I break down the real way I approach sales, building trust by talking about what can go wrong instead of just selling upside. I share how I went from scrappy, no budget marketing to building businesses that generate serious cash, and why most entrepreneurs move too fast into holding companies without the fundamentals. We get into the three things you actually need to win, cash, network, and operational skill, and how I think about scaling, hiring, and stepping back from the day to day. Anthony O'Neal, had $6.32 to his name on a Wednesday night. He needed gas. He was hungry. He ended up cutting two McDonald's double cheeseburgers in half — that was his food for the next two days. He diluted his sweet tea with water to stretch it. And in that moment, eating a cold half-burger in his apartment, something shifted in him. He thought: there has to be a better way.Fast forward to his fortieth birthday. Anthony is on a private yacht off the coast of Italy. The chef comes out mid-dinner, not just to ask how the fish is — but to offer to catch that same fish again for him tomorrow. And Anthony thought back to that Wednesday night, that half-burger, that $6.32 — and he realized: he had found the better way.Anthony O'Neal is a bestselling author, speaker, and host of The Table with AO. Turning Cash into Cash Flow: The Transition to Real Wealth A high income can make you comfortable. Recurring cash flow can make you free. In this episode of The Level Up Podcast, Paul Alex breaks down how entrepreneurs can transform active income into assets that continue generating revenue without requiring their daily presence. Working hard is necessary in the beginning. But if your income disappears the moment you stop working, you have not built true wealth yet. The goal is to use the money you earn today to create systems, assets, and income streams that keep paying you tomorrow. In this episode, you'll learn: • The difference between active income and passive infrastructure• Why spending profits on lifestyle upgrades can delay financial freedom• How income-producing assets can generate recurring monthly cash flow• Why true freedom begins when your cash flow exceeds your living expenses The truth is simple: Making money is only the first step. The next step is putting that money to work. Deploy the capital. Build the assets. Create recurring income that does not depend on your daily effort. When you own the cash flow, you own your calendar. Your Network is your NETWORTH! "If you can't manage $1,000, you can't manage a million." In this raw, eye-opening episode, I bring you former WWE Champion, actor, and entrepreneur Raj Dhesi, better known to millions as Jinder Mahal. We shine a light on the brutal price he paid to go from being out of shape, drinking every day, and released from WWE to completely reinventing himself, earning Vince McMahon's trust, and becoming world champion. Raj exposes the lies behind overnight success, the danger of letting a company own your entire personal brand, and why earning more money means nothing if you never learn how to manage it. This is a wake-up call for anyone who knows they are capable of more but keeps waiting for the perfect moment. Expect brutal truths on building discipline when nobody is watching, creating structure after your career changes, turning your name into an asset you actually own, and using investing to create real freedom instead of looking rich. Raj also takes us behind the scenes of working with The Rock, acting on ABC's Big Sky, nearly being fired by Vince McMahon, and making the sacrifices that transformed his body, career, and entire identity. The life you want may be possible, but the old version of you cannot come with you.
What if the money in your account is not the same thing as real wealth? That's where this conversation starts. Dr. Felecia Froe sits down with Paul Musson, former professional investor, founder of the Paulitical Economy blog, and author of Capital Offence: Why Some Benefit at Your Expense. After decades inside the investment world, Paul began studying economics more deeply after seeing how the housing bubble, the financial crisis, and policy decisions reshaped the relationship between money, capital, and everyday people's ability to build wealth. They talk about the difference between money and capital, how inflation quietly erodes purchasing power, and why rising asset prices do not always mean real wealth is being created. Dr. Felecia asks the practical questions many listeners may be wondering: What does it mean when money is "devalued"? Why does a Treasury investment look safe but still lose purchasing power? Does lowering interest rates really make housing more affordable? And what does building capital look like for people who are working, saving, investing, and trying to create options? This conversation is about understanding the economy in plain language so women can ask better questions, protect their future, and build wealth that is actually real. 00:00 – Understanding Money, Wealth, and the Economy 02:58 – When Paul Realized the System Was the Problem 07:04 – Capital vs. Money 09:15 – How Money Creation Reduces Purchasing Power 12:07 – Government Spending, Consumption, and Investment 15:30 – Financial Repression and Devalued Dollars 18:17 – Why Getting the Same Dollars Back Can Still Mean Losing Value 22:00 – Be Free and Do No Harm 28:11 – How Asset Prices Transfer Wealth 35:25 – Why Lower Mortgage Rates Do Not Always Mean Affordable Housing 38:44 – When a House Becomes "the Investment" 44:08 – Paul Musson's Book " Capital Offence: Why Some Benefit at Your Expense." 49:14 – What Building Capital Looks Like for Everyday Investors 55:12 – Cash Flow vs. Appreciation in Real Estate 57:58 – Wealth Inequality and the Stock Market 59:41 – Capitalism vs. Interference With Capitalism 01:04:00 – Why People Deserve Clear Explanations You've worked hard to build your career. On this episode of Zen and the Art of Real Estate Investing, Jonathan Greene welcomes back Kathy Fettke to explore what long-term investors should really be paying attention to in today's market, and why so much of the noise surrounding interest rates, headlines, and economic uncertainty distracts investors from what actually creates wealth. Kathy, co-founder of Real Wealth and one of real estate investing's longest-running voices, shares how she's thinking about opportunity in 2026 and where she sees investors making both smart moves and avoidable mistakes. The conversation opens with the current market environment and why Kathy believes many investors are becoming too focused on waiting for the "perfect" conditions instead of understanding fundamentals. While inflation, global uncertainty, and shifting interest rates dominate headlines, Kathy explains that successful real estate investing has always been about positioning yourself in front of long-term growth, not predicting short-term market movements. She argues that job growth, population growth, infrastructure investment, and affordability continue to matter far more than day-to-day news cycles. Jonathan and Kathy also dive deep into out-of-state investing and why technology has made investing remotely easier, but not necessarily safer. Kathy shares lessons from decades of helping investors build portfolios across the country, emphasizing the importance of understanding local markets, establishing strong property management relationships, and physically visiting markets whenever possible. They discuss common mistakes investors make when buying remotely and why local knowledge still creates a massive advantage. The episode also explores emerging opportunities across asset classes, including multifamily, mid-term rentals, office recovery, and senior housing. Kathy explains why periods of disruption often create some of the best buying opportunities and why investors should be careful not to mistake temporary market conditions for permanent changes. Throughout the conversation, she returns to a consistent message: investors who focus on quality assets, long-term demand, and patient execution tend to outperform those chasing trends or trying to time the market. Ultimately, this episode is a reminder that building wealth doesn't require predicting the future; it requires understanding fundamentals, staying disciplined, and taking action when opportunities appear. Whether you're buying your first rental property or growing an existing portfolio, Kathy's perspective offers a practical framework for navigating changing markets while keeping your long-term goals in focus. In this episode, you will hear: • Why long-term investors should focus on fundamentals instead of headlines • How job growth, infrastructure, and population shifts drive market selection • What investors should know before buying out-of-state real estate • Why property management often matters more than the property itself • Emerging opportunities in multifamily, midterm rentals, office recovery, and senior housing Follow and Review If you enjoy the show, please follow Zen and the Art of Real Estate Investing on Apple Podcasts and leave a rating and review. What if the biggest thing standing between you and the life you want isn't your circumstances, but the patterns you keep repeating? In this powerful mashup episode, I bring together some of the most transformational conversations I've ever had about breaking free from the habits, beliefs, and emotional patterns that silently shape our lives. So many people think their future is determined by their past, but what you're about to hear will challenge that idea completely. From wealth creation and personal growth to healing and spiritual awareness, these conversations reveal how your life can change the moment you become conscious of the patterns you've been running and decide to create new ones. Tony Robbins shares why most people stay trapped in fear, stress, and survival mode, and how changing your state and physiology can unlock a future far bigger than your current circumstances. He breaks down why a compelling future is essential for success and why the stories we tell ourselves determine the direction of our lives. John Edward adds a powerful perspective on self-awareness and personal responsibility, explaining how recognizing the patterns that drain your energy is often the first step toward meaningful change. Gabby Bernstein opens up about the hidden emotional triggers and protective behaviors that keep so many people stuck. Together, we explore how our past experiences create unconscious reactions that continue to influence our decisions long after the original pain is gone. Dan Martell shares his incredible journey of transformation and reminds us that the very things we believe disqualify us from success are often the exact experiences that qualify us to help others and fulfill our purpose. Throughout this episode, I challenge you to stop making excuses, stop letting fear dictate your future, and start becoming intentional about the emotions, habits, and beliefs that drive your life. The truth is that every breakthrough begins with awareness. Once you recognize the patterns that have been controlling you, they lose their power. That's when real change becomes possible. If you've been feeling stuck, frustrated, or like you're capable of more than you're currently experiencing, this episode will give you the tools and perspective to break free. The life you want isn't waiting for a different version of you. It's waiting for you to finally let go of the patterns that no longer serve you and step into the person you were created to become. Key Takeaways: Why most people unknowingly live their lives through repeating emotional and behavioral patterns Tony Robbins' strategy for breaking out of fear and creating a compelling future How changing your physical state can immediately change your mental and emotional state Why awareness is the first step to eliminating destructive patterns Gabby Bernstein's insights on triggers, emotional wounds, and unconscious protective behaviors How to stop allowing past experiences to dictate future decisions John Edward's perspective on taking ownership of your energy and personal growth Dan Martell's powerful lesson that your greatest struggles may be your greatest qualification Why success requires responsibility, while excuses keep you trapped How to intentionally create new patterns that lead to abundance, peace, and fulfillment
Your business is doing well. Revenue is growing. Clients are coming. You've built something real. But here's the question almost nobody is asking you: Are you actually building wealth? Not business revenue. Not cash flow. Personal, lasting, choice-creating wealth — the kind that means you get to decide how you spend your time, with whom, and on what terms. If the honest answer is "not really" — or "I'm hoping the business sale will sort that out" — you're not alone. But you are taking a risk that most high-achieving women don't recognise until it's too late. Mel Browne is an award-winning financial educator, ex-accountant, ex-financial advisor, and the author of five books, including the global bestseller Unf*ck Your Finances and her latest, Dare to Be Wealthy. She's also the founder of Her Wealth, Her Way — a conference that drew 700 women in its first year and is scaling to over 1,000. What You'll Discover in this Episode: Why growing revenue without growing personal wealth is one of the biggest risks women business owners take — and the structural shifts that close the gap The bare minimum financial foundations every business owner needs: paying yourself a real wage, automating super, and investing outside the business Why your business sale should be the "cherry on top, not the cake" — and how to stop banking your future on an exit that may not deliver The four numbers every business owner should know cold: leads, conversion rates, average sale, and retention — and why they matter more than follower counts How to develop what Mel calls a 'database gut' — enough financial literacy to trust your own instincts, even when professionals are advising you Mel's 'purpose and profit' framework — why building wealth isn't selfish, and how the more you earn, the more freedom and impact you create Mentioned in This Episode: Melissa Browne's Website: https://www.melissabrowne.com.au/ Melissa Browne's LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/melissa-browne-5262b020/ Melissa Browne's Instagram: melbrowne.money Melissa Browne's Book: Dare to Be Wealthy is your unapologetic guide for women to build wealth on your terms. Send us Fan MailTiffany Carter's story challenges the polished mythology of entrepreneurship by exposing how trauma can quietly shape the way high achieving founders earn, sell, lead, and stay visible, even when they appear successful from the outside. In this deeply honest conversation, Tiffany reframes money mindset as more than a confidence issue; it is a nervous system, identity, safety, and self trust conversation that determines how much capacity a leader truly has for wealth, visibility, and growth.Show NotesTiffany Carter joins the Badass Women in Business Podcast for a raw, strategic, and profoundly human conversation about money attachment, trauma informed business growth, emotional based selling, and the hidden survival patterns that can follow ambitious women into leadership. A former TV news broadcaster turned multimillionaire entrepreneur, Tiffany is the host of ProjectME with Tiffany Carter, a top ranked money and entrepreneurship podcast, and the creator of Emotional Based Sales Techniques™, a system credited with helping clients generate more than $265 million in sales. Her work sits at the intersection of business strategy, emotional intelligence, attachment theory, and nervous system awareness, helping entrepreneurs understand why they may crave wealth, freedom, and visibility while still unconsciously resisting the very success they say they want. Why childhood trauma can become adult money drama, showing up as under earning, overworking, hoarding, burnout, fear of reinvesting, or resistance to being fully seen. How the “false self” can help high achievers perform, succeed, and receive praise, while quietly disconnecting them from their real voice, values, boundaries, and deeper purpose. Why visibility can feel dangerous for entrepreneurs who learned early that attention, power, or money were tied to control, exploitation, criticism, or emotional risk. How trauma wired founders can stop shaming their automatic stress responses and begin managing money, sales, leadership, and growth with more awareness, guardrails, and support. Why emotional based selling is not manipulation, but a deeper way of creating trust, communicating value, and helping the right buyers feel seen, safe, and ready to invest. How Tiffany's decision to finally build ProjectME became a turning point in moving from survival, secrecy, and self doubt into truth telling, service, and financial autonomy. Why conventional business advice often fails people with complex lived experience, and why the right strategy has to account for the human being behind the brand. This episode is for the founder, executive, advisor, coach, or creator who knows she is capable of more, but keeps meeting an invisible wall around money, visibility, expansion, or self trust. Send us Fan MailIn this week's minisode, I'm talking about why energy — physical and mental — is the real currency of a good life, and why it matters even more when you're single and running your life solo. I share how energy affects everything from your mood and motivation to your creativity and confidence, how we leak it without realising, and why the “boring” basics (sleep, movement, boundaries, nourishing inputs) are actually what create freedom. I also touch on energy from a law of attraction perspective — not as magic, but as alignment — because the way you feel and show up changes what you notice, what you choose, and what you attract. Looking rich and being wealthy are not the same thing. One is performance. The other is power. In this episode of The Level Up Podcast, Paul Alex breaks down the optics trap and why chasing fake status can destroy real wealth. Let's be real… If you are buying designer clothes… Leasing exotic cars… Flexing online… And draining your business cash flow just to impress strangers… You are not building wealth. You are building a costume. In this episode, you'll learn: Why looking successful and being financially strong are completely different How status symbols can destroy long-term business survival Why real wealth is built through assets, cash flow, and discipline How delayed gratification creates financial peace and lasting freedom The truth is simple: Your money should buy leverage. Not likes. Your profits should build infrastructure. Not insecurity. Your cash flow should create more cash flow. Not a fake lifestyle you can barely afford. Most people want to look rich before they actually become wealthy. High-level operators do the opposite. They stay disciplined. They keep overhead low. They reinvest aggressively. They stack assets quietly. And they let the results speak for themselves. Real wealth does not need to shout. It does not need to prove anything. It does not need applause from strangers on the internet. Stop chasing the optics. Build the foundation. Secure the future. And keep leveling up. Your Network is your NETWORTH! Working hard isn't what makes you rich. If it was, the people grinding 12 hour days at two jobs would already be wealthy, and they're not.The truth is the 1% operate on a completely different set of mental models than everyone else, and until you adopt them, you'll stay stuck no matter how many hours you put in.In this episode, I'm walking you through the exact mindset shifts I used to become a multi-millionaire by 28 and build a venture studio approaching a billion dollar valuation. Key Takeaways: Understand Credit and Collateral: Strong investing starts with understanding how credit and collateral work. Assets like real estate and stocks can be used to create more financial opportunities. Prepare for Economic Change: AI is expected to reshape jobs, business profits, and housing markets over the next decade. Investors should pay attention to how these shifts affect the economy. Use Assets Strategically: Assets can be viewed as stored energy that can be used wisely over time. For example, home equity can sometimes be turned into additional income or investment opportunities. Bitcoin and Digital Finance Are Growing: Bitcoin and digital financial products are becoming more common because many investors see strong long-term potential in them. Patience Builds Wealth: Long-term success in investing requires patience, research, and careful decision-making. Strong wealth is usually built slowly and intentionally. Real wealth is not built by working harder forever. It is built by creating assets that work without you. In this episode of The Level Up Podcast, Paul Alex breaks down the true definition of financial freedom: building an asset machine. Let's be real… If your income depends on you showing up every single day… Taking every call… Closing every deal… And personally delivering every result… You do not have freedom. You have a high paying job. In this episode, you'll learn: The difference between active income and true asset-based income Why trading time for money will always limit your freedom How recurring revenue creates stability, leverage, and peace of mind Why physical and digital infrastructure are the foundation of real wealth The truth is simple: You cannot be the engine forever. At some point, your hustle has to build something that runs without you. Merchant terminals. Software subscriptions. Automated systems. Recurring revenue. Assets that produce income while you are unplugged. That is how you stop chasing every dollar. That is how you protect your calendar. That is how you build generational security. Because true wealth is not just about how much money you make. It is about how much of your income keeps coming in… Without demanding your constant attention. Build the machine. Own the asset. Secure the freedom. Your Network is your NETWORTH! In this episode, Jesse breaks down how one relationship evolved from a single Porsche deal into a multi million dollar partnership built entirely on trust, integrity, and shared vision. From walking away from risky deals to creating opportunities that benefited everyone involved, this conversation dives deep into the mindset behind long term success, meaningful business relationships, and building something bigger than money.
What if the most important thing you ever built wasn't a business? What if it was a blueprint, one that defines who you are, what you stand for, and how you show up for the people who matter most? That's the question this episode dares you to answer. In this episode of The Happy Hustle Podcast, I'm resharing the Guest Guru Training that Rich Christiansen delivered exclusively to our Happy Hustle Club. And let me tell you, this one is too good to keep behind closed doors. Rich is a bestselling author, humanitarian, mentor, man of deep faith, husband, and father. But what sets him apart, what makes him the real deal, is how intentionally he has built his life from the inside out. His five sons each launched million-dollar businesses before the age of 19. Not because Rich handed them anything, but because he built a framework, a living, breathing family legacy system he calls Legato, that shaped them into powerful, centered, contributing men. This episode is one of those rare ones you'll want to come back to. Whether you're a husband, a father, an entrepreneur, or all three, Rich drops wisdom that will genuinely stop you mid-scroll and make you think hard about how you're spending your time, your energy, and your love. The first big takeaway is what Rich calls the 2-Minute Surrender. Most of us are walking around in limbic brain all day, stuck in a primal loop of fight or flight, triggered by every notification, every bad email, every scroll through social media. Rich breaks down a five-step sequence you can run through in under two minutes to snap out of that fog and get back into your frontal cortex, where clear, powerful decisions actually happen. The steps are simple: move your body, take three deep breaths, say a power mantra, ask your higher power for what you need, and visualize a moment or place that brings you genuine joy. That's it. Rich runs through this sequence four or five times a day, especially before big meetings or high-stakes moments, and the research backs him up. Visualization alone has been shown to be nearly as effective as physical practice. Your mind is that powerful. The second takeaway is the Values Blueprint. Rich has spent over 20 years as what he calls "the values guy," and he makes a sharp point most of us miss: we are great at defining values for our companies, we're getting better at it for our families, but very few individuals can clearly articulate their own personal value system. That gap is where the chaos lives. Rich's process walks you through identifying your core values, emotionally anchoring them with mantras and phrases that actually stick, defining what they mean in real concrete terms, and building screening questions to test whether the people in your life are genuinely in alignment with what you stand for. The whole workbook is free on his website, richchristensen.com, and I'd strongly encourage you to grab it. The third takeaway is the circles of relationship, and this one hit me like a truck. Rich breaks down the layers of connection in our lives from blood brothers, the one or two people who'd give you a kidney, to your trust network, your tribe, your community, and your contacts. Here's the part that stings: most of us are pouring our absolute best energy into the outer circle, our social media followers, our casual contacts, the people who don't even know our middle names, while we're giving the leftover, burned out, depleted version of ourselves to the people who love us most. Rich challenges us to flip that completely. Give 60 to 70 percent of your best to your inner circle. The people who'd show up at 3 in the morning. That's where real wealth lives. The fourth takeaway is the Legato rites of passage, and honestly, this part of the conversation is worth the full listen on its own. Rich designed intentional milestones for each of his five sons at ages 8, 12, 14, 16, and 18. At 12, he took each son on a three-week trip that included a deep adventure followed by serving orphaned children in Nepal, connecting them to something much bigger than themselves. At 14, each son climbed a major mountain peak to prove to himself he could do hard, genuinely hard things. At 16, each son shook Rich's hand and declared his independence, committing to never ask for financial support again, then built a business to back it up. The goal wasn't to produce rich kids. The goal was to produce sovereign men. Centered, purposeful, and powerful in their own right. The fifth takeaway is the straight truth about value alignment in business. Rich is clear: smart people who like each other but aren't values-aligned will blow up a company. Full stop. He built teams of 15 that outperformed teams of 50, not because they worked harder but because the speed of trust was so high there were no unnecessary stops, no friction, no second-guessing. Value congruency is your competitive advantage. Screen for it. Build around it. Protect it. Rich also touches on digital unplugging and the danger of technology keeping us locked in limbic brain, something we talk about a lot in the Happy Hustle world. The bottom line is this: your best thinking, your deepest relationships, and your most meaningful decisions don't happen on the screen. They happen when you're present, grounded, and actually in the room with the people who matter. If you want to live a life of real flow, not just hustle for its own sake, you need value alignment at every level: personally, in your relationships, in your business, and in how you spend your time and money. Rich has built that life, and he's generous enough to share the exact blueprint with all of us. Do yourself a favor and listen to the full episode at https://caryjack.com/podcastin/. Investing in Real Estate with Clayton Morris | Investing for Beginners
The wealth gap in the United States just keeps getting more and more vast, and it's happening faster than most people realize. And no, I'm not talking about the Jeff Bezos or Mark Zuckerburgs of the world.I'm talking about the ways that real, everyday Americans can build lasting wealth. On this episode of Investing in Real Estate, we're unpacking what's going on behind the scenes with the widening wealth gap in the United States, and what it means for you.
Most people don't realize that a large portion of real wealth is created before companies ever reach the public markets. In private companies, early-stage investments, and entrepreneurial ventures, growth happens the fastest. For a long time, that part of the market has been largely inaccessible to retail investors, reserved instead for institutions and high-net-worth individuals. And that has played a significant role in the growing gap in wealth. In this episode of Money School Elite, I sit down with Mona DeFrawi to unpack how this system actually works and what's starting to change. Mona has spent decades working inside private markets, helping companies grow, go public, and navigate how capital flows behind the scenes. In this conversation, we break down several important realities that experienced investors understand, but most people never see. We discuss why retail investors have historically been "protected" out of private markets, how early-stage investing drives the largest returns, and why most of the growth happens before companies go public. We also talk about recent policy changes that are beginning to expand access to private markets, what that means for everyday investors, and why understanding how these markets work is becoming increasingly important. About the Guest Mona DeFrawi is an IPO and capital markets expert, startup founder, and private market pioneer who has spent over three decades working at the intersection of innovation and finance. She has led and supported multiple tech IPOs, built investor relations and capital markets functions from the ground up, and founded four startups, including early work that helped shape what is now Nasdaq Private Market. Throughout her career, Mona has raised significant capital, contributed to legislation that expanded venture funding, and helped build systems that connect companies with the capital they need to grow. Today, her focus is on expanding access to private markets, using technology, education, and new platforms to help more investors understand and participate in opportunities that have historically been limited to institutions. Her work is driven by a belief that early-stage investing is one of the most powerful drivers of wealth creation and that access to these opportunities should be more widely available. The wealthiest people around you may not look wealthy at all—and that’s not an accident. In this episode, Mike Douglas breaks down the everyday habits of the “quietly wealthy” and explains why real wealth is often built without flash or constant upgrades. He discusses intentional spending, resisting lifestyle creep, saving automatically, and making major decisions based on numbers rather than impulse. Using real‑life examples, Mike explains how consistent habits over time—not big incomes or flashy purchases—often separate those who quietly build wealth from those who don’t. From understanding that savings alone is not enough to learning how to buy shares that can turn 10,000 cedis into 100,000 cedis in one year, and why the brutal truth about building wealth is that young people don't know the difference between shares and treasury bills when treasury bills are regulated by the government giving you fixed returns like water in a cup that's always there when you drink but shares are buying a part of a company like MTN or Gold or Ben's oil palm plantation where if the company does well your shares do well but you cannot determine when it's going to rise or fall, the financial literacy educator who breaks down Maslow's hierarchy explaining that self actualization is where people invest big time into shares that work for them and they do not necessarily have to do something else proving that even when Dr. McDonald says he's not where he wants to be we see him as self actualized but to him he is not showing the difference between social status and perception, the young woman teaching people through 30 Seats that in the typical Ghanaian environment if you die it is what is said about you after the death that matters because if you only had money to take care of yourself and your family and extended family but die right now they would say you didn't leave any property proving it is money it is money not just words, the reality that people comment in DMs asking why will I save my next of kin will come and chop the money when actually you need to work hard to change that perception and leave something behind, the process of buying shares starting with saving then taking a portion of that saving to investment using IC wealth app or Black Star app where you register get a CSD account buy the shares and move forward, the top three shares young people can invest in today being MTN shares which she personally invests in, Gold shares that went from 1,250 cedis last year to now being scarce, and Ben's oil palm plantation which is doing very well, the shocking revelation that one company appreciated by 1,000% meaning if you had saved 10,000 cedis last year now you're making 100,000 cedis from buying the shares proving the power of patient investment, the wisdom that nobody gets huge money in one minute and you can't just wake up and be the MP for Kasoa or expect that buying Tom Tom for somebody will make you successful because it's a process you need to go through, the discipline that shares teach you because if you're not disciplined you cannot grow money and you cannot keep money which is why young people need to cut down expenses like the NSS personnel who sees their boss buying 100 cedis jollof and wants to do the same when the boss has worked hard to be where he is, the confession from the host about working at 17 years old in London teaching a lady's son piano for 18 pounds an hour on Wednesdays doing three or four hours but never saving any money proving that the level of discipline required for a teenager to save money is something we don't speak about enough, the temptation of spending money on Mx90s trainers at 17 instead of saving showing how hard it is for young people to resist immediate gratification, the government money of 30 pounds a week just for going to school that was never saved or invested but probably sent back home for siblings proving that even when money comes easy without work it's hard to save unless you have a clear purpose and discipline. Host: Derrick Abaitey
In today's market, cash flow matters more than ever. With home prices flattening and rent growth slowing, real estate investors need to focus on what they can control—expenses. In this episode of The Real Wealth Show, Kathy Fettke sits down with Sam Thrash from Ownwell to break down how investors can lower two of their biggest costs: property taxes and insurance. Most investors assume property taxes are fixed—but they're not. In fact, many properties are over-assessed, and appealing your tax bill could save you hundreds or even thousands per year. Sam explains how the process works, why over 90% of property owners take no action, and how firms like Ownwell handle everything from filing appeals to negotiating with assessors. If you're a real estate investor looking to increase cash flow without raising rents, this is a strategy you can't afford to ignore.

Leave an Amazon Rating or Review for my New York Times Bestselling book, Make Money Easy! Check out the full episode: https://greatness.lnk.to/1771DM Chris Camillo has one message: stop grinding harder and start investing smarter. He turned $20,000 into $2 million in three years. He's not saying you'll do that. He is saying the math of compounding will absolutely turn every dollar you invest into $100 over time. And once you believe that, everything shifts. Suddenly a 50-cent coupon is worth clipping. Making coffee at home is worth it. Because it's not 50 cents anymore. It's $50. The wealth gap is solvable. The income gap isn't. That's the reframe that changes everything. Sign up for the Greatness newsletter: http://www.greatness.com/newsletter Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company. Key Takeaways: Traditional Savings Are Losing Power: Savings accounts and many retirement plans often struggle to keep up with inflation and low interest rates, which can slowly reduce the value of saved money. Bitcoin as a Long-Term Asset: Bitcoin is often seen as a strong investment because its supply is limited. This scarcity can make it useful for long-term savings and wealth growth. Rethink Your Investment Strategy: Instead of relying only on cash savings, some strategies focus on using credit carefully and investing in assets that are scarce and less affected by inflation. Build Strong Financial Roots: A stable financial system stores value in assets that can hold their worth over time, helping protect wealth from inflation. Manage Risk Carefully: Borrowing against investments should be done conservatively. Keeping debt at safe levels helps protect against market changes and financial uncertainty. In this episode of Think Millions, I break down what really happens when you bring 36 millionaires, 3 billionaires, and a celebrity together in one room, and what it taught me about wealth, leadership, and legacy. Most people believe billionaires are different because of money. They're not. They think differently. They operate differently. And more importantly, they build differently. What started as a high-level mastermind in a third-world country quickly turned into a real-time test of leadership when everything almost fell apart just days before the event. And what happened next reinforced one of the most powerful lessons I've learned:
You can build a multi-million dollar business and still feel financially stuck. That's the uncomfortable truth we're tackling today: business freedom and financial freedom are not the same thing, and confusing them is how founders end up with great revenue but no real independence. We break down the simple rule that changes everything: if your income stops when you stop, it's active income. Active income can get you to your first million, but it won't carry you to true freedom unless your business produces real profit that you consistently pull out and invest. I walk through the “profit account” habit, why protecting that account matters, and how your business should function as a cash engine that funds wealth creation, not just bigger monthly spending. From there, we map the wealth triangle: business profits, cash flow control, and asset investments. We talk about turning profitability into outside assets like stocks, real estate, or other businesses, and why it's smart to treat your family wealth plan like a real company with rules, meetings, and honest conversations at the dinner table. We also cover practical freedom metrics like passive income multiple and time leverage score, plus the founder progression from drawings to salary and bonus to dividends, so you start paying yourself like an investor. If you want a business valuation, a clean exit strategy, and a life that doesn't depend on you grinding forever, press play. Subscribe, share the show with a friend, and leave a review if this helped you think differently about profit and freedom.About Brad SugarsInternationally known as one of the most influential entrepreneurs, Brad Sugars is a bestselling author, keynote speaker, and the #1 business coach in the world. Work with Jimmy & the Vreeland Capital Team to build a 20-Unit Portfolio that will get you the equivalent of a retirement account 3X faster with a third of the capital. Visit https://tinyurl.com/mainstreetpatriot... In this episode of The Real Estate Fast Pass, hosts Jimmy Vreeland and Susie Vreeland break down a headline making the rounds in the mortgage world and use it as a springboard to explain what actually moves 30-year mortgage rates. Jimmy unpacks how Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac support lending liquidity through mortgage-backed securities, why mortgage rates tend to track the 10-year Treasury, and what happens when big institutional buyers step in (or step out) of the bond market. From there, they zoom out to the bigger truth: even if rates dip, affordability doesn't magically fix itself when the real constraint is housing supply—lower rates can just pour gasoline on demand and push prices higher. If you're trying to build long-term wealth, this conversation will help you tune out the noise, understand the system, and focus on the repeatable move: lock in smart, stable assets, use leverage responsibly, and keep stacking 30-year fixed “boats in the water” while everyone else is chasing headlines. About Jimmy Vreeland Jimmy graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point, spent 5 years as an Army Ranger, and deployed three times twice to Iraq and once to Afghanistan. On his last deployment, he read Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki which led him down the path of real estate investing. As his own portfolio grew, eventually he started a real estate investing business. Since 2018 his team at Vreeland Capital has supplied over 100 houses a year to high performing, passive investors who want to work with his team and his team is now managing over 800 houses. Most people are brainwashed into a single-income scarcity mindset, but true financial freedom requires shifting from a consumer to an investor. Kris Krohn and guest Pamela Bardhi discuss the "Be-Do-Have" model and how delaying gratification can lead to owning hundreds of income streams rather than just a collection of liabilities. Learn why your self-belief is the ultimate spiritual game and how to stop "eating your seeds" so you can cultivate a thriving financial harvest.
