Ever wondered why Steve refuses to hold Sam's cat, even when he's hilariously high? This episode kicks off with a laugh-out-loud confession and leads to a playful yet insightful discussion on personal boundaries and consent. Sam and Steve's banter takes an unexpected turn when Sam humorously questions Steve's sexuality, leading to a candid conversation about identity and friendship. Sam reaffirms her unwavering support for the LGBTQ+ community, setting the stage for a thought-provoking exploration of personal preferences and mutual respect.Imagine the dynamics of having a flamboyantly gay best friend. From sharing style tips to navigating absurd hypothetical situations, this episode is packed with humor and heartfelt moments. Listen as we share a funny anecdote about mucinex and cough syrup, followed by a frustrating Sunday filled with rude customers and the emotional toll of maintaining professionalism. We're all about standing up for ourselves, and you'll hear just how we handle those entitled encounters. Our nostalgic trip down memory lane includes rants about societal manners, shoplifting misadventures, and the changing tides of parenting styles. From childhood antics to the chaotic recount of the "Bee Movie," our conversation promises laughter and insights. We wrap up with reflections on the struggles faced by content creators, difficult neighbors, and a critique of Diddy's disingenuous apology video. Irwin Michnick, the Brooklyn-born son of a Jewish furrier from Ukraine, was a jazz musician who wrote radio commercials and advertising jingles for companies like L & M cigarettes and Ken-L Ration dog food.Bob Levenson was a copywriter at Doyle Dane Bernbach who needed a tune to go with the words, “Everybody doesn't like something, but nobody doesn't like Sara Lee.” Irwin Michnick got the call. But it was a different call that led to Irwin Michnik winning a Tony Award and the Contemporary Classics Award from the Songwriter's Hall of Fame.Frank Sinatra, Elvis Presley, Placido Domingo, and more than 70 other superstars of music have recorded the song that Michnik wrote.Josh Groban included it on his 2020 album, Harmony.Aretha Franklin sang it at the funeral of civil rights activist Rosa Parks.Senator Edward Kennedy asked that it be sung at his funeral, as well. And it was.The song teaches us that passion does not create commitment, but that commitment creates passion. It is a song that teaches us that we can achieve the miraculous only if we are willing to attempt the ridiculous.Do you remember the Ze Frank quote I shared with you last week? The one where Ze talks about how the hero throws himself into battle against impossible odds, fiercely pushing, shoulders back, despite the knowledge that he can't win, that he will die in the end?Irwin Michnik wrote the music and Joe Darion wrote the words. It is the theme song of Wizard Academy, that school for entrepreneurs and ad writers and educators and ministers and researchers and every other agent-of-change who has become infected with an impossible dream.Do you remember the song now? Of course you do. It starts like this, “To dream the impossible dream; to fight the unbeatable foe; to bear with unbearable sorrow; to run where the brave dare not go.”You probably don't remember Irwin Michnik because he was known professionally as Mitch. Mitch Leigh.I'll bet you can guess what Indy Beagle has for you in the rabbit hole.In other news about impossible dreams, last week I bought an extremely old copy of the book Miguel de Cervantes wrote that inspired the song by Mitch Leigh and Joe Darion.Perhaps I'll tell you about it after the beginning of the year.Ciao for Niao,Roy H. WilliamsGood business ideas often die on the vine because of the cost and logistics of bringing those ideas into reality. Uzair Ahmed saw all these missed opportunities, so he figured figured out how to use technology and automation to make these good business ideas come alive. Uzair tested a high-tech, low-overhead system to launch a business that provides on-site car repairs. Guess what? It succeeded wildly. Now, Uzair tells roving reporter Rotbart, he can help other businesses cut their costs up to 60% by following his model. And this also reduces the number of hours a business owner has to spend at work. We've struck the match and lit the fuse. If you want to see the fireworks, hurry over to MondayMorningRadio.com

Back in 2012, Ze Frank recorded a video I've contemplated for 11 years.“What was it about?”The hero and the clown.“What made it so interesting that you've contemplated it for so long?”The hero and the clown are the same person.“You're going to need to explain that to me.”Here's the transcript. Read it:“Once I was lucky enough to take a class with the great clown teacher Giovanni Fusetti and one of the things that he talked about was the ancient idea of a hero. In the Greek myths, humans were subject to massive and unknown forces outside of their control. The whims of the gods – fickle gods – the gods of wind, waves and war, of luck, of love, of age and death. And from up on Mount Olympus, humans, humans look like little ants in the face of all these things. Giovanni said that despite these unknowns the hero pushes, pushes up against all these forces, fiercely pushes, shoulders back, despite the knowledge that he can't win, that he will die in the end. The clown on the other hand, celebrates the falling, the failure, the absurdity of skipping along the bottom, the absurdity of trying at all…”– Ze Frank, Unfair, June 22, 2012“Okay, that was interesting. But I don't see how you could still be thinking about that after 11 years.”It answered a question for me.“So, what was the question?”How can one person look at Don Quixote and see a hero, and another person look at him and see a clown?“Sometimes you think about some really weird crap. You know that, right?”Yeah, I know that.“You need to tie all this together for me.”Cervantes wrote Don Quixote in 1605, and for the past 418 years, a person's interpretation of that book has depended almost entirely on when and where they lived.“For real?”Yeah. For real.“Why?”Why, what?“Why does it depend on when and where they lived?”There are two specific times when people read the story of Don Quixote:When a nation is pursuing a beautiful dream, the artists of that nation will paint, and sculpt, and write plays about heroes who fight against impossible odds. And they will cheer for Don Quixote, a visionary hero who saw beauty, justice, and honor in a common village girl who didn't know he was alive.Generations later, weary, disheartened, and brittle, those same nations will laugh at the absurdity of believing in heroes, and their comedians will mock the foolishness of relentless determination. And they will sneer at Don Quixote, a man who saw visions of beauty, justice and honor in a common village girl who didn't know he was alive.“So what does America believe about Don Quixote right now?”Answer me this, Indy: Do you feel our nation is pursuing a beautiful dream? Or do you feel we are weary, disheartened, and brittle?“Considering that everyone is suspicious of everyone right now, I'd say that we are the second one.”Indy, I want you to research the founding fathers and find out whether they were reading Don Quixote when they were dreaming the dream of America, and fighting against impossible odds to escape from under the bootheel of King George.“You want me to put it in the rabbit hole?”That's up to you, my little Beagle friend, but I'm hoping you will.“I will under one condition.”Name it.“Tell me what brought this on. I need to know why you're telling me all this.”Do you remember what I told all those people who came to Austin to hear my final presentation of ‘Pendulum' 11 years ago?“I remember the tower was full, but you said a lot of things during those 2 days. Which of those things are you talking about?”It was near the end, when someone asked me how soon I would be teaching ‘Pendulum' again.“I remember that you told them you wouldn't be teaching it again for at least 10...

(Of course, for all his insistence that that spendy era of media is over, Smith is the co-founder of Semafor, a company that raised $25 million — including about $10 million from Sam Bankman-Fried — to build a new digital media business.)I invited Smith on the podcast to talk about his new book. I started the discussion by going back to David Carr's 2012 profile of BuzzFeed. Carr wrote at the time:[W]ith the addition of Mr. Smith and his new hires, BuzzFeed is growing some serious news muscles under a silly, frilly skin, and added the header “2012” for election coverage. (More traditional news verticals will be rolled out in the coming months.) It's gone well so far, with comScore showing 10.8 million unique visitors in December, more than double that of the same month in 2010.Its business model, in part, capitalizes on the mix of high and low content; instead of banner ads, BuzzFeed works with companies like Pillsbury to create content ideal for sharing, including “10 Things You Never Knew You Could Do With a Crescent Roll.”If it is successful, BuzzFeed will generate the kind of traffic that will rival behemoths like, yes, The Huffington Post. Mr. Peretti says that BuzzFeed makes a profit some months, but given the level of investment and growth — there are now 78 people in its Flatiron offices — the burn rate on that new chunk of capital is significant. “It's fun to watch them make all these hires,” said Choire Sicha, the founder of The Awl site and a veteran of the New York Web scene. “But it's important that they don't overspend. Web ad rates are what they are and that isn't going to change.”Then I turned the conversation to former Gawker editor Max Read's review of Traffic. Read writes: In the end, only one character in “Traffic” can really be said to have any vision. In 2013, Disney CEO Bob Iger offered to buy BuzzFeed for $650 million. In the book's strangest and funniest scene, a nightmare blunt rotation of Smith, Peretti, BuzzFeed video chief Ze Frank and BuzzFeed president Jon Steinberg get high on a hotel balcony in Los Angeles and discuss the offer. Frank and Smith urge an ambivalent Peretti to turn down the offer, worrying that “Disney's corporate culture would stifle” Buzzfeed's creativity. Not so much Steinberg, the company's money man, who gets “down on his knees on the balcony to plead with Jonah to take the deal.”Frank and Smith would go on to win the argument; they and Peretti saw BuzzFeed's monster traffic as the key to their dreams of a burgeoning, independent media empire. As we now know, they were wrong. Steinberg is far from a genius — after leaving BuzzFeed, he joined the Daily Mail's U.S. operation, and then founded the cosmically annoying CNBC-for-millennials brand “Cheddar,” whose videos can be found on gas pumps across the country — but he alone managed to see that traffic for what it really was: the “pump” phase of a pump-and-dump scheme that Peretti never had the vision to complete. In my conversation with him, Smith, the former media columnist for the New York Times, also offered his thoughts on the upcoming presidential primary and Tucker Carlson's departure from Fox News. My guest today is Tal Shachar, the Chief Digital Offer of Immortals, a global eSports organization in Los Angeles where he leads consumer-facing operations. At Immortals, Tal is working to build the most engaged and inclusive community in eSports. Before joining Immortals, Tal lead strategy and growth for BuzzFeed studios, focusing on growing audience and monetizing Buzzfeed’s intellectual property across channels. Before that, Tal worked for an independent media holding company called the Chernin group, and worked with companies like Barstool Sports, the Action Network, and Headspace. And finally, Tal writes for Media REDEF, where he analyzes the media and technology industries. I can confidently say Tal’s articles are some of the best articles ever written on the media business. We devote this entire episode to the future of media. We talk about Netflix, Disney, Amazon, HBO and the changing definitions of scale in the media business. We explore the present and future of niche media and discuss the emergence of food culture on the internet. Then, we talk about some of Tal’s craziest ideas like the differences between Tiles and Feeds, why Hollywood is like an API for Silicon Valley, an how fast feedback loops between digital and physical reality are changing the world. SUBSCRIBE TO MY “MONDAY MUSINGS” NEWSLETTER TO KEEP UP WITH THE PODCAST. Show Notes LINKS: Find Tal online: Twitter Linkedin People mentioned: Ben Thompson Reed Hastings Matthew Ball Benedict Evans Ryan Murphy Ze Frank Peter Chernin Jonah Peretti Seth Godin Fred Wilson Evan Spiegel (my episode with Evan here) Other mentions: Aggregation theory Bytedance   SHOW TOPICS 0:35 - The constraints in the past regarding the limited choice people had. Comparing this to now where we have numerous ways to choose various things and how we want them. How this relates to communities emerging - “With limitless distribution and limitless choice, we can find exactly what appeals to us, including other people.” 5:35 - The distinction between a push-discovery and a pull-discovery (having something pushed onto you versus choosing and being drawn to something). Some examples of these. Also, detailing passive and active forms of content consumption. 8:11 - How advertising and subscription business models tie into push versus pull theory (most television being 50/50 split). The passive and active aspects of media, as well. Going into Netflix’s strategy and scaling, and discussing why it doesn’t have advertising or sports. How being at scale has changed and what this means. 20:20 - What some of the bottlenecks are regarding sports media and television. Also, what sports television may look like in the future. 23:10 - Tiles versus feeds. How passive and active consumption ties into both of these (for example, Facebook feeds much more suited for passive consumption). Tile-based consumption being more suited to active consumption. 27:15 - How Disney, Amazon, and HBO use much more different strategies compared to Netflix and why they do this. Going in-depth into their specific strategies. 31:50 - How Tal’s prediction with content leading straight to purchase and how this has largely come to be true. Also, how parts of this prediction have been wrong. Discussion on and examples of focusing at the top of the funnel, and then focusing solely at the bottom of the funnel. A bit on how online shopping may evolve to begin having a similar experience that in-store shopping might have. 40:49 - Who has a structural advantage in the world and some examples of these advantages. How the type of product will be better suited for online distribution versus a more physical distribution. A future increase in the number of direct consumer brands. 44:31 - How the goal is not to pay the least amount but to pay the most for your content. How we’ve gone wrong in terms of how we think about this. Paying for the best content, to then monetize it at the highest rate, and then return to paying for the content again is really what’s going to matter. For passive content, the model is different. 47:19 - How Tal sees Hollywood changing in terms of risk and reward. How Netflix ties into this and detailing that. Discussing the nature of music and the monetary aspect of top-tier content. 54:00 - Discussing media-consumption and how the demand may not be increasing but the supply is always increasing. The opportunity-cost arising. What begins to shift when there is no longer any attention left to give to media. The possible integration of companies using facial expression data from cameras to create even more accessible and efficient data. 58:45 - The idea of Hollywood as an API for Silicon Valley. Some discussion on this idea and how companies use Hollywood as an API. 1:03:34 - If we go back to the 1960s, how music mainly ran the culture at the time. Now, how travel is a shelling point for culture, for people to meet, and in many other sectors. Some examples of this with food, as well. 1:06:54 - What Tal learned from Peter Chernin and some unique skills that Peter has. 1:08:29 - Why Tal has watched almost every romantic comedy. Some discussion on what makes them unique and on what they can teach us with storytelling. 1:10:55 - John Malone and what he does really well. Why Tal admires him and why John might have the unique perspective that he does. 1:13:08 - What does LeBron James coming to Los Angeles say about Los Angeles, LeBron, and for the increasing importance of entertainment. 1:15:05 - What stands out to Tal regarding Ze Frank and Jonah Peretti. 1:16:15 - How the internet has increased our ability to share information more easily and effectively. Some discussion on how Buzzfeed has capitalized on that shift and the competition that comes with sharing content. 1:19:35 - How Tal thinks about the trade-off Seth Godin-style daily blog, couple hundred words, versus pouring your heart and soul into an article. Frequency and consistency discussed, as well. (articles mentioned listed above) 1:21:54 - Tal’s perspective on Evan Spiegel and some thoughts on Snapchat. What Snapchat does well and has struggled with. A bit of discussion on what’s to come in the future regarding social media. 1:27:50 - How communication has changed over time from speech to pictures and words. Thoughts on this and previous forms of entertainment compared to now. 1:32:10 - Some of the two-way feedback loops we’re currently seeing. Distribution-based content impacting the real-world, then coming back around to impacting the distribution of that content again. Also, discussing the increasing number of people that are finding trends and capitalizing on them. A bit on the uncertainty caused by these ever-increasing tight feedback loops. 1:38:31 - Why Tal is so excited about media and why he devotes his life to it. How powerful media can be for enriching our daily lives, meeting people, understanding people, and with learning. “There’s no other industry that sits at the nexus of culture in society like media does.”   SUBSCRIBE TO MY “MONDAY MUSINGS” NEWSLETTER TO KEEP UP WITH THE PODCAST.

Jack Harries, Richard Herd and Chris Howard share the golden rules of creating a successful, factual YouTube channel. Long gone are the days when YouTube was just babies, cats and people falling over. Brands, broadcasters and native YouTubers are embracing the platform like never before - resulting in a wave of high production-value, short-form, factual content aimed at a new breed of audience – active, vocal and loyal. Jack, Chris and Richard share their views on producing short-format content and gaining and engaging subscribers. They discuss how to make the best use of features such as annotations and playlisting, how to use analytics and discuss their favourite camera equipment. With a background in television production, Chris and Richard also talk about what they had to learn, or rather unlearn, in order to engage a YouTube audience. The panel highlight the importance of the YouTube community and explain how collaborations with the likes of ZeFrank, Wheezy Waiter, Tyler Oakley, Red Bull, Epic Meal Time and DanisNotonFire have been vital to establishing their channels online. Jack Harries is the creator of JacksGap. Back in 2011 he set up the channel to document his gap year for friends and family. Two years later he, along with twin brother Finn, is one of the UK's leading vloggers with over 1.9 million subscribers. His YouTube recommendations are Troye Sivan and Sorted Food. Richard Herd is the producer and channel manager of Jamie Oliver’s Food Tube, offering up in Jamie’s own words "food shows with attitude". Richard’s career credits include Gordon Ramsay’s F Word, The Naked Chef and Big Brother. His YouTube recommendations are My Virgin Kitchen and Epic Meal Time. A wise man sees both sides of a matter. The fool sees only one. The origin of the word “wizard” is wise-ard. It means wise man. Nothing more. The wise-ards of the Christmas Story followed a star, had an adventure, made a discovery and leaped onto the pages of history. What did they talk about along the way? Who did the cooking? What pressing issues did they leave unattended back home? What did they do with the rest of their lives? Where, when, and how did each of them die? We know only that they followed a star everyone else was content to ignore; that they were nonconformists with strange beliefs who had the courage of their convictions. They took action. They left home and found the thing they sought. How about you? Will you run with the big dogs or sit on the porch and bark at the postman? Talk is cheap, the buzzing of flies.  I didn't say that to hurt your feelings. I said it because I love you. What are you trying to accomplish? How will you measure progress-to-goal? Do you know what needs to happen next? Which star do you follow? An encounter with the wise man in the woods is part of every hero's journey. Athena was the wise man in the woods for Odysseus. When Obi-Wan was gone, Luke went to Dagobah and Yoda became his wise man. Mr. Miyagi was wise-ard for the Karate Kid. Morpheus for Neo. Galadriel for Frodo. When you're in the darkness of the forest – the belly of the whale – look around for the wise-ard who will help you complete your journey. The wise man in the woods exists only to assist the hero on his or her adventure. 21st century wise-men-in-the-woods become faculty at Wizard Academy. Putting you together with them is why we built this place. Mark Huffman from Procter & Gamble. Dave McInnis from PR Web. Tim Storm from FatWallet.com Dean Rotbart from the Wall Street Journal. Greg Farrell from Bloomberg News. Jeffrey and Bryan Eisenberg, Dr. Lori Barr, David Freeman, Michele Miller, Kyle Cease, Ze Frank, Jean Backus, Jeff Sexton, Rich Christiansen, Mark Fox, Dr. Richard D. Grant, Ken Brand, Dennis Collins and the unforgettable Beate Chelette. Wizard Academy is America's small business institute, a training facility and think-tank for open-minded and courageous business people from around the world. The star you follow is entirely up to you. We simply prepare you for your journey, tell you what to expect on the road ahead, and celebrate your success when you find what you seek. Two or three days at the academy is an informative experience for some, transformative for others. I've rambled enough for one day. I thank you for your kind attention. As I bow at the waist and back slowly off the page, I pass along these carefully crafted words from heroes who carved their names deeply in the tree of life. “Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming ‘Wow! What a Ride!'” – Hunter S. Thompson “If your life's work can be accomplished in your lifetime, you're not thinking big enough.” – Wes Jackson Never forget that failure is temporary, a moment quickly forgotten.  2013 awaits you.  Damn the torpedoes. Full speed ahead. Roy H. Williams

Guilt is about what you have done. Shame is about who you are. I've always been attracted to people who are guilty, but unashamed. Guilt without shame is audacity, a special kind of courage.  It's what we admire in the little boy who shouted, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Emperor%27s_New_Clothes (“The king is naked!) Right there in the middle of the street! Naked!” Everyone was thinking it, but no one was willing to say it. I'll bet that kid was in trouble when he got home. His mom probably even used all three of his middle names, “Oscar Fingal O'Flahertie Wills Wilde, what were you thinking?” “Well Mom, I was thinking the king was naked.” “Oscar, what you did was unacceptable… inappropriate… inexcusable.” The boy was guilty of speaking a socially unacceptable truth. His mother knew the danger of it. “Oscar, people are rarely thankful when you pull aside their veils of pretense to reveal their grand delusions.” Oscar Wilde died 112 years ago but we still recall the piercing observations of his stiletto wit. “The worst vice of a fanatic is his sincerity.” “And he goes through life, his mouth open, and his mind closed.” “He has no enemies, but is intensely disliked by his friends.” “Women are never disarmed by compliments. Men always are. That is the difference between the sexes.” “Men always want to be a woman's first love. Women have a more subtle instinct: What they like is to be a man's last romance.” “When bankers get together for dinner, they discuss art. When artists get together for dinner, they discuss money.” “Bad artists always admire each other's work.” “Man is least himself when he talks in his own person. Give him a mask, and he will tell you the truth.”  If you are committed to speaking the truth, it will be your choice of tools that defines you.  Oscar Wilde was a playwright. He put his words, like a ventriloquist, into the mouths of actors on the stage. Ad writers, screenwriters and novelists differ only in their ventriloquist's dummies, the masks they hide behind. Dorothy Parker was just 7 when Oscar Wilde died but he left her his stiletto wit. Dorothy became a journalist. No dummy. No mask. When a Broadway play was interrupted to announce the death of Calvin Coolidge, Dorothy leaned over and whispered to a friend, “How do they know?” When reviewing The Autobiography of Margot Asquith for the Oct. 22, 1927 issue of The New Yorker, Dorothy wrote, “The affair between Margot Asquith and Margot Asquith will live as one of the prettiest love stories of all literature.” In another review, she said, “This wasn't just plain terrible, this was fancy terrible. This was terrible with raisins in it.” Dorothy Parker had the audacity to speak the truth. “All those writers who write about their childhood! Gentle God, if I wrote about mine you wouldn't sit in the same room with me.” Not even the church was safe. “But as for helping me in the outside world, the convent taught me only that if you spit on a pencil, it will erase ink.” In later years, she said, “I had been fed, in my youth, a lot of old wives' tales about how men would instantly forsake a beautiful woman to flock around a brilliant one. It is but fair to say that, after getting out in the world, I have never seen this happen.” The bright clarity of her observations earned her a place on the infamous Hollywood Blacklists of Senator Joseph McCarthy and the House Committee on Un-American Activities. But Dorothy was not dismayed. She said: “They sicken of the calm who know the storm.” In other words, bring it on. If it's a crime to pull back the veil of public pretense and name the nakedness of kings, Dorothy was definitely guilty. Dorothy Parker died 5 years before Ze Frank was born, but I recognize the flash of that blade; big ideas packed into few words. Ze Frank is...

Filippo Beccari is an Italian dance teacher a long way from home. Hoping to enrich the lives of 62 orphans, he visits the orphans daily and encourages them to move to the music as he hums or plays. The year is 1773. Three years later Paul Revere rides through Boston shouting “The British are coming! The British are coming!” just as Beccari's orphans glide onto stage and stun a crowd of dignitaries with their debut performance. Each of the 62 children has become a magnificent dancer and 24 of them are world-class soloists. And thus the Bolshoi Ballet was born in Moscow during the reign of Catherine the Great. Bolshoi, in Russian, means “big” or “grand.” And indeed it is. I wonder, would the Bolshoi have come into existence had a man been in charge of Russia at the time? Pulitzer-winning novelist James Michener challenged aspiring writers to move to the rhythm of spoken words. He said they “might develop a sense of freedom that way.” Two weeks ago http://wizardacademy.org/scripts/openExtra.asp?extra=39 (I ignited a firestorm of controversy) by suggesting that we embrace Michener's strange advice and post our efforts on youtube. Judging from some of the reactions I received, you'd have thought I had suggested we overthrow the government, outlaw church-going and encourage young children to smoke pot. Men were worried 1. that the effort would serve no purpose, and 2. that it might become a gateway to “other deviations.” Yes, some people use play as an excuse to lose their minds. “What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas.” But the Cognoscenti will recall a 7-minute session called Feynman's Pendulum in which I explain, “The object of play isn't to lose your morals, it's to lose your cares and inhibitions.” People often ask me to help them turn their hobby into a business. But does that make the hobby more fun? Hosea Frank http://www.zefrank.com/theshow/archives/2007/02/021307.html (mentions this phenomenon) in one of his witty and offbeat Zefrank videos: “And then they started saying that if you put focused energy into something without knowing how it would lead to getting money, you were participating in a hobby. [witheringly] Ohhh… it's your hobby.” – zefrank.com Ze made a new video each weekday for a year in the hope of being accepted into the LOA, or League Of Awesomeness. That year ended on March 17, 2007. My son Rex brought Zefrank to my attention a few days ago. Having now viewed a couple dozen of his 260 videos, I think Ze may be our brand of crazy. But before you go clicking these links, be warned: Zefrank is offbeat, irreverent and unrestrained. Which is a fancy way of saying that he is occasionally vulgar. But he is also insightful and fun. Pass or http://www.zefrank.com/theshow/archives/2007/02/022107.html (play). The choice is yours. But remember what happened to Jack. Roy H. Williams
