I'm talking with Paul Hart from the Animated Batcast! We start off talking about the upcoming animated Batman Hush movie slated for release on July 20th and spend a bit of time talking kung fu flicks as I had just finished watching Ip Man prior to recording. It's on Netflix. Check it out! The episode gets progressively ridiculous from here. We even desecrate Mickey Mouse Clubhouse at one point. The second half gets pretty NSFW in terms of subject matter when I introduce Paul to the Try It Out guy. Then we discuss Paul's dating life and he asks for my helps in writing his Bumble profile. I fail miserably, but you can pick up the slack and really help Paul out! Send in your thoughts on how Paul should be writing his profile. We finish in true dumpster fire fashion. I rap Beastie Boys for a bit. Paul raps Nellie. It’s another round of Somebody Had to Ask for Episode 20 of Nobody Asked You, Kevin! and it's extra long! Tonight’s special guest is Paul Hart of Movies from the Hart and The Animated Batcast. Our Q&A takes several twists and turns as we talk about Halloween, SNES games, honey badgers, sandwiches (lots of food talk – sorry, I was hungry while recording), Jessie and the Rippers, songs on the soundtracks of life, Ace of Base and 90s jams, and many other tangents. It was a pleasure to speak with Paul. Please stick around for our special outro music tonight. You can find the podcast here on Anchor or on Apple Music/Spotify. As mentioned, you can find Paul on Movies from the Hart and The Animated Batcast. The intro music is a metal guitar cover of the Batman: The Animated Series theme song by Niall Stenson. The outro music is Forever by Jessie and the Rippers from the Full House tv series. I do not own the music played on this podcast episode, so if there are any issues, please contact Kevin Shanks. Don’t sue me. Please.

The guys are joined by Rebekah Dahling of The Animated Batcast and Number One Comic Books. She brings a flavor of royalty to the show that we have not seen yet. Things get heated on this episode as Rebekah does not stand down to the mistreatment of the women in this movie. They get a little off track early with talk of Power Rangers (don't ask just listen). About 20 minutes in they finally dive into the movie. Shockingly Shawn doesn't have a single story, Quinton was shocked too. This would be the second of three films under our Drama Sign of the Reel Zodiac. That means we still have ONE more Drama before the Reel to Reel episode. In the middle of the coldest winter in a long time Paul and Rebekah are joined by Clayton to discuss the episode Deep Freeze. The gang takes a deep dive into the newly released teaser for the Birds of Prey movie as well. They also talk about sex robots and some complications Mr. Freeze might face during personal time. It gets crazy at times. Enjoy! Find us on Facebook at The Animated Batcast. Leave us a review!
