Und heute möchte ich mit dir über ein spannendes Buch reden, welches mich inspiriert, inspiriert hat und mir einen deutlichen Mehrwert gebracht hat, um einfach leistungsfähig an den Tag zu stand. Strukturierter und klarer geordnet. Da hat mir das Buch von Hal Elrod sehr geholfen. Dieses Buch nennt sich Miracle Morning. Und wenn es noch nicht gelesen hast. Würde ich es dir auf jeden Fall empfehlen, dieses zu lesen. Hal Elrod ist in seinem Buch erzählt eine Geschichte, wie er es geschafft hat vom einfachen Jungen hat jetzt etwas gesagt, der mit einem schweren Verkehrsunfall zurechtkommen musste, um sich da wieder hoch zu kämpfen. Die Prognosen waren ziemlich schlecht und er hat es trotzdem geschafft, mit eiserner Disziplin jetzt sehr erfolgreich zu sein. Aber ich möchte gar nicht so viel von dir wegnehmen. Lies einfach mal das Buch. Ganz, ganz entscheidend auch, was er noch mitgegeben hat aus dem Buch. Und warum ich auch immer wieder daran denke, sind seine „Life S.A.V.E.R.S.“ und hat da eine 6 6 stufige Routine entwickelt, mit der man am frühen Morgen startet und das eben das Estes. Das S von den Safes, also jeweils der Anfangsbuchstabe, impliziert eine Aufgabe, also s a v e r s seavers und mit s fängt es an. Wie gesagt, das ist dann Silence, wie wir schon euch schon denken kann, und wahrscheinlich sind die Begriffe auch auf Englisch gewählt. Klar, hellrot ist auch aus Amerika. Nichtsdestotrotz können wir unsere Silencia einiges vorstellen. Was könnte Silence bedeuten? Ja, mit Sicherheit. Irgendeine Art von Meditation in sich gehen, ruhig da sitzen und einfach mal nichts tun. Und die Reihenfolge der Safes, wie du es denn gestaltest, ist am Ende egal. Ich gehe hinüber zum Zweiten, zum A in der Formel und A auch das wusstest du wahrscheinlich schon. Ist ja auch in aller Munde. Affirmationen. Ich bin der Tollste. Ich bin der Stärkste. Ich bin der Reichste. Das sind sie doch, die Affirmationen, die wir überall hören. Und das sind vielleicht nicht unbedingt die Affirmationen, die auf dich zutreffen. Aber wie war es denn mal mit Ich bin ein liebenswerter Mensch oder Ich bin ein guter Freund oder Ich bin ein guter Ehemann. All diese Dinge werden quasi Beispiele für eine Affirmation, die du in deinen Morgen dann einbauen kannst, um für dich dieses Positive aus diesen Affirmationen herauszunehmen, ohne in dein Leben zu ziehen. Und genau das V der Formel ist eine Nummer drei und heißt Visual Nation. Also Visualisierung. Visualisierung ist im Thema der Persönlichkeitsentwicklung auch ein großes Feld. Denn was über die Sehrinde hineingeht in deinen Kopf, das kannst du dann auch verarbeiten und am Ende wird es zur Realität. Also wenn wir fest genug vornimmst, dass du ein tolles Video aufnimmst und die Videos anschaust von anderen, dann werden wir irgendwann selber bei dir gut werden. So zumindest die Theorie. Andere machen das auch mit einfachen Tricks. Die kleben sich ihren Traumkörper an den Kühlschrank hin und jedes Mal, bevor sie in den Kühlschrank fassen, sehen sie eben dieses Bild mit dem Traumkörper und denken Sie Oh nein, das war ja mein Ziel. Da möchte ich ja hin und lässt den Kühlschrank lieber zu und esst jetzt vielleicht nichts mehr und trinkt einfach einen großen Schluck Wasser. Und so tut man sich an Programmieren auf dieses Ziel hin. Denn so ähnlich funktionieren am Ende auch Vision Boards. Das kann mal in einem anderen Thema noch bearbeiten. Vision Boards gehören hier nicht hin. Aber kannst ja gerne mal Googlen vorneweg und vielleicht kennst du es ja doch schon das E. Das Safes Formel ist dann für exzessives Es ein ganz wichtiger Punkt, wie ich finde. Exercise am Morgen, also Training, Beweglichkeit, Stabilitätsübungen. Das muss nichts Schwieriges sein. Es muss nix Hardcore Anstrengendes sein, aber wichtig ist einfach, dass man seinen Körper aktiviert. Deshalb bestimmte Gründe, auch weil die Muskulatur im Schlaf zum Erliegen kommt. Kein Muskeltonus mehr da ist. Und dann plumpst du eigentlich dadurch erst einmal wieder einen Körper frei und magst ihn sauber. Wenn man so möchte. Dennoch, der Lymphe Fluss wird angeregt durch diese Möglichkeit der Exercice. Es kann leichter Lauf sein. 20 Minuten rausgehen, leicht laufen oder so maxen ist, wollte ich jetzt sagen, ein Hüpfer. Aber das solltest du gar nicht frühmorgens machen, wenn du es schaffst, du es kannst, wenn du dich in der Lage fühlst, dann mach es gerne. Und wenn du es aber nicht schaffst, wenn es zu viel für dich ist, kannst du auch ein leichtes Workout wählen. Wichtig ist einfach die Aktivierung. Ich gehe früh gerne auf beim Trampolin und spring da einfach 3, 4, 5 Minuten und aktiviere alle Lymphe, also einen ganzen Lymphe und einen ganzen Körper. Die nächste, das r Savers Formel steht für Reading Lesen sollte auch in deinen frühmorgendlichen Alltag eingebaut werden, damit du auch schon früh dieses Thema des Lesens erledigt hast. Erschlagen hast, dass du einfach da wieder positives neues Wissen in dich aufsaugt. Denn wenn du jeden Tag liest und wenn es nur ganz wenig ist, ist es übers Jahr verteilten riesen Vorsprung gegenüber denjenigen, der nie liest. Und von daher eben ganz klar auch eine Empfehlung von mir früher morgen schon lesen. Und dann das S der Savers Formel ist Scribing. Von der Hand in den Kopf kennst du bestimmt noch aus der Schule. Da hat es immer geheißen Schreib dir es auf. Und dann bleibt es auch im Kopf. Und wenn wir. Ich weiß nicht, du das kannst. Aber ich musste damals früher auch öfter mal Sätze sehr, sehr oft auf einen Blatt Papier schreiben. Und diese Sätze haben sie eingeprägt. Du sollst nicht Milchtüten nach anderen werfen, du sollst nicht mit Milchtüte im Pausenhof Fußball spielen. Ach, da waren noch einige andere. Genau das war jetzt eben diese sechs Punkte der Safes Formel. Ich wiederholte nochmal ganz kurz für dich, also Silence, Affirmation, Visual Kation, Accessories, Reading und Scribing. Macht diese sechs Punkte mal so, wie du es dir denkst, dass du da was darunter einbauen kannst oder verstehst. Wenn du dazu Fragen hast, wie du es genau umsetzen sollst. Ich werde es auf jeden Fall nochmal ein Video machen mit den einzelnen Punkten, wie ich das mache. Und du kannst auch gerne jetzt schon mal Fragen stellen. Du kannst unter das Video schreiben. Today, I'm joined by Hal Elrod. Hal has become one of the most successful self-published authors globally. He is best known for his international best selling book, The Miracle Morning, which sells over 10,000 copies every month as a self-published book. He has earned over one thousand five-star reviews on Amazon and has cracked the code to creating an extraordinary income and impact as an author. Hal's book is now being turned into a movie. "A good friend of mine, who is a filmmaker, was at my house and was getting advice from me on what his next movie project should be," Nick asked Hal how he was able to get his book to go viral. While brainstorming a new movie over dinner, Nick suggested creating a film based on The Miracle Morning. If you want to get your message to more people, creating a movie from your book is a great avenue to provide your message to millions of more people. "It's about taking what you are teaching in a book and putting it into a format that would reach, and could reach a greater audience." When creating the movie, Hal wanted to develop the screenplay as close to the book as possible. "The best way to tell your story is the results of your readers." He reached out to his Facebook group, asking members to record and send videos of how his book changed their lives. Planning an entire movie can be quite overwhelming. Hal's advice, "Let go of knowing exactly how this is going to turn out and have unwavering faith that if you're on a mission to change the world, we are going to capture some great stuff."
