Deniz Günaydın'ın LinkedIn profili:https://www.linkedin.com/in/deniz-ince-günaydınDeniz Günaydın'ın Masterclass'larına erişebileceğiniz Web sitesi:https://hellodeniz.com/Deniz Günaydın'ın Instagram hesabı:https://www.instagram.com/hellodenizgunaydin/Support the show
More often than I can count, I have conversations with students asking me what's next in their meditation practice, how to go deeper, or how to feel better in the toughest of times… and today, I am delighted to share a powerful conversation offering a few answers to these tough questions.Andrew Holecek is a returning guest to the podcast, as well as a renowned author and humanitarian who teaches internationally on spirituality, meditation, lucid dreaming, and the art of dying. His many books include Reverse Meditation and Dream Yoga. And now, he has a new book out - I'm Mindful, Now What? Moving Beyond Mindfulness to Meet the Modern World. This book, and our discussion today, reveals how the form of mindfulness many of us know is merely one thread in a much older, greater tapestry of contemplative practice. For anyone who has sensed the potential for something much deeper and more profound - this conversation is for YOU.Andrew and I talk about: Brining meditation off the cushion and into our day-to-day experiencesPractices that move beyond simply “calming down” The near enemies of practice, which include spiritual bypassing, spiritual materialism and the tricky distinction between tranquility and liberation. Waking up vs. growing upFive nocturnal meditation practices, the value of the dream state, and the magic of liminality.Lastly and most importantly, we talk about why these practices matter when the world is on fire. At the end, Andrew shares a guided meditation that he does every morning to start off his day. Join me for this inspiring conversation and practice. And listeners, I need to know - should I have Andrew come back to tell us more about these dream practices?!?There is so much richness in this practice, here is a breakout of some of the key moments:01:32 The Five-Year Retreat Experience04:42 Beyond Mindfulness: Deeper Practices06:54 Shamatha and Vipashyana Explained12:18 The Importance of Waking Down15:48 Therapeutic and Somatic Support18:32 Traps on the Meditative Path24:16 Waking Up vs. Growing Up26:48 Nocturnal Meditations27:16 The Importance of Dreams27:34 Polyphasic vs. Monophasic Cultures28:16 Ego and Altered States of Consciousness29:06 The Three-Dimensional View of Reality31:00 The Five Nocturnal Practices32:51 Exploring Liminal Dreaming34:14 The Science Behind Liminal Dreaming35:23 Observational Intent and Thought Image Amalgamation36:37 Deconstructing the Sense of Self42:56 The Collective Mind and Quantum Entanglement48:44 Guided Meditation PracticeLearn more about Andrew Holecek and find his new book here: https://www.andrewholecek.com/Sign up for my newsletter at https://merylarnett.substack.com/ to receive free mini meditations each week, creative musings, and more.Thank you to Brianna Nielsen for production and editing support. Our economy is crippling due to violence, discrimination and unfair justice through many political practices. Many issues can be resolved with unity because color and gender are detrimental factors in evolution, we as people must learn the systemic design and creation of division. Facts will reveal the economy built for separation to control our outcome. Maurice saw how many black men were incarcerated leaving single mothers at home and children to grow up without fathers like he did which assisted in creating the monster he was called, and became. We speak with Father Afonso about the use of weapon systems in warfare. The discussion explores a thought experiment involving two states at war and the deployment of autonomous drones capable of targeting terrorists without human intervention. Key topics include the legality and morality of such systems, the potential for reducing civilian casualties, the challenge of machine errors leading to war crimes, and the shifting responsibility in decision-making from humans to machines. The conversation also addresses the technological advances in AI, the issues of accountability and transparency with autonomous systems, and the philosophical implications of removing human judgment from warfare. We examine potential future scenarios where autonomous weapons could be misused by non-state actors or influenced by automation bias, raising critical questions about the control, ethics, and implications of advanced AI in military and civilian contexts. The Supreme Court has agreed to hear Trump's insurrection immunity claim, and many on the Left are now openly fearing how following legal norms helps Trump. Do the emotions and intentions we collectively experience shape our physical reality? Dr. Roger Nelson, the scientist behind the Global Consciousness Project, joins us to share his insights into the unseen connections that bind us. Our discussion illuminates how the GCP's network of random number generators (RNG) across the globe is able to measure the collective mind of humanity. A revolutionary initiative, the experiments have shown intriguing results, where significant global events - moments of profound tragedy or celebration - seem to correspond with statistical deviations in the data produced by RNGs. These findings suggest that the collective human consciousness might be more intertwined with the physical world than previously thought; emotions and consciousness are not just byproducts but potent forces that could be shaping the very fabric of reality. We discuss why high levels of emotion, either consonant or dissonant, affect the coherency of the field of consciousness. He shares with us the idea that mind is non-local and explains how the substrate of mind can be whittled down to information and patterns. Dr. Nelson guides us through the scientific principles and the inspiring implications of these findings, opening our eyes to the profound potential locked within our collective intentions. We consider what it would mean to integrate this paradigm in which we are far more connected and what challenges we would face to become truly responsible at individual and collective levels. As we close this episode, the call to action seems clear; a need to nurture our awareness and actively contribute to the conscious evolution of our global community. Join us in this thought-provoking discussion that challenges the boundaries of what we consider possible and invites us to step into a more connected and conscious future.Roger Nelson, PhD, studied physics at the University of Rochester, and experimental psychology at New York University and Columbia. He is the author of two books including Connected: The Emergence of Global Consciousness. He was Professor of Psychology at Johnson State College in Vermont, and in 1980 joined the Princeton Engineering Anomalies Research (PEAR) lab to coordinate research. His focus is on mental interactions, anomalous information transfer, and effects on physical systems by individuals and groups. He created the GCP in 1997, building a world-spanning random number generator network designed to gather evidence of coalescing global consciousness. Episode 2738: The Rise Of The Collective Mind; The Failures Of Barr
#244 Monique Rebelle discussed her experience of a full Kundalini rising, which is a form of spiritual awakening. She explained how this has enabled her to create and use a multidimensional consciousness system to help others. Guy mentioned his recent conversations with Aaron Abkey and Lawrence Edwards, which also delved into these topics. Monique explained that it has taken her a long time to understand the concept, but that many people identify spirituality with things like yoga. She acknowledged that some people may be turned off by the concept, as it can seem like 'woo woo stuff', but that there is a lot of information out there about how to express non-religious spirituality. She is open to the idea that there is something beyond the reality that we can perceive, but that some of the topics surrounding spirituality can be overwhelming. The conversation was about the importance of faith and beliefs. Monique talked about how beliefs can change depending on how we feel and what happens next. She compared faith and beliefs, stated that faith comes from a universal love and is eternal, while beliefs can change over time. Monique then shared her own story of how she lost faith at one point in her life, before finally having an awakening and realization of her true purpose. She emphasized the importance of having direct experience as a teacher, as it can help to erode any unconscious beliefs we have. About Monique: Monique Rebelle is an artist, a painter. Born in Poland, she left her home country as a teenager and lived, and worked in England, Holland and France before moving to United States. While living in Los Angeles she continued working on her art and after experiencing an epiphany while painting, her work became abstract, geometric and non-objective abstractions. Although finding appreciation for her art in the local art community, Monique's personal situation was a source of depression and eventually she became suicidal. This is when the amazing, miraculous occurrence of kundalini rising resulting in spiritual enlightenment took place and changed her life completely. After years of contemplation of the phenomena she became a spiritual teacher. Her book about the experience - "Transcendence Calling - The Power of Kundalini Rising and Spiritual Enlightenment" was published in May of 2018. MK-Ultra mind control survivor, Cathy O'Brien, returns to Afacast to further explore the realignment of the collective mind with Universal Spirit. Cathy Obrien's heroic journey of escape & recovery from MK-Ultra mind control has become legendary, and a source of inspiration to thousands. Cathy''s autobiographical TRANCE Formation of America was the first documented account of government mind control practices. These same methodologies developed by the CIA MK-Ultra Project Monarch operation have been incrementally applied in varying degrees to the general population under the guise of education, entertainment and the curriculums of our most esteemed professions. In this second interview, we explore the ramifications of these covert programs on a systemic level, as evidenced by obviously orchestrated events contrary to the welfare of all Life within our Realm. This transparently nefarious world theater has inspired a great awakening, but still too many perceive a dark agenda too pervasive and ominous to overcome. Cathy's story is a testament to the inevitability of our final Exodus from those who wish to enslave through the strength of the human spirit and power of love. Show links: https://trance.movie

Dr Valerie Brown is a Visiting Professor at the renowned Fenner School of Environment and Society at the Australian National University, and an international figure in the field of collective thinking, with a list of awards and accolades as long as your leg. But what brought me to her door was hearing doyen of regenerative agriculture, Charlie Massy, defer to her over the years. Charles was among her first students in the pioneering Human Ecology course in 1974 (a course the university establishment tried to have shut down). And when he returned to do the PhD that became the best-selling book Call of the Reed Warbler, Valerie was his supervisor. She's “one of Australia's greats”, he says. So after visiting the Massy farm earlier this year, Valerie was kind enough to welcome me to her place, up in the road in Canberra, for this conversation. Incidentally, my guest from episode 85, Cathy McGowan, was also a student of Val's – and features here in a great story. But there was another milestone on my way to Val's place too, that also goes back to the 70s. My old mate and mentor Professor Frank Fisher used to talk of the Fenner crew, and gifted me one of the many trailblazing books Val co-wrote, called Tackling Wicked Problems, published back in 2010. Though here, Valerie talks of how her work has progressed far beyond that, drawing on her considerable impact globally, including hundreds of workshops on collective learning as a tool for transformational change. In this podcast, Jeff discusses the recent Supreme Court decisions regarding abortion and gun carry permits. The left is melting down although Jeff isn't sure both opinions are great ideas: will women who live in states that outlaw abortion be prosecuted if they get abortions in other states? And Jeff describes his trip to Brazil in 2007 to meet the infamous, Juan Carlos Ramirez, also known as “Chupeta”, a leader of Colombia's notorious North Valley Carte, in a Supermax prison cell – and what ultimately led him to turn the case away, only to see him 11 years later inside a federal courtroom in Brooklyn.Contact Jeff at https://beyondthelegallimit.com/contact/.Subscribe to get episodes in your inbox at https://beyondthelegallimit.com/subscribe/.

If you're familiar with the so-called “heterodox” space, this week's guest on The Unspeakable scarcely needs an introduction. In 2018, the social psychologist Jonathan Haidt, along with author and first amendment advocate Gregg Lukianoff, published The Coddling of The American Mind: How Good Intentions And Bad Ideas Are Setting Up A Generation For Failure. The book was central to a burgeoning public conversation that asked why young people, especially students on college campuses, were so unwilling to engage with ideas they perceived as dangerous—and in fact why they found so many ideas dangerous to begin with. Jon's research offered crucial datapoints as to why this was happening and suggested that a handful of intersecting cultural trends—fearful parenting, omnipresent social media and the corporatization of higher education, to name a few—had resulted in a generation marked by high anxiety and a low sense of autonomy. His more recent work, including his article last month in The Atlantic, “Why The Past Ten Years of American Life Have Been Uniquely Stupid,” goes beyond what's happened with young people and looks at our collapsing institutions more broadly. Jon and Meghan talked about that article and covered lots of new territory, too, including a project of Meghan's that she has just begun to talk about, a heterodox women's community. Many of her observations about the male dominated “free think” space and women's reluctance to speak their minds map on to Jon's own research about girls' social development. Relevant links: https://www.thecoddling.com https://heterodoxacademy.org https://letgrow.org https://openmindplatform.org Guest Bio: Jonathan Haidt is a social psychologist at New York University's Stern School of Business. His research examines the intuitive foundations of morality and how morality varies across cultural and political divisions. He is the author of The Happiness Hypothesis (2006) and of The New York Times bestsellers The Righteous Mind (2012) and The Coddling of the American Mind (2018, with Greg Lukianoff.) Haidt has given four TED talks and is a co-founder of Heterodox Academy, a nonpartisan nonprofit that promotes open inquiry, viewpoint diversity, and constructive disagreement in institutions of higher learning. Since 2018, he has been studying the contributions of social media to the decline of teen mental health and the rise of political dysfunction and he is currently writing a new book, "Life After Babel: Adapting To A World We Can No Longer Share.”
What do satire and dinosaurs have in common? Visit Billy on Medium.com for more wonderful stories. Striving to bring a giggle and weirdness to your day, this podcast's mission is to feature fantastic writers whose wonderful stories deserve to be heard in audio. And it feeds my love of telling funny stories about life, befuddlement, and the odd adventures in life. I have an affinity for the funny in the mundane, always have. I cataloged my weird adventures at the gym into a one-woman show that you can watch on my YouTube channel. It's entitled Does This Happen to You at the Gym. I got a lot of joy out of that, so I began writing about my adventures, now featured in the serial publication, Channillo. There was no way I could write enough for a weekly podcast, so I began telling funny stories by other writers. And I'm still at it. You can subscribe to Does This Happen to You on YouTube and check out my written Does This Happen to You stories on WordPress or Kris Keppeler on Medium. Visit my website for my audiobook narration/production and voice-over work. You can hire me to narrate your book or your blog. Today Tim is joined by Amon Woulfe, Managing Director of Collective Mind, a group that specialises in reframing and updating people's mindsets on how they can lift their leadership performance to its best operating level, both on an individual and team level. Amon has been on a quest to understand the fundamentals of what keeps teams performing at their highest points of stress. Through the latest advancements of neuroscience and biofeedback technology Amon has been able to create unique profiles that allow people to understand and improve their level of performance, increasing their No. 1 competitive advantage: mindset. Having worked with teams operating on the known limits of performance leadership, ranging from sports teams to banks, Amon has the hard work behind him to know that what is important is ‘the dynamics rather than the mechanics of performance.' In their time together Tim and Amon come together with years of insight behind them to give you the basics necessary to reframe your mindset. In celebration of International Women's Day, I've dedicated the month of March to feature some of the amazing women and heroes that are part of Vital Voices, who I've had a pleasure to meet in the past couple of years. Women that I truly admire and they motivate me to step up my game and broaden my vision to have a bigger impact. Vital Voices is an organization out of the US that empowers and educates women entrepreneurs, leaders and activists. In this episode, I will share some of my learnings and I will tell you about the influence that Vital Voices has been continuously having on my business and leadership style. I want all women entrepreneurs and leaders to be aware of the support that is available out there and know that you are not alone. There are people out there who believe in you and your mission and the fact that Vital Voices believe in me and my vision, is not something that I take lightly. You will also hear a conversation with Emily Goodman. Emily is a former Senior Program Manager for Leadership and Global Activation with Vital Voices. Currently, Emily is a Senior Advisor at Collective Mind, working with social change networks and leaders on strategic design and capacity building world wide.
