Greetings in love, light, and wisdom as one.  We kick off February with the second channeling session in a row where the entire first half is taken up a single speaker. In this case we had Karra having a long girl to girl chat where I was gone out of the room. So the entire first side, Karra provides our friend Carrie with some relationship advice about some frustrations Carrie had been taking out on her boyfriend. As a counselor as well as an ambassador on the base, Karra naturally was the perfect person to help Carrie through this difficult time in her life. We start things off with Karra immediately getting to the root cause of Carrie's issues which turns out to be the divorce of her parents. She's been taking it out on her boyfriend as well as her frustration with his job. Karra has great advice involving a bit of psychology based on something she did for her late husband. She reminds Carrie that thanks to telepathy, it's much easier up there with closely linked minds knowing each other's feelings. I get called back into the room so that the healing can begin and, like any good physician, Karra does a quick check of her body before sending a flood of energy in from the feet all the way up to the crown chakra. That flushes out the bad energy so that the two things bothering her the most can be identified which is her knees and her feet. Karra gets to work and makes sure I can watch every step of what she's doing. She uses a healing crystal scalpel to work on her knees and then her feet. We also find out this was after we had healed her cancer through a meta-concert. We end things with a final pumping of energy to charge her up before the second half of the tape. Greetings once more in love, light, and wisdom as one.    The sister minds are back together as they call themselves with Tia bringing up the time when her daughter had astral traveled to Carrie's house as a cat. We get into Carrie's love of full moons because of a lunar eclipse taking place that night during a full moon. Tia informs us that such occurrences has gravitational effects in the body we can make a person feel out of sorts. One thing funny we get into is a debate about Insy-Wincy spider. From there, Omal takes over and we get talking about an incident where Omal was channeling through Mark when he was visiting a psychic. We also learned that Korton and Kornas were also in Mark's head but the psychic thought only Omal was channeling. That opens up a discussion about charging money for using psychic gifts since that was something we refused to do. Omal demonstrates by using me as a subject he can quickly get details from. One change we had made was that we had raised the futon inside the pyramid instead of leaving it on the ground so that the person could be channeling from or laying in the Queens chamber. We discussed that before going into gem elixirs and the process of how to make them. Even he had a elixir he wanted us to try out with a astral travel crystal to see if it increased our current abilities. He ends things with a whole Star Trek sendoff involving several of the crew he mimics. That alone is worth the wait. Our ring mistress comes back for a quick chat before bringing on Kiri to finish out the night. What we find out is that this whole session is only part one of a second session that is about to begin where Carrie would be getting a second healing even more intense than the first. One thing of note is a Sirian State University sweatshirt comes into the conversation that Tia had taken from Karra's room. There wasn't actually a sweatshirt from there because that would be very third dimensional but it was a joke sweatshirt Kiri had created. A nice way to end the channeling session. We discover from her that full moons have a gravitational effect that can pull the body in opposite directions. 2.)(9:47)- Omal describes a meeting with a local psychic during which he was speaking through Mark but also had Korton and Kornas along to ask questions as well. He also explains how gem elixirs are made.   3.)(38:27)- Kiri finishes things by preparing for a second channeling session that was to follow where Karra would again take over the body for more healing. We hear again about a very special sweatshirt.

Greetings once more in love, light, and wisdom as one.    After Karra enters the channeling field, I mention that I have started watching energy patterns of the different entities as they take over Mark's body. What was interesting was how each was so unique yet matched their character perfectly. I next get her input on how it looked from her side when I was being pulled back to earth. She explains I was slightly elongated at times. It comes up in the conversation that I had been explaining to the Wookies on the base about snowboards since they had a mountain of snow available to them. They would turn out to be major shredders who would start a new event at the tri-base ski races. That brings on Kiri to take over from her sister who I note has a energy signature almost like a cloud of blazing energy. She had been getting food cravings we have gone over in previous channeling sessions that always seem to include some kind of fish either pickled or raw. She details the difficulties in trying to establish a rapport with her unborn son who would turn out to be a super operant that was a paramount Grand Master in all five abilities before the age of two. She helps me from there with my coercion by correcting the way I had been practicing through encouraging me to use both eyes instead of one eye that I had been trying. She explains the two beams from each eye puts too much information into just the one eye of the person being coerced. A funny part of our conversation was my tip to try the sweatpants we use here on earth during her pregnancy instead of the toga she was complaining didn't fit right. One of the benefits of being third dimensional. The last speaker of the night is Tia, which is a rare thing to say, but we do get a great joke about financially strapped cats. It's good she can joke because next she tells how she misses her time with Mark while he is doing the project for Korton. That leads to a question on if she ever gets lonely and that my solution for if that ever happened was to try one of my mental tapes I would be sharing with the base from my concert experiences of the Grateful Dead. She theorizes what would happen if the Wookies ever got a hold of them. We end agreeing that was something better left to the imagination. Neri Karra Sillaman, entrepreneurship advisor at the University of Oxford and author of Pioneers: Eight Principles of Business Longevity from Immigrant Entrepreneurs, discusses why immigrant-founded companies are disproportionately successful and tend to last longer than their counterparts. Drawing on her experience as a former child refugee and on research that began with her PhD, she explains how longevity is built through clear vision, perseverance, community, shared value, and disciplined decision-making. She begins with the formative role of vision. At age eleven, while living in a refugee camp, education became her "north star." That clarity helped her interpret rejection not as failure but as "not yet," a mindset she later observed repeatedly among immigrant entrepreneurs. Clear intent, she argues, allows setbacks to redirect effort rather than extinguish it. The conversation then turns to the principles she identified through interviews with immigrant founders of companies such as Chobani, Duolingo, WhatsApp, and Calendly. These include treating rejection as the beginning of negotiation, building community as a core operating system rather than a marketing tactic, and prioritizing shared value before profit. She emphasizes that many founders focus first on contributing to customers, suppliers, and local communities, with financial results following from that orientation. Sillaman also explains how history and heritage function as assets rather than liabilities. Rather than discarding their past, immigrant entrepreneurs draw on cultural memory and lived experience to shape vision and execution in the present. This integration of past, present, and future becomes central to how long-lived businesses are built. Another recurring theme is luck. She notes that founders consistently describe themselves as "lucky," but defines luck not as chance, but as a capability: being prepared enough to recognize opportunity and willing to act decisively when it appears. The discussion also addresses technology and AI. As tools become more powerful, she argues, human creativity, judgment, and connection become more important, not less. She suggests that imperfections and visible signs of human authorship may increasingly signal authenticity in an automated environment. Greetings once more in love, light, and wisdom as one.    Omal returns to questions about farsighting or would have except that he happened across a file in Mark's brain called Python humor. He couldn't resist and broke out a Monty Python joke to liven things up. We get back on topic which is ideas he can provide to take it to the next step from all that Tia had gone over. What he suggests is visiting Sedona and the various universities around the world to help with looking for landmarks to find my way to each one. He identifies those places of learning that were working on astral travel at the time. He next suggests other places around the world like visit to hone my skill at astral travel such as Edinburgh or the Imperial Palace in China. That was all we had time for so we move on from there to the next session where this time we would have guests. Kiri is the ring mistress for the session and starts things off with introductions all around. She gets a surprise in that one of the guests has a son in the room called Alex which happens to be her son's name also. Before we get to questions and answers, there is some housekeeping she needed to go over which was a visit that Mark and I had planned to a psychic who was able to read auras and her husband. The plan was to have Kiri and Karra channeling through Mark but he would be up on the base in his astral body at the same time. So his physical body would be theirs to use and they would feed me questions while we talked to the people. We have been trying to perfect the technique since we had discovered it during a Pink Floyd concert. When we do get the questions, it is about coercion lessons for one of the guests who was moving to Las Vegas where it might come in handy. So she gives a basic primer on coercion for him along with examples of various coercers throughout history. She next does a coercion example by trying to coerce a cat in the room. We finish up so Omal can get us to the end of the tape by offering advice about a light sound technology that we were looking to test. It would integrate pulsed lights flashed through goggles that would correspond to sound coming through at the same time. It was thought it would be a way to achieve deeper states of consciousness along with opening up deeper states of the mind. Omal was already familiar with the tech and what it could do so his advice was very helpful. The technology was also thought to help with stopping smoking which is just about where the tape stopped as well. It was a good session where we learned a lot. Greetings in love, light, and wisdom as one.  The channeling session for November took place over two subsequent weeks in July of 1993. At the time we were worried about Mark's energy levels so we were only doing half of a forty-five minute tape. Tia gets us started by needing an explanation on a magic trick Mark and I had watched. It had been a while since she had been ring mistress so no questions were prepared for her and she brings in Kiri to answer questions in the meantime. The subject we get into are the pleasure centers that she had been training me on and how to enhance them using coercion. We had been interrupted during our latest class so I had been trying it out on Karra with her permission. We found that the effect feeds back on itself because of the intimacy when it is being used. The effect turned out to be beneficial for both of us and was helpful as a lesson. We switch over to some more serious knowledge with Korton who takes over for Kiri in which we discuss star charts and navigation while in space during astral travel looking for waypoints. He brings up the question of whether or not we could take the lesson out under an open sky for more visual references during an upcoming camping trip. That camping trip is already part of the archives where we even had Wing Commander Taal doing a flyby on instructions from the base. He reminded us to bring crystals as power sources since we wouldn't have the pyramid doing the same function. He wraps things up and we get back to Karra who finishes out the side discussing her pregnancy with our twins. They hadn't decided whether they were going to be male or female and both Kiri and myself had been mentally connecting with them to help with their decision. They would turn out to be male after all. I talk to Karra about my helping Kornas with some experiments he was running with a special kind of drink he had designed that he and I would discuss on side two. So we end with some news about Wing Commander Taal and how he would be getting back from his mission we had talked about last week. Greetings once more in love, light, and wisdom as one.    A week later Karra begins the channeling session in song as she does a very bad Beatles rendition of Twist and Shout before asking if she could get a job as a John Lennon sound alike. That humerus start is followed up with a discussion about Sanpaku which is a Japanese study of the eyes to diagnose issues with health and diet. It was a book I had been reading that brought up the questions Karra answered such as the reason the irises reflect health is because of the amount of blood in the eyes is a mirror of what was going on in the body or a she says, the gateway to the soul. We next discuss a current girlfriend of mine and some health issues she had been going through. Kara helps with some dietary changes that might make a difference before we transfer over to the next channeling from Korton who was about to blow us away. As places get changed and the head of communications for Ashtar Command takes his place in the channeling field, we return to a subject we had been covering about pyramid application. He now expands on this subject by explaining how energy is amplified by the design of the pyramid and that it either comes in to the pyramid and spreads out or condenses as it is gathered at the top and sent out. What we learn is that a pyramid is not just a simple construction but a very complicated computer if it is aligned correctly with the proper dimensions. The reason for that we find out is because it is based on the same design that powers the great pyramid of Giza but in a reduced level. Mark and I had built the pyramid but added copper wiring to form a pentagram as the base we would put the futon were Mark would then channel. Korton explains that there are four functions to a pyramid and the pentagram enabled one of them. The other three were available on any properly set up pyramid. After that revelation, we move on to the base geneticist Kornas who joined the session to get my opinions on the drink I was testing for him. It turns out it is a magnetic algae-based beverage that is slightly viscous. To help make it more palatable, he suggests adding kiwifruit flavoring and chilling it so it would be more like a milkshake. Oxford professor and founder of luxury leather brand Neri Karra, Neri Karra Sillaman, shares the event that changed her life at age 11 and how she managed to turn that trauma into global success, and breaks down the success principles we can all learn from immigrant entrepreneurs to build sustainable purpose, impact, and legacy.

Greetings once more in love, light, and wisdom as one.    Karra takes over for her boss at this point as we explore an old energy I had discovered when I was a child and remembered during a recent healing I had done. It involves holding your arm up and using what Karra calls the collected energy available to everyone to help keep the arm in one place. It's like invisible jets of air that you can feel physically to the point of laying your arm against the generated force. In fact, that is what her and I agree the force is mostly like which inspires a quote from Yoda of Star Wars from her. This force we discussed was then theorized as being used in healing and helping others when they feel drained. As she says, the energy being used attracts other energy which, added to the person's own energy and directed thoughts give it substance. She adds that who are hyper sometimes are helped by having the energy drained from them to be used for helping power astral travel for example. One thing not explained clearly in the tape was that I was going to speak to the triplets still in the womb of Tia to answer questions and inadvertently helped them choose their names. Tia would be sedated during this and had asked for help to explain the third dimension to her cubs. Karra then makes way for her little sis to take over from there and we discuss using that force covered earlier in conjunction with coercion. As it turns out, the two go together well. It also brings up the story of the past lives of Mark and myself back when we were brothers in Atlantis and how the coercion used then by me corrupted absolutely. This then was a life where those same mistakes could be rectified by the proper learning the morals and reasons for using coercion. Kiri admits to reminding herself why she is using that skill. Then unexpectedly we get the guest speaker of Wing Commander Taal showing up a little bit tipsy with his new girlfriend who would one day become his bond mate and mother of his child. We get to talking about the R&R the two of them were enjoying until going back onto patrols where she would now become his wing lady. I get the fun of explaining what a bachelor party is and how one day there would be little Taal's. To explain, the human body has a magnetic field which is the same on everyone so that when two polarities meet, they repel each other so we were looking at ways of attracting instead. Luckily Kiri has some ideas on how to make that work. We next dive into her favorite subject of coercion as she narrows down the key in doing it successfully is to go pupil to pupil. That is looking to someone's eye to have the best effect with something like mentally saying greetings to them. She then exits out of the channeling field so that her sister Karra can take her place as her and I compare notes on my slightly successful attempt to be more solid on the base in my astral body. After that though is when she gives me the bad news that Tia's pregnancy with the three cubs isn't going well and they will have to be split up. What that means is that Luna would take over the pregnancy of baby Athena thanks to the incredible medical skills of the base geneticist Kornas. We already know the transfer was successful and the births would go off with no problems at all. We next explore a fun topic of photonic power and its role in healing. She describes it as a pulsing energy that can be used like a little jackhammer on areas needing a pulsing bit of energy instead of a laser focused beam. We know from other channeling sessions that to detect photonic energy you need to put your finger in the air and feel for pulsing energy you can just barely sense. As she says, the more experience you get using it, it begins to feel like a vibrational stream of energy when it hits its full potential. We go over reverse magnetics in healing which shields the body like a surgical glove. Finally we go over infrared energy to heat up an area that needs an infusion of warmth to soothe an ache for example. The heat generated is a conscious energy that affects the cells of the body while an electric blanket she says would be unconscious energy being used. She switches places once again with her sister again and the question first off is about projecting radio waves from the eyes. That then leads into a conversation on the various forms of consciousness ranging between Alpha and gamma. So she explains that the conscious waves being sent out act on the subconscious of other individuals when the person is in their various forms of consciousness. It's a fascinating conversation dealing with the interactions of waves of thought on people and matter. Greetings once more in love, light, and wisdom as one.    As we return to the topic of free energy once the site has switched, we now focus on how to transfer the collected energy from heat for example into powering a vehicle. She finds it a waste of energy to not capture the heat from the heat generated by brakes or within cylinder heads to then store it as a usable source. The tricky part she couldn't reveal was the actual heat to energy process for a car though this was back in the 90s. As we review various options, we discuss the various ways of saying the trunk of a car as a fun diversion. We then finish up her time channeling with how conduction is related to the storing of energy. A guest speaker in the form of Lyka was supposed to channel at this point but had become terrified for some reason and lost her voice. We try having Tia relay what was being said but things go downhill. Instead, Karra takes over to finish up the night. What we learn from her is that it was probably her who caused Lyka to lose her voice due to a comment she made. Kiri and Karra's family is one of the major ones on their home planet of Sirius. So when Kara came in late to the session, Lyka bowed her head in a gesture of respect. Karra, in an attempt to diffuse any tension, made a comment which caused Lyka to turn 40 shades of red. That brings up the analogy of someone living next to Buckingham palace which made the girl next-door the opposite of run-of-the-mill. We learn a revelation that younger Sirians don't start enjoying alcohol until they're into the thirties. Flowers would be more their preference. She then provides the clue to free energy by using magnets that repel each other which then turns a wheel. Again, this was in the 90s and the huge solar and wind farms had not yet become a thing. Just after we get through discussing mankind's survival with all the threats being faced, she suggests a move underground much as they do on the base as one solution. She points out the need to have a plan for contingencies should there be a need. That's when she pivots to something she picked up about me that was off. With our linked minds, she tries to dig down from inside while asking me questions to narrow the search. After much theorizing, it comes down to possibly being about Alana and the child of the two of us soon to be born. The tape ends on a historically short session that was the first which was under an hour. Greetings in love, light, and wisdom as one.  July features a channeling session from back in May of 1994 by the members of Ashtar Command covering some very interesting subjects. Let's start with Tia, since our conversation takes up the majority of side one and begins with a dissertation on astral travel. This is the most basic form of astral travel she describes and is also the easiest to learn. One thing we can add to her method is to be sure not to cross any limbs. She answers the question about how to tell the difference on whether it is your imagination or really happening by offering a couple of different ways that involve double checking what you saw after the trip. She acknowledges that sometimes an artificial stimuli like a glass of wine may help with leaving the body but cautions that it can become a crutch if relied on too much. She next helps with a question on cat behavior due to some friction down here between two cats and up on the base between her and one of her daughter's cats. We discover that cats are telepathic between other cats. That leads into a discussion on the amazing circumstances that led her from having a near-death experience to lead data researcher on the base. That opens up a debate between destiny being pre-determined or decisions affecting outcomes are based on the odds of the circumstances ever happening. She wins the debate with no problem and plenty of logic which is when Karra takes her place as speaker. There's only a few minutes left on the side and what we do get into is the theme for the night which is vibrations and sound. We start with an experiment I had in mind of drinking a gem elixir while holding the stone that energized the water. She explains things from the atomic state of matter by reminding me that atoms have electrons so an electromagnetic field, though barely detectable, is created by all things. Greetings once more in love, light, and wisdom as one.    Things get as deep as a forest as Karra has some knowledge about the collective consciousness of a forest and how even a single tree can reflect that consciousness. Her description is almost of living, breathing entities that we call forests. After that revelation, Omal is the night's main guest speaker because Korton had to leave during the first side and informs us of the meeting he too has to attend after channeling. What we do discuss is more revelations, but this time about crystals and gemstones. What we learn is that crystals work through the vibrations of living beings as well as astral beings, though the experience is different. The big news of the night is his knowledge of the topic of sound. He confirms the concept behind the story about a monastery being built with horns being blown. He demonstrates how vibrations affect matter and goes on to point out that horns directed a stone at the correct frequency will vibrate the stone and get it to move. We already knew the Great Pyramid had been built using that technique so it was no surprise to us to discover that the human race has been using sound wrong for all of these centuries due to not maintaining the knowledge of the technology used. He ends with a tip on meditating to see what comes to mind when listening to a Tibetan bowl being struck. That brings back Karra who have been wondering how she had managed to get Mark's eye open to look at his watch for the first time just like her sister is able to do. We continue on from where we left off with Omal about the effects of vibrations of the bowl being rung. We don't have much time because her sister has to channel so Kiri takes over to finish up the session. When it comes to control of Mark's body, she was even able to sample the wine that was being drunk for a change. She has a love of Sirian clarets so this was an experiment on comparisons through different bodies. We switch to the theme of the night about vibrations and her ability to interpret the vibrations in the air around her. She confirms she can feel the vibrations as waves such as following a conversation from long distance. One topic we don't have an answer for is how the effects of Mark's going solid on the base affect his physical body. Various options are offered but none are determined to be realistic in the end. We finish with her showing off her engineering skills by acknowledging that vibrations have the potential for healing, we just don't have the time to pursue them. We also know from a previous channeling session that the plans for the great pyramid were not from earth but rescued from Atlantis. We next discuss the people from the time of the pyramid building and how their brain usage was much higher than it is now but dropped dramatically ever since. The good news is it has been growing with the potential to grow even more. One key thing we do learn is that when it hurts to concentrate on something, it means there is brain growth taking place. That brings up the question of geniuses and their known idiosyncrasies. He gives a good reason for why they are and then answers questions about his own position as head of Hades Base to end things. Karra is our next speaker and we have the major healing of Carrie scheduled in a week or so at that time. She has a list that's pretty short this time of the last few items she will need. For those who don't know, Carrie had been diagnosed with cancer and told she could never have children. The healing we discuss is one where they got over a hundred people to join in a meta-concert that we focused through myself and a crystal down here. The healing was successful and she has a daughter who now posts regularly on Facebook. We next go over a trip Mark and I had planned for a local New Age center where Kiri and Tia would channel through Mark and take over his body while checking things out. The monitors on the base could then give more information on the energies involved we were checking out. We next get to a funny recent incident where Mark and I had attended the Pink Floyd Pulse concert tour and, on the way back from the Oakland Coliseum, I let Karra take over my body and drive the car while I watched from inside my mind. Normally it is the other way around so we got a have a good laugh afterwards. Last to speak for the evening was Tia to finish things up. With the main information already gone over, we were just chatting about anything as we sometimes did to end a tape and this time we traded jokes before going over plans about a Renaissance fair Mark and I would be working. Just then I spot a spider and we get into trying to catch it to let it outside. That doesn't go well and the spider gets out into the room somewhere behind Mark. Tia, is very defensive of Mark, so we go over ways to deal with the situation before she breaks into her Incey Wincy song. It's just after that Tia discovers that purring through another's body is very hard when the tongue isn't designed the same as her her body. Greetings once more in love, light, and wisdom as one.    Ashtar gets the second side started and the questions from Raya and I were on the date of twelve twelve that was fast approaching and how it would affect the human race. He confirmed there would be a change in the energy and changes of any kind are part of our advancement as a species. One of our other guests attending in Lake Tahoe brought up a question about sharing energy. He explains how energy is given off by everything and it is there to be used and manipulated. As usual he is a busy person and is off to whatever was scheduled next which brings Tia back to channel for a while. After agreeing to visit Raya when she visited from the base in her astral form, we end the phone call and learn the only person left is Tia. We discuss how Ashtar teaches by using both knowledge and actions. Part of that is the testing of shields that can take place at any point when he is channeling and could be seen during a question of mine. I accept the lesson and Tia makes way for Kiri in the channeling field set up in the pyramid in the backyard where they all live. Kiri is pregnant at the time with Alex and relates the weirdness of her body superimposed on Mark's. We have a guest as a friend she has come closer and they discuss our guest's future as a possible lawyer someday. The three girls have fun talking while I make tea and one of them get some clothing design advice from the expert. She finishes by hinting at her delivery date which it appeared may fall on the birthday of both Mark and myself. Karra then takes her sister's place and helps me with some questions on the genetics the two of us were doing in Atlantis where we manipulated the human DNA at the time with that of some of the races who had settled on Atlantis. It's after that we learned that every language on earth has six words in each one and Karra confirms that they have Sirian equivalents which are commands. It brings up a lot of questions on how they could be used but weren't asked at the time. Instead, Karra quotes Lord of the Rings and talks about our good friend Carrie who had moved away and become a missionary for the light as she puts it. We wrap up the session with her cautions to prepare for a changing future. These preparations include improving on healing skills, drying and storing of herbs and being fiscally responsible. Greetings in love, light, and wisdom as one.  Getting spring off to a wonderful start is a very special channeling session that sees Ashtar himself, Korton, and Omal channeling back to back and sharing some excellent information. That is all on side two while on side one it is Karra channeling after our ring Mistress Tia who starts things off with tales of the hunt. She tells of the ritual hunts from her home planet of Durondedunn she re-creates holographically with as much details from her memory and records she can find. From what it sounds like, it would be hard to tell the difference between the hologram and reality. One thing of note is that she uses her psychokinesis to keep her hands and feet off the ground while she hunts to prevent calluses from forming. We discover that she has programmed the computer to add some random factors that lead to circumstances out of her control. We next move on to meta-concerts combined with astral projection to arrange for cooperation between groups holding coordinated meta-concerts. The theory was that one group could send their energy long distance to another group to help boost the energy the conductor was sending to the primary. We determined that to even put it into practice, there would need to be a lot of traveling back and forth getting to know one another. Tia is done for now but would come back later to finish out the session so she stepped aside to allow Karra her time to channel. At the time of the recording, Karra was six months into her pregnancy with our twins and I was sympathetic to her dealing with the weight of the pregnancy. Earlier that day I had astral traveled to the base to give her a back rub to alleviate some of the stress on her back. Her main concern she had come to talk about was a major healing being planned for Carrie where her cancer was to be worked on which we would later find was successful. For now though it was all about the preparations needed to prepare for the healing to take place. With this channeling session taking place two weeks after the healing we had done on Mark's knee in the last session we posted, how to work with Karra in my mind was still fresh. This would be another healing where Kiri would use her coercion to open Mark's eyes for Karra to see what she was doing. She had a large list of things she still needed as well as what to do about the crystals to be used. I had rigged up a copper wire type of basket structure to be able to clear the crystals. They included a crystal scalpel that we take some time to discuss its unique properties. We wrap up our time talking with the wish we could get Carrie to the base where they could heal her from the DNA they would reconfigure. Greetings once more in love, light, and wisdom as one.    We get into stellar physics and a question about a trip I made in my astral body out to Pluto and looked back. That then brings up the topic of why our solar system is elliptical and how gravity keeps everything in place. He suggests some experiments to demonstrate how planets move at different speeds and don't collide. My brain was starting to hurt so we ended with his pumping a crystal full of energy and then giving it to me to refresh my energy from it. What happens next is surprising as Karra and Kiri team up so that they can guide me in working on Mark's knee. We were using energy transfers to help speed up the healing on a recent surgery he had been through. Working with the crystal scalpel, we align some energy and clear up some blockages. All done, Karra and I discuss the genetics of the twin children still in her womb and what we could expect as far as their abilities. What we learn is that she will avoid any pain blockage options so that she can bond more with the children when they were to be born. That brings up the pain she would go through and the increase in her abilities that would come as a result. She needs to end quickly so we find out what fruits and other items help as brain food prior to her leaving. Kiri returns by herself this time and surprise, we discuss sex. In this case, the rules they have to live by regarding it that are less the more educated you are. With that, we learn about her take on how far she goes on the matter. We end so that her niece can channel as we are squeezed for time. Alana and I go over how we would be sharing time together since Karra needed some rest from the pregnancy. We finalize the plans and then let Tia wrap things up with some program notes from the channeling session. She then launches into a quick music trivia part of the session that came as another surprise. We get through her renditions and discuss her attempts at keeping one of Mark's eyes open while she channeled. Kiri had gotten the other one open and Tia was trying to catch up. Just before the tape runs out, we talk about something her daughter was doing which was turning into a kitten using manifestation. Her research had discovered it was a rare trait whose originals she had failed to determine. When I saw it I thought it was pretty cute. So that was the channeling session with some very excellent subjects covered. Greetings in love, light, and wisdom as one.  We enter March with a fascinating channeling session with pretty good sound quality compared to last month. Following along via the transcript is encouraged as some parts aren't as clear. A few of things of note before getting started. The first is that Tia starts things off in what could be called a frisky mood which included interacting with the cats hanging around Mark's body on the futon. Also, Karra was still a healer at this point and Alana, her daughter, was a bit shy and speaks very softly. Lastly, this recording took place exactly one week after last month's channeling session. So, our new mother Tia was just wrapping up feeding one of her children as things get started. As it is with most sessions, we begin by going over my recent farsighting practice and the different techniques I had been trying out to improve my range and duration of the trips. That brings us to the part of the title of this channeling session which is a world of illusions. This section is a comparison between the control systems of this dimension and their dimension. In this dimension, the control system revolves around money while on their dimension, the control systems revolve around the advancement of the self and the system. We stay on that subject as we discuss life on their dimension and the rules in place there which we would return to near the end of the session. But for now, Tia had a wild hair and Kiri had to step in to let Karra speak with her for a bit. More restrained, Tia returns and we continue. What we do learn before she leaves is how she lives in a world full of telepaths. She is able to tune into the mental babble as she calls it or tune it out. Karra quickly takes her place to remind me to get a crystal scalpel before making way for Omal to finish up the side. A topic we would return to with Karra later was how certain pain can bring on advancement in various psychic skills. In this case, the mental pain of heavy thinking on serious matters. As he says, that is when you're really using your brain. That had been what I have been going through learning new technologies on the base and his explanation made sense. We go into the subject of manifestation and my recent attempts at creating a penny from scratch. It was similar to what he was teaching Mark and Kiri's son Alex where Alex would create something but he would turn away and get upset when it disappeared due to a lack of his attention and energy. One thing we end with that might be confusing is about Mark and Tia's triplets and how boisterous they were in her womb. It got so bad I and others would try to calm them by speaking to them telepathically to give her some peace. It worked but then she stressed when she didn't feel them moving as much as before. It was a tough pregnancy that had to be completed in two different wombs in the end. Greetings in love, light, and wisdom as one.  It is February of 2025 but we are going back to 1993 for this channeling session with the members of Ashtar Command. We only have time for three of those members though as they take up the bulk of the tape helping us with some important things. This information from nearly thirty-two years ago is as timely now as it was then as we deal with astral travel, nutritional needs, and focusing on a key part of a meta-concert, the role of the conductor. We'll start with a side note which is Tia getting the session going with a debate on the merits of meat eaten raw and whether it is as healthy as opposed to other options. Her feline ancestry explains her dietary desires to like meat raw. We wrap up the debate and move on to farsighting questions such as learning that traveling through the base in our astral bodies has no effect on the physical things in our way. We compare astral travel techniques and she explains that everyone's technique is like a fingerprint that is unique to them. We end with discussing Mark's incredible talent of being able to go solid when traveling to the base. She steps aside after that to allow Karra to take her place in the channeling field. Karra starts off with news she had received about a blood test done on Luna that revealed that either her body was becoming pregnant or a menstrual cycle was beginning. She brought me the good news because it was possible the baby was mine. They had been trying to get Mark and myself to spread our third dimensional genes among our sixth dimensional female friends. Thus, Karra, Kiri, and Tia were all fine with the program. We then get into the training I was looking to begin with her of healing physical trauma through touch and mind. That led to a discussion on proper nutrition achieved through paying attention to the food eaten and fluids taken in throughout the day. A funny side note she brings up is that for eighteen dollars, one could go to the pharmacy and by all the ingredients that make up a human being. We finish up the side with looking at ways we could use to help the fact that Mark's body isn't self-healing when he is on the base in his solid form. It was causing health issues because his astral and physical bodies weren't matching due to his astral body was healing while he was on the base. Greetings once more in love, light, and wisdom as one.    In our efforts to get Mark's body to start healing during his sleep cycle while he was away or channeling, Karra reveals that when they are channeling through him, his body is running at just the bare minimums for survival. She applies the analogy of a submarine crew waiting out a depth charge run with all systems running at the barest minimum. We move on to the subject of what environmental factors are required for life. The one we focus on is atmosphere and how the pressure of it keeps the body's cells in place. Even with oxygen being provided, the human body in the vacuum of space has the fluids sucked out of it and they freeze or even possibly boil. Either way, a person has about thirty seconds of exposure before dying. That's how we cap things off and Tia takes her place so that Omal can begin channeling. The topic I bring up immediately with him is to discuss is meta-concerts and the role of the conductor that I was looking to get more information to pass on to Mark when he got back. It was something Omal and I had started in a previous session but had to be put off until now. The conductor is possibly the most important participant in a meta-concert because they determine the start, they take in and regulate the energy to be passed on to the primary, and they take in any flashback of energy to keep the rest of the participants from any harm. He stresses practice and training in the conductor role by learning the abilities of each of the participants to handle energies depending on their mood. That puts a big responsibility on the conductor to read each of the people in the meta-concert. He switches to a related topic of taking in energy with the hands-on training part of the channeling session. He has me stand up and feel all the energy sources in the room. We had cats, we had crystals, we also had the pyramid surrounding Mark's body. He had me suck the energy and then release it at a particular tempo. He next has me draw in energy using both my physical and astral bodies and then release it. I note the vast difference between the two attempts and thus learned a new way to approach the entire meta-concert process going forward. It was a key bit of knowledge we didn't have before. We finish things with his suggestion to always have a couple cats around when practicing gathering in energy. Tia returns to bring on Kiri who has only seconds to speak before the tape runs out. Before that, Tia confirms that the energy gathering method Omal showed me would be helpful for meditation and astral travel. A great session we're happy to add to the archives and only wish the sound had been comparable to last months channeling session. Side two includes:   1.)(0:00)- On side two, Karra works on the problem I bring up about Mark's body not self-healing due a disconnect between the physical and astral bodies when he is physically on the base in his astral body. 2.)(8:05)- Omal explains the importance of the conductor role in a meta-concert and how they must know the participants abilities, moods and ability to work with a group. He also helps improve my energy intake.

Greetings in love, light, and wisdom as one.  We start off 2025 with one of the best sounding channeling sessions we have had the joy to adding to Ashtar Command archives. Our sound engineers got really good quality out of this recording from 1995 that brought six members of the command together for a very informative session. Our ring mistress Tia takes the opportunity to get things going by giving me an assignment where I will enlist the help of Karra and Alana in coaching a young lady who was just beginning to develop her psychic abilities. I would be traveling off the mountain each day to begin training her in mental shielding as Omal had started with us. The second assignment she was authorizing was for Mark to return to surveilling Groom Lake at Area 51 in his astral body for any new technology being developed. It was something Mark and I had started that the base had become interested in what we found. Assignments given, Tia turns the reins over to Omal for his turn speaking. What he helped me with is my questions on the differences between fifth and sixth dimensions. He explains that the base is sixth dimensional but enclosed in fifth dimensional work space. In later sessions would hear more about the room next to the gravity generators creating the effect. One topic that would come up here and also with Karra was the link between her and I being developed more strongly to where I could hear her on a more constant basis. Omal had some good tips for how to make that happen. We finish up on the world to come after humanity ascends to a higher dimensional Earth. He says what those humans will find guardians there who had been trained for the position that would teach them about their new world and new life. That leaves Kiri to get us to side two. Her training with me had been in coercion so we work on increasing the practice I was doing. To help in this, she provides four important tips in using the skill that make it sound pretty simple. What we do learn is that coercion acts within a frequency created by the user. Mind and voice combine to produce waves of a coercive frequency designed to overwhelm the normal frequency of a person who haven't yet developed mental shielding. She reminds me she had taken Champion coercer twice while in university so she knew the subject well. We discuss the transition to a higher dimension and how some people will slide back.   3.)(30:18)- Kiri provides some important tips when coercing someone such as maintaining eye contact. In coercion, a coercive frequency is created that overrides a normal frequency if mental shields aren't active.  

Greetings once more in love, light, and wisdom as one.    My conversation with Kiri on side two is very short and ends with a bad joke before Wing Commander Taal pays us an infrequent visit and starts things off with a good joke. He was coming by to let me know that a pilot friend of mine had his first confirmed kill and thank Mark for his volunteering to be a guinea pig with the pilots deepwater rescue training. Taal reveals it wasn't a good experience for Mark due to a nosebleed acquired from the two and a half hours it took to get back up to the surface. That brings up the question of the reports of USO's being seen in the world's oceans. He tells his those are craft specially designed for undersea research and don't have the ability to fly in space. The bulk of our talk concerned his upcoming convoy duty he had planned. We learn that convoys can travel through hostile third dimensional space which is where they can get jumped and have to be defended. He then took off which brought Karra on to discuss the assignment given to me by Tia. The person in question had healing as a potential ability so we work on how best to help her develop that skill. We next cover the discussion from Omal about the new mindset we were to develop in which we could hear each other better. We had heard before that improving our telepathic connection was a step to doing that with people down here I had a connection with frequency wise. At the end of our talk we reminisce about my days when I used marijuana to create a better connection to her but had given it up as a dead-end. She explains that enough time had passed where we were able to start at getting back to improving the connection again as if I had never gotten high. Our last guest speaker of the night takes over from Karra to discuss some scheduled battle strategy. Unfortunately, Lyka found himself unable to do so because she needed pictures to properly demonstrate what she knew and that she was a bit tipsy from a flower she had eaten before the session. So the wargame training had to be put off but with a silver lining that I already had a board game down here which would serve our purposes perfectly. That left Tia to run the tape out so I asked her about whether or not she doodles. She reminded me of the potty humor of the question which came from being a mother of triplet daughters. So begins a discussion on a camping trip they had taken to the mountain above the base where they had hunted some rabbits. The four of them were descended from felines so mom was teaching her daughters skills from her home planet complete with individual hunting designs she had painted on each one's faces. We continue discussing the Cubs and how the one called Athena had gotten into an argument with her sister because she wanted to be the boss. It caused some friction which was finally resolved in the end. We finish up the channeling session with the revelation of Tia's real name before she took on a name she felt we would find easier. In her trying to get me to repeat it, it's easy to see why she decided on Tia. It's great to have such an excellent sound quality to work with and we are very happy everything was quite understandable for a change. Together, we shared stories of resistance and resilience, built deeper relationships and stood in solidarity with Gomeroi & Gamilaraay custodians - whose land is being exploited by fossil fuel companies such as Whitehaven Coal and Santos.This is a recount of what happened over the course of that special weekend - the stories that were told, the fights that were shared, and the solidarity built between communities. (Thanks to Move Beyond Coal)When country expands beyond what your eyes can comprehend, melting into the horizon, it's beyond beautiful, and quite indescribable. This is what I experienced as I watched the landscapes change towards our destination, the colours of the trees and land changing every so often. I knew from this point, that the trip to Narrabri on Gomeroi country, where devastating coal and gas extraction projects are widespread, would be one to remember. On arrival, we were welcomed by Gomeroi custodian Karra Kinchela and her family, by the Namoi river, as the wind rustled through the trees and soon after, embraced the young dancers and Karra's cousin, Clinton Lamb, who led the welcome to country. The stars eventually dressed the night sky as the night crept in, whilst the Pacific Climate Warriors thanked those who welcomed us with their own traditional fijian kava ceremony. Joy and laughter filled the campsite of our initial meeting place, which would reflect the real essence of the people who were fighting for Gomeroi country in Narrabri.Our second day on Gomeroi country, Karra showed us around, first at a site in the Pilliga Forest where water is filtered through to the underground water and finds its way to sea. She talked about how even on country that is considered freshwater, it is still connected to saltwater, and that whatever happens on her country is inherently connected to all countries. This lit up the fire in many people and for some, only added wood to the fire. There were direct connections being made between the effects coal and gas companies like Whitehaven Coal and Santos had on Narrabri and those close by, but also to the ocean and the Pacific Islands.Karra continued the tour by taking us to the front gates of Santos' Lee Wood gas facility.. She described how mining companies enjoy interacting with communities in order to claim, through social licensing, that those communities support their plans. Karra explained that continuing to participate in rallies and actions for Gomeroi country is one of the best ways to combat these false claims of support. She went on to explain how Whitehaven Coal, with numerous coal mines in the area with plans to expand, has eaten a lot of their country. Whitehaven promises all of these jobs and benefits to the community and Indigenous peoples, but these promises are only fallacies, with only a select few hired; their attempt to divert everyone's attention away from the reality that they are not only destroying country, but endangering the lives of those who live in the towns where they mine.We then headed to Maules Creek for lunch, where we were joined by one of the local Gamilaraay elders, Uncle Neville Sampson, who alongside a few other locals who have been fighting fossil fuel projects in their community for decades  explained the history of their fights. Uncle Neville talked about his resilience, and the resilience of those who continue to ensure a future for his people.After lunch, there was an opportunity to visit one of the local farms, and I put my hand up straight away. Being from a small village myself, from a remote island, I wanted to explore what life looked like right next to a coal mine. I remember most of my childhood in my village of Bauz, on Mer Island, in what is colonially known as the Torres Strait. Being from somewhere so remote, with a close knit community, I wondered if I could see a reflection of home amongst the tour, whether in the landscapes or the people. On the tour, we stopped every so often, learning what it takes to farm in Narrabri, about pink slugs and the houses and lands that were sold due to people getting extremely sick from not just the dust in the air from the mines but the gas released from the explosions. One of the farms belonged to a elderly woman, who was constantly sick due to the fumes, and had eventually sold her land and house, which now remains empty. Mining giants seem to have every right to not only harm the environment, but even the people who live within the environment it wants to destroy. After visiting the farm, and patting horses whilst learning about how climate change has even affected what farmers choose to grow now, we returned to Maules Creek renewed and even more passionate about stopping Whitehaven Coal.On our last day, we held an action at  sunrise - in front of Whitehaven Coal's Tarrawonga coal mine. When we arrived at the mine, what was in front of me was not only confronting, but made me feel both physically and spiritually ill. How could anyone devour a land and make it so baron, how could anyone harm country in such a vicious and heartless way, knowing that this land is so inherently connected to Gomeroi people? The trauma that the land experiences translates into real trauma for those who descend from these lands. When you kill or harm a land, you kill or harm it's people. Comprehending this tragedy, one that is paid for, that seeks the destruction of this country to gain profit, was difficult, but it was a reality that had to be acknowledged. It is our reality, and thus our responsibility to ensure that Karra, her family, her people, are able to live, not just survive, on their country, safe and sound. We shared stories, songs and dances in front of the mine, whilst mining security guards watched us as they patrolled the parameters. I couldn't help but mourn for country, but I could also feel the strength of everyone in this space, especially the Gomeroi mob who were so kind and gracious in inviting us to their country to see the truth of this place with our own eyes. Together, in times of crisis, when politicians let us down, we must rally together, allowing our communities to speak for themselves. We can see hope in the First Nations communities fighting to protect the country from new coal and gas projects. We see it in the global demands from Pacific leaders for no new coal and gas, phase out plans and renewables expansion. I remember some of my last words with Uncle Neville, he told me to keep fighting, but to also remember, that I am stronger, and that no matter what, Gomeroi country is who he is, and he will always know and be a part of its land, water and sky.
