Welcome to episode 347 of the Löw Tide Böyz - A Swimrun Podcast! We're throwing it back all the way to 2022 for our ninth installment of the Löw Tide Böyz Throwback Mixtape. This one comes from our second annual Partners Month, and re-listening to it gave us all the warm and fuzzies all over again. Chrissy and Bill Lankford, known to the community as Team Mr and Mrs B, join us to talk about swimrun as both life partners and race partners. They found the sport through the Toadman World Series, a set of local races near their home in Cambridge, then worked their way through the Isle of Scilly and Rockman before deciding to take on the ÖTILLÖ World Championship, a huge jump in distance and duration from what they had raced before. We get into how they trained with almost no access to real swimrun terrain, how they communicate and lean on each other when a race gets hard, the mantras that carry them through the tough stretches, and the hip flexor injury Bill raced through after a rough transition. We also talk gear, wetsuits, transitions, and their ongoing effort to bring more people into the sport. Bill and Chrissy have since gone on to race multiple ÖTILLÖ World Championships, Rockman, and ÖTILLÖ Öland together. Real gems of humans, and a conversation worth revisiting. Enjoy! ~~~ That's it for this week's show. If you are enjoying the Löw Tide Böyz, be sure to subscribe to the show on your favorite podcast player and leave us a five-star rating and review since that's the best way for people to discover the show and the sport of Swimrun. JT's Mix Tape #94 goes straight into one of the strangest technological rabbit holes we've covered yet.Scientists are already combining living human neurons with computer hardware. Biological computers can learn, process information and potentially operate using a fraction of the energy required by traditional computing. So naturally we had to ask the question:Are we accidentally building The Matrix?JT, Brian and Aaron dig into biological computing, AI, advanced robotics, the explosion of data centers, underground infrastructure, virtual worlds, digital consciousness and where all of this could ultimately be heading. We also get into the strange practice of saint relics and veneration, AI companionship, morality in modern entertainment, Hollywood, and—as usual—a few completely unexpected detours. Some of the discussion in this episode is deliberately speculative. We're connecting dots, exploring possibilities and having the conversations you're probably not going to hear anywhere else.Welcome to JT's Mix Tape #94.Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/jt-s-mix-tape--6579902/support.Please support our sponsor Modern Roots Life: https://modernrootslife.com/?bg_ref=rVWsBoOfcFPatreon: https://patreon.com/JT_Follows_JC?utm_medium=unknown&utm_source=join_link&utm_campaign=creatorshare_creator&utm_content=copyLinkJESUS SAID THERE WOULD BE HATERS: https://jtfollowsjc.com/product-category/mens-shirts/JT's Hats: https://jtfollowsjc.com/product-category/hats/Coaching Program: https://www.echoesoftruthnetwork.com/joinTelegram Group: https://t.me/jtsmixtapeNew Trucker Hat: https://www.shopmmca.com/shop/p/jt-follows-jc-hat

I've spoken to Kash Shaikh before. Kash's mission-driven attitude is infectious, and his enthusiasm is contagious. You may remember him from his two previous appearances on the Black Baseball Mixtape podcast. In both episodes, Kash talked about his role as founder and CEO of Baseball United. This visit is different — Kash is different. For the first time in person, I spoke with Kash, now the Chief Marketing Officer for Perfect Game — the largest amateur baseball organization in the country. Kash's mission is to grow PG both domestically and internationally.Perfect Game is one of those ubiquitous organizations involved in everything amateur baseball. I bet you the majority of all players in MLB have had some interaction with PG at some point in their career. But do you really know how involved Perfect Game is in setting the standard for a multi-billion-dollar youth baseball industry? Let me tell you, PG is heavily involved. But does that mean PG is responsible for the current travel ball structure? Is PG responsible for the cost of every travel organization? The actions of every travel coach? They can't possibly be responsible for all of that, right? What I can share is that PG takes the hit for a lot of things, good and bad, within the travel ball ecosystem. The honest answer is more complex, so I'll let Kash explain. PG is indeed the leader within amateur baseball. PG's decisions affect the entire travel ball landscape. They wear that mantle with pride, but it's also true that some things are beyond PG's control.Last weekend, I set out to better understand Perfect Game. This is just the start of my journey. I thank Perfect Game and my friend Kash for sitting down with the Black Baseball Mixtape and sharing this conversation with our community.

With Houston's defense expected to be one of the NFL's best, the guys ask whether the offense consistently holding its own against that group is enough evidence to say this Texans offense is legitimately better. The conversation then shifts to the Astros and the AL West, as ITL debates what winning one of baseball's weakest and most tightly contested divisions would actually say about where the Astros are as an organization. The first hour wraps with the Question of the Day: What endeavor or project would you take on if you were rich? ITL then goes Around The NFL, reacting to the biggest news and storylines from across the league before asking whether the Texans could be headed for another slow start to the regular season and what needs to happen to prevent it. What's Popping closes the hour with the biggest stories from sports and entertainment. Later, Reggie shares what he learned from conversations with several Texans assistant coaches at practice, giving the crew insight into different players, position groups, and developments taking shape as camp continues. The guys and listeners then come clean during another edition of ITL Lunch-Time Confessions before handing out their Winners & Losers of the Weekend. The final hour begins with Texans head coach DeMeco Ryans speaking to the media, as ITL listens in and reacts to his biggest comments with Houston preparing for another important week of camp. JT Follows JC joins Nephilim Death Squad for a wide-ranging conversation connecting UFO disclosure, alien encounters, the Nephilim, the Book of Enoch, MKUltra, Project Monarch, Tartaria, old world architecture, artificial intelligence, and Biblical prophecy through a Christian worldview.David Lee Corbo, Matthew Heppner, and JT Follows JC (Joe Telford) begin by discussing JT's journey from working in construction to creating content full-time. That background leads directly into questions surrounding Tartaria, Greco-Roman architecture, Gothic cathedrals, cymatics, frequency, resonance, hidden technology, mysterious stonework, and seemingly impossible construction timelines. Could previous civilizations have understood sound, vibration, energy, and architecture differently than we do today? The conversation then turns toward UFO disclosure and the modern alien narrative. The guys analyze Spielberg's Disclosure Day, alien abduction experiences, astral simulation theories, Skinwalker mythology, MKUltra, Project Monarch, trauma-based dissociation, and occult symbolism appearing throughout movies and television. From Zoolander and Gravity Falls to Stranger Things, they ask whether entertainment is simply fiction—or conditioning audiences to interpret spiritual phenomena through a different framework.Could AI eventually replace the alien invasion narrative? Why are discussions about demons, the Nephilim, and the Book of Enoch becoming increasingly mainstream? The episode explores Tucker Carlson, modern disclosure conversations, the Anunnaki narrative, the Watchers, Greek mythology, The Odyssey, and possible Biblical parallels involving fallen spiritual beings. The final section goes deep into Scripture and theology: Pharaoh's hardened heart, free will, predestination, manufactured prophecy, Israel, replacement theology versus fulfillment, Rahab, Ruth, Passover, the mixed multitude, hyssop, Jesus Christ, the Book of Life, and once saved always saved. Finally, the guys return to the central question: Are alien and UAP encounters actually demonic or spiritual phenomena masquerading as something physical? What do you think—physical extraterrestrials, demonic deception, psychological manipulation, or something even more complicated? The hour closes with What's Popping, covering the biggest stories from sports and entertainment. Later, ITL takes a closer look at the Texans offense and asks whether the unit has the leadership, toughness, chemistry, confidence, and other intangibles needed to become a championship-level offense.
