David Waldman and Greg Dworkin are back on the Wednesday KITM, and probably still aren't AI generated, although honestly, have you ever actually seen them? Are Jesus and Buddha space alien lizard people? Trump TV is as unglued as Trump. AI chatbots will encourage you to believe this and much more while they take over your job, and eventually your life. In real life, Kari Lake is making One America News the Voice of America. Apple juice will be one of the first things wiped off the shelves by the Trump tariff tsunami. Ed Martin was intended to make MAGA great again but is too MAGA to even get out of committee. Oh, so now disengaged voters are becoming engaged? Well, maybe too late is better than never. Dotard Donald is becoming more doddering with every passing day, and he's completely lost his bullshit fastball. If only Democrats said what they mean, mean what they said, and got stuff done, it'd be so simple. If you can't imagine a worse fate for migrants than being kidnapped and sent to El Salvador, you don't have the into-the-box imagination of a Steven Miller. Picture what awaits deportees to Libyan or Rwandan prisons! At war with Houthi rebels, the Navy has resorted to the tactic of throwing fighter jets at them. What has Ron DeSantis done for Trump lately? Not much, so into the meatball machine Ron goes.

Head-On with Roxanne Kincaid – May 5, 2025 “America's only liberal transbilly elitist” is back with fiery commentary, fundraising updates, listener calls, and blistering takedowns of Trump-world. Health & Travel: Roxanne shares an emotional update on her recovery from facial surgery, with an early CT scan scheduled at Duke. Facing a possible second surgery, she details her solo travel plans and worries — and underscores why listener support is vital. Fundraising: May's goal is $550. Cat in Ohio kicks off a $50 matching challenge, joined by Jeremy and Jude. Funds cover show costs and essential travel for medical care. Stalker Alert: Roxanne reveals disturbing threats from a cisgender woman spewing transphobic vitriol and death wishes. The host, no stranger to hate since her transition, took legal action — now involving the WV State Police. The incident is a raw look at how hate and misogyny collide. The MAGAT Menagerie: Trump, aka “Nitwit Nero,” comes under sharp attack for a string of bizarre moments: An AI image of himself as the Pope, Confusing Harvard with Harlem, Misrepresenting Supreme Court rulings, Suggesting American kids only need 2 dolls, Flubbing Civil Rights Act history, Praising his own wall that doesn't exist. Roxanne and listeners shred MAGAT lies, from calling Congresswoman Jasmine Crockett “low IQ” to defunding general officers in a Stalinist purge. Also on blast: Marjorie Taylor Greene (the “Trailer Queen”), Pam Bondi (“Pam Blondie”), and their dangerous rhetoric toward judges and migrants. Ryan Goodman joins via clip to analyze the twisted legal maneuvers. Economy & Reality Check: Clarence, a trucker and long-time listener, calls in with real-world insight: freight is down, MAGAT hats are disappearing, UPS is laying off workers, and the economy is cracking — especially for small owner-operators. He rips Trump's empty promises on manufacturing and salutes Kamala Harris for pension protections. Law, Cops & Queer Bars: Coverage of a disturbing raid on Ptown Bar in Pittsburgh during a drag show links today's police overreach to Stonewall and Compton's Cafeteria. Roxanne sees echoes of the past — but also resilience. The mayor pledges a review, and the queens didn't back down. Immigration & Lies: The administration's plan to pay undocumented migrants $1,000 to leave is mocked. Rep. Crockett claps back with real data. MAGAT disinfo from Steven Miller gets dismantled. Pop Culture & Sarcasm: A Met Gala mention. Snarky reading of People magazine's puff piece on Caroline Levitt's May-December marriage. Trump's “human battery” theory of exercise sparks laughs and concern. A literary quote from The Great Gatsby becomes this month's challenge. Bottom Line: Resilience, reality, and resistance. Roxanne faces medical hurdles and real threats, but refuses to back down. MAGATs get exposed, listeners show up, and the truth gets a mic.

Steven Miller is a well-known weirdo, anti-immigration ideologue, and is quickly becoming one of the most dangerous men to walk the Earth. For years, he's lurked in the shadows, hovering over Trump, stoking his worst impulses. But he's having a bit of a coming-out-party, as he's poised to become the National Security Advisor. He's in line for this position not because he's qualified, mind you - he's dramatically unqualified - but because of his preternatural, deep-seated feelings of hatred for non-white, non-male Americans. This 2nd term is already catastrophic. But Steven Miller will bring us into a darkness Americans aren't prepared for. Buckle up. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

It was Friday the 13th in March of 2020, and Steven Miller was staring at a suddenly irrelevant budget. Hours earlier Warby Parker had shuttered every one of its 280 stores to protect employees and customers. “Remember that plan we just approved?” he asked the leadership team. “Forget it.” In its place he introduced PAR—Pause, Adjust, Redeploy—a framework that let finance review cash daily, pivot marketing dollars to booming e-commerce, and preserve innovation spend while the world locked down. The episode crystallized Miller's philosophy: data guides decisions, but agility preserves advantage.Raised as a strategy consultant at Monitor Company, Miller learned early to hunt for competitive leverage. A New York City Urban Fellows stint deepened that lesson when a commissioner advised him to “read the budget if you want to know a society's values.” The line sent him chasing the intersection of money and mission—from Flatiron's venture trenches to Majestic Research, where the 2008 crisis forced layoffs and, ultimately, a sale to ITG that began with his cold call. Warby Parker appealed because it made a tangible product and pledged social impact.Miller joined when the firm had 20 employees and no stores; today it approaches 4,000 people and, he tells us, opens “40-plus new locations a year.” Eight capital raises and a 2021 direct listing later, his remit is constant: align capital with purpose. By measuring four-wall EBITDA, inventory turns, and cost lines against revenue, Miller ensures every dollar advances a simple mission—help more people see clearly around the world daily.

Tariffs, Tariffs, Tariffs! That's all people are talking about in the news today. It's a monster issue that people stand up and fight about from both sides of the political aisle. Today, we dive into it. You'll hear from Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) as he lies several times before the Senate in his support, now nonsupport of tariffs. It's crazy how two-faced he and others in Congress are! You'll hear from a brilliant young man, Steven Miller from the Trump Administration, who gives the actual facts explaining the ins and outs of tariffs and how they've been used successfully around the World permanently. Why are Democrats who, for years, staunchly promoted tariffs for the U.S.? Why do they refuse to acknowledge that we in the U.S. didn't have federal income tax because, until the 1920s, the U.S. government was funded by tariffs!!We play an analysis of "Dark Money" -- what it is and how is it used secretly -- by evil people who find ways to circumvent laws regarding political campaign funding -- to use taxpayer funds that are hidden to fund leftist policies against Mainstream America!

Orchestrated by those who built the stage, this is the final act of a play that started long ago. Act 1 was laying the infrastructure. Act 2 involved major disruption. Act 3 was the execution by policy reasserted thru reprogramming. Act IV includes the confession of the state's revelation. The machine is finally telling us what it knows. We the people are staring down the broken government. DOGE actually started under Obama. Second term execution of a first term strategy. Stripping influence from international institutions. Steven Miller's Domestic Policy Council, and the re-design needed. Friends get money, not adversaries. Weaponizing bureaucracy and altering the battlefield. To hijack and re-wire. Don't move the goalposts, but instead change the game. Starving programs from within. A redefinition of diplomacy. It's not war, it's choreography. Not a collapse, but controlled demolition. The program rebel paradox. Here are the members of the cast. The conditioned patriot, the guardian of the cage, the inverted rebel, the sovereigns and the echo soldier. You were written into the story. The collapse was never the enemy. When chaos fades, what remains is design. There are no surprises left. Outcome C is the revelation state. Above all, have faith in our God We Trust.

The meeting of the Laois and Kildare footballers is always one of the most anticipated fixtures in this part of the world.  Be it championship, league or O'Byrne Cup, it's a game that has thrown up some great moments over the years.  While Kildare have had the upper hand for most of the past 20 years, Laois have come out on top in the last two meetings - in last year's Tailteann Cup quarter-final in Tullamore and in the 2022 O'Byrne Cup semi-final, after penalties, in Carlow.  This Saturday they meet in the redeveloped St Conleth's Park in Newbridge, a 7pm throw-in under the lights that wouldn't have been the worst choice for RTE's live game.  Kildare, under new manager Brian Flanagan, have won their first three games and are top of the table. Laois, though they lost to Offaly in their first outing, are in third place having won their last two, including an impressive win over Sligo last Sunday.  To look ahead to the game, we have a special preview podcast, recorded live in the Joe Mallon Motors showrooms in Naas.  Joining us for the chat are former Kildare footballer Johnny Doyle, as well as three-time All Ireland final referee Maurice Deegan, who is currently a member of the Football Review Committee that have introduced the new changes to the game.  LaoisToday's Steven Miller and Alan Hartnett chat to the two lads about the rules, what they like and don't like, the form of both team, the new St Conleth's Park and some of Johnny's memories from playing Laois.  LaoisToday are proud brand ambassadors for Joe Mallon Motors and this episode was recorded in their showrooms on the Sallins Road in Naas. SEASON 3 EPISODE 89: COUNTDOWN WITH KEITH OLBERMANN A-Block (1:44) SPECIAL COMMENT: Impeach Trump. Now. Again. No, it won’t pass, it won’t work now. But it will pass, and it will work, next year, and it win the Democrats the midterms and the year after that it will brand Trump yet again as the most treacherous garbage in our history. Because lost in the avalanche of evil he has perpetrated since beginning his dictatorship, lost in the astonishment and even the despair of true Americans, lost in the numbed terrified capitulatory media coverage is the reality that his pardoning of the January 6th Traitors is amazingly unpopular, literally unpopular enough to cost him at least 43 house seats, right now, BEFORE he mindlessly signs more red meat Steven Miller slides under his piggish face. And the second part of this is: he has also already violated the Constitution of the United States. Already. Not 48 hours on the job and he is already guilty of impeachable offenses. Already. There is almost nothing to do to stop Trump NOW. The Democrats are minorities in both houses, the courts are crooked, the SUPREME court is just another Trump Scam, the billionaires like Musk and Bezos and Zuckerberg and the other tech scum have lined up beside him just as Krupp and IG Farben and Opel stood next to and behind Hitler. There is nothing to do TODAY except (to borrow from the musicals of the fascists) to make sure Tomorrow Belongs To Us. Introduce a bill, or even multiple bills, to impeach Trump. Keep the crimes he has already committed, including the ones he has been convicted of, and the ones he wriggled out of with dubious legality and non-existant morality, front-of-mind. Fight back, thwart him, anger him, waste his time, make him play defense, enrage his base, and terrify the billionaires because you could see on that mouse Zuckerberg’s face at the inauguration that he wasn’t so sure any more he picked the right side, and fight back. Moreover – give the opposition – not the resistance this time but the DEFIANCE – something to DO with this time other than just sit here and replay November 5th and all the days leading up to it in some P-T-S-D doom loop. Nothing that is wrong in the history of the world has ever been stopped without the same first step: people standing up and SAYING this is wrong, this must BE stopped. 76 and a half million people voted against Trump – 49 and two fifths percent - and we are all just sitting here saying nothing, doing nothing, watching Trump wreck train after train. B-Block (28:03) THE WORST PERSONS IN THE WORLD: The Twitter-X user so stupid she thinks Biden "parted" more people than Trump. That he "partied" his whole family. Much worse, CNN's Jake Tapper thinks Trump ran a disciplined campaign that "depicted (him) as someone who was within the realm of normalcy." When was that, Jake? SEASON 3 EPISODE 85: COUNTDOWN WITH KEITH OLBERMANN A-Block (1:45) SPECIAL COMMENT: Justice Samuel Alito must be off from the Supreme Court of the United States. Immediately. Today. He is without any morals, ethics, judicial standards, and if he is aware of the CONCEPT of the appearance of the conflict he no longer gives a damn. ABC News reports – and Alito confirms – that on TUESDAY he SPOKE to Trump – the day before Trump’s lawyers filed an emergency request demanding Alito and the other justices BLOCK New York Judge Juan Merchan from sentencing Trump tomorrow for his 34 convictions in the Election Interference/Stormy Daniels case here. Even though there is 0% chance of jail time, and probably not much more of one of probation or a fine. The convicted felon constitutionally ineligible president-elect is also has the TikTok case in front of the Supreme Court AND will probably take the release of either or both of the two halves of the Jack Smith report on Trump – Espionage and the Coup Attempt – to the Supreme Court to try to keep those reports from ever seeing the light of a day and this human embodiment of sleaze Sam Alito TALKED TO HIM BY PHONE less than 48 hours ago.And what is Alito’s excuse for this complete breach of judicial etiquette? Alito told ABC the conversation WAS not about the cases, it was about… a job reference he wanted to personally given to get his law clerk a job in Trump's administration - even if it's true, ALSO a conflict of interest. Sam Alito to ABC News: "We did not discuss the emergency application he filed today, and indeed, I was not even aware at the time of our conversation that such an application would be filed. We also did not discuss any other matter that is pending or might in the future come before the Supreme Court or any past Supreme Court decisions involving the President-elect." Nonsense. Sam Alito lied in the case of the political flags flown over his homes and his conflicts with neighbors. He has publicly complained that the American public has had the nerve to disagree with him. He has imposed his religious nut job views on cases at the Court. How could you be so dense, so unaware of the hatred you personally have brought down upon this once most respected of American governmental institutions, as to conduct that call, NOW? I mean this would be cheap and petty and obvious and a conflict of interest even by Trumpian standards. Just recusing is insufficient. He must be off the court. In point of fact, Alito should recuse, resign… and go to hell. SOLUTION TO AILEEN CANNON? Ignore her. Solution to Mark Zuckerberg: Wonder with what Trump has threatened him. Solution to a tough Fox News town hall: Give Trump the questions secretly beforehand. Solution to invading Greenland, Canada, and Panama when we are by treaty required to protect Greenland, Canada and Panama? You got me. B-Block (46:00) THE WORST PERSONS IN THE WORLD: Jen Psaki does a lengthy commentary wondering, four years too late, if Merrick Garland was the wrong choice to be Attorney General and she was wrong to promote him. Ultimately she decides she didn't screw up because "nobody can predict the future" even though the rest of us did. Like even Erick Erickson, whose J6 tweet resurfaces in which he called for barring Trump for office for life. And the suicide bomber Bezos brought in to destroy the Washington Post actually asked how to attract Trump supporters. C-Block (58:00) THINGS I PROMISED NOT TO TELL: The mandatory evacuation line in Santa Monica is three blocks north of the home I used to own when I worked there. It's amazing how a trivial detail like that can clarify a disaster like the L.A. fires - and how millions of us Angelenos (me included) managed to live in denial about the risks of living and building and expanding there. This is not criticism - it's confession.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

As we somehow adjust to the presidential election results, we bid farewell to an evangelical leader who stood for integrity over conformity. As Ken and Betsey connect again and share their disappointment over the election results, they begin with a lengthy reflection on the life of a powerful communicator, an inspirational influencer, a compelling professor/theologian, and an entertaining orator - Tony Campolo. We don't know if he was alert enough in those final days to have grasped the MAGA victory on November 5th, but he would certainly have shared our despondency. In this post-election Beach Talk, Ken asks Betsey to share her reactions as the election results became clear. They go on to react to some of the nominations in the headlines: Matt Gaetz, RFK Jr., Steven Miller, Elon Musk, Pete Hegseth, Mehmet Oz, and others. The fears of a Trump victory we all noted are being realized. Ken and Betsey lament the now-documented reality that a majority of those who voted chose this path. They conclude by sharing the need to find a place for gratitude as Thanksgiving Day approaches.   Become a Patron | Ken's Substack Page | Ken's Recent Post: Writer's Block Support the show

A neurological study revealed that real works of art in a museum stimulate the brain in a way that is 10 times stronger than looking at a poster. Commissioned by the Mauritshuis Museum in The Hague, home to Johannes Vermeer's Girl with a Pearl Earring, the independent study used eye-tracking technology and MRI scans to record the brain activity of volunteers looking at genuine artworks and reproductions. https://www.theguardian.com/science/2024/oct/03/real-art-in-museums-stimulates-brain-much-more-than-reprints-study-finds Fashion Week Luxembourg  Livia Smith, Communication Strategist for Luxembourg Fashion Week talks about its growth from the starting point six years ago,  with Fabiola Puga still at the helm. This year there will be twelve national and international designers. Luxembourg Fashion Week hopes to become part of the cultural fabric of the hospitality and economy of Luxembourg. Livia also talks about her own use of fashion to help create confidence for someone who is naturally shy. Max Felten,  Chief Economist and City Manager of Differdange returns to talks about why Differdange will, once again, host Luxembourg Fashion Week. Natalia Wrona, in charge of the promotion for Differdange City Management, explains the three different locations this year, including one at the International School in Differdange, celebrating all children, with two autistic children taking to the catwalk. AquaSud Differdange is another of the three locations for the Fashion Week, and Céline Moreira, their Communication Manager, explains the difficulty in using an aquatic setting for a fashion show! Céline also talks about the link to Pink October and how emphasising the beauty in diversity. A theme throughout today's discussion is the power of self-acceptance,  and promotion of a positive body image regardless of challenges. Laura da Silva overcame breast cancer ten years ago. Now, she spends her time between nursing at CHL and running her own business as an image consultant and tattoo artist, helping other women who have gone through breast cancer. She travels around with a pink chair, which is a reminder to those who have dealt with cancer that there is a lot of waiting and sitting, for both the patient, but also for their friends and family. https://www.instagram.com/luxembourgfashionweek My colleague, Steven Miller, a presenter at Today Radio is renowned in the office for his sneaker collector. This marks the time of year when 340B hospitals complete the recertification process to maintain their eligibility for 340B. But why is this recertification needed, and what do hospitals need to know before undergoing recertification? Steven Miller, the vice president of pharmacy services for 340B Health, describes what is at stake when it comes to hospitals completing recertification every year. Failure to do so could take a hospital months to correct and cost it millions of dollars – resources that the hospital could be using towards services for patients who need help the most. The key playersMiller says the hospital's authorizing official (AO) and primary contact (PC) are two of the most important figures for recertification. These individuals will be key to verifying and submitting information to the government during the process, and there are important rules governing their roles and responsibilities.Preparing for recertificationMiller says hospitals should have their “ducks in a row” and be ready to undergo recertification as soon as the period begins. This involves having the necessary staff involved, having required documentation on hand, and being prepared to respond quickly to any inquiries from the Health Resources & Services Administration (HRSA).Hospital best practicesMiller has tips for hospitals that want to navigate the recertification process efficiently and accurately. This includes advice on ensuring all the information in the HRSA Office of Pharmacy Affairs Information System is correct, fixing any discrepancies that could lead to future audit findings, and documenting needed changes to make sure they take effect.Resources:340B Health Registration and Recertification Resource340B Health Webinar Archive340B Health Equity Report 2023

It's Hump Day! Sam speaks with David Dayen, executive editor at The American Prospect,, to discuss Kamala Harris selecting Tim Walz as her running mate, and the recent ruling by a federal judge against Google. First, Sam runs through updates on Walz's thunderous debut as Harris jumps out to a polling lead, Cori Bush's primary loss, Hamas leadership, Israel's torture camps, Elon vs. Advertisers, Teachers' Union action, and JD Vance's link to Project 2025, also diving into Walz opening act as Vice Presidential candidate, and his ability to weave shots at the oddities of the GOP with clear progressive policy messages. David Dayen then joins, as he first dives into the DOJ's recent massive victory over Google's monopolistic violations of section two of the Sherman Act, becoming only the second major anti-monopoly victory of the digital age, walking through the case's parallels with Microsoft's monopoly case a quarter-century ago, and the central role Google's dominance of the search engine market via buying default access across the industry. Expanding on this, Dayen explores the $25 billion budget in 2021 (as well as myriad internal documents) that undercut Google's claim that this “default” status wasn't actually important to their market share, before stepping back to walk through the upcoming “remedy” phase of the trial, why it's so difficult to undo decades of monopoly power with punitive measures, and whether there is hope for greater structural change to come out of this case. This brings Dayen to the future of the administrative state, with this case's appeal likely to go well into the next presidency, and the approach a Harris Administration might take to this issue, parsing through the early signs as major Dem donors implore her to ditch the major anti-trust leaders of Biden's Administration, and whether Tim Walz and greater institutional defense of Biden's administrative choices serves as a stronger signal. Sam concludes the free half by highlighting LinkedIn co-founder and major Dem Donor Reid Hoffman's attempt to defend his call for Harris to drop FTC Chair Lina Khan. And in the Fun Half: Sam dives into the absurd new lawfare offensive by Elon and X to punish companies for not advertising, watches Cori Bush be very clear about her next steps in politics, and admires the complete meltdowns by everyone from Joe Scarborough and Van Jones to Ben Shapiro and Kevin McCarthy over Harris picking Walz over Shapiro. This week, Steven Miller joins me to discuss the space we hold for men in the fertility journey, the changes we hope to enact in the conversations about supporting non-birthing people, and the ways men can connect with each other to share and feel normalized in their experiences. About Our Guest: Steven J. Miller obtained his Bachelor's and Master's degree in Psychology at Northern Michigan University. He is currently in the part-time Master of Social Work program at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Steven is an advocate for discussion among social workers about the impact of infertility on one's mental health. Steven and his wife had struggled with infertility before being successful using In Vitro Fertilization, resulting in now almost five-year-old twin boys. Steven started his own podcast called MILES highlighting the male experience of infertility and family building. He joined Men's Helpline as a board member in 2023. Men's Helpline is a nonprofit whose mission is to provide emotional support to all men who struggle with pregnancy loss, and infertility. After his MSW, Steven plans to become a LCSW and specialize in Reproductive Mental Health and continue work with the nonprofit. Thanks for joining us again on The Perinatal Podcast! Find Steven! We're then joined by former ASU offensive lineman and current graduate assistant Steven Miller for a report on the Devils' OL (37:11), and then RB Tevin White opens up on his road back to earning a role in the offense (43:48). Then we look ahead to Saturday's battle with the Bulldogs. We talk with Fresno State insider Andrew Marden (49:44) before diving into our game preview and give our predictions.
