Unveiling not only memories stored in my subconscious, but also the meaning that I gave those memories, which proved to be the most interesting. Most of the memories my conscious remembers (or knew but forgot because it was so long ago), but I never realized the subconscious meaning I attached to each. And then to see how that meaning has carried me, and determined so many of my choices, throughout my life, has been fascinating and real eye-opening experience.”- Candis M. “I wasn't aware how this past conditioning was negatively impacting my ability to market my services and be more visible in online channels. I thought Liz was a masterful guide. I felt safe and held during the entire session. The subtle shifts I noticed in my thoughts and emotions so soon after the session was over was incredible. I feel lighter. Happier. More playful and more present - not only with my own emotions, but with the other people I teach and coach as well.”- Deb B. "I couldn't believe how much lighter I felt after one session. My conscious mind new the problem was feeling stressed and pressured to work more and more to be successful and what a trap that was…. but I couldn't let it go. Liz's RTT session with me was so powerful that it allowed me to let it go. I am now working less, making more money, and I'm happy for the first time in my life.” - David A.

Today we are talking to best selling author Meg Zucker about what is like to be Born Extraordinary. Some of you that have been following me since the old blogging days know the story of my son Landon. When I met my dear friend Meg, who was also Born extraordinary, she changed my perspective on having a child with a difference. I realized that we were not celebrating his difference. We were hiding and trying to fit in. Hear more about Landons story, Megs story and how to empower children with differences. I am honored to be featured in Megs best selling book on this very subject. This is a must read for all parents. Are you in the 4%? Born Extraordinary Book: https://amzn.to/3Cgt7HK Website: https://megzucker.com/ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/megzucker/ Guest Bio: I was born with one finger on each hand, shortened forearms, and one toe on each misshapen foot, caused by a genetic condition called ectrodactyly. I passed my condition on to my two sons, and, along with my husband, raise them and our daughter. Aside from being a graduate of the University of Wisconsin−Madison, New York University School of Law, and the U.S. Head of anti−money laundering and financial crime at the Royal Bank of Canada, I am the founder and president of Don't Hide It, Flaunt It (DHIFI Inc.), a 501(c)(3) national nonprofit. More than a decade ago, I started DHIFI Inc., with the mission of advancing understanding and mutual respect for people's differences, after our oldest son, Ethan, was bullied on the playground in elementary school. Afterwards, the principal invited me to come speak to her teachers, school nurse and guidance counselors about how to help them support our son at school. As much as I was grateful for the opportunity to empower kids like mine, I longed to guide the faculty to help their students realize that we all have visible and invisible differences. To me, learning to unconditionally accept themselves and to empathize with one another was key to empowering the kids while creating an inclusive environment in the classroom and beyond. My goal was therefore simple: Help them to unite not despite but even because of their differences and come to celebrate them together. I wrote Born Extraordinary, my labor of love, to offer my personal nuggets of wisdom (and mistakes!) as well as share stories and words of wisdom from many other parents also raising children with differences and disabilities.
