Charles Cross locked in a four-year, $104 million extension that looks like a very team friendly deal. The value only gets better when considering the contract takes him through age 30, giving Seattle bookend tackles with Abraham Lucas secured for the foreseeable future. Kubiak may have a future as a head coaching candidate. The Ravens job seems like a legitimate landing spot if he leaves, though there's zero interest in discussing coordinator departures while chasing a Lombardi.
