The company, listed on the ASX since 2021, has developed an impressive portfolio, including the Manna lithium project and the Marble Bar lithium project. He mentioned a significant 43% increase in their 2012 JORC deposit, emphasising the project's excellent location near Kalgoorlie with great infrastructure access. The anguish of uncertainty weighs heavily on the family of Kathy Brandel and Ralph Hendry, an American couple who vanished while sailing the waters of Grenada. Amidst chilling revelations and mounting fears, loved ones are left grappling with the haunting question of their fate. The couple's peaceful voyage turned into a nightmare on Feb. 18 when they mysteriously disappeared, leaving behind a vessel that bore signs of a violent struggle. The Royal Grenada Police Force swiftly connected their disappearance to the escape of three prisoners from a nearby holding cell, casting a sinister shadow over the tranquil island. Brandel's son, Nick Buro, painted a grim picture of the scene aboard their boat, revealing that it was "ransacked" with belongings scattered, indicating a tumultuous altercation. He emphasized his parents' meticulous attention to safety, making the circumstances surrounding their disappearance all the more perplexing and distressing. "We are doing our best to try and get answers to find out what is next in terms of hopefully finding them safely recovered somewhere on the islands," Buro stated, echoing the family's relentless pursuit of truth amidst the uncertainty that shrouds their loved ones' whereabouts. The couple's journey was emblematic of their adventurous spirit, having sold their home years ago to embark on a globe-trotting odyssey aboard their beloved boat. However, their maiden voyage to the Caribbean, a long-anticipated dream, has turned into a nightmare that defies comprehension. In a dramatic turn of events, authorities in St. Vincent have apprehended three suspects—Trevon Robertson, Abita Stanislaus, and sailor Ron Mitchell—suspected of involvement in the couple's disappearance. Police suspect the trio may have utilized a yacht to flee to St. Vincent, raising grim conjectures about the fate of Brandel and Hendry. Recent developments have deepened the family's anguish, as a source close to the investigation disclosed to PEOPLE that two suspects have confessed to the heinous act of killing the missing couple. Meanwhile, the third suspect lies in a hospital bed, nursing a gunshot wound sustained during their apprehension. As the investigation unfolds, the family's anguish is palpable, their hearts torn between clinging to hope and facing the agonizing possibility of irrevocable loss. Their quest for answers serves as a poignant reminder of the fragility of life and the shadows that lurk in even the most picturesque corners of the world. Amidst the uncertainty and grief, the fate of Kathy Brandel and Ralph Hendry serves as a somber cautionary tale, underscoring the dangers that lurk beneath the veneer of paradise and the enduring pain borne by those left behind in the wake of tragedy. In this episode, we chat with Ron Mitchell, MD of Global Lithium Resources who are a rapidly growing lithium exploration company with a focus on two highly prospective 100%-owned Western Australian projects - the Marble Bar Lithium Project (MBLP) in the Pilbara region and the Manna Lithium Project in the Goldfields region. Ron is an experienced commercial, business development and sales executive with +25 years of experience in the government, manufacturing, mining, renewable/conventional energy and natural resource sectors. He has extensive global experience in the lithium, battery materials and the electric vehicle industry, developing strategic collaboration and partnership opportunities with key members of the EV and battery materials supply chain, Ron is also a founding member of the London Metal Exchange (LME) Lithium Committee and currently presides as the inaugural Chairman. He discusses Global Lithium's two projects and how Australia is the number one jurisdiction for EV and electrification resources. Ron is also going to be speaking at “Resourcing Tomorrow”, which is Europe's largest and most in-depth mining conference. See below for details of how to book your discounted ticket for the event. KEY TAKEAWAYS The Manna Lithium Project has an initial maiden inferred mineral resource position of close to 10 million tonnes at 1.14% Global Lithium Resources recently acquired the remaining 20% of that project. First production is planned for 2026. The Pilbara exploration is yielding good results too. Western Australia is a good jurisdiction with plenty of potential, good infrastructure, and plenty of support. Lithium supplies are set to remain tight for at least the next 10 years, so some car manufacturers are looking at having direct agreements with mining companies. The world needs Australia´s minerals to deliver its green targets. When it comes to creating a better world for our children, lithium has a big role to play. BEST MOMENTS ‘It's an advanced exploration. We have completed around 30,000 metres of RC drilling, and about 6000 metres of diamond drilling and the results are quite simply outstanding. ´ ‘Here in Western Australia, we're lucky, we've got a community that's become wealthy on the back of the resource sector.' ‘The globe cannot achieve its electrification ambitions without Australia.'   EPISODE RESOURCES Website: https://globallithium.com.au/ LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/company/global-lithium-resources/ Twitter: https://twitter.com/global_lithium   Ron is also going to be speaking at “Resourcing Tomorrow”, which is Europe's largest and most in-depth mining conference dedicated to global sustainability goals and is coming to London this November. FOXNews Bill O'Reilly (Ron Mitchell) interviewed Mark Henkel - Sept 2006

National Polygamy Advocate ™ Mark Henkel was interviewed by producer Ron Mitchell for the Bill O'Reilly Show on FOXNews television network, on September 14, 2006. In early September, the producer had made a media request. Mark Henkel attempted to call the producer 12 times, leaving a voicemail on the 2nd and 12th attempts. The producer finally called back. He asked the question backwards that, if UCAP (Unrelated Consenting Adult Polygamy) was "allowed" by government, would that not mean that same sex marriage would have to be allowed too. Mark Henkel gave his famous soundbite, that the question to consider is not whether such things are "allowed" but that government is not allowed to "disallow" what unrelated consenting adults choose for relationships, that it's a "Freedom of Assembly" issue. Mark Henkel also gave his other famous soundbite of the "only role for government in marriage.” Mark Henkel explained the established "Polygamy Rights Win-Win Solution to end the marriage debate." The producer exclaimed "Interesting!" He said he could "do something with this" and that he found these arguments “all very consistent.” The two of them made plans for a follow-up call to make such arrangements. Over the following weeks, Mark Henkel made five more attempts to reach the producer, leaving a voicemail on the third one. Lastly, when an article appeared on the FOX News website that included Mark Henkel (unrelated to this interview with Ron Mitchell) on November 24, 2006, Mark Henkel made one last attempt to reach the producer on November 27, 2006. The Bill O'Reilly Show never got back to Mark Henkel. Instead, over the coming years, the host began pushing big government solutions to support marriage control and to routinely assert false scare-tactics about polygamy. The host knew full-well of Mark Henkel's true limited government solution. As Bill O'Reilly had subsequently become no "conservative" (even while pretending to be so on a "conservative" TV news network) especially in regard to the marriage control issue, O'Reilly instead did the very same things that he accused "the liberal media" of doing and of not reporting the whole truth. Mark Henkel was later known to have nicknamed the host, "LibbeReilly," from the perspective of polygamists - a play-on-words with the host's name to "out" the dishonest host as a fake "conservative." By Bill O'Reilly's own standards of defining liberla media, he had become a modern "liberal" indeed. That all could have been prevented if the show had simply followed through with this interview that had excited the show's producer - if "LibbeReilly" had instead begun to report the whole truth, had stopped acting like the "liberal media" he pretended to oppose, and had stopped intentionally mispresenting polygamy from thereonafter. http://www.NationalPolygamyAdvocate.com --- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/nationalpolygamyadvocate/support

ENT societies can bring many professional opportunities to network and find mentorship outside of their own institutions. Society meetings can also advance research interests, as attendees can seek advice about research topics and find research funding and travel grants. Finally, ENT society members have a sense of belonging to a “tribe”, or a family of like-minded individuals who share the same goals for advancing their practice as well as community health. Nevertheless, as ENT societies grow in scale, there is potential for more challenges to develop. For example, younger members may feel that their voices are not being heard, as there can be a leadership-member gap at society meetings. Additionally, financial barriers and admission requirements may deter new members from joining. Finally, many ENT societies remain academically focused and seem irrelevant to community practitioners. --- RESOURCES American Society of Pediatric Otolaryngology: https://aspo.us/ Triological Society: https://www.triological.org/ American Broncho-Esophagological Association: https://www.abea.net/

What do you do when your doctor informs you that you have high blood pressure? You take blood pressure medicine… for the rest of your life. That’s the path Ron Mitchell was on. An avid runner, Ron’s blood pressure had gotten to the point where he needed to regulate it with medicine. And, he did. For awhile. Until he had an allergic reaction to the medication that landed him in the Emergency Room. At that point, he decided that he was done with taking prescriptive drugs. He increased his running and made some dietary changes. Specifically, he eliminated meat products from his diet and began following a plant-based diet. That was over ten years ago and he’s never had a blood pressure problem again. He’s also never taken another prescriptive drug of any kind. Let me remind you of something: Reversing high blood pressure AND not taking any prescriptive drugs is virtually unheard of in this country. Especially for a 75 year old male. But Ron is living proof of what the human body is capable of. Learn more about Ron’s story and what YOU can do to live your best life by listening to this week’s episode. We speak with Dallas Children's Hospital's Section Chief Dr. Ron Mitchell about Management of Pediatric OSA. --- EARN CME Reflect on how this Podcast applies to your day-to-day and earn AMA PRA Category 1 CMEs: https://earnc.me/3VIka3 --- SHOW NOTES In this episode, Dr. Ron Mitchell, a Pediatric Otolaryngologist, joins our hosts Dr. Gopi Shah and Dr. Ashley Agan to speak about pediatric Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) and its evaluation and management. Dr. Mitchell starts off the discussion by speaking about the importance of sleep and initial presentations and symptoms of sleep apnea in children, including apneic episodes, fatigue, and inattention as well as studies that recommend tonsillectomy for pediatric OSA. Dr. Mitchell then speaks about a current study underway that looks at OSA in pediatric patients with mild symptoms and the indications of surgery and if it is necessary in all patients. It is analyzing patients undergoing medical therapies, including Montelukast, nasal steroids, and others to evaluate efficacy against surgery. Specific indications and situations are also discussed. Dr. Mitchell notes that initially, with patients with mild symptoms, a sleep study may not be necessary. On the other hand, those undergoing high risk surgery or other developmental delay may need a sleep study, with observation and symptoms being the primary method of evaluation of progress. It is important to assess goals of the family prior to making the decision to obtain a sleep study with shared decision making. Dr. Mitchell then speaks about the impact of COVID on obtaining sleep studies and the effects on evaluation of pediatric OSA. He then indicates that home sleep studies may not be beneficial to obtain in the pediatric population, unlike in adults. The discussion continues onto the topic of tonsil size and the variable effect it can have on pediatric OSA. The history of tonsillectomies is further discussed with possible causes for the increase in the number of tonsillectomies for sleep related problems. The discussion rounds out on the important consideration of patients who undergo surgery with tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy with persistent OSA. Dr. Mitchell mentions possible etiologies (adenoid regrowth, nasal obstruction, etc.) which can be evaluated with nasal endoscopy and managed with nasal steroids. Weight loss in overweight and obese patients may also be beneficial. Other important considerations would be in patients with Down Syndrome, due to the difficulty of implementing CPAP and other managements. In these patients, sleep MRI is useful in determining the site of airway obstruction, usually at the tongue base, with additional surgery being useful for them.

This episode is a short promotion of our upcoming digital conference called LodgingStream: A Brave New World. What you've just heard were sound bites from previous podcast reports covering the coronavirus pandemic and its impact on the hospitality industry. The voices belong to Lily Mockerman, Dave Shah, Darshan Patel, Andressa Chapman, Jamie Lane and Ron Mitchell. They have all been featured in our special news project that's focused on the crisis. So far, we've produced 13 podcast episodes exploring different facets of the industry as it navigates the pandemic's economic challenges. Until President Trump declared COVID-19 a national emergency on March 13, Lodging Leaders was producing one news podcast a week. On March 16, we began to produce three reports a week during this unprecedented time. We've gone back to one report a week for the time being, but depending on how it goes that may change. We'll let you know if it does. The big reason we've returned to our once-a-week programming is because it's been all hands on deck here for another very big project. My partners and I at Long Live Lodging, producer of Lodging Leaders, have been crazy busy organizing the online conference called LodgingStream: A Brave New World. Because of your great response to our expanded programming, we wanted to put this event together and bring a lot of advice and thought leadership under one roof, so to speak. LodgingStream will take place live at 1 PM Eastern Daylight Time on Thursday, April 30th. The event platform allows attendees to go in and out of a panel discussion just like at a real conference. LodgingStream: A Brave New World will open with State of the Industry presentations by economist Jamie Lane of CBRE Hotels Americas Research, who will look at where the hospitality business is today and where it's headed; and Daniel Lesser of LW Hospitality Advisors, an expert in hotel transactions and other investment activity who also will provide his futuristic view. We'll then give the floor to hotel owners, operators and others in a session called What's Your Story? While interviewing folks for our special coronavirus reports, we have heard some interesting and amazing stories from professionals on the front lines of the industry. By listening to their stories, I was reminded of how the true spirit of hospitality shines bright in our darkest moments. I think you'll be inspired. For the rest of the LodgingStream conference, you'll be able to attend three concurrent workshops and ask panelists questions. Of the 12 sessions, topics will include managing rate to attract business, marketing to regain travelers' trust, rehiring challenges, what the new workplace will look like and what it's going to take to bring the industry back. Everyone you heard in the beginning of this podcast will be among the panelists. As the conference wraps up you'll be able to attend a virtual Happy Hour, sharing a little bit about you while making meaningful connections. I am so excited about this event. I've never been a part of anything like it. Just like many of you during this time in which we find ourselves, I've decided to tackle new things. It's never too late to change your mindset. Please join me at 1 PM eastern daylight time Thursday at LodgingStream: A Brave New World. Registration is just $5, which covers our cost to bring you the conference. Rainy Day Brewery wants you to brew your own beer and explore some classic styles Amid the craze of massively-hopped IPAs and boozy, barrel-aged stouts there's a bit of a resurgence in the love of classic beer styles.  Here in Georgia, and I'm sure some other places as well, we're seeing breweries focus on these drinkin' beers.  Pale Ale, Pilsner, Blonde Ale, and even a simple Porter or Stout can be a great beer to relax and enjoy.  No hype, no lines, no madness, just great beer. Michael Syrop and Ron Mitchell of Rainy Day Brewery share how these simple beer styles can really test a brewer's skill.  There's nowhere to hide with these beers.  No huge fruit additions or bourbon-barrel to mask flaws.  What you brew is what you get.  Rainy Day Brewery won the top Homebrewers spot in our Best of Georgia Beer 2019 survey so we invited them to join us on a show and share their tips for homebrewing. The best part of creating your own homebrew recipes is the research Ron and Michael share with us what got them started in homebrewing and why you would want to start homebrewing with the huge variety of beers available today.  They share their process for creating your own homebrew recipes.  My personal favorite step is all the research that goes into it.  I'm all about the hard work. If you read Ronald Mitchell’s teaching dossier you find what he values: “(1) each student as an individual with unique interests and capabilities; (2) comprehension, appreciation, and creative expression of human knowledge; (3) the encouragement and expectation of analytical, critical, and strategic thought; (4) the acquisition of new knowledge and its subsequent dissemination to others (especially those who have traditionally had limitations on their access to this knowledge); (5) service to the set of students who passionately desire to possess the knowledge base and problem-solving methods used by expert entrepreneurs; and (6) extended (life-long) learning.” These values reveal much about an accomplished educator and researcher whose commitments to values and ethics in entrepreneurship have an international reach. Indeed, programs he has led have had significant impact on economic development in the U.S., Canada, China, and Sweden, among other countries. Mitchell holds the Jean Austin Bagley Regents Chair in Management. In the Texas Tech University System, Mitchell directed the best-practices analysis of the technology commercialization process, the “Possibilities Project,” and served on the Chancellor’s Taskforce for Improved Efficiencies. At Texas Tech per se, he is currently co-chairing President Guy Bailey’s Revenue Enhancement and Allocation Task Force that is leading the way towards a system of responsibility centered management for all academic units at the university. On the national scene, Mitchell has served the Academy of Management’s Entrepreneurship Division, with 2,600 members, as division chair and program chair, among other positions. If you add to the above, research publications in first-tier journals and presentations at prestigious venues nationally and internationally, you have all the ingredients for integrated scholarship. But, when you find the sum of his teaching, research, and service efforts truly melded you are compelled to see Mitchell as one of the university’s prominent integrated scholars.
