transformed from a neighboring installation into a hostile occupying force. The climax of this David versus Goliath struggle arrives on July 23, 1955. Despite holding valid state prospecting permits that were not set to expire for another three months, Ova and her excavation crew were forcibly ejected from the Hembrillo Basin without any due process of law. The timing was agonizing, as Ova's crew had just uncovered a diagnostic sign carved into the lower shaft and believed they were only feet away from the treasure. Upon a brief, permitted return to the site shortly after the eviction, the family discovered a heartbreaking and gruesome scene: the military had padlocked their excavated shafts, shot their rock house camp full of bullet holes, and left Ova's beloved horses dead and bloated inside their corral. To survive this onslaught, Ova relied on a complex legal loophole and a dedicated group of allies. While the federal government had condemned the surface of the land to expand the White Sands Proving Ground, the state of New Mexico legally retained the subsurface mineral rights. With the help of loyal contractors, proxy filers, supportive U.S. Senators, and New Mexico Land Commissioner Guy Shepard, Ova managed to keep her legal claim alive on paper. Yet, she found herself fighting a multi-front war, battling not only the Army's brute force and corrupt local politicians, but also facing devastating allegations that her own sons had secretly sold her out for million-dollar payoffs.Tune in to hear how the tragic 1955 eviction officially transitioned Victoria Peak from a private family mining claim into a restricted military vault, perfectly setting the stage for the massive, top-secret government thefts to come. Join me in the greatest wander yet on JFK The Enduring Secret. In one of the most unlikely of story tells, we explore an extraordinary event that crosses a path with President Kennedy and more importantly, with Lyndon Johnson too. To understand it's meaning, you must understand it's context. And so, I'm pleased to announce that our explosive new mini-series uncovering the greatest treasure discovery—and the greatest theft—in North American history will begin tonight. Be patient on this wander, and you will discover an equally extraordinary story that will both entertain and challenge your thinking related and especially as it relates to President Lyndon Johnson. This entire series is based on the extensive, decades-long research done by John Clarence (the pen name of Jack Staley), who compiled the definitive and most exhaustively documented account of the Victorio Peak treasure ever assembled. Hidden in plain sight since the 1930s, this saga evolves from a humble family's desert treasure hunt into a dark, true story of unchecked greed, military overreach, and presidential corruption. We bring it to life in podcast form. In early 1937, Milton "Doc" and Ova Noss stumbled upon an unimaginable fortune hidden inside a New Mexico mountain, discovering a cavern filled with stacks of crude gold bars, ancient artifacts, and chilling secrets. But as Ova once warned, "where gold goes, blood flows". The first nine episodes of this series chronicle the Noss family's triumphs and tragedies, culminating in a freezing March night in 1949 when a desperate Doc Noss scrambled to rebury 110 gold bars across the desert. That desperate gamble ultimately resulted in his murder the very next morning at the hands of his double-crossing partner. However, Doc's murder was just the beginning of the conspiracy. After World War II, the U.S. military swallowed the land to build the White Sands Missile Range, forcibly evicting Ova Noss and orchestrating top-secret extractions of the gold under the guise of national security. Uniquely intersecting with our ongoing podcast focus, this saga will eventually reveal how this massive theft reached the highest office in the land, heavily implicating Presidents Lyndon Johnson and Richard Nixon, while casting JFK as a surprising ally to the Noss family. Step inside Victoria Peak before we release the first nine episodes TONIGHT, and be sure to listen to find out how you can secure a rare, signed copy of John Clarence's Gold House trilogy by contacting Jeff Crudele directly at podcastjfk@gmail.com.
Welcome to the Prelude episode of our explosive investigation into the Victoria Peak treasure—the site of one of the most shocking and massive crimes in American history. Based entirely on the exhaustive, decades-long research of investigative author John Clarence (the pen name of Jack Staley), this series uncovers a conspiracy of unchecked greed and military overreach that stretches far beyond the deserts of New Mexico. It is a story where the very government sworn to protect its citizens became modern-day tomb raiders, ultimately implicating U.S. Presidents Lyndon B. Johnson and Richard Nixon in the theft of billions of dollars in gold bullion. To understand the scale of this monumental heist, we must begin with the original discoverers. In early 1937, Milton "Doc" Noss and his wife Ova unearthed a staggering fortune hidden deep inside Victoria Peak. This forgotten warehouse of history contained crude gold bars piled like cordwood, ancient artifacts, and human skeletons chained to the cavern walls. But as Ova ominously warned, "where gold goes, blood flows". Doc was tragically murdered by his business partner in 1949, and by 1955, the U.S. military forcibly evicted Ova from her legal mining claim, absorbing the land into the highly secure White Sands Missile Range. With the Noss family locked out, the vault guards became the robbers. This prelude outlines the staggering scale of the ensuing government thefts. You'll hear how Major General John G. Shinkle orchestrated covert military extractions in the early 1960s, how Lyndon Johnson allegedly masterminded an international money-laundering operation to steal 257 tons of gold using a remote Mexican ranch and B-24 bombers, and how Richard Nixon sanctioned the theft of another 36.5 tons to manage the unfolding Watergate crisis.Tune in to discover how this breathtaking conspiracy was hidden through falsified reports, political whitewashing, and sheer violence, leaving the Noss family to fight for their rightful claim for generations. Following our prelude, Episode 2 steps back into the dust bowl era to explore the origins of our protagonists, Milton "Doc" Noss and his steadfast wife, Ova "Babe" Noss. Based on the exhaustively documented, decades-long research of investigative author John Clarence (the pen name of Jack Staley), this episode delves into Doc's complex past as a part-Cheyenne foot doctor whose lifelong obsession with treasure was sparked by a childhood encounter with the Apache chief Geronimo and a crude, ancient map received from a patient. Before the monumental find at Victoria Peak, Doc and Ova successfully unearthed a sizable cache of gold and artifacts in the Caballo Mountains in early 1937. However, their early pursuits were overshadowed by Doc's struggles with alcohol and his proximity to the chilling "Caballo Gold Vanishing"—a 1935 unsolved double murder of two Illinois couples. Though Doc was cleared, the tragedy ensnared him in a relentless web of false accusations fueled by a bitter adversary, eventually forcing the couple to pivot their search to the desolate Hembrillo Basin. The climax of this episode arrives on November 7, 1937, when a routine deer hunting trip changed history forever. Seeking a better vantage point, Doc stumbled upon a hidden ventilation shaft matching his crude map, plunging deep into Victoria Peak. Descending into the treacherous, ancient caverns, Doc and Ova discovered a "forgotten warehouse of history" containing an estimated $22 million in crude gold bars piled like cordwood, conquistador artifacts, a gold crown, and the macabre remains of chained human skeletons. However, this unimaginable wealth instantly thrust the Noss family into a perilous legal minefield against the federal government, clashing with the Gold Reserve Act of 1934 and drawing the intense scrutiny of federal authorities. Tune in to experience the breathless moment of discovery that ignited a decades-long war for the gold. Following the monumental discovery detailed in our last episode, Episode 3 plunges deep into the treacherous caverns of Victoria Peak. Based entirely on the exhaustive, decades-long research of investigative author John Clarence (the pen name of Jack Staley), this episode chronicles the perilous efforts of Milton "Doc" and Ova Noss to extract their newfound fortune—and the intense paranoia that soon consumed them.Navigating broken ancient ladders and toxic, blistering bat guano, Doc slowly retrieved the first pieces of the horde in the spring of 1938. What he found was staggering: crude gold "cactus" bars piled like cordwood, a gold crown, ancient artifacts, and the chilling remains of chained human skeletons. But with unimaginable wealth came immediate danger. Rumors of the discovery triggered kidnapping threats that forced the family to temporarily flee to Gallup, New Mexico. Doc's extreme caution reached a fever pitch, fueled by the trauma of a prior kidnapping where his captors had savagely burned the bottoms of his feet attempting to extract the location of another gold cache. The situation turned catastrophic in 1939 with two devastating blows. In August, a hired engineer set off an excessive dynamite charge, causing a massive landslide that sealed the main treasure shaft under tons of rock. Desperate for capital to clear the debris, Doc took a massive gamble in the fall of 1939 by taking four or five gold bars to the Denver Mint. Though the bars were officially assayed at $97,000, the Mint confiscated the bullion and issued a "hold certificate," refusing to pay Doc unless he revealed the exact location of the remaining treasure. This brazen confiscation confirmed Doc's deepest fears that the federal government intended to seize his entire fortune. It thrust the Noss family into a perilous legal war against the Gold Reserve Act of 1934 and drew relentless, around-the-clock surveillance from both the Secret Service and the FBI. Tune in to hear how the dream of Victoria Peak quickly devolved into a nightmare of dynamite, deception, and government overreach. In the thrilling finale of our Merkers Mine series, we confront the uncomfortable arithmetic of the Third Reich's stolen wealth. While the Allies recovered an astonishing 250 tons of gold at Merkers, hundreds of millions of dollars in looted Nazi gold remain completely unaccounted for to this day. Could a portion of this missing fortune have ended up deep inside a desert mountain in southern New Mexico?. To answer this, we explore the highly secretive post-war world of Operation Paperclip, which brought former Nazi rocket scientists and hundreds of train cars filled with V2 rocket components from the exact same German region as the Merkers mine directly to the White Sands Missile Range. This massive, chaotic logistical operation may have provided the perfect Trojan horse to smuggle stolen wealth into the United States. We delve into the tantalizing, controversial theory that diverted Nazi bullion was shipped alongside the rocket parts, meticulously concealed in crates falsely labeled as Volkswagen engines that were calibrated to match the exact weight of a real engine. The destination for these mysterious crates was White Sands—the home of Victorio Peak, a mountain already famous for a legendary Spanish gold discovery made by Doc Noss years earlier. The historical anomalies surrounding this peak are impossible to ignore. When two airmen secretly entered Victorio Peak in 1958, they didn't describe finding crude, centuries-old Spanish colonial ingots; they reported seeing modern, smelted, brick-shaped gold bullion stacked in orderly, military-style pyramids. Tying this massive web together is a chilling final revelation: Leland Howard, the powerful U.S. Treasury official sent to Frankfurt to oversee the captured Merkers gold in 1945, is the exact same man who later orchestrated the military's top-secret excavations and the suppression of the Noss family claims at Victorio Peak. The prelude is now complete. Join us as we close the book on the Merkers Mine and prepare to step fully into the enduring mystery of the Noss Gold.
In this highly anticipated first episode of our new series, we hit pause on the Noss/Victorio Peak legal battles (episodes you have NOT heard yet) to ask a chilling question: What if some portion of the gold hidden inside that New Mexico mountain has a completely different, far darker origin? What if the mysterious bars found at Victorio Peak weren't Spanish colonial gold or Apache plunder, but stolen wealth from the ruins of the Third Reich? To understand this mind-bending possibility, we travel back to the dying days of World War II in Germany. Following the devastating Allied bombing of the Reichsbank in Berlin in February 1945, the Nazis frantically moved their remaining wealth—including the horrifying "Melmer" deliveries made up of property and dental gold systematically stripped from Holocaust victims—to a salt mine in the village of Merkers. There, 2,100 feet underground behind a three-foot-thick brick wall and a steel bank door, advancing American forces would soon discover over 8,198 bars of gold bullion, billions in currency, and priceless works of art stacked knee-high in the dark tunnels. But how does the greatest treasure discovery of World War II connect to the American Southwest? We explore the deeply secretive post-war era, drawing parallels to Operation Paperclip, which quietly moved German rocket scientists and V-2 equipment to the highly classified White Sands Missile Range in New Mexico—the exact location of Victorio Peak. As we examine the documented anomalies and missing records in the official accounting of the Merkers treasure, we lay out the chilling circumstantial case that a portion of this unimaginable wealth may have secretly arrived in the dead of night at White Sands sometime between 1945 and the early 1960's. Join us as we journey into the pitch-black tunnels of the Merkers mine to trace the official—and unofficial—path of the Nazi gold. Listen to our teaser posted just prior to Episode 1 in order to gain a better understanding of how this story begins to fit into the bigger picture of what we are about to bring to you at JFK The Enduring Secret
Welcome to your weekly UAS News Update, we have three stories for you this week, the Pentagon cites classified intelligence to oppose DJI's FCC petition, the FAA clears the military to use anti-drone lasers in U.S. airspace, and DJI officially teases the new Lito drone launch. Let's get to it. First up this week, the Department of Defense has officially filed a memo with the FCC opposing DJI's petition to be removed from the agency's Covered List. The Pentagon stated that their national security decision wasn't just based on public supply chain concerns, but actually relied on both classified and unclassified intelligence. They even submitted a classified document to Congress on April 3rd. DJI has been fighting this on three different legal fronts, including a Ninth Circuit petition and a D.C. Circuit appeal. But this classified intelligence creates a massive hurdle. How do you defend yourself against evidence you aren't allowed to see? Meanwhile, the FCC is pushing forward with new rules to support domestic drone manufacturing under the "Unleashing American Drone Dominance" initiative. They recently gave conditional approvals to four non-Chinese drone systems; all enterprise models. Next up, the FAA has officially given the U.S. military clearance to use high-energy anti-drone lasers in U.S. airspace. This comes after a tense two-month standoff that actually shut down commercial flights over the Texas-Mexico border twice. Back in February, Customs and Border Protection used a Pentagon-owned laser to target what turned out to be metallic balloons. The FAA immediately closed all airspace within a 10-nautical-mile radius of El Paso from the surface up to 18,000 feet. The White House eventually had to step in to lift the shutdown. Then, in a crazy friendly-fire incident on February 26th, soldiers used the same laser to shoot down a drone over Texas. It turns out, the drone belonged to CBP, and it reportedly cost about 30 million dollars! After these incidents, the FAA and Pentagon ran a live test at the White Sands Missile Range. During the test, a commercial aircraft drifted into the laser's tracking angle, and the system's automatic safety shutoff immediately powered the laser down before it could fire. Because of that successful safety feature, the FAA determined the lasers do not present an increased risk to the flying public. If you are flying manned or unmanned aircraft near the southern border, pay attention, because the FAA will be issuing an advisory about increased anti-drone laser activity. And finally this week, after months of leaks, DJI has officially teased a new drone launch for April 23rd. The teaser uses the tagline "Just Fly" and confirms the Lito name with hashtags for the DJI Lito and Lito X1. Now let's talk about the rumored specs. We are reportedly expecting two models, and we're thinking this will replace the Mini series as the entry level drone. The entry-level Lito 1 is reported to be a sub-250-gram drone with 22 gigabytes of internal storage and a price tag around $330. The higher-end Lito X1 is rumored to have 42 gigabytes of storage and cost around $759. Both drones are expected to feature multi-band connectivity across 2.4, 5.2, and 5.8 gigahertz, along with Wi-Fi 6. Flight times are rumored to be around 30 minutes on the standard battery, pushing up to 50 minutes with a heavier plus battery that will put you over that 250-gram limit. The Lito X1's FCC filing also mentions an "SDR Transmission 2 Transceiver," which has people speculating about O5-class transmission performance. Alright, that's it for this week, no Post Flight or Live, but if you're in the Lakeland Florida area, be sure to stop by Sun N Fun to meet the team on Saturday or Sunday! `https://dronexl.co/2026/04/11/faa-clears-military-use-anti-drone-lasers/https://dronexl.co/2026/04/11/pentagon-dod-classified-intelligence-dji-fcc-covered-list-opposition/https://dronexl.co/2026/04/14/dji-teases-lito-drone-launch-for-april-23/
In this episode, Kelly and Jay recount an extraordinary night at the International Remote Viewing Association conference in Cloudcroft, New Mexico—one that began as a simple group experiment in spoon bending and ended with a display of unexplained aerial activity over the nearby White Sands Missile Range. As dozens of participants focused their attention around a bonfire, cutlery softened and twisted in their hands—just as amber lights began moving across the desert sky in ways that defied conventional motion. The synchronicity between the two events raised unsettling questions about consciousness, matter, and the possible feedback loop between human intention and the phenomenon itself. Kelly and Jay examine that night moment by moment, reflecting on its implications for remote viewing, psychokinesis, and the broader study of anomalous events. Along the way, they discuss: The history of spoon bending and PK (psychokinesis) experiments, from Jack Houck's “PK parties” to government research programs. The atmosphere and experiments at the IRVA conference, including conversations with legendary remote viewers like Lyn Buchanan, Paul H. Smith, and Dale Graff The simultaneous UAP activity observed near White Sands and its uncanny timing with the group's collective experiment How belief, skepticism, and shared attention can shape reality—and why documenting the anomalous is never just about evidence, but about participation. This episode invites listeners to consider the possibility that consciousness is not a passive observer of the world—but an active participant in its unfolding. Shoot us a Text.Episode #1115: Ford's ready for its “Model T moment,” the Cybertruck heads to military testing, and Rivian turns EV charging into a Hamptons-style retreat.Show Notes with links:Ford is gearing up for a major EV push with plans to build a new generation of affordable electric vehicles, kicking off a pivotal new chapter that CEO Jim Farley has dubbed the company's “Model T moment.”The EV line will include a midsize pickup, set to launch in 2027 from Ford's Louisville Assembly Plant.Batteries will be supplied by Ford's upcoming $3B LFP (lithium ion phosphate) battery plant in Marshall, MI, creating 1,700 jobs. The Marshall project has faced controversy, construction pauses, and political scrutiny due to its partnership with Chinese battery giant CATL, but will move forward after securing tax credits. It will be the first U.S. EV battery plant to use LFP chemistry at scale—offering lower costs and better sustainability than traditional NMC batteries, though with less power and range.“Model e continues to make targeted investments where we have breakthrough innovation (next gen EVs), and a distinct advantage (LFP batteries)” said CEO Jim Farley.Elon Musk once pitched the Tesla Cybertruck as a military-ready, apocalypse-proof beast. Now, the U.S. Air Force has plans for it—just not quite the way he envisioned. The Air Force Test Center is requesting two Cybertrucks as part of a 33-vehicle target fleet at White Sands Missile Range.A military doc suggests adversaries might use Cybertrucks, which “have been found not to receive the normal extent of damage expected upon major impact.”The goal is to test precision-guided weapons against realistic, resilient targets. The government documents left a glowing review of the Cybertruck saying “Extensive internet searches and industry outreach by [REDACTED] found no vehicles with features comparable to those of the Cybertruck.”Charging your EV in the Hamptons just got a whole lot cozier. Rivian's new Southampton Charging Outpost swaps the gas station vibes for beachside boutique charm—and locals are noticing. The cedar-shingled lounge features six DC fast chargers, a kids' play area, 24/7 restrooms, and complimentary Hampton Coffee. From August 7–10, drivers can plug in for free, enjoy curated snacks, and even test drive a Rivian.Every mile charged is powered by renewable energy—solar and wind included. This marks Rivian's 121st Adventure Network site and 15th in the Northeast, reinforcing its strategy of building fewer but friendlier charging stops.0:00 Intro with Paul J Daly and Kyle Mountsier0:37 Kyle is at Beaver Mazda today1:42 Announcements3:10 Ford's Next-Gen EVs Are Coming5:37 US Orders Cybertrucks for Target PracticeJoin Paul J Daly and Kyle Mountsier every morning for the Automotive State of the Union podcast as they connect the dots across car dealerships, retail trends, emerging tech like AI, and cultural shifts—bringing clarity, speed, and people-first insight to automotive leaders navigating a rapidly changing industry.Get the Daily Push Back email at https://www.asotu.com/ JOIN the conversation on LinkedIn at: https://www.linkedin.com/company/asotu/

Roughly six thousand large antelopes native to Africa live on the White Sands Missile Range in southern New Mexico. Once small in number, these oryx have proliferated and make for an unexpected sight with their giant bodies, striking black and white faces, and long, spear-like horns. What are the oryx doing in New Mexico? Las Cruces-based photographer, Marcus Xavier Chormicle's research of the animals has informed his oryx photography series. The oryx series was the focus of Chormicle's work during his New Mexico Arts residency at Lincoln Historic Site in the spring of 2024. He joined Encounter Culture to share what he has learned about the history of the oryx in the state and how his project has helped him wrestle with the complicated questions that arise from the animals' presence. It has been a long time since Robbie talked to someone who decided to change their lifestyle and move from the non-hunter ranks to the hunter ranks. Its one of our favorite podcast styles to really get to grips with someone who has made this decision. Why did they make that decision? Why did they decide to span the chasm of someone who just consumes meat to someone who is the executioner in the activity? Robbie interviews Jared Brown and Ashley Carillo about Ashley's journey from non hunter to hunter. Ashley (a vet tech by trade who grew up in a non-hunting household) discovered hunting through her relationship with Jared, a keen hunter, and how her first hunt just happened to be a draw for a once-in-a-lifetime Oryx tag on the White Sands Missile Range in New Mexico. Share this episode with those in your community that are non-hunters - as they can relate to Ashley and understand from her why she decided to become a hunter. Do you have a questions we can answer? Send us a textStanding at the crossroads of history and modernity, I, Craig, also known as the Natural Medic, embarked on a once-a-year pilgrimage to the Trinity Site at White Sands Missile Range. It's the birthplace of the atomic age, where the first atomic bomb was detonated. Join me as I navigate the labyrinth of security checks and long lines to witness the iconic stone obelisk and a replica of the "Fat Man" bomb that changed the course of history. Feel the weight of history as I recount the eerie transformation of sand into trinitite by the atomic blast, and why this rare glimpse into the past is so profoundly significant.Back home, the gravity of my experience at the Trinity Site lingers. This annual opportunity to walk through history is unparalleled, and I urge you to seize the chance if you can. For those seeking more context, I recommend watching "Oppenheimer" to deepen your understanding of these monumental events in New Mexico. As you plan your own visit, I've shared some insider tips and links in the description, ensuring your journey is as smooth as possible. Last week, we shared the first installment in Geoffrey Spangler's story. You learned that Geoffrey left his Las Cruces home on the morning of November 8, 2021. He planned to head out to Riudoso to stay in a cabin for several days. His family later learned that Geoffrey visited the White Sands Missile Range that day. He arrived there that morning but exited and entered a few times. He needed to contact his insurance company for proof of insurance to obtain a visitor's pass. Geoffrey was issued a pass at noon. The man who interacted with Geoffrey at the visitor's center said he saw Geoffrey's Dodge Avenger at the bowling alley that afternoon. However, it was gone when he drove by again. A receipt showed Geoffrey purchased two beers at the bowling alley around 6:15 PM. Where had he been on base between those times? Later, his mom, Tracie, was told that Geoffrey exited the El Paso gate around 7:30 PM. Not quite an hour later, Geoffrey showed up at the Pit Stop, a gas station in Oro Grande, where he purchased a couple of beverages. Geoffrey left, heading north toward Ruidoso, but Geoffrey never made it to the cabin and was never seen or heard from again. Almost a month later, someone found Geoffrey's car back down south on the outskirts of El Paso, Texas. Still, extensive searches of the area have yet to reveal a trace of Geoffrey Spangler. Today, we will look deeper at what was found on Geoffrey's electronics, video footage, and more about his interactions at White Sands Missile Range. If you have any information regarding the disappearance of Geoffrey Spangler, please contact the Las Cruces Police Department at (575) 526-0795.If you have a missing loved one that you would like to have featured on the show, please fill out our case submission form.Follow The Vanished on social media at:FacebookInstagramTwitterPatreonSee Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.
Time for a little story about mysterious treasure, tons of gold, land lost to immanent domain, and the whole lot possibly stolen by... LBJ? The treasure of Victorio Peak was found by Doc Noss in 1937, and supposedly dwelled without hidden caverns under the mountain. However, before he could removed it all, the area was taken over as part of White Sands Missile Range. Legal battles raged over who owned the treasure and who could search for it and rumors even persist that Lyndon Johnson himself showed up on the scene to run off with the gold. Come take a listen to the story of lost Mexican gold... it's a wild one.
UFO encounters expert and military aerospace historian @michaelschrattofficial beams in to discuss UAP disclosure, military industrial complex conspiracies and alien bodies on episode 148 of the Far Out with Faust podcast. Michael Schratt is a private pilot/aviation historian who has been investigating UFO encounters for over 25 years. So far, he has reviewed over 50,000 UFO cases preserved at the Center for UFO Studies in Chicago. He's developed relationships with contacts who have had first hand experience dealing with classified “black programs,” including former USAF pilots, retired Naval personnel and aerospace engineers who have maintained a TOP SECRET Q “MAJIC” clearance.Michael has appeared on multiple media platforms including Coast to Coast AM, History Channel, Paranormal Matrix, UFO Hunters and Fade to Black. He has also been a guest speaker at multiple UFO conferences including Phoenix MUFON, Orange County MUFON, International UFO Congress, MUFON Symposium and UFO CON.In this episode, Faust and Michael go back — way back — in time to shed light on some of the most interesting (and infamous) UFO encounters, crashes and cover ups. Topics include:-How long has the US government been hiding anti-gravity technology?-What doe eyewitnesses say really happened at Roswell?-Were alien bodies found at Roswell?-Wright Field: the original Area 51-What role did famous pilot Black Mac play in alien disclosure?-Did Tesla invent a directed energy weapon?-What role did flying saucers play in WWII?-The nature of classified and black ops reverse engineering programs-How the government funds defense contractors creating UAP technologies through covert ops and drug trafficking-Where were alien bodies and survivors taken?Stay tuned as Michael takes Faust on a journey through past encounters and crash retrieval cases, including:-Papagos Indian Reservation 1947-White Sands Missile Range 1947-Berkeley University 1947-Wright-Patterson Air Force Base 1953-Fort Polk, Louisiana 1953-Walker Air Force Base 1954-Cherry Point North Carolina 1963…and more!Check out Michael Schratt's book, Dark Files: https://a.co/d/hXLCRQmConnect with MichaelYouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@michaelschrattofficialX: twitter.com/SchrattOfficialWebsite: http://www.projectblueroom.com/#Podcast #UAP #Extraterrestrial
The best-kept secret about aid to Ukraine? 90% of the money the US allocates for military aid is spent here at home. The money goes right to American defense companies that employ American workers to produce the weapons systems that Ukraine is using to fight Russia. Not only that: the money is revitalizing decayed production lines, bringing back institutional knowledge about weapons manufacturing to the fore, and pushing the American defense sector to innovate and modernize old weapons systems. But this is all being done begrudgingly by the Pentagon and painfully slowly by the Biden admin, and with zero support from several loud voices in the GOP. At a time when the US is facing three major threat environments – Russia-Ukraine, Hamas-Israel, and a future China-Taiwan – why is Congress so confused about the need to rebuild America's defenses? Why aren't Congressmen pushing harder for more jobs in their own districts for their own constituents, instead of prioritizing their own isolationist agenda? Bonus: read Marc's piece in the Washington Post laying out the argument, and the data, for Ukraine aid benefiting the American worker.John Ferrari is a nonresident senior fellow at the American Enterprise Institute (AEI), where his work focuses on the defense budget, defense reform and acquisition, and the US military. Over his 32-year US Army career, Major General Ferrari, who is now retired, served as the director of program analysis and evaluation, the commanding general of the White Sands Missile Range, a deputy commander for programs at the NATO Training Mission in Afghanistan, and a strategic planner for the Combined Joint Task Force Seven in Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom. Major General Ferrari has also worked as a branch chief for contingency operations for the Joint Chiefs of Staff at the US Department of Defense and as a program examiner at the Office of Management and Budget at the White House.Download the transcript here.

While the leadership journeys of many of our CFO guests began on an upper floor of a glass-and-steel skyscraper affording a wide-angle view of a cosmopolitan metropolis, that of Blackbaud CFO Tony Boor started at street level in Las Cruces, New Mexico, on the edge of the Chihuahuan Desert. Less than an hour's drive north of El Paso, Texas, Las Cruces is home not only to the main campus of New Mexico State University but also to a crowded schedule of holiday festivals and a varied collection of retailers—including motorcycle shops such as the one that Boor first visited in the mid-1970s. “When I was 13 or 14 years old, I walked into a motorcycle shop to buy my first bike and they ended up hiring me to sweep floors and haul trash,” recalls Boor, who over the next 10 years segued from maintenance to the service department, to parts management, to sales management, to being general manager of the store. “Thinking back now on being that young and running a business, I realize that I got a chance very early in my career to experience a firm from the other side of the desk, as I oversaw people much older than me and dealt with things like payroll, books, and accounting,” continues Boor, whose hours at the shop populated his high school and college years. Nonetheless, in a family with a father who worked at the nearby White Sands Missile Range as a nuclear electrical engineer and other sons who were embarking on engineering careers of their own, the motorcycle shop entry on Boor's resume did not go unnoticed. Thus what might be surmised to have been a collective sigh of relief may have been heard when he decided to pursue an engineering degree at New Mexico State, thereby keeping safe the Boor family tradition. Or would it? “I was actually in my senior year of college when I decided that I didn't want to be an engineer because I knew from working in the motorcycle shop that I loved business,” reports Boor, who remembers his parents not being at all pleased that the timing of his decision was coming so “late in the game.” “It ended up taking me a little longer to be done with school, but I did switch over to accounting,” explains Boor, who would subsequently work for a number of the original Big Eight accounting houses before stepping into the ranks of corporate finance professionals—where the same qualities that had once served him well at the bike shop appear to have propelled his climb upward. Says Boor: “A lot of what I learned in those very early years of my life and career had a big impact on how things have gone for me, even in these finance leadership roles.” –Jack Sweeney

The much-anticipated movie “Oppenheimer” opens today – about the scientist who led the development of the atomic bomb. On this episode of Expanded Perspectives, the boys start the show off talking about the recent ice/snowstorm, Cam's tooth issue, and more. Then, a Chicago woman at her father's apartment sees a Glimmer Man! Next, some police officers back in the summer of 1989 in Washington state, see a strange glowing orb with a creature walking inside! After the break Cam brings up the strange legend of the Victorio Peak Treasure and Milton Ernest "Doc" Noss. Victorio Peak, a craggy outcropping of rock barely five hundred feet tall, lies in the center of a dry desert lake known as the Hembrillo Basin. Beyond the Hembrillo Basin is a hundred-mile stretch of desert known as the Jornada del Muerto. Victorio Peak, located in northern Dona Ana County, now lies within the White Sands Missile Range in south-central New Mexico. However, long before Victorio Peak was encompassed by the government, a man by the name of Milton Ernest “Doc” Noss spent some time exploring Victorio Peak while on a deer hunt. Inside he found a hoard of treasure including coins, jewels, saddles, and priceless artifacts including a gold statue of the Virgin Mary. He also found some old letters, the most recent of which was dated 1880. This treasure was only the beginning. In a deeper cavern, Doc found what he thought was a stack of worthless iron bars. He estimated there were thousands of these bars, each weighing over forty pounds stacked against a wall. He was barely able to lift one, much less think of carrying it back to the surface. Later, the wealth in the cave would be calculated to be worth more than two billion dollars. But he would never obtain all of the treasure, it seems that the government swooped in and took it all. Others claim it was a giant hoax! All of this and more on this week's episode of Expanded Perspectives! Sponsors: Lumi Labs: Microdose is available nationwide.
