Du versuchst zu retten, was zu retten ist, öffnest 12 Tabs übers Barfußlaufen, schnupperst kurz an der Blackroll, guckst dich in Trailrunning-Memes fest, wachst mit Haribo im Haar auf und fragst dich, ob du gestern wirklich in der Badewanne gefoamt hast. Und trotzdem: Schuhe an. Psyche fragwürdig, aber Longrun ist Longrun. So fühlt sich auch der Anfang dieser Folge an. Zumindest für uns. Aber dann läuft's. Ehrlich, ungefiltert, mit ein paar gepflegten Abschweifungen in Richtung Tiefgang, Kant und Chaos. Diese Folge ist keine Best-of-Compilation.
