Pineapple Financial Inc CEO Shubha Dasgupta joined Steve Darling from Proactive to discuss the company's comprehensive operational restructuring as part of its 2026 Core Mortgage Platform strategy. Dasgupta explained that the structural reset is designed to materially reduce Pineapple's fixed cost base while strengthening operating leverage as the company enters its next phase of growth.
