Shay About the Band 30 years of Subterfuge. 30 years of indie pop from Düsseldorf. Having grown up together – jointly, side by side and for each other – and with hundreds of true tales in the backpack, here is their new album Dots. Dots. is nothing less than a biography. Not only that of Subterfuge, ours as well. Vibrant and ever-changing harmonic vocals about life as it is: warm and touching, surprising, dissonant, full of love and also brittle at times. College rock with kids on the passenger seat. Metropoli- tan country, Subpop in perfection – often 60s, preferably psychedelic, but never aiming for a downfall. Rather the opposite – their fifth album turns out to be their most positive. And it's the musical coincidence of six boys that know they will have each other for life. No kitsch here, no plastic romance, no superfluous drama. Just real life turned into music. Our life. Our own soundtrack. - Yessica Yeti Facebook Twitter Youtube Instagram External-link-alt https://youtu.be/KmZIkic5duA Official Video for Licentiousness from our new album "Dots." (Less Records). Human Resources Management is synonymous with work (Employment). There is no way in this age and time to talk about work without unconsciously having Human Resources Management in view. So one can comfortably assume that if the landscape of work undergoes any form of change, Human Resources Management inevitably with also experience that change, more like a Siamese twin scenario. What is work (Employment)? What is Human Resources Management? Human resource management is the strategic approach to the effective and efficient management of people in a company or organization to help their business gain a competitive advantage. It is designed to maximize employee performance in service of an employer's strategic objectives. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Human_r... Employment is an arrangement in which a person works for another person (or company) in exchange for money. You can work without being in Employment - you can be self-employed, be a volunteer, and be doing work that directly benefits you and your family (housework, subsistence farming). Looking at the definitions, one thing stands out: people doing something in return for compensation. Over a century now, the Work and HR process and practices have been carried out more traditionally concerning Adam Smith's economic principle. Economic development theory rests on the pillars of saving, labor division, and the market's vast extent. The above situation has seen a dramatic change in the last 10, but there was a quantum leap in this change following the Pandemic. Work and HR practices as we know it traditionally has evolved and is still evolving. In this episode of the Word Café, I have the privilege of discussing this situation with Lars Schmidt. Lars Schmidt is an HR expert with over 20 years of hands-on experience in the HR professional area. He is the author of the Bestselling Book, Redefining HR and is building a Bridge to the Next Generation of HR. He is a Podcast Host and the Founder, Amplify Accelerator. This prevents company leadership from making necessary changes, and prevents people from feeling fulfilled, recognized, and included at work. At AllVoices, we want to change that by providing a completely safe, anonymous way for people to report issues directly to company leaders.
