Trump and his legal team are in dismay learning that they are not losing the $450 million civil fraud trial judge Judge Engoron, to reassignment after all! Michael Popok reports on Trump and the parties being told that the case was being reassigned to a Republican Staten Island judge who is embroiled in a series of ethical scandals which probably made Trump happy, but then the Court telling them that Engoron is not going anywhere after all. Title: Out-of-Control Judge: Trump vs Engoron at the New York Supreme CourtIt is no secret that Donald Trump has had his fair share of courtroom disputes. However, recent unravellings at the New York State Supreme Court have catapulted Trump's legal encounters to the forefront of the public eye yet again. The storm is focused on Judge Arthur Engoron, whom Trump has forcefully derided as being 'out-of-control.'The session that caught Trump's ire was the closing arguments in the Trump Organization's civil fraud trial on January 11. Details around these closing statements and their subsequent impact on the case's decision have captivated a nation used to Trump's often explosive legal narratives. Donald Trump's frustration centers around Judge Engoron, who is presiding over the trial. Trump's abrasive remark against Engoron stands in stark contrast to the latter's esteemed reputation in the New York court system. It's not often you hear of a judge being labeled 'out-of-control,' yet it seems Judge Engoron's handling of this trial has not gone down well with Trump.Judge Arthur Engoron is a well-established figure within the New York State Supreme Court. His no-nonsense approach towards courtroom proceedings has earned him high respect in the legal fraternities. His legal acumen, combined with relentless devotion towards the maintenance of justice, has often put him in the public spotlight. However, being at the receiving end of a Trump tirade has undoubtedly amplified attention towards him.The trial itself revolves around the Trump Organization and claims of civil fraud. Such allegations, if proven, could gravely impact the reputation and future operations of the business entity. The gravity of this case is not lost on the courtroom or the public, explaining the high degree of scrutiny over Engoron's presiding. It will definitely be interesting to monitor how this tense relationship between Trump and Judge Engoron unfolds as the trial progresses. Public opinion is already divided with some expressing their support for Trump's bold denouncement, while others back Engoron's commitment to delivering justice unhindered. This saga overvolving the Trump Organization has sparked a flurry of discussions over the court's authority, the defendant's rights, and the thin, often blurred line that separates the two. With the concluding arguments having been made on January 11, the nation now closely observes how Judge Arthur Engoron will drive the case to its final verdict. It's clear that this high-stakes lawsuit has much more than just the future of Trump's commercial empire at its core. The interplay between key individuals like Trump and Engoron will likely set crucial legal precedents and influence how such trials are conducted in the future. One thing's for sure - the symbiotic relationship between magnates such as Trump and the judicial system continues to create gripping headlines that captivate a global audience. The courtroom's verdict will undeniably have far-reaching implications - whatever it may be.
If it already wasn't crystal clear that Trump-appointed Judge Aileen Cannon should be removed from presiding over the prosecution of the very defendant who bestowed upon her a lifetime appointment as a federal judge, it is now beyond reasonable dispute. Judge Cannon ruled AGAINST Trump, denying his motion to dismiss the 32 espionage counts in his Florida federal prosecution, yet Trump then praised her and attacked Special Counsel Jack Smith for telling her - in a court filing - that she was wrong. However, Cannon denied the motion signaling that she will revisit it (and may very well grant it) once the trial starts, in which case Smith will not be able to appeal the dismissal.Given Cannon's pro-Trump bias, the public will never be able to have confidence in the outcome of Trump's Florida prosecution unless Cannon is removed and a fair, impartial and unbiased judge is assigned to preside over the case.If you're interested in supporting our all-volunteer efforts, you can become a Team Justice patron at: / glennkirschner If you'd like to support us and buy Team Justice and Justice Matters merchandise visit:https://shop.spreadshirt.com/glennkir...Check out Glenn's website at https://glennkirschner.com/Follow Glenn on:Threads: https://www.threads.net/glennkirschner2Twitter: https://www.twitter.com/glennkirschner2Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/glennkirschner2Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/glennkirsch...See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.

The judge overseeing Donald Trump's criminal case in Georgia tossed out his argument that his actions were protected by the First Amendment last week, effectively putting the trial back on track. Trump's supporters were furious about this news, and they took to social media to threaten "civil war" in this country if the case moves forward. These people believe they are protecting our country even as they call for destroying it.Also, during a recent interview with Tucker Carlson, Marjorie Taylor Greene said that Republican House Speaker Mike Johnson has "completely changed his character" in the five months since he has become Speaker, and she added that she doesn't know what is causing this change. This statement suggests that Greene believes there are mysterious forces at play that are causing Johnson to be a different person, which is how Greene handles a world that confuses and scares her.And Judge Arthur Engoron has called for a new hearing with the bond company that posted Donald Trump's $175 million bond for the fraud trial appeal after New York Attorney General Letitia James raised serious concerns about the company's finances. Engoron wants to see the company's financial statements to make sure that they can actually pay the full amount of the trial if Trump loses on appeal - and that they can pay Trump back if he wins. Finally, Donald Trump - the man who inspired the Capitol Riot and has repeatedly said that there will be a "bloodbath" if he doesn't win reelection - has released a new ad where he accuses the Democrats of being the "Party of violence." The political violence that we have seen take place in this country in recent years has come almost entirely from the Republican side, and Trump's ad is nothing but pure projection. However, it does send a signal to his base about how they should react.Subscribe to our YouTube channel to stay up to date on all of Farron's content: https://www.youtube.com/FarronBalancedFollow Farron on social media!Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/FarronBalanced/Twitter: https://twitter.com/farronbalancedInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/farronbalancedTikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@farronbalanced?lang=en

In an unfolding dramatic turn of events, highly regarded poll researcher and prevalent CNN commentator, Frank Luntz issued a stark admonition to Letitia James, who currently holds the position of New York's Attorney General. Luntz alerted James to the potential political implications that could ensue if there was an attempt to lay claim to the assets of former President Donald Trump. Trump has been issued an ultimatum to post a bond of $464 million by the 25th of March, or encounter the daunting prospect of having his assets taken over. This ruling was assigned by Judge Arthur Engoron, as a repercussion of accusations that Trump had artificially inflated the estimated worth of his physical assets to secure loans under more attractive terms. Luntz did not mince his words during an appearance on CNN, where he urged James to take heed of the situation. 'Keep this moment in your memory, and don't let it fade', Luntz entreated with utmost gravity. Should James venture to initiate the seizure of Trump's properties, carry out an asset takeover, Luntz pointed out that it would be all captured on camera. He warned that media commentators would dissect the situation vehemently, parroting criticism that would create an unfavorable climate for further elections. Then, drawing an image of intense polarities, Luntz warned of the creation of the most significant martyrdom in the upcoming 2024 elections which could inadvertently lead to re-electing Donald Trump. The viewer simply has to imagine a scenario where Trump has had his possessions taken from him. Presenting that as evidence of a coordinated conspiracy, Trump could claim that the entire establishment, including Washington's marshland, countrywide politicians, and Attorneys General, was plotting to deny him his rightful place in the presidential office. According to Luntz's reasoning, this would lead to a rising trend in Trump's favorability polls. He highlighted how the legal troubles Trump had faced in the past had paradoxically contributed to an increase in his popularity. Drawing attention to the seizure of assets, he predicted a repeat of this phenomenon, with criminal charges acting as a boomerang reflecting even greater support for Trump at the polls. Speaking directly into the camera, addressing the attorney general, Luntz cautioned her against succumbing to political machinations. He compared the present situation with the actions of state secretaries in Colorado and Maine. In both regions, despite the opposition's attempts to tarnish Trump's reputation, his approval ratings actually soared. Luntz iterated that his disbelief was almost rendering him wordless, shaking his head at the clumsiness of the anti-Trump party. Luntz's fiery commentary concluded with him branding the opposition's efforts as pitifully misguided, underscoring this point by calling their tactics in dealing with Trump horrendous 'misfires'. He sounded almost incredulous at how counterproductive their actions have been, warning that the ongoing lawsuit may just be yet another misstep in a long line of tactical blunders. The lawsuit, it should be noted, was initially launched by James against the Trump Organization. Accusations swirled with claims that Trump was guilty of fraudulent activity, inflating the estimated value of his property holdings and financial wealth with the express purpose of obtaining loans on better terms. The pursuit of justice was initially directed toward securing $250 million in damages. However, as the lawsuit began making its way through the courts, James amended her request, now seeking $370 million. The final ruling, delivered by Judge Engoron on the 16th of February, brought some resolution to the matter. The ruling was in favor of James, with the judge ruling that Trump should pay out $350 million in damages. This noteworthy ruling came five months after an initial finding by Engoron that former President Trump and his business empire, the Trump Organization, had engaged in fraudulent behavior. However, amidst the barrage of legal disputes and decisions, the voice of caution resonates. Luntz's cautionary predictions suggest that these could be the stepping stones towards another political comeback for Donald Trump. Looking at the entire scenario from a bird's eye view, there's an intriguing play of action and reaction unfolding. Trump's previous brushes with legal confrontations led to him growing in popularity. Will this case proceed on the same trajectory? It would seem poised to do so, especially if Trump positions himself as a victim of a coordinated effort, as Luntz has suggested. However, while his predictions offer a fascinating perspective, they cannot be taken as absolute truth. Only time will reveal the tangible consequences of these unfolding dramas. What's clear, though, is the situation has all the elements necessary to create a high-stakes political theater. The stage is set, the actors are ready, and the entire nation is watching with bated breath. Such unique circumstances make it all the more crucial for those involved in the Trump case to act with utmost circumspection. Each action taken, each decision made, will contribute to a larger narrative. Ignoring the potential recoil, as Luntz dutifully highlighted, is a perilous mistake that could provoke unintended reactions from a politically aware and sensitive electorate. In the same vein, the example of past states like Colorado and Maine provides invaluable lessons. Tactless maneuvers, seemingly aimed at damaging Trump's reputation, ended up doing the opposite. And as both sides brace themselves for what comes next, they would do well to consider the possible and even probable fallout of their actions. The saga of Trump, his assets, his lawsuits, and his political career is far from over and the twists and turns remaining in this compelling narrative are yet to be discovered. Former President Trump has taken action against the recent New York civil fraud judgment of $454 million, contesting a judge's determination that he misrepresented his wealth during the rise of his real estate empire. Trump's legal team filed appeals Monday, challenging Judge Arthur Engoron's ruling in Attorney General Letitia James' lawsuit, aiming to overturn the verdict and mitigate the substantial penalties that threaten to deplete Trump's financial resources. Trump's lawyers have lodged complaints asserting that Engoron may have erred in both law and fact and potentially overstepped his authority. This appeal marks the initiation of the appeals process in New York, with Trump's legal team poised to elaborate on their grievances in forthcoming court filings. Despite the appeal, Trump faces the looming prospect of enforcement of the judgment, which could proceed unabated unless a stay is secured by March 25. A stay would temporarily suspend collection efforts during the appeals process. However, obtaining a stay typically requires providing financial assurances equivalent to the owed amount.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
This episode has everything: a how-to guerilla guide to improving your McDonald's hamburger experience; a spirited discussion of the Alabama Supreme Court decision that defines frozen embryos as persons (Steve thinks the media is willfully misreporting the decision—John is not so sure); those crazy new presidential rankings from political scientists—and even some soft-core porn! Say what? Well, it turns out that that Judge Arthur Engoron, who oversaw Trump's alleged fraud trial in New York City, apparently has a case of Anthony Weiner envy, and posted some rather racy locker room pics of himself some years back. And right in the middle of our discussion Lucretia flashed the pictures up on the Zoom screen, sending John and Steve rushing for some eye-bleach. There must be something in the bottled water Manhattan Democrats drink. (And doesn't Engoron sound like the name of a dwarve or elve who goes bad in Lord of the Rings?) Click through the link here if you are brave. In any case, we do finally get around to a new segment of the 3WHH, where we note three articles from the last week for what they can tell us about something. John chose those stupid presidential rankings; Lucretia chose an MSNBC article from leftist columnist Paul Waldman that unwittingly admits that everything conservatives say about the administrative state is completely true; and Steve picked Karol Markowitz's NY Post column reflecting on how recent social science that ratifies the conservative view that two-parent families are the best way to raise children is so contoversial with the left, which is no surprise.

Jim Jordan had a bit of a moment of panic when he was confronted by CNN reporter Manu Raju this week, where Raju asked Jordan about his "star witness" not only being indicted for lying about the Bidens, but also revealing that he got the information from Russian intelligence officials. Jordan insisted that his case for impeachment (and other investigations) was still strong, but he provided flimsy hearsay to back up that claim. Also, Donald Trump had a terrible town hall event with Fox News this week, where he made a number of outrageous statements and completely false claims. But one of the weirdest things the former President said was that all of his experience with the criminal and civil trials he's facing or has faced have made him an "expert at law." The claim was so dumb that even the Biden campaign reposted the statement with a video clip on Twitter. Farron explains what Trump has become an "expert" at as a result of losing all these trials. And MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell lost again in the legal system this week as he attempted to appeal a ruling from last year that said that he had to pay a man $5 million for winning the "Mike Lindell Challenge" and proving his claims of voter fraud wrong. An arbitration panel last year ordered Lindell to pay up, but he tried to get that overturned, and he failed spectacularly with a ruling against him this week. Finally, Donald Trump's lawyer, Clifford Robert, sent a very polite letter to Judge Arthur Engoron this week, begging the judge to let Trump make a "counter offer" for the judgement against him. Trump doesn't want to have to pay the $350 million verdict that Engoron hit him with last week, so like a true businessman, he's hoping that he can make a counter offer and get that number to something he's more comfortable with. That's absolutely NOT how the justice system works.Subscribe to our YouTube channel to stay up to date on all of Farron's content: https://www.youtube.com/FarronBalancedFollow Farron on social media!Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/FarronBalanced/Twitter: https://twitter.com/farronbalancedInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/farronbalancedTikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@farronbalanced?lang=en

The fraud judgment against Trump. On Friday, Manhattan judge Arthur Engoron ordered former President Donald Trump to pay over $354 million and barred him from serving in a top role of any New York company for three years. Engoron's decision concludes the civil fraud suit against Trump for misrepresenting his wealth for financial gain while leading the Trump Organization. Trump is expected to appeal, which could take more than a year and would delay any enforcement of the penalty. Stephen Curry might be considered the greatest shooter in basketball history. But Sabrina Ionescu certainly made him prove it Saturday night as part of NBA All-Star Weekend. The Golden State Warriors guard edged the New York Liberty guard 29-26 in an NBA vs. WNBA 3-point contest -- the first of its kind. Ionescu opened by making seven straight shots before finishing with a total score of 26 -- which happened to tie the highest score by any NBA player in the 3-point contest held earlier Saturday night and won by the Milwaukee Bucks' Damian Lillard. With a 92-page order issued late Friday, Judge Arthur Engoron dealt Donald Trump a legal and financial blow that could permanently damage the business empire that propelled him to the presidency. Beyond the staggering $355 million Trump was ordered to pay -- likely to climb to over $450 million with interest -- Engoron temporarily stripped Trump and his sons of the ability to lead their own businesses or apply for financing. The penalties -- which New York Attorney General Letitia James applauded as effective ways to "ensure this fraud cannot continue" -- leave the Trump Organization in legal, financial and personnel limbo, as the former president embarks on a costly presidential campaign amid his ongoing legal battles. around 4.8 billion, some popular platforms are losing favour. Reports indicate that, on average, users engage with six to seven different platforms each month and spend approximately two hours and 24 minutes per day on them. Though social media apps are integral to the daily lives of millions, their popularity can diminish rapidly. According to a report by TRG Datacentres, a US-based tech firm, Meta's Threads app which gained 100 million users in five days saw an 80 per cent drop in daily active users since its launch in July 2023. According to the report, many social media apps struggled to stay relevant throughout the year prompting the organisation to carry out a survey on popular apps that fell out of favour this year. Joy Reid leads this episode of The ReidOut with major breaking news from New York in the jaw-dropping number of $453,500,000. That is the amount Judge Arthur Engoron has ruled Donald Trump has to pay in his New York civil fraud case which includes nearly $100 million dollars in interest. That number will continue to grow until he pays. Engoron also ruled that Trump is barred from personally running a business in New York for the next three years. Engoron's ruling also hits the elder Trump sons, fining Eric Trump and Donald Trump, Jr. $4 million apiece, and fining Trump's longtime business manager Allen Weisselberg $1 million dollars. Joy and her expert guests discuss this and more in this edition of The ReidOut on MSNBC.

Trump took the opportunity to slam the court and the judge before being cut off by Engoron.A new report provides more evidence that Fani Willis did in fact collude with Liz Cheney's January 6th Committee prior to indicting Trump. A new study out of the U.K. indicates pandemic restrictions also had a deleterious impact on the minds of the elderly. Dr. Anne Corbett of the University of Exeter Medical School and her team examined neuropsychology data from 3,142 individuals, all 50 years of age or over, who had been participating in a multi-decade dementia study in Britain. The researchers compared data on this cohort collected before the pandemic, early in the pandemic, then once more toward the tail end of the pandemic. The researchers observed "[s]ignificant worsening of executive function and working memory" in the first year of the pandemic across the whole cohort, the average age of which was 67.5. Working memory continued to worsen across the whole cohort in the second year of the pandemic. By the time restrictions had ultimately been eased, the damage had been done. According to the study, cognitive decline was significantly associated with reduced exercise and increased drinking across the whole cohort. Depression, another driving factor of cognitive decline, was notable amongst those who contracted COVID-19. Loneliness proved especially detrimental to those with mild cognitive impairment. "People aged 50 years and older in the UK had accelerated decline in executive function and working memory during the first year of the COVID-19 pandemic, during which the UK was subjected to three societal lockdowns for a total period of 6 months," said the study, published in the Lancet journal Healthy Longevity. The British government, which funded this study via the National Institute for Health and Care Research, not only limited the number of times citizens could exercise outside during the pandemic, but shuttered gyms, golf courses, sports courts, swimming pools, and indoor sports facilities. "The scale of change is also of note, with all groups—the whole cohort and the individual subgroups—showing more than a 50% greater decline in working memory and executive function and many effect sizes reaching a clinically significant threshold of greater than 0·3," said the researchers. The researchers further stressed that "[t]hese factors map closely to the population-wide changes in health and lifestyle seen during and after the lockdowns, raising the important question of the effect of the pandemic on cognitive health and risk across populations." https://www.foxnews.com/politics/appeals-court-reinstates-gag-order-trump-fraud-case Appeals court reinstates gag order in Trump fraud case A New York appeals court reinstated a gag order preventing former President Donald Trump from maligning court staffers on Thursday. New York Judge Arthur Engoron had initially issued the gag order in early October after Trump lashed out at one of his law clerks on social media. Trump is currently fighting accusations of business fraud leveled by New York Attorney General Letitia James. Appeals court Judge David Friedman had issued a stay on Engoron's gag order on Nov. 16, saying it potentially infringed on Trump's First Amendment rights. By that time, Engoron had already fined Trump $5,000 for violating the order on social media on Oct. 20, and did so again on Oct. 25 for another $10,000 before threatening imprisonment if further violations were committed. Trump took the stand to testify personally in early November. He repeatedly cast James’ yearslong investigation and lawsuit as a "disgrace" and an attack on his business and his family. Trump has denied any wrongdoing and insists his assets were actually undervalued. Trump has repeatedly said his financial statements had disclaimers requesting that the numbers be evaluated by the banks. Engoron ruled in September that both Trump and his company had committed fraud by deceiving banks, insurers and others by overvaluing his assets and exaggerating his net worth on paperwork used in making deals and securing financing. Trump has attacked Engoron and James — both Democrats — as politically biased "operatives." "They are defending the Worst and Least Respected Attorney General in the United States, Letitia James, who is a Worldwide disgrace, as is her illegal Witch Hunt against me. The Radical and Unprecedented actions of Judge Engoron will keep BUSINESSES and JOBS forever out of New York State," Trump wrote in a recent social media post. https://www.justfactsdaily.com/1-in-every-39-americans-will-die-of-a-drug-overdose-at-current-rate 1 in Every 39 Americans Will Die of a Drug Overdose at Current Rate Despite the passage of state and federal laws that were supposed to reduce fatal drug overdoses, the annual U.S. drug overdose death rate has quintupled over recent decades: Over the most current year of available data, more than 110,000 people in the U.S. died of drug overdoses, a rate of 33 per 100,000 population. In order to measure these deaths in clear, relevant terms, Just Facts enlisted the expertise of a licensed actuary and a Ph.D. mathematician to calculate, double-check, and triple-check the average lifetime odds of dying of a drug overdose. The shocking result of these calculations is that 1 in 39 people will have their lives cut short by drug overdoses if the rate of such deaths stays at the current level. Those odds will become far worse if the rising trend continues. The lifetime risks of tragic events are much more revealing than the raw numbers or annual rates commonly reported by government agencies and the media. This is partly because the U.S. is the third-most populous nation in the world, so tens, hundreds, or even thousands of events may amount to a very low risk. The other reason, which is less obvious, is explained by a 1987 Department of Justice report on the likelihood of being a crime victim: Annual victimization rates alone do not convey the full impact of crime as it affects people. No one would express his or her concern by saying, “I am terribly afraid of being mugged between January and December of this year.” People are worried about the possibility that at some time in their lives they will be robbed or raped or assaulted, or their houses will be burglarized. Each month, the CDC estimates drug overdose deaths based on data reported by the 50 states and the District of Columbia. The latest estimates, which include deaths up through June 2023, show that 111,877 people died of a drug overdose in the prior 12 months. To place such figures into the broader context of the U.S. population and people’s lifespans, Just Facts asked a licensed actuary to develop a method for calculating the average lifetime risk of death from various causes. The actuary used two separate methods, both of which yielded the same results. To further ensure accuracy, Just Facts had a Ph.D. mathematician check the formulas. Applying this methodology to the CDC’s latest estimates of overdose deaths, roughly 1 in every 39 people will die of drug overdose if the rate of such deaths stays at its current level. Beyond lifetime risk, another important measure of a mortal danger is the years of life that it robs from its victims. Because humans cannot prevent death but only delay it, there is a material difference between the tragic premature deaths of a 20-year-old in the prime of her life and a 90-year-old in poor health. Although some leading medical scholars ignored that vital fact during the Covid-19 pandemic, a 1983 CDC report about fatal accidents explains that the “the allocation of health resources must consider not only the number of deaths by cause but also by age.” The average age of people who die of drug overdoses is about 43 years, while the average U.S. lifespan is about 77 years. In contrast, the average age of people whose deaths involved Covid-19 is about 75 years. Yet, government officials locked down entire states for extended periods to prevent the spread of Covid, causing multitudes of collateral deaths. This likely included overdoses, which soared in the wake of these measures. https://www.foxnews.com/sports/jets-aaron-rodgers-takes-big-step-hopeful-return-achilles-injury Jets' Aaron Rodgers takes big step in hopeful return from Achilles injury The New York Jets opened the 21-day practice window for Aaron Rodgers on Wednesday, sparking hope the quarterback could return this season just mere months after tearing his Achilles. Jets head coach Robert Saleh told reporters that it doesn’t necessarily mean Rodgers is going to come back and play, but is rather a "progression in his rehab." "For Aaron, what he would be doing in practice is no different than what he’d be doing on the field with regard to certain drills in the individual – instead of throwing with staff members, he’s throwing with teammates," Saleh told reporters. "There’s no added risk to it. There’s certain things he’s been cleared for that we’re going to allow him to do." Saleh lauded Rodgers’ drive and motivation for pushing himself to get back to where he is and the want and need for him to be with his teammates. "He’s sacrificed so much already for the organization and himself and his teammates and he’s doing it again. I think it’s a testament to who he is as a human," Saleh added. Rodgers’ timeline is still really unclear. He tried to lay it out the best he could in his appearance on "The Pat McAfee Show" this week. "Once I'm healthy, then it's where we're at, are we alive, are we in it… It's health first, and are we alive for the playoffs second.". New York is 4-7 entering Week 13 and their playoff hopes are dwindling.
SEASON 2 EPISODE 82: COUNTDOWN WITH KEITH OLBERMANN A-Block (1:44) SPECIAL COMMENT: Trump has made a stochastic threat against the President of the United States: “Joe Biden should stop his Election Interfering Thugs before it is too late for him and the rest of the Country,” That is a threat and if you wrote it somewhere in public – depending on your rap sheet and past mental health – Secret Service might stop by for a visit. And Trump's rap sheet includes manifest and growing clinical insanity. Oh and an attempt to violently overthrow the government of the United States. In the same post: “He's got the Justice Department and others suing me… it opens up a very big and dangerous pandora's box” which is yet another stochastic call for somebody to attack the Justice Department or its leaders or Jack Smith or all of the above, to say nothing of what – if he keeps saying it this loudly this often, voters might actually notice – is the hundredth repetition of his promise that he will actually do what he's falsely claiming is being done to him – what he already DID do on a small scale – use the DOJ as a personal tool for revenge and suppression of any opposition. Trump also attacked Judge Engoron's clerk and his wife: “Judge Engoron's Trump Hating wife, together with his very disturbed and angry law clerk, have taken over control of the New York State Witch Hunt Trial aimed at me…” Again, this is the clerk he has doxxed, and now threatened; and added to this is Engoron's wife. Five times in just four minutes yesterday Trump posted screenshots sent to him by the lunatic Laura Loomr of posts a Twitter-X account with various anti-Trump memes, over which Trump wrote “This is the judge's wife saying this” and “Another from Judge Engoron's Wife” and “Yet another from Judge Engoron's wife” and “Judge Engoron's Wife” and finally he ran out and just repeated “Judge Engoron's Wife.”Spoiler alert: it's NOT Judge Engoron's Wife. 22 days ago she told Newsweek quote “I do not have a Twitter account. This is not me. I have not posted any anti-Trump messages.” Even if Mrs. Engoron IS somehow lying, boldly and on-the-record and with no wiggle room of course as we know, what a judge's wife does in her life or on social media is immediate grounds for the judge's impeachment. Right Ginni Thomas? And if he wasn't self-destructing when he endorsed the Anti-semitic Great Replacement theory last week, or if he wasn't self-destructing when he endorsed Pizzagate on Tuesday, he WAS self-destructing at the New York Times Dealbook Summit yesterday, daring advertisers not to advertise, implying no one could blackmail him with mere money. And congrats to interviewer Andrew Ross Sorkin for not getting any of it on him when Musk turned into a human debris field. A lesson, kids: never let them inject the Ozempic into your brain. B-Block (23:40) IN SPORTS: Aaron Rodgers plays a little football and doesn't rip anything. And could the biggest baseball import from Japan make his decision based on what uniform number a team is willing to give him? (29:09) THE WORST PERSONS IN THE WORLD: The cognitive decline of Sean Hannity, Ron DeSantis "literally" standing in front of a freight train, and I'm back on Twitter-X thanks to the firm hand of Lauren Boebert. C-Block (34:30) EVERY DOG HAS ITS DAY: Myra - and her unborn puppies - in Devore, Ca. (35:30) THINGS I PROMISED NOT TO TELL: Every year at this time I am reminded that a Major League Baseball team once managed to get me fired from a job I hadn't started at. Which means that since 2000 they have done that, as often as they've won the World Series.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

In this episode, we're going to see the latest on Trump taking the stand in his own defense, how the woke judge was just utterly humiliated, and how these kangaroo court cases are all completely unraveling! Highlights: “Trump's reading the room perfectly. He's playing this very smart, he knows the vast majority of the nation sees these trials as shams, and that's what he's pushing. And he's touting his poll numbers that are crushing Biden, and he's saying that's the real reason this is happening, it's a scam to try to cheat voters out of who they want to be president!” “A number of reports on X, formerly known as Twitter, are coming out showing a bunch of half-naked selfies taken by this judge, Arthur Engoron, and then posted on an alumni newsletter that he reportedly controls. The selfies are, to say the least, bizarre but they suggest that this fellow, Engoron, frankly isn't well.” Timestamps: [00:49] Trump's attorney, Alina Habba, raining fire on the corrupt NY Judge and AG [03:48] Trump taking the stand in his own defense [07:51] Judge Engoron's half-naked selfies in X [08:51] How the other cases against Trump are completely unraveling Resources: HE'LL BE BACK! First obtained and released by the Louder with Crowder conservative Rumble show, the three-page handwritten document allegedly shows Audrey “Aiden” Hale meticulously planned her last moments and the mass school shooting at The Covenant School on March 27. Three young children and three school staff were killed before Hale, 28, was shot dead by responding police. The manifesto, written in a spiral notebook, has various creeds and thoughts scrawled down by pen. “DEATH DAY,” Hale wrote on one page with the drawing of a target reticle and a pistol, along with the date “3/27/23.” "The day has finally come!" Hale wrote. "I can't believe its [sic] here. Don't know how I was able to get this far, but here I am. I'm a little nervous but excited too. Been excited for the past 2 weeks." Hale continued: "There were several times I could have been caught especially back in the summer of 2021. None of that matters now. I am almost an hour & 7 minutes away." “Can’t believe I’m doing this, but I’m ready," Hale wrote. "I hope my victims aren’t.” Hale later prayed to God in the manifesto to help her in the mass shooting. "(God let my wrath take over my anxiety) It might be 10 minutes tops. It might be 3-7. It's gonna go quick," Hale wrote. "I hope I have a high death count." Hale then wrote, "Ready to Die nana" and signed it "Aiden," Hale's trans name. On another page, Hale wrote a detailed day schedule, with a post-it calmly asking, "Lunch may be [sic] around 11 am–1 pm?" Hale's day began at 6:30 a.m., and ran through getting dressed, breakfast and what to do with the "stuffed animals & possessions." At 9:30, Hale was to "pack up special belongings in backpack(s)." By 10:20, Hale was to "gear up & set up guns in trunk (assembly) & get out vest (w/mags inside)." Hale was armed with a handgun, a rifle and a pistol modded to handle like a rifle. Hale also wrote about making a "final video tape" on the schedule, though this has not been released by police or confirmed to even exist. Hale detailed a plan to leave for the Covenant School by 11:35. The last entries to Hale's schedule were for 12:35, where she would "open fire," and then it was "time 2 die [sic]." Hale was shot dead by police at around 10:27. In one of the pages headlined, "Kill those kids!!!,” Hale calls the students “crackers” and expresses hatred for their “white privilege.” Hale also wrote a bunch of more obscenities about the kids that I won’t mention… but you get the idea. Authorities have been criticized for months for not releasing Hale's manifesto. A source with the Louder with Crowder show told The Post Millennial that they received the photographs of Hale's notebook from a "source near law enforcement." Hales mass shooting earlier this year preceded a planned "Trans Day of Vengeance" event in the U.S. capital that was ultimately canceled. And in the immediate hours after the shooting, trans activists occupied several state capitol buildings to protest pending legislation restricting the transitioning of children. At the capitol in Nashville, trans activists held a moment of silence for the victims of the mass shooting. They held up seven fingers to include Hale as among the victims. Nashville Mayor Freddie O'Connell, a Democrat, says his office is immediately investigating the unauthorized release of some of the images from the Nashville trans shooter’s manifesto. Authorities have tried to prevent the release of Hale’s writings before today’s leak. https://thepostmillennial.com/breaking-nashville-mayor-launches-investigation-into-leak-of-trans-nashville-shooters-manifesto?utm_campaign=64487 Nashville mayor launches investigation into leak of trans Nashville shooter's manifesto Following the leak of the transgender Nashville shooter’s alleged manifesto on Monday morning, Mayor Freddie O’Connell said that the city has launched an investigation into how the images of the writings were released. "I have directed Wally Dietz, Metro’s Law Director, to initiate an investigation into how these images could have been released. That investigation may involve local, state, and federal authorities. I am deeply concerned with the safety, security, and well-being of the Covenant families and all Nashvillians who are grieving," O’Connell said in a statement, according to WSMV. "This incident naturally invokes additional emotional trauma, and families or individuals who need support should reach out to professionals at National Alliance on Mental Illness (615-891-4724), MNPD support counselors (615-862-7773) or MNPS Family Information Center (615-259-INFO)." On Monday morning, Steven Crowder released three handwritten pages of what he said were Audrey Hale’s manifesto. These highlighted an anti-white sentiment held by the shooter that killed three young students and three staff members of the Covenant School on March 27, 2023. The pages apparently show Hale planning the day of the shooting down to the minute, including in all capital letters at the top of the page, "DEATH DAY." A source with the Louder with Crowder show told The Post Millennial that they received the photographs of Hale's notebook from a "source near law enforcement." https://www.foxnews.com/politics/trump-demands-jury-says-nyag-has-no-case-heated-testimony Trump demands jury, says New York AG has 'no case' in heated testimony President Trump demanded a jury Monday after his unprecedented time on the stand, calling the civil trial against him and his businesses a "disgrace" and saying New York Attorney General Letitia James has "no case." Trump described his forced testimony as "election interference" while maintaining that his net worth is "far greater" than financial statements during testimony Monday. The President and 2024 Republican presidential front-runner took the stand Monday morning in the non-jury civil trial stemming from James’ lawsuit against him, his family and his businesses. James alleged Trump defrauded banks and inflated the value of his assets. Trump has denied any wrongdoing and has repeatedly said his assets were actually undervalued. Trump has repeatedly said his financial statements had disclaimers, requesting that the numbers be evaluated by the banks. "I think this case is a disgrace," he said, adding that people are being "murdered" in New York as James is "watching this case." "It’s a disgrace. It is election interference because you want to keep me in court all day long," Trump said while on the stand after testifying for more than five hours. "And Judge … I want a jury." One of Trump's attorneys, at the end of the President's testimony, said that in "33 years," they have "never had a witness testify better." "An absolutely brilliant performance by President Trump. He's not backing down. He's told everyone the facts," the Trump attorney said. "Now that the American people know what's going on, maybe something will change." James, a Democrat, sued Trump, his children and the Trump Organization last year, alleging that he and his company misled banks and others about the value of his assets. James said the President’s children – Donald Jr., Ivanka and Eric – and his associates and businesses committed "numerous acts of fraud and misrepresentation" on their financial statements. James filed the lawsuit against Trump "under a consumer protection statute that denies the right to a jury," a Trump spokesperson told Fox News Digital. "There was never an option to choose a jury trial," the spokesperson said. "It is unfortunate that a jury won’t be able to hear how absurd the merits of this case are and conclude no wrongdoing ever happened." During Trump’s unprecedented testimony Monday, New York Judge Arthur Engoron tried to cut him off from providing lengthy answers to state lawyers’ questioning, and he even said, "I don’t want to hear everything he has to say." But Trump defended himself and his businesses while on the stand and blasted the investigation, lawsuit and non-jury trial. "We shouldn’t be having a case here because we have a disclaimer clause that every court holds up except this judge," Trump said, referring to the disclaimers on all of his financial statements and statements of financial condition. Trump went on to call James a "political hack," saying she used her investigation and lawsuit against him "to become governor, to become attorney general." The President was referring to James’ campaigns in which she vowed to "get Trump." Engoron, in September, ruled that Trump and the Trump Organization committed fraud while building his real estate empire by deceiving banks, insurers and others by overvaluing his assets and exaggerating his net worth on paperwork used in making deals and securing financing. "He ruled against me without knowing anything about me," Trump said on the stand. "He called me a fraud, and he didn’t know anything about me." Trump went on to slam Engoron for undercutting the value of his Mar-a-Lago resort in Palm Beach, Florida — a property that Engoron valued at $18 million. Trump's testimony concluded Monday afternoon. His daughter, Ivanka Trump, who was dismissed as a defendant in the case this summer, is set to testify on Wednesday. https://www.breitbart.com/sports/2023/11/04/michigan-football-staffer-fired-after-allegedly-trying-meet-13-year-old-girl/ Michigan Football Staffer Fired After Allegedly Trying to Meet 13-Year-Old Girl The University of Michigan has fired football staffer Alex Yood after he was accused of attempting to meet up with a 13-year-old girl, according to reports. Yood was apparently fired in September after the allegations appeared in an Instagram video that accused him of arranging to meet an underaged girl, 247 Sports reported on November 2. The firing was confirmed on November 3 in an email sent by the university and reported by the Daily Mail. In the video that spurred the firing, Yood appears to admit that he was planning to meet a girl he was speaking to online. Confronted at a liquor store holding a bottle of spirits, Yood is told that the girl he is planning to meet is only 13. He replies that he didn’t know her age but is told that some of the texts prove that he was aware she was only 13. You can find the video in the article in my show notes, and it’s about 10 minutes long. Men in the video also claim that Yood asked the “girl” if she was a virgin. The men follow Yood out to his car, and he drives away as they yell at him and call him a pedophile. It is unclear what role the men who confronted Yood have in the incident or how they became privy to the text messages Yood allegedly sent. However, the video was apparently made by an online vigilante named Boopac Shakur, a man known for exposing sexual predators. In a wholly separate incident, Shakur was shot and killed in Michigan during an argument at the end of September. The school apparently cut ties with Yood quickly afterward. “Alex Yood is no longer part of the athletic department,” a school official told the Mail. “An issue was brought to our attention, and we immediately moved to handle the matter with our HR department. ” “We are unable to comment further regarding this employment matter,” the email added. The situation with Yood only adds to the pressures on the University of Michigan football program as allegations of sign stealing continue reverberating, spurring calls for coach Jim Harbaugh to be fired.

Gag orders are usually put in place to protect a defendant's right to a fair trial by limiting inflammatory statements. What happens when it's the defendant making the inflammatory statements and that defendant is a current candidate and former President of the United States?
