Codex Serafini: https://codexserafini.bandcamp.com/album/the-imprecation-of-animaJoshua Moyer! Today's guest doesn't just make music—he summons it. From the concrete cracks of rebellion and the sacred chaos of altered states, Joshua Moyer is that rare breed: part street poet, part sonic alchemist, part underground prophet. He built the full soundtrack to my psychedelic science art challenge—played every instrument, wrote every lyric, and bled every note like a sermon on the run. Guitar riffs like back-alley prayers. Handpan rhythms that echo in the bones. This wasn't background music—it was ritual sound design for a new kind of revolution.Joshua ain't here to perform. He's here to ignite. He walks with the ones who speak in flame—those born from wound, not womb. He doesn't ask permission from the institutions. He builds temples in the ruins they left behind. His art? It's rebellion. It's remembrance. It's resistance wrapped in melody. If you're looking for safe, skip this one.If you're ready to rewire your senses and meet a man who turns suffering into symphony—welcome to the transmission. Here's Joshua Moyer.Absolutely—here's a fierce and poetic list of questions designed to pull brilliance into the open, bridging sound artistry with revolution and evolution. These are the kind of questions that crack open deeper truths, like vinyl under pressure—raw, rhythmic, and revelatory:https://youtube.com/@dichotomyentertainment?si=OCVk4TvvkrJyQCYihttps://www.linkedin.com/in/joshuamoyernc?utm_source=share&utm_campaign=share_via&utm_content=profile&utm_medium=ios_app Support the show:https://www.paypal.me/Truelifepodcast?locale.x=en_USCheck out our YouTube:https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLPzfOaFtA1hF8UhnuvOQnTgKcIYPI9Ni9&si=Jgg9ATGwzhzdmjkgGrow your own:https://modernmushroomcultivation.com/This Band Will Blow Your Mind: Codex Serafinihttps://codexserafini.bandcamp.com/album/the-imprecation-of-anima
Nazywają go żółwiem albo butlą gazową. Mowa o handpanie, bardzo młodym instrumencie wykorzystywanym m.in. do tworzenia muzyki relaksacyjnej. Jego brzmienie i silne wibracje mają działanie terapeutyczne. Jak brzmi i jak na nas działa? O tym z Katarzyną Kawończyk rozmawia Iwona Kwaśny. Audycje zrealizował Rafała Drabek.
Oh man, this is a good one. Well, all the mixes here are good but for some reason this one resonates with me right now. Two years ago I posted a mix called "Walk Softly Upon This Earth" that featured the handpan as the main instrument - https://www.mixcloud.com/lowlight/walk-softly-upon-this-earth/ I love that mix and have always wanted to do a follow up. Then in April a new EP dropped that I immediately fell in love with and it prompter me to create this mix. The EP is called "Kalima" from Lab's Cloud in collaboration with Falvio Salvaje. Check it out here - https://labscloudmusic.bandcamp.com/album/kalima The rest of the mix is collection of some truly excellent handpan music with my favorite, other than the tracks from "Kalima," being "Passage IV" from Laura Inserra. It combines handpan and electric guitar in a beautiful way. Wielu muzyków DIY szuka pieniędzy i spełnienia przechodząc do organizatorskiej część branży.
Zenei művészetét egyaránt jellemzik a lágy dallamok és a lüktető ütemek számos műfajt megszólaltatva. Hagyományos Magyar Nemzeti, Drum&Bass, R&B és Hiphop elemek is jellemzik zenéjét, melyeket akusztikus vagy olykor elektro-akusztikus formában is előad. Alkotásai kivétel nélkül Természeti ihletésűek, hiszen alapvetően törekszik elérni a Természettel való legteljesebb harmóniát a zenéjében és a mindennapokban is. 27 éve foglalkozik a zene több műfajával, hangterápiával.
Please rate & review The Movies on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, or wherever else you listen to the show!---Fantastic Fest hosts a wealth of shorts, celebrating the eclectic mix of filmmakers who make them. That being said, there was no way in hell I could cover this year's fest and not watch any, so today's episode gets into demolition derby mayhem: WRECKED A BUNCH OF CARS, HAD A GOOD TIME.Directors James P. Gannon & Matt Ferrin are currently working on a feature: HANDPAN, about a demolition derby driver stranded in the desert with only a case of beer for survival. Aspiring to shoot some test footage, their producer landed the duo and their crew an opportunity to cover the Durham Fair's demolition derby in Durham, Connecticut. What results is a dive into a world of junkers, clashing steel, DIY spray paint jobs and a gleefully reckless abandon of self-preservation.Shot with Super 8 and 16mm film cameras, the movie boasts all the grain and glory of the medium, including the happy accidents that come with using expired film. (This shit ain't cheap. Use what you have.) Whether it's the deep shadows or rich color, the movie looks gorgeous, almost as though we've time-warped into the '70s. Gannon & Ferrin play around with editing tricks of the period too; it's a nice touch. This isn't a complex feature. It essentially just plays out the event from beginning to end, but where it succeeds is in translating the anticipation, the giddiness, the pulse-pumping energy of a demolition derby through its pacing, handheld camera work and editing. This short's officially placed Durham, CT on my map & as this year's demolition derby rages on THE WEEK I POST THIS REVIEW, I wish all drivers (but especially Andrew cause he's my favorite) the best of luck.---Follow The Movies on Twitter: @TheMovies_Pod and Facebook: The Movies (I have ONE slot remaining for October's listener request episode.

This week we are sat down with Adel Szirtes (Organika Sound) - an up and coming handpan and organic house artist from Hungary. Adel is fairly new to the handpan scene but has already started to form a very signature style that we are loving! Adel tells us the story of how she got into playing handpan and how she linked up with the MAG Instruments Team in Hungary. She also talks about her music influences and which artists have helped shape her unique sound. She told us all about her first official release - "Amazona" - and her second release - "Fűszál" - before teasing her third track from her upcoming EP. The third song she's gearing up to release is a 20 minute sound bath! We got to know her a bit better during the rapid fire questions (don't stand in front of her on the train!) and got a crash course lesson on the Hungarian language. (PS: we apologize in advance to all of our Hungarian listeners for our terrible pronouncing of your language!). She might be new to the handpan universe, but she is already doing amazing things! We hope you enjoy this episode as much as we did! For more from Adel Szirtes: IG: @organikasound YouTube: @Organikasound Spotify: @OrganikaSound

The Goddess Way of Living; Meditation, Mindfulness and The Law of Attraction for Women.
Episode 21 Hi Everyone this is Cristin and this is episode 21. Today's intention is: I am Goddess. You deserve all that you want and you are worthy. You are making it happen in small steps over time. In the last 21 episodes we have shown up, dreamt, journaled and meditated. Check in and celebrate your successes big and small. Showing up and listening is a success. You are giving yourself a few minutes each day to set an intention and clear your mind. Continuing on from last week, creating 3 daily goals- how did it go? Not asking in a judgmental way, but just take notice, were some goals easier than others? Were you able to keep with them each day? Was 1 or 2 harder than the rest? If so, why? What can you do this week to make the goals a bit easier? Do you want to maybe change one out, or is there a way to rephrase it that you are working towards your end in mind but with easier steps along the way? If any of the goals felt like too much, put those to the side and continue to work on what is easy and what feels good for you. Remember that there are multiple rods to the end in mind. Just like driving we can take alternate routes. Asking yourself these questions helps you find and achieve the goals that are right for you. You are on your own timeline, no one else's. Maybe this week was a breeze and you're ready to create new goals for this week. Now, doing a full circle and asking ourselves again like in episode 1- What does goddess mean to me? What does she look like, feel like? What are some of her daily habits and rituals? How does her home look and feel? How are her friendships and relationships? What is her path of least resistance, how does she try to keep things easy? Now on to today's meditation Take your time to settle in.. releasing any tension in your body. Your neck, your back, your shoulders, making any movements you need. Take a deep breath in and out. I am goddess. I have always been and I always will be. I am strong, confident, radiant and happy. I am healthy, flexible and stable. I am loving and I am loved. Breathe in and out…. I am compassionate and caring. I am mindful and I am grateful. I am doing the best I can each day. Take a deep breath in and out. See yourself 3 months from now, continuing to take the calm, easy path of least resistance. When obstacles arise you take your time to work through them. You let go of fear, knowing there's no such thing as failure, only feed back. See yourself learning with ease. See yourself slowing down a bit, while continuing to move forward, it's not a race, it's a beautiful journey. See yourself letting go of habits that no longer serve you, replacing them with ones that do. See yourself getting in movement and connecting with nature. See yourself sitting and taking time for you. Breathe in and out. You are amazing. I am amazing. You are on the path that's right for you. I am on the path that's right for me. You are confident, capable and worthy. I am confident, capable and worthy. You learn with ease along the way. I learn with ease along the way. You are happy, healthy and free. I am happy, healthy and free. You are successful. I am successful. You are abundant. I am abundant. You are grateful. I am grateful. Breathe in and out. Now take your time coming back into today. Gently bring awareness to your breath, body and space around you. Bring the feelings of peace, love and joy into your day. Believe in yourself. Give yourself a big hug. You got this. Thank you so much for being here today, I'm wishing you a wonderful day. For more information, visit CristinPowersLifeCoach.com

Meet Mark Lupescu, also known as Mark Lupan - a celebrated handpan maker and player known worldwide for his beautiful Lupan Handpans.Have you ever tried the handpan or just listened to it? For me, it was love at first sight. The first time I tried one, I knew there was no going back. We were on La Palma, and a friend had borrowed a handpan and wanted us to try it. Three months later, my first handpan arrived. The peace it gives, the sound, the learning journey of getting to know the instrument and getting better. What a joy.Our love has kept growing. We have created an online platform where people can learn to play the handpan, and while shooting a video on how the handpan is built, we met, Mark Lupescu; he is so fantastic and inspiring that we wanted to show more of him to the world. So please enjoy our interview with Mark Lupescu, creator of the Lupan Handpans. About MarkMark Petersberger Lupescu is a professional musician and harp maker who moved to Barcelona, Spain, in 2008, where he discovered handpans and integrated them into his music. In 2013 Mark started his journey of building handpans. He learned the art of tuning steel thanks to the guidance of master tuner Darren Dyke and as a result of many hours of hammering where he developed his own technique. Having played these instruments in different situations (concert hall, yoga room, open space), he knows which qualities to search for in a handpan: stable and equilibrated note fields, nice timbre, good sustain, and pleasant overtones. As a perfectionist, he is always seeking to improve these qualities.Learn more:https://www.lupanhandpans.com/https://www.youtube.com/c/lupanhandpanshttps://www.instagram.com/lupan_handpans/https://www.facebook.com/lupanhandpans/

The Handpan, or Hang, is a percussion instrument related to the Caribbean steelpan instrument. It is like a convex version of a steel drum with the two halves attached together. The instrument has been used in a lot of new age music and faux new-age eastern mysticism. Like a lot of new age music instrumentation there is a fine line between enjoyable, relaxing ambient and new age schlock. Unfortunately, many time use of the handpan falls into the latter category. That being said, I do occasionally like the sound of the handpan and I don't care about healing energy and mystical power crapola. I just like the sound. While relaxing outside on my deck I came across Musical Incense vol. 1 by Laura Inserra. It became my go to music for zoning out in a chaise lounge while doom-scrolling Twitter, a habit I really need to break. I decided to make an all handpan mix. The vibe is slow and relaxing. Sometimes handpan players can show off with their hands racing around the instrument to create intricate patterns. That style has its place but not in this mix. I tried to keep the pace slow and the vibe relaxing. I can imagine some folks complaining that it all sounds the same. But that's what I like about this mix - it feels like one long handpan track. I can really zone out to it. Here are links to all the albums used in this mix in the order in which they appear: https://laurainserra.bandcamp.com/album/musical-incense-vol-1 https://www.amazon.com/Rhythms-Sleep-Music-Deep-Rest/dp/1622034368 https://www.amazon.com/Pure-Ceremony-James-Hood/dp/B01AXMDN5I https://whaleloryb.bandcamp.com/track/awaken-earth-handpan-journey https://laurainserra.bandcamp.com/album/musical-incense-vol-1 https://www.amazon.com/Reiki-Healing-Music-Christopher-Wolves/dp/B004H1Z31Y https://www.amazon.com/Pure-Ceremony-James-Hood/dp/B01AXMDN5I https://ravidgoldschmidt.com/product/calm-upon-you/ Kick back and come along on this relaxing handpan journey. Dan's music is centered around an instrument called the "Handpan", an instrument created in 2001 in Switzerland. He tells us about how difficult it initially was to even find a handpan in the world, and his early experiences with homemade instruments made in places like Siberia and Italy out of peoples garage. Dan also discusses his career shift and how mastering the hanpan allowed him to eventually pursue music full time. Determined to push the limits of music revolving around this instrument, Dan's playing style is both beautifully melodic and intensely percussive. He brings his 18 years of percussion experience to create a stylistic approach that invites the listener to experience elements of multiple genres of music all housed in one easily digestible format, while keeping the handpan as the centerpiece of his compositions. In addition to multiple solo tours across Australia, Europe and the USA, Mulqueen has also shared the stage with Shpongle for two sold out concerts at Red Rocks Amphitheater in Colorado and collaborated with artists such as Mereba, Long Arm, Zebbler Encanti Experience and many more.
