Practic, filiala condusă de Claudiu Manda și Lia Olguța Vasilescu este cea mai performantă organizație locală a PSD.Borna de 100.000 de voturi a mai fost depășită de: Dâmbovița, Olt, Argeș, Suceava , Galați și Buzău.Pe de altă parte, la PNL, numărul filialelor care au reușit să treacă de 100.000 de voturi sunt mult mai puține: Bihor, Iași, Suceava, Constanța.Alianța Dreapta Unită (care la alegeri a fost constituită din USR, PMP și Forța Dreptei) și AUR au procente mult mai slabe.Analiza din Libertatea este mai amplă. Inspecția Sanitară de Stat, direcția din ministerul lui Rafila care controlează situații medicale precum cea de Spitalul Pantelimon, este condusă de un medic veterinar, fost candidat PSD la alegerile parlamentare (HotNews)Conform legii și potrivit a ceea ce s-a întâmplat recent în alte cazuri de criză medicală, nu Corpul de Control, trimis de Alexandru Rafila la Sf. Pantelimon, ci altă direcție din subordinea lui se ocupă de ”inspecţia pentru controlul calităţii serviciilor de asistenţă medicală” și de ”inspecția farmaceutică”. Direcția se numește Inspecția de Sănătate Publică. În România, ea este condusă, din 2019, de un medic veterinar: Mioara Comana. Ea a candidat în 2004 pe lista PSD pentru Senat, dar nu a prins un loc eligibil.  A devenit șefa DSP Teleorman în 2010. A fost detașată pe funcția de Inspector Sanitar șef al MS în mandatul ministrului Sorina Pintea. Secretarul de stat Rodica Nassar a semnat ordinul de transfer al medicului veterinar. HotNews reamintește că pe 17 aprilie, MS a publicat concluziile controlului Corpului de Control de la Pantelimon. Ministrul Rafila a explicat că a vizat numai activitatea administrativă derulată la nivelul spitalului și care a concluzionat faptul că ”sesizările formulate de către angajații spitalului au la bază o comunicare defectuoasă între conducerea unității și persoanele în cauză”. După 8 august, când procurorii au emis mandate de arestare preventivă pe numele a două doctorițe din secția ATI de la Pantelimon, iar premierul Marcel Ciolacu l-a chemat la Palatul Victoria și i-a cerut să-i prezinte raportul controlului efectuat de MS la spital, ministrul Rafila a secretizat documentul spunând că ”nu este destinat comunicării publice”. În plus, el a spus că cei din Corpul său de Control sunt economiști și juriști. Nu a făcut nici o referire la Inspecția Sanitară.  Guvernul interzice distracțiile pe bani publici și taie bonusurile bugetarilor (Adevărul)Deficitul bugetar tot mai mare îi obligă pe guvernanți la măsuri de reducere a cheltuielilor în sectorul bugetar. Prin noua Ordonanță de Urgență care ar trebui să intre în vigoare din ianuarie 2025, se vor interzice distracțiile pe bani publici, noi credite, dar și intrarea în noul an cu datorii.Ministerul Finanțelor a realizat deja draftul odonanței. Măsurile urmează să fie discutate cu primul-ministru, Marcel Ciolacu.  Adevărul detaliază în exclusivitate prevederile draftului de ordonanță.

Datoria publică a atins pragul de 800 miliarde de lei. Un prag care va fi lăsat în urmă destul de repede, pentru că ritmul de îndatorare al statului român este rapid. Unde se va ajunge? Părerile sunt împărțite, dar scenariul pesimist arată că România va atinge în următorii ani un nivel al datoriei de 90% din PIB. Datoria publică a statului român a depășit în luna ianuarie a.c. pragul de 800 miliarde de lei. Este mai degrabă un reper de scurtă durată, pentru că în mod cert datoria va continua să urce. Cea mai bună dovadă în acest sens este deficitul bugetar mare care se va înregistra anul acesta. Să reamintim: deficitul bugetar creează datorie nouă la care se adaugă cele vechi ajunse la scadență.Chiar dacă vom folosi mai multe cifre decât de obicei, facem acest lucru pentru a arăta clar evoluția indicatorului. Datoria publică a înregistrat din păcate o progresie îngrijorătoare. Concret, în anul 2019, datoria publică era de 373 miliarde de lei, în 2020, datoria ajungea la 500 miliarde, în anul 2021, a urcat la 577 miliarde, în 2022, a crescut la 665 miliarde, iar în ianuarie 2024 a ajuns la aproximativ 800 miliarde de lei.După cum se poate vedea, în numai patru ani, datoria a crescut mai mult decât dublu. Și pentru a mai face o comparație, trebuie spus că în 12 ani, datoria publică a devenit de patru ori mai mare. Este o dinamică de creștere rapidă.Situația este la fel și în ceea ce privește evoluția datoriei publice ca procentaj din produsul intern brut (PIB). În anul 2019, datoria era de 35% din PIB, pentru ca anul acesta să ajungă la 50% din PIB.Se poate înțelege că în anul 2020, anul pandemiei, datoria publică a crescut cu aproape 130 miliarde de lei, dar după depășirea crizei sanitare datoria publică a continuat să crească în ritm accelerat.Problema este că România are o serie de prevederi legale care impun luarea unor măsuri în cazul în care datoria publică atinge 50% din PIB. Este vorba despre înghețarea cheltuielilor publice și despre blocarea cheltuielilor cu salariile din fonduri publice. Evident, în acest an multielectoral, politicienii „se fac că plouă”, adică ignoră cu grație legislația privind responsabilitatea fiscal-bugetară.Ce s-a întâmplat în ultimii patru ani cu cheltuielile bugetare în așa fel încât să justifice o creștere atât de pronunțată a datoriilor? Să privim structura principalelor cheltuieli publice din anul 2019, comparativ cu 2023. Asistența socială a urcat de la 11% la 12% și de la 104 miliarde lei la 191 miliarde lei. Cheltuielile de personal, adică salariile bugetare, au scăzut procentual de la 9,8% la 8,4%, dar au explodat ca valoare nominală, de la 102 la 132 miliarde lei. În ceea ce privește bunurile și serviciile, cheltuielile au crescut nominal de la 52 la 77 miliarde lei.Se poate observa că la unele capitole de cheltuieli s-a înregistrat o scădere procentuală, dar o creștere nominală. Ceea ce ne arată că ritmul de creștere economică a mai salvat câte ceva din deciziile politicienilor de creștere galopantă a cheltuielilor. Doar că salariile, pensiile sau medicamentele nu sunt plătite cu procente din PIB, ci cu bani. Iar, din acest punct de vedere, valoarea nominală cheltuielilor a crescut foarte mult în patru ani, au creat deficit, iar deficitul a urcat datoria publică.Părerile legate de creșterea ritmului de îndatorare sunt împărțite. Unii cred că nivelul de 50% din PIB este încă redus în comparație cu alte state europene și că atât timp cât finanțatorii cumpără datoria suverană, chiar și la dobânzi mai mari decât media pieței, nu există vreun motiv special de neliniște. Alții cred că ritmul de creștere al datoriei este îngrijorător și că va atinge 90% din PIB, în următorii 10 ani.Datoria unui stat poate fi judecată ca fiind mare sau mică, în raport de forța unei economii și de credibilitatea pe care o are în fața finanțatorilor. Din aceste puncte de vedere, România merge ca pe sârmă, cu un echilibru precar.

As a rising senior, Borna was awarded First Class honors in the 2023 National Council of Teachers of English Writing's Achievement Awards in Writing Program contest. She is among only 114 students nationwide to receive this prestigious recognition, according to the Cherokee County School District. In 1981 Marie-Claude Hawkes was an 18-year-old living in Amiens, France when she embarked on a trip to East Germany looking for adventure… Among her experiences was working in a lignite coal mine. Lignite is considered the lowest rank of coal and the most harmful coal to human health but was a major fuel source for East German power stations.Marie-Claude travelled from Paris to Leipzig on an overnight train, staying at the International Youth Camp in Borna.
